Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Riset Pendidikan is a journal on Faculty of Education. Abstract

Problem dalam penelitian ini adalah munculnya indikasi sebagian kelompok mahasiswa yang tertarik dengan cara berpikir kelompok radikal. Terlepas dari ada tidaknya latar belakang aktivisme keagamaan, persoalan serius yang perlu mendapat perhatian mahasiswa adalah sikap eksklusif yang muncul di dunia kampus serta mengantisipasi mahasiswa mulai menjadi tidak toleran, baik karena pemahaman agama atau karena mereka mabuk agama yang disebabkan oleh terfokusnya pada teknologi media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Untuk mengetahui nilai nilai Islam moderat yang ditransformasikan terhadap pengurus ORMAWA ISTAZ AL AZHAR Menganti. 2. Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam moderat terhadap pengurus ORMAWA ISTAZ AL AZHAR Menganti. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman, yang tahapannya meliputi: reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (conclusion drawing/ verification). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan (1) Nilai nilai Islam moderat yang ditransformasikan terhadap ORMAWA yakni, Tawassuth, Tawazzun, Al i’tidal, Tasamuh, Al musawah dan Assyura. (2) Pelaksanaan internalisasi Islam moderat yakni dengan tahap transformasi nilai, tahap transaksi nilai, dan juga tahap internalisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the human resource (HR) investment strategy and its impact on the productivity of the economic sector in Indonesia, as well as to identify challenges and gaps in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary data analysis from various official sources such as the Central Statistics Agency, related ministries, and international institutions. The results of the study indicate that the HR investment strategy in Indonesia includes the development of formal education, vocational training, increasing digital competence, and improving health services. The positive impact is reflected in the increase in the Human Development Index (HDI), labor productivity in the industrial and service sectors, and better national competitiveness. However, there are a number of challenges, including inequality of access between regions, mismatch of competence with industry needs, limited role of the private sector, and policy fragmentation. This study recommends increasing equal access, strengthening partnerships between education and industry, optimizing the role of the private sector, and integrating data-based systems and governance to increase the effectiveness of HR investment in Indonesia. These findings are expected to be a reference for policy makers in designing more inclusive and productive HR development policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of foreign investment on the development of natural resources (SDA) in Indonesia using a descriptive qualitative approach. Foreign investment plays an important role in driving economic growth through the provision of capital, technology, and job creation, especially in the mining, energy, and plantation sectors. However, behind its contribution, there are major challenges related to environmental sustainability, social inequality, and the dominance of control of natural resources by foreign parties. The data in this study were obtained through library research, document review, and analysis of relevant literature. The results of the study indicate that the development of natural resources involving foreign investment often does not fully prioritize the principles of social justice and ecological sustainability. Therefore, an active role is needed from the government, society, academics, and NGOs to ensure that foreign investment is not only economically profitable, but also fair and sustainable. This study recommends strengthening regulations, technology transfer, local community involvement, and increasing transparency in every process of natural resource investment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis Islam Wasathiyah dalam membentuk sikap toleransi antar umat beragama di SMP Pancasila Krian Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Partisipan meliputi Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Guru PAI, dan siswa kelas VIII. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan validasi triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMP Pancasila menerapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw yang berpusat pada siswa (student-centered), mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam Wasathiyah seperti moderasi, kerja sama, dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman. Model ini diimplementasikan melalui tiga pendekatan: (1)intrakurikuler (diskusi kelompok dan proyek "Buku Saku Toleransi"), (2) kokurikuler(kunjungan ke rumah ibadah dan refleksi spiritual), dan (3) ekstrakurikuler (kegiatan Pramuka dan OSIS lintas agama). Dampak positif terlihat pada empat aspek: spiritual (peningkatan ketakwaan inklusif), intelektual(pola pikir kritis), moral (empati dan keadilan), serta sosial (lingkungan sekolah harmonis). Teori Vygotsky (sociocultural theory), Banks (pendidikan multikultural), dan Dewey (contextual learning) menjadi landasan teoretis yang memperkuat efektivitas model ini. Kesimpulan penelitian mengungkap bahwa model PAI berbasis Islam Wasathiyah efektif membentuk toleransi melalui pendekatan holistik. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah mengeksplorasi dampak jangka panjang model ini di masyarakat serta integrasi teknologi digital. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama merupakan elemen fundamental dalam mewujudkan keharmonisan di masyarakat desa yang kerap diwarnai dinamika keberagaman. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan Islam di desa memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, terutama kepada generasi muda dan masyarakat secara umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran ajaran pendidikan Islam di Desa Balun dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam mampu memperkuat moderasi beragama melalui beberapa aspek utama, yaitu: (1) penanaman nilai toleransi, (2) penguatan akhlak mulia, dan (3) keterlibatan tokoh agama. Implementasi nilai moderasi beragama di desa ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat Desa Balun melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti pengajian, dialog antar umat beragama, dan acara sosial keagamaan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Sosialisasi Bahaya Penyalahgunaan Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Kalangan Remaja ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan sikap preventif remaja terhadap bahaya narkotika dan psikotropika melalui pendekatan edukatif dan pendampingan langsung. Permasalahan utama yang mendasari kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya literasi remaja mengenai narkoba, serta masih lemahnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi berbasis partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, video testimoni, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi situasi penolakan narkoba. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan guru Bimbingan Konseling serta observasi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan di salah satu SMA Negeri 1 Woha, Kabupaten Bima NTB. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa sebelumnya memperoleh informasi tentang narkoba dari media sosial dan teman sebaya, bukan dari pendidikan formal. Guru BK juga mengakui bahwa pendekatan edukasi selama ini belum menyentuh aspek emosional dan sosial siswa secara mendalam. Observasi selama kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam diskusi serta munculnya sikap reflektif dan kritis terhadap pengaruh lingkungan. Beberapa siswa secara sukarela menyatakan minat untuk menjadi penyuluh sebaya sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi berbasis pengalaman nyata dan pendekatan dialogis memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk kesadaran dan sikap preventif remaja terhadap bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba

Abstract

Literary works are a reflection of reality processed through the author's imagination and act as a medium to convey life values. Okky Madasari's novel Kerumunan Terakhir presents a portrait of social and family problems in the context of changing times and the dominance of social media. This study aims to explain the reflection of violence against the main character in the novel. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing words, actions, and interactions between characters to reveal the forms and backgrounds of the violence that occurs. The results of the study show that the character Jayanegara experiences violence due to his disappointment with his father figure who does not set an example, often lies, and has affairs. This inner conflict gives rise to retaliatory actions in the form of open criticism on social media, which culminates in physical violence from the father. Through this novel, readers are invited to understand the importance of the role of parents in shaping children's character and the psychological impact of failed communication and role models in the family.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The Role of Spiritual Guidance on the Mental Health of Inmates at Class II A Kerobokan Penitentiary. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach research method including: (1) The location of the study is located at Class II A Kerobokan Penitentiary. (2) The technique of determining informants by determining key informants, from key informants then the researcher develops further to find informants for assistance. (3) The data collection technique uses three techniques, namely: observation techniques, interview techniques, and document study techniques. (4) Data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification. The results of this study are that inmates are helped by the existence of spiritual guidance in the mental health of inmates at Class II A Kerobokan Penitentiary, although there are several obstacles but in general the program runs smoothly and effectively.

Abstract

Self-harm is a behavior that can have a negative impact on adolescents' mental health and well-being. It is often carried out as a means of expressing emotions that are not properly processed or managed.. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive survey design and a cross-sectional approach. The instrument used is the Self-Harm Inventory (SHI). Data analysis was conducted univariately using SPSS. The screening results indicate that 61.1% of adolescents exhibit a moderate level of self-harm, 28.6% a high level, and 10.3% a low level. Based on these findings, early detection and intervention efforts are necessary to prevent the negative impacts of self-harm on adolescents.

Abstract

Elderly individuals experiencing depression often feel isolated, lose interest in daily activities, and undergo a decline in both physical and emotional health. This study aims to determine the depression levels in the elderly using the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). The method employed is a literature review. The literature search strategy follows the PICOS framework, including 10 journals that were reviewed. The analysis of these ten journals revealed a variation in depression levels among the elderly. Out of a total of 586 respondents, 317 (54.1%) were categorized as normal, 175 (29.9%) experienced mild depression, 71 (12.1%) experienced moderate depression, and 23 (3.9%) experienced severe depression. The main factors influencing depression levels in the elderly include physical health decline, social isolation, and changes in social roles.
