Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kurangnya minat siswa dalam menggunakan bahan ajar lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) dikarenakan tampilan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) hanya menggunakan kertas buram dan dikemas biasa. proses belajar mengajar belum sepenuhnya menggunakan pendekatan saintifik, karena siswa masih bergantung dan di dominasi guru dalam pembelajaran. Materi yang terdapat dalam bahan ajar juga masih tergolong meluas belum mengkaitakan dengan lingkungan sekitar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk Mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran tematik untuk siswa kelas V SD. Dengan adanya lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran tematik untuk siswa kelas V SD. Peserta didik lebih tertarik dan termotivasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pengembangan ini telah menghasilkan suatu produk berupa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada Pembelajaran Tematik Tema 5 Ekosistem untuk siswa kelas V SD dengan menggunakan model 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3D dengan langkah-langkah (1) Define (Pendefinisian), (2) Design (Perancangan) dan (3) Development (Pengembangan. Berdasarkan evaluasi, saran dan komentar dari respon guru, ahli media dan ahli materi maka Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada tema ekosistem yang di kembangkan dinyatakan Valid atau Sangat Layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran. Dengan adanya Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) yang menarik dapat menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih efektif, lebih semangat dalam belajar dan sangat membantu dalam penyampaian materi khususnya pembelajaran tematik tema 5 materi ekosistem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penguatan civic skill sebagai kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa untuk mencegah FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) yang menjadi tren baru dalam bermedia sosial. Civic skill merupakan kemampuan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam masyarakat, dan dalam konteks ini, fokus pada kemampuan siswa untuk secara kritis mengevaluasi informasi yang mereka temui di media sosial. FOMO adalah kecemasan akan kehilangan momen atau pengalaman yang sedang terjadi di media sosial, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan mental individu. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi penguatan civic skill sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari FOMO. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang mempromosikan pemikiran kritis, siswa akan dilengkapi dengan keterampilan untuk mengevaluasi informasi yang mereka temui di media sosial, mengidentifikasi konten yang berpotensi memicu FOMO, dan mengembangkan strategi untuk mengelola perasaan tersebut. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pendidikan yang mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk menjadi pengguna media sosial yang cerdas dan kritis, serta mampu mengatasi dampak negatif dari tren seperti FOMO.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how effective the use of Instagram social media is i building Disporaprovsu image. The theories used in this research are new media theory, goverment public relations, effectiveness. New media thoery and social media. The subjects of this research are Dispora Public Relations staff who manage Disporaprovsu Instagram and 5 Disporaprovsu Instagram followers. With research dates starting from 03 March 2022 – 27 May 2022. The method used in this reseach is the Qualitative Method with in-depth Interviews. The technical analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this reseacrh show that the effectiveness of Instagram media users is deep The Public Relations image of the North Sumatera Utara Province Dispora is very good, the role of the North Sumatera Province Dispora Public Relations is very good, Plus there are also social media such as Instagram. Making it easier for people to get the latest services and information and news that is currently hot, especially, in the North Sumatera Province area. The dimensions used to measure it’s effectiveness are by conducting interviews using qualitative methods and using new theory media related to research means that the use of Instagram social media by Public Relations of Dispora @Disporasumut.id as a medium for disseminating information to the public is effective The Public Relations Division as manager of @Disporasumut.id can be said quality photos and videos. So the goal of improving the image thourgh the use of Instagram social media was achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to determine form and communication interpersonal relationship between Mobile Legends game players in the Sibakukek community in Lubuk Pakam. To answer that, this research uses studies field on community behavior in the Sibakukek community in Lubuk Pakam. Data was collacted using interviews, observation and methods documentation to be analyzed descriptively-Qualitatively using theory interpersonal communication. The research result show two things; First Interpersonal communication is the most common form of communication in Sibakukek community.This communication appears in verbal and non-verbal form verbal. Non-verbal forms are more dominatly used in game through features chat in the game because its is considered more flexible. Meanwhile, the verbal form worn only when they are outside the game. Second, communication interpersonal relationsship betwen Mobile Legends game players in the Sibakukek community has two obstacles, namely; (1) behavioral barriers, form attitudes or behavior be it form the communcator or the communication; (2) ecological barriers, in the form of interference form the environment during the communication process.

Abstract

Film is one of mass media having responsibility to decrease and increase education like radio, television and newspapers as well. The form of religious values can be conveyed through messages in the film. This paper contains religious values in the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta. It uses semiotic analysis method by Pierce. Therefore, religious values that are delivered in the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta can be revealed. Firstly, the researcher chooses some scenes in the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta. Then, those scenes are analyzed through denotative, connotative, and myth meaning. Basically, there are many things which can be interpreted in a film. Of course, it must be suitable with the context rising in the scenes in order to result matters pertaining to meaning and understanding of messages. This is a qualitative research. It considers meaning as the main attention. In addition, this research only develops collecting facts. Thus, they are analyzed without doing hypothesis experiment. The researcher chooses the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta because there are many deviations happening today, especially for teenagers. It seems that Ayat-Ayat Cinta bringing freshness in order to give education and study about religious values. After a long process up to analysis, it results that Ayat-Ayat Cinta having religious messages which reveal in the scenes.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of social support and life experience on psychological well-being of achieving deaf adolescents in West Sumatra. This research utilizes quantitative research methods. The sampling technique employed in this study is nonprobability sampling. The study included 270 achieving deaf adolescents. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire with five alternative answers. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with AMOS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that social support has a direct and significant influence on psychological well-being of achieving deaf adolescents in West Sumatra. Additionally, life experience has an immediate and significant impact on psychological well-being of achieving deaf adolescents in West Sumatra. Parametric tests of multiple linear regression analysis revealed C.R = 8.418 for social support on psychological well-being, C.R = 5.869 for life experience on psychological well-being, and a significant p-value of 0.000 for both variables., for p=0,000 is a significant value for both variables.

Abstract

This article discusses a comparison of leadership in the context of good and less good schools. Leadership in educational institutions is very important for achieving academic goals and developing student character. However, leadership at elementary school A and elementary school B has differences in leadership style. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with school leaders at SDN A and SDN B. Data analysis was carried out using the thematic analysis method. The results of the research show that leadership in SDN A schools is more focused on achieving educational goals, while leadership in SDN B schools, on the other hand, is not focused on achieving academic or other targets. In the context of educational development in Indonesia, this research can provide insight and understanding of the differences in leadership in two different schools. The conclusion of this research is that as a leader it is important to understand and adapt leadership styles to achieve mutual success in accordance with national education goals. In implementing research results, leadership training programs to improve quality, increase communication and collaboration, improve resource management systems, and increase innovation and creativity can be carried out as concrete steps to improve the quality of leadership in schools. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for educational leaders in improving the quality of leadership and educational development in Indonesia in accordance with national education goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) increasing mathematical connection abilities through a contextual approach. Educational science is a continuation of education. Education and Culture continues to carry out reforms and innovations in the field of education, one of which is curriculum renewal and innovation, namely the birth of the 2013 curriculum which is a shift in the development paradigm from the 20th century to the 21st century. Mathematics is one of the mandatory subjects in the 2013 curriculum which plays a very important role in improving human resources. Mathematical connection abilities are closely related to problem solving abilities which of course will help students to improve their mathematical connections, and vice versa. Therefore, it is very important that mathematical connection abilities to be able to improve students' mathematical connection abilities through contextual learning are a very appropriate choice. Johnson (2010:35) states that contextual learning and teaching involves students in important activities that help them relate academic lessons to the real-life contexts they face. Based on the results of research by experts, the average normalized gain score for mathematical connection abilities of students who were given contextual learning was higher than students who were given regular learning. The results of this study show that the average increase in the mathematical connection abilities of students who were given contextual learning was higher than that of students who were given regular learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dengan menggunakan kartu domino trigon pada materi trigonometri siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh Besar. Desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan jenis Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh Besar yang terdiri dari 7 kelas dan yang menjadi sampel siswa Kelas X-1 dan X-4, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu secara purposif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes awal dan tes akhir. Selanjutnya data hasil tes akhir siswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik uji-t. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa lebih baik dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Turnament (TGT) menggunakan kartu Domino Trigon (KDT). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Turnament (TGT) menggunakan kartu Domino Trigon (KDT) dapat diterapkan pada materi pelajaran matematika khususnya pada materi Trigonometri.

Abstract

Masa remaja, yang mencakup penduduk berusia 10-24 tahun menurut Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN), adalah periode penting dalam perkembangan manusia yang sering kali diwarnai dengan ketegangan emosional akibat perubahan fisik dan psikis, serta tekanan sosial. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2020, remaja di Indonesia berjumlah sekitar 25.09% dari total populasi. Kenakalan remaja menjadi tantangan serius, melibatkan kasus seperti tawuran antar pelajar, penyalahgunaan narkoba, dan kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Studi ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi tren dan jenis kenakalan remaja serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara dan observasi terhadap tiga remaja berusia 13-15 tahun. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekonomi keluarga, pola asuh orang tua, lingkungan sekolah, dan pengaruh teman sebaya berperan signifikan dalam perilaku kenakalan remaja. Kondisi ekonomi rendah memaksa remaja mencari cara alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, sementara pola asuh yang kurang perhatian atau terlalu otoriter mendorong remaja mencari pengakuan di luar rumah. Lingkungan sekolah yang kurang disiplin dan prestasi akademik rendah juga berkontribusi terhadap kenakalan, dengan pengaruh teman sebaya menjadi pendorong kuat. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan remaja yang sehat dan positif.
