Fokus ABDIMAS (Jurnal Ilmiah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) diterbitkan oleh STIE Pelita Nusantara Semarang dengan tujuan mempublikasikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bersifat aplikatif, inovatif, dan memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Jurnal ini menjadi media untuk menyebarluaskan model pemberdayaan, solusi implementatif, dan inovasi berbasis keilmuan akuntansi dan manajemen yang dapat memperkuat pembangunan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Scope Ruang lingkup Fokus ABDIMAS berfokus pada bidang Akuntansi dan Manajemen dalam konteks pengabdian kepada masyarakat, terutama pada topik-topik: Pengentasan kemiskinan berbasis sumber daya lokal Meliputi strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi, pengembangan kapasitas, dan optimalisasi potensi lokal. Pengelolaan wilayah pedesaan berbasis kearifan lokal Termasuk tata kelola desa, pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan community development. Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, Koperasi, Industri Kreatif, dan UMKM Seperti pelatihan manajemen keuangan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan inkubasi bisnis. Pengembangan teknologi berwawasan lingkungan Meliputi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah, dan edukasi lingkungan untuk masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi dalam bisnis Termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, aplikasi akuntansi dan manajemen berbasis IT, serta solusi otomatisasi usaha. Jurnal ini menerima artikel yang berasal dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendampingan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan komunitas, implementasi teknologi tepat guna, evaluasi program, serta best practices yang relevan dengan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen.

Abstract

Telur Asin adalah salah satu makanan yang memiliki kandungan gizi yang melimpah serta mudah dicerna oleh berbagai kalangan usia, hal ini dikarenakan cangkang telur asin yang berasal dari telur bebek lebih tebal dari pada telur ayam. Ibu Rumiyati yang beralamat di Dusun Dampyak Desa Kadirejo Kecamatan Pabelan merupakan seorang pengusaha pembuat telur asin yang sudah menjalani usahanya selama 8 tahun. Permasalahan yang ditemui pada usaha telur asin milik Ibu Rumiyati diantaranya belum memiliki identitas produk maupun kemasan yang layak, keterbatasan dalam penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara tradisional, serta kurangnya pengalaman tentang sistem informasi akuntansi. Oleh karena itu melalui kegiatan Kuliah Praktek Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini akan diberikan pelatihan dan sosialisasi secara bertahap. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diidentifikasi maka akan dilaksanakan beberapa program mulai dari pemberian kemasan telur asin yang lebih menarik serta pembuatan stiker telur asin yang mampu memberikan informasi produk, kemudian diberikan pelatihan dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing melalui media sosial facebook untuk memasarkan produk secara lebih luas, serta sosialisasi penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi sederhana yang mencangkup pencatatan aliran kas masuk dan kas keluar dalam satu periode produksi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemasaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan atau bagi para pelaku usaha. Pemasaran merupakan jantungnya sebuah organisasi, karena dengan pemasaran perusahaan akan mendapatkan income yang dapat dipakai untuk pengembangan usahanya dan kebutuhan usaha lainnya UMKM berperan sangat penting dalam perputaran perekonomian mayarakat, dan menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi pengangguran. Akan tetapi kelompok usaha ini masih memghadapi berbagai tantangan untuk lebih berdaya saing,terutama dibidang pemasaran .Sehingga mereka perlu diberikan informasi pemasaran terbaru. Terutama pemasaran seacara online atau digital marketing dengan maemanfaatkan media sosial..Sehingga perlu diberikan informasi melalui pemasaran online berupa penyuluhan. Abstract

The 2023 Ormawa Capacity Strengthening Program by the Electrical Engineering Student Association team focused on the implementation of smart farming in Nglanjuk Village, Cepu District, Blora, Central Java. Although the village is rich in natural resources, the low quality of human resources and the lack of technology utilization are obstacles. The research noted that the Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) faced difficulties in manual watering, a problem that needed to be addressed immediately. Therefore, the team designed a solution by presenting the SiTampan (Sistem Taman Pintar) tool that can control the plant watering pump through a smartphone. This program aims to implement smart farming, increase the efficiency of time and energy, and create KWT Nglanjuk Village that implements technology-based smart agriculture. Abstract

The socialization of feminine hygiene practices for Generation Z adolescent girls is a crucial step in improving their health and well-being. The "Slay Your Day: The Secret of Adolescent Feminine Hygiene" program was held on August 23, 2024, at SMK Fatimah Mamuju, attended by 50 female students from grades X to XII. Using an interactive lecture method, the speakers from St. Fatimah Mamuju Institute of Health and Business delivered comprehensive materials covering basic menstrual knowledge, the safe use of hygiene products, and the importance of maintaining mental health during menstruation. The participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, actively engaging in discussions, and asking critical questions. This socialization successfully increased the awareness and knowledge of adolescent girls about feminine hygiene, empowering them to take better care of their health. The program addressed the issues of lack of knowledge and access to hygiene products and helped reduce the stigma surrounding menstruation. The participants are expected to become agents of change, spreading knowledge to their peers and families, thereby contributing to improved feminine hygiene practices in their communities.

Abstract

This community service stems from the discovery of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) "Najah" Moci Cakes which still use plastic packaging bags to wrap products purchased by consumers. Plastic packaging is not only dangerous for the sustainability of life for all creatures in the world, but also gives the impression of a less classy product. One way for MSMEs to reduce the negative impact of plastic is by switching to environmentally friendly packaging, namely bags made of paper (paperbags) as product packaging. Apart from being safer for the earth, using paper bags can also give a more elegant impression to a product. The use of attractive paper bags can also function as a promotional tool for a product. This community service aims to educate "Najah" moci cake MSMEs to use attractive and environmentally friendly packaging, thus making it a valuable product. The solution offered is to provide knowledge and assistance in implementing attractive and environmentally friendly product packaging for MSMEs. The method for implementing community service activities is the counseling and mentoring method. This community service has been proven to provide benefits to MSMEs. There has been an increase in partners' knowledge and understanding of the importance of using environmentally friendly packaging. Abstract

Utilization of abandoned land to cultivate medicinal plants as a living pharmacy can independently meet the needs of the family's herbal medicines. The majority of people in the area of RT. 009/012 Kompleks Villa Pamulang, Pondok Petir Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City, still relies on chemical drugs and rarely uses herbal medicines. This is due to the people's lack of knowledge regarding the benefits of medicinal plants. Based on these conditions, the partner community hopes that there will be activities to introduce more herbal medicinal plants in creating healthy pharmacies in their environment. This community service activity aimed to introduce various medicinal plants and increase the availability of medicinal plants in living pharmacies in RT. 009/012 Kompleks Villa Pamulang. The activity was carried out at RT. 009/012 Kompleks Villa Pamulang, Pondok Petir Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City on 5-6 of August 2023. The activity consisted of two stages, namely, the explanation of medicinal plants and their benefits and the handing over of several types of medicinal plants to the people of RT. 009/012 Komleks Villa Pamulang. The activity went well and received great enthusiasm and response from the partner community. The partner community was delighted with the activities and gave a satisfaction rating of 92.5%. Partner community hopes there will be more activities related to environmental management and living pharmacies in the future.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting Indonesia's economy. However, MSMEs often face various challenges that hinder their growth, including limitations in production development, lack of effective promotional strategies, and absence of business legality. In the digital era, there are numerous new opportunities that can be leveraged for MSME development. To address these challenges, concrete steps and appropriate assistance are required. This study discusses the assistance provided to Donutte_Al, an MSME engaged in donut production and sales in Plawangan Village, Kragan Sub-district, Rembang Regency, through the Business Work Study Program (KKU) of YPPI Rembang University. The aim of this assistance is to optimize potential and overcome challenges through creative and digital support, including the creation of MSME banners and brochures, preparation of risk-based business licensing documents to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB), as well as marketing assistance and training using the canva application. The objective of this collaboration is to provide strategic and effective steps for MSME development, create positive synergy, and contribute to local economic growth and community welfare improvement.

Abstract

In order to optimize sales and marketing of MSMEs to increase product sales as well as entrepreneurship training to revive the community economy in Tlogosari Kulon Village, Semarang. On this occasion, the STIE Bank Bpd Jateng Community Service ABDIMAS TEAM aimed at providing knowledge and skills to help MSMEs improve their business management. This activity includes outreach and counseling to MSME players regarding the basics of entrepreneurship, marketing and financial recording. assisting this business by providing insight and understanding for sellers to implement online sales and how to promote via digital online. This activity also helps to re-brand logos and product packaging, creating new product variants. Meanwhile, for the community, Community Service students want to help revive the economy during the current Covid-19 pandemic, namely by providing entrepreneurship training to make products that have marketable value. Abstract

In running a business, of course, you will face risks. The risks that arise come from the work environment, one of which is related to occupational safety and health. Observations made in this service found that there are still non-conformities with workplace standards and there are tools with certain risks that have not been equipped with occupational health safety equipment. This service aims to identify risks, know the impacts caused, and to find out the actions that need to be taken as prevention of risks arising in the work environment of Roz Collection Pabelan MSMEs. This activity is divided into 3 stages, namely, (a) observation and risk identification, (b) cleaning, structuring, and labelling workplaces, and (c) education about occupational safety and health for employees. Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to provide knowledge and skills in accounting bookkeeping and digital marketing strategies through social media for students at SMK Al-Amanah. The program was conducted by the faculty team from the Bachelor's Degree in Accounting program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pamulang, using a method that involved lectures, mentoring, and hands-on practice. Participants were taught the basic concepts of digital marketing, the use of social media for business, and the importance of proper financial bookkeeping. The steps taken included presenting product marketing materials, providing guidance on the implementation of online marketing, and evaluating the training with practical exercises such as creating digital marketing content like Instagram Stories. The training was attended by 27 students, who showed high enthusiasm and actively participated in discussions and practical activities. The results of the activity indicated that participants’ understanding of digital marketing improved, and they were able to apply this knowledge in a business context. By using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, participants were able to grasp strategies that could reach wider markets at more cost-effective rates. The training also emphasized the importance of creativity and digital security in online marketing. In the future, this PKM activity can be expanded to reach a broader audience, with more diverse topics, and conducted offline to further enhance the effectiveness of learning and its impact on the participants.
