Abstract

PAIKEM is an approach to learning that requires active student involvement, provides broad opportunities for students to explore information, identify and solve problems and build their own concepts they want to learn. . With the PAIKEM approach, it is hoped that it can increase students' attention in participating in learning while at the same time maximizing student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of qualitative research, with the type of classroom action research (CAR). The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the PAIKEM model to the Ahlak Aqidah subject at MA Alkhairaat Falabisahaya Kab. Sula Archipelago The results showed that the application of PAIKEM in increasing student motivation in MA Alkhairaat Falabisahaya Kab. The Sula Archipelago is still not optimal. Because many subject teachers, especially the Aqidah Akhlak subject teachers, are not optimal in implementing PAIKEM in class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of facebook on the academic achievement of students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai. The problems in this study are: (1) What is the positive impact of Facebook on the academic achievement of PGSD FKIP Morotai University Pacific University students. (2) What is the negative impact of facebook on the academic achievement of students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research which aims to produce data in the form of written words from the person or behavior being observed. The results showed that facebook, in addition to having a positive impact, also had a negative impact on the academic achievement of the students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai. The positive impact of facebook on the academic achievement of PGSD FKIP Morotai University study program students is that it can add to students' insights, and can increase achievement. The negative impact of facebook on the academic achievement of students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Pacific University of Morotai, is that it results in lazy learning, not focusing when the teaching and learning process takes place, and decreased achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of addition mathematics using colored chips in class IIC SD Unggulan 1, Morotai Island Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 24 students as research subjects. This research was conducted in two cycles with each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques through observation and tests and data were analyzed in quantitative form. The results of this study indicate that the use of colored chip media can improve student and teacher learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process. Student learning outcomes from Cycle I were only 5 students who completed with a percentage of 21% and there was a significant increase in cycle II which completed 21 with a percentage of 88% and 3 students who had not completed with a percentage of 12%. Classically, learning outcomes have reached the KKM standard of 70.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri Unggulan 1 Pulau Morotai, which aims to improve student learning outcomes when learning Indonesian. The method applied is The Role Playing method. The subjects of this study were VA class students consisting of 27 students. This research was conducted the Classroom Action Research (CAR) flow, which consisted of two cycles. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, learning achievement tests and documentation. The results showed that the Role Playing method could improve student learning outcomes in VA class SD Negeri Unggulan 1 Morotai Island. In cycle I of 27 students, 10 students (37%) completed and 17 students (63%) incomplete, while in cycle II there was a significant increase, namely In cycle I, 24 student (89%) completed and 3 incomplete, students (11%) with KKM 75 and classical completeness 80% so that it can be said that the Application of the Role Playing Method to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Indonesian Subject Class VA SD Negeri Unggulan 1 Pulau Morotai was successful.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive or negative impact of accessing the social networking site Instagram on science learning achievement at Unggulan 1 State High School, Morotai Island Regency. The type of research used in this research is correlational survey research. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results for the hypothesis show that there is a negative and significant relationship between the social media Instagram and the learning achievement of students at Unggulan 1 State High School, Morotai Island Regency. From the results of the analysis, a correlation coefficient of -0.810 was obtained which was significant at the 0.05 level and a coefficient of determination of 0.656, so it can be said that 65.6% of the variance that occurred in science learning achievement (Y) was explained by the influence of social media Instagram (X) and 34.6 % influenced by other factors that have not been studied.

Abstract

The head of the madrasah plays a strategic role in directing and developing the madrasah into an excellent institution. In this process, the head of the madrasah has implemented various strategies, such as ensuring adequate input, preparing effective learning processes, and overseeing the implementation of professional development programs for the staff. Furthermore, the head of the madrasah also motivates teachers and staff, creates a conducive learning environment, and maintains discipline in the madrasah. The quality of education at MTsN 1 Sanana is reflected in the high-quality graduates and academic achievements. However, there is potential to improve educational outcomes, especially in terms of curriculum innovation and enhancing both internal and external communication. In order to improve the quality of education, the head of the madrasah needs to continue to play a role as a leader, innovator, motivator, and entrepreneur within the school environment. Additionally, democratic and consultative leadership remains one of the main pillars in ensuring the participation of all stakeholders in decision-making and the development of the madrasah towards a better future. Thus, the leadership of the head of the madrasah is the key to realizing the vision, mission, and goals of education at MTsN 1 Sanana and improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is how to find out the planning, implementation and evaluation model in improving teacher pedagogical competence at MTS Negeri 1 Morotai Island Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation of the data that has been obtained which is then analyzed descriptively by means of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this research show that in planning to increase the pedagogical competence of MTS Negeri 1 Morotai Island Regency teachers, they adapt to teacher needs based on the vision, mission and goals of the school. The implementation of increasing teacher pedagogical competence at MTS Negeri 1 Morotai Island Regency consists of elements of participation in scientific forums, RPP training and the provision of learning support facilities which aim to improve and develop teacher pedagogical competence. In the evaluation aspect, how to increase teacher pedagogical competence at MTS Negeri 1 Morotai Island Regency is carried out through program evaluation activities and teacher performance evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of learning the mathematics of multiplication operations through the STAD learning model in class IIIB students at SD Ungguan 1 Morotai Island. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with research subjects of 20 students. This action research was carried out in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data collection techniques through observation and tests and data analyzed in descriptive form. The results of this research show that the application of the STAD learning model can improve student and teacher learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process. Student learning outcomes from Cycle I increased to a score of 35% (7 students) who completed it and in cycle II there was an increase in score to 90% (18 students) who completed it. Classically, learning outcomes have reached the KKM standard of 70.

Abstract

MTs Muhammadiyah Pabos Halmahera Baratis one of the Madrasas located in Fatcet village, Sanana City, Islands, North Maluku Province. The strategic position in improving the quality of education is held by professional teachers, because the implementation of quality learning is the spearhead. Therefore, teacher professionalism needs to be continuously improved, especially pedagogical competence in terms of teaching students in the schools they lead. As a manager and supervisor, the madrasa head has the main task of empowering school resources, including teachers, along with their ongoing development. Through PTS, madrasa heads can carry out their substantive main tasks as managers and supervisors in a more planned, methodological, systematic and accountable manner. The performance of professional teachers in teaching can also be improved by madrasa heads through PTS.

Because many subject teachers, especially the Aqidah Akhlak subject teachers, are not optimal in implementing PAIKEM in class.
