Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, Koperasi, Industri Kreatif, dan UMKM Seperti pelatihan manajemen keuangan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan inkubasi bisnis. Pengembangan teknologi berwawasan lingkungan Meliputi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah, dan edukasi lingkungan untuk masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi dalam bisnis Termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, aplikasi akuntansi dan manajemen berbasis IT, serta solusi otomatisasi usaha. Jurnal ini menerima artikel yang berasal dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendampingan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan komunitas, implementasi teknologi tepat guna, evaluasi program, serta best practices yang relevan dengan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen.

Industry continues to experience very rapid development, thus requiring MSME players to develop products to be able to compete and compete in the industrial world. The aim of this service is to help develop one of the MSMEs in Palebon Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City, by increasing financial literacy and product marketing skills at Konnuku.Id M&M Fashion UKM. This service is carried out on partners because partners have not carried out bookkeeping and accounting records in accordance with generally accepted accounting provisions and still have limitations in utilizing social media marketing and e-commerce as promotional and sales media, so it is necessary to provide assistance with the implementation of an accounting information system using the Zahir Accounting application. and also assistance in improving the marketing of Konnuku products through market places and also improving the quality of promotion of Konnuku.Id products on social media. The method used in this service uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, namely community service oriented towards community empowerment. The result of this activity is the application of the use of Zahir accounting software to partners and maximizing social media marketing and marketplace for MSME partners so that this activity can help MSMEs develop their businesses. The clothing industry, particularly t-shirts, has experienced rapid growth as a means of self-expression and lifestyle in recent decades. The demand for custom t-shirts has increased alongside society's interest in unique and personalized clothing. Digital technology and printing have facilitated the rapid and high-quality production of custom t-shirts. Custom t-shirt printing businesses offer promising business opportunities by understanding market trends, consumer needs, and utilizing the latest technology. "Nyala T-Shirt" not only offers custom t-shirts with unique designs but also is committed to reducing plastic waste through the use of eco-friendly packaging. Through strategic marketing, including promotion through social media, collaboration with influencers, and direct sales, this business aims to increase brand awareness and sales of custom t-shirts. The goal is not only to generate profits but also to inspire students to develop their entrepreneurial spirit and hone their entrepreneurial skills. With creativity, product quality, and the right use of technology, this custom t-shirt printing business is expected to grow sustainably and serve as a platform for innovation and creativity. Abstract

This community service journal focuses on the design and training of an academic system application (SIKUAD) at SMK Negeri 2 Purwodadi. The project aimed to develop an efficient system for managing academic data and to provide comprehensive training for its users. The research employed action research methodology, involving needs analysis, system design, application development, testing, training, and evaluation phases. Results indicated successful application development tailored to user needs, enhanced data management efficiency, and improved IT skills among school stakeholders. Training sessions were effective in equipping users with necessary skills, leading to positive feedback and enhanced academic data management practices.The website is now accessible at sikuad.smkn2purwodadi.sch.id

Abstract

SMP PGRI Blungun has a computer practice room which is only used for computer-based national exams (UNBK). This condition is very unfortunate to see that there are Skills/Information and Communication Technology lessons. In this lesson the teacher only provides theory without any practical work. Success in education is supported by computer skills or digital literacy. It cannot be denied that information and communication technology is a primary need for many groups. Training on the introduction and use of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point). This is one of the computer skills activities that can prepare you for entering the world of work. As a result of the training, students were able to operate MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point, where previously students had never operated Microsoft Office. The training also produces practicum modules that can be used by students to improve skills, as well as increase students' interest in learning to use computers or digital literacy.

Abstract

In Indonesia, disability is still a matter for individuals who have disabilities. Persons with disabilities are part of Indonesian citizens who have the same rights and obligations as citizens who do not suffer from physical or psychological disabilities. Society still thinks negatively about people with disabilities because of the shortcomings they experience, so that discrimination against people with disabilities arises. Persons with disabilities are seen as unproductive, uncreative and innovative and contribute less to the government in various aspects. The existence of this kind of view can provide limited space for disabled people to participate in various aspects of life, both in spiritual aspects, economic aspects, educational aspects, social aspects and so on. With such an assumption, it requires people with disabilities to be more productive and continue to develop, as well as changing society's thinking which considers them weak. Therefore, our group collaborates with people with disabilities by carrying out embroidery training so that we can show the wider community that people with disabilities can produce work. We believe that good cooperation and communication between our member groups and people with disabilities will produce work that produces useful benefits for the wider community. Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to prepare the community along with steps to strengthen community institutions to be able to realize progress, independence, and prosperity in an atmosphere of sustainable social justice. The Community Service Team formulated the problems faced by Partners, namely: 1). Many PKK mothers do not know about entrepreneurship, 2). Lack of business motivation, and 3). Knowledge of business management is still low. Based on these problems, the Community Service Team tries to help solve problems including providing business motivation and introduction to entrepreneurship, business management training, training and coaching for fish processing innovation, as well as evaluation and mentoring for Partners. Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif adalah kunci keberhasilan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), terutama di lingkungan pedesaan seperti Desa Karangpatihan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan saran dan dukungan kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Karangpatihan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan secara efektif. PKM ini dilaksankan dengan pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diselenggarakan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM memahami konsep dasar manajemen keuangan, pencatatan transaksi, perencanaan anggaran, dan strategi pengelolaan kas. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan dengan lebih efektif melalui pendidikan, penerapan teknologi sederhana, membangun jaringan, mengakses sumber daya luar, dan melakukan evaluasi secara teratur. Dengan demikian, upaya ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja dan keberlanjutan UMKM di Desa Karangpatihan, serta memperkuat peran perguruan tinggi sebagai mitra pembangunan lokal.

Abstract

This training aims to enhance the effectiveness of scientific writing for teachers in Baso, Agam Regency, West Sumatra, with the aid of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. In the context of expanding education, it is crucial for teachers to produce quality and relevant scientific writing. However, the scientific writing process often presents various challenges. Therefore, this training aims to enhance understanding of basic AI concepts and teach the effective use of relevant AI applications in scientific writing. The training includes presentations, discussions, practical demonstrations, and self-directed exercises to provide trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills. The training evaluation results indicate that participants improved their understanding of AI concepts, mastered the use of AI applications, and reported significant improvements in the efficiency and quality of their scientific writing. Additionally, the training successfully enhanced participants' digital literacy and made a positive contribution to education in the Baso region. It is expected that the training results will be practically applied in teachers' learning and research activities, and will have a sustainable impact on the development of education in the area. Abstract

Salatiga is a city located in Central Java Province, Indonesia. This city is known as a cool area because it is located on the slopes of Mount Ungaran. Salatiga has a rich history and is a comfortable place to live as well as a center of government, economy and recreation. Tingkir is also a sub-district in Salatiga City, Central Java Province. Basically, MSMEs are a productive business or business that is run by individuals, groups, households, or small business entities that meet the standards as micro-businesses. So, it can be concluded that this MSME as a business managed by people from the lower middle class, this MSME aims to expand employment opportunities and provide economic services to the community at large. The characteristics of MSMEs are usually that business actors have not yet gained access to banking, but can access non-banking institutions, Generally do not have a business license, including a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). The place of business can move. The commodity goods produced by the business are not fixed and can change.By looking at the conditions in the field, the MSMEs were given training on improving the use of digital technology which is currently widely used by the community. They feel that what they have done so far has not been optimal because they do not know what to do with technological advances. With this training, they open their hearts and minds to develop their business with the knowledge received during this training, namely marketing through digital media. This training is very helpful for MSMEs in trying to increase sales of their products so that they can cover their operational costs and can get decent profits and do not need to worry about sluggish sales. Abstract

This community service aims to broaden the perspectives and motivate participants of LPK Florenza in Demak Regency to become competent and successful entrepreneurs, so they can support themselves without depending on others, in accordance with the principles of management and accounting. The methods used include lectures, workshops, and mentoring in starting a business. Based on the results of the community service conducted at LPK FLORENZA, there is a lack of motivation to be creative and a lack of understanding of managing financial reports and tax reports correctly, often leading to fear of becoming an entrepreneur. The conclusion that can be drawn is the importance of providing training on building effective individuals and understanding business ethics, being able to manage financial reports and understand tax reports properly for each participant so that they can cultivate an interest in becoming an entrepreneur and be able to run their businesses without fear due to lack of knowledge.
