Abstract

Literasi lisan merupakan keterampilan fundamental yang mencakup kemampuan berbicara dan menyimak dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21, namun siswa SMA sederajat di wilayah Sangatta masih menghadapi kendala dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara, khususnya dalam hal kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi lisan siswa melalui penyelenggaraan lomba debat bahasa Indonesia sebagai sarana penguatan keterampilan berbicara dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. PKM dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan penyusunan laporan dengan menggunakan sistem parlemen Asia dalam format eliminasi yang melibatkan 12 sekolah dari Kabupaten Kutai Timur dan Kota Bontang, dimana peserta dinilai berdasarkan tiga kriteria yaitu isi, penyampaian, dan strategi sesuai pedoman Lomba Debat Bahasa Indonesia (LDBI). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan berbicara peserta dalam tiga aspek penilaian debat, dimana peserta menunjukkan kemajuan dalam penguasaan materi argumentasi, teknik penyampaian yang meliputi kontrol sikap tubuh dan volume suara, serta strategi pengelolaan waktu debat, sementara kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta juga berkembang melalui proses penyusunan logika argumentasi dan analisis data konkret. Lomba debat bahasa Indonesia terbukti efektif sebagai sarana penguatan literasi lisan di era digital yang berhasil meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam berbicara di depan umum dan mengembangkan kemampuan argumentasi yang terstruktur, dengan rekomendasi untuk kegiatan serupa meliputi perpanjangan alokasi waktu, pelatihan pra-lomba yang intensif, dan integrasi teknologi digital.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the growth of the Indonesian economy. At present, the development of technology and digitalization in various fields, MSMEs are a type of business that has a very large influence on economic development and also needs to experience progress in the field of technology, especially in marketing products. The purpose of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of digital marketing and also expand the MSME marketing network. MSME Salome Ningsih is one example of an MSME that requires digital marketing assistance. The method used in community service activities is divided into three stages, namely the survey stage, digital marketing socialization, digital marketing assistance, and the maintenance and evaluation stage. The form of community service with the aim of developing and participating in digital marketing assistance for MSME Salome Ningsih so that it can have a marketing network that is not limited to the local market only.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economic growth of Indonesia. In the current era of technological advancement and digitalization across various sectors, MSMEs, as a type of business, have a significant impact on economic development and need to progress in the field of technology, particularly in marketing their products. The objective of this community service is to develop MSMEs in terms of digital marketing and expand their marketing networks. Donats Rainbow MSME is an example that requires assistance in digital marketing. The method used in this community service consists of four stages: survey, digital marketing socialization, digital marketing assistance, and maintenance and evaluation stages. The form of community service aims to develop and actively participate in digital marketing assistance for Donats Rainbow MSME to enable them to have an unrestricted marketing network beyond the local market.

Abstract

The Community Service Program on Digital Marketing and Packaging Innovation for Pangaha Bunga UMKM in Rontu Village, Bima City, aims to improve product quality and marketing through packaging innovation and digital marketing. Pangaha Bunga UMKM face challenges such as product quality that has not met modern consumer standards and conventional marketing strategies. The community service method includes needs analysis, product packaging and digital marketing training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that packaging innovation and digital marketing play a crucial role in expanding product marketing reach and improving product quality. Through mentoring in packaging innovation and digital marketing, Pangaha Bunga UMKM can increase product visibility, expand market share, and enhance competitiveness. Creating a Facebook account and developing an effective digital marketing strategy can help Pangaha Bunga UMKM understand and utilize the potential of packaging innovation and digital marketing optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze product innovation and marketing strategies of mini pukis cake as a development model of creative culinary businesses based on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques involving an MSME practitioner in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. The results indicate that product innovation is implemented through mini-sized portions, diverse topping variations, and appealing packaging that significantly enhance consumer interest. Marketing strategies rely on social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp, as well as word-of-mouth promotion. While innovation and marketing efforts have shown positive outcomes, the business faces challenges in financial management, particularly in cash recording and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculation. Business mentoring through financial literacy training and branding strategy support has proven effective in improving operational efficiency. The study concludes that integrating creative product innovation with digital marketing is an effective strategy to grow local culinary businesses within the MSME sector. Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the main businesses of the community in the economic activities in Indonesia, especially in the food industry. Meatballs are one of the typical foods of Indonesia that are very popular throughout the country. In Bima Regency, the goal of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of product innovation and also increase the selling value of MSMEs. 'Baso Goyang Lidah' is one example of an MSME that requires assistance in product innovation. The methods used in community service activities are divided into three stages: the survey stage, the socialization of product variant development, and the maintenance and evaluation stage. This form of community service aims to develop and participate in assisting product innovation for 'Baso Goyang Lidah' MSMEs, so that it can increase the selling value and competitiveness of products that are not limited to the market.

Abstract

Household waste management is a crucial issue in realizing sustainable village development, especially in rural areas such as Dawan Village, Klungkung. Lack of public awareness of the importance of proper waste sorting and processing has resulted in environmental pollution and low economic value of household waste. This community service activity aims to increase community capacity in managing household waste through an educational and innovative approach based on community participation. The implementation method includes socialization, training in sorting organic and inorganic waste, and training in recycling into creative products such as eco-bricks and compost. The results of the activity showed an increase in community knowledge about waste management, the formation of environmental care groups, and the creation of products with economic value from household waste. This activity proves that with the right education and innovation that is appropriate to the local context, household waste management can be an important pillar in supporting sustainable and environmentally friendly village development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and develop the potential of micro-enterprises producing traditional Balinese bokor crafts in Bresela Village as an effort to preserve culture while strengthening the local economy. Bokor, as one of Bali's traditional crafts rich in cultural value, holds significant economic potential if managed strategically and sustainably. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews with local artisans, and documentary studies. The research findings indicate that the development of culture-based bokor micro-enterprises can strengthen local identity, increase community income, and create job opportunities aligned with local wisdom. Support for training, design innovation, and digital marketing also play crucial roles in the success of this enterprise development. With the right strategy, the bokor craft business can become one of the pillars of a sustainable local economy amid the tide of modernization and globalization.

Abstract

Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah website layanan yang menghubungkan penyedia jasa dan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) di Desa Blimbing, Kabupaten Kendal. Website ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, visibilitas, dan keterjangkauan bagi masyarakat lokal yang ingin menggunakan jasa atau produk dari UMKM. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pengembangan berbasis website dengan tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website layanan ini berhasil dibangun dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar serta mempermudah transaksi antara penyedia jasa dan konsumen. Kegiatan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pengembangan UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Kata kunci: Desa Blimbing, Jasa, Sosialisasi, UMKM, Website.

Abstract

Program BSI Explore 2025 apa sih itu? BSI Explore 2025 adalah Kegiatan Menjelajahi & Menggali Potensi 37 Desa yang dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu 1 bulan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa Universitas BSI dan akan ditempatkan di 37 Desa. Kegiatan BSI Explore meliputi Mengajar di Desa, Mengadakan Kegiatan Sosial dan Menggali Potensi Desa baik potensi Ekonomi Kreatif maupun Pariwisata. Tujuannya membuka ruang bagi Mahasiswa untuk bisa mengaplikasikan keahlian serta ilmu pengetahuan mereka dalam membantu siswa di satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Sebagaimana kita ketahui, skor kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa Indonesia selama delapan belas tahun terakhir berada di peringkat bawah. Pandemi yang terjadi menambah tantangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, Indonesia membutuhkan peran Mahasiswa untuk menjadi mitra guru untuk berinovasi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan strategi, dan model pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan. Program ini dilakukan selama beberapa minggu di wilayah tertentu. Tujuan ini dapat membantu pengembangan potensi lokal, Memberikan pengalaman belajar hidup di tengah masyarakat, Menerapkan teori dan pengetahuan yang dipelajari selama kuliah, Membangun hubungan yang berkelanjutan antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat desa.
