Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the pattern of cooperation between parents and teachers, to find out the process of forming student morals, and to find out whether there is an influence from this collaboration. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Sources of data in this research are teachers and students. The research instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis technique using simple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study was to use the Slovin formula with a confidence score of 20%. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) There are 4 collaborations that researchers encounter in the field. 2) The process of forming the morals of students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontolemngan is classified as good as the average score for the variable of student moral formation has the highest score of 3.7 and the lowest score of 3,0. The percentage level was 141 or 64% with the number of categories that answered very often, 55 or 25% answered often, 29 or 13% answered rarely, and 7 or 3% answered not at all. 3) There is an influence of the cooperation of parents and teachers (X) on the formation of student morals (Y) at Bontolemngan 1 Public Middle School. The results of the influence can be seen from the t-table value of 2.085, meaning that the t-count value is (8.187) > t-table (2.085), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence found between parent-teacher cooperation on the moral formation of students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontolemangan. And the coefficient of determination in this study shows that the contribution of the independent variable of cooperation between parents and teachers (X) on the dependent variable on student moral formation (Y) at SMP Negeri 1 Bontolemngan is 22%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of living in harmony through the STAD-type cooperative model for fourth-grade students at SDN Labang. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning process using the cooperative model in living in harmony at SDN Labang is going well. Students can carry out learning in harmony through group work. The teacher has also been successful in implementing the STAD-type cooperative model well with students. So that students can get closer and live in harmony with their friends.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student learning styles on learning achievement. this research uses a type of quantitative research with ex post facto. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using inferential statistics. The population was all students of SD Negeri Bontoramba Makassar and the sample used purposive sampling, namely grade VI students. The results of the study, namely: (1) There is no positive influence of visual learning style on learning achievement with a significance value of 0.619 and 0.811. (2) There is a positive effect of auditory learning style on learning achievement with a significance value of 0.019 and 0.012. (3) There is no positive effect of kinesthetic learning style on learning achievement with a significance value of 0.619 and 0.81. (4) There is no influence and significant visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles together on learning achievement with a significance value of 0.176 and 0.072

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Powtoon media on students' interest in learning at SMAN 12 Bulukumba. This type of research is quantitative or experimental research (Pre Experiment) with a One-Shot Case Study design. The population in this study were all students of SMAN 12 Bulukumba with a total of 397 people. The sample in this study were students of class XI MIPA 1 with a total of 27 students, who were selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the study found that the count was 0.390 so it was categorized as having a low correlation level, which was in the range of 0.21-0.40. This value also shows that there is a positive relationship between the use of Powtoon media and students' interest in learning because the value of the correlation coefficient is positive. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using Powtoon media on the learning interest of SMAN 12 Bulukumba students.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of the use of Articulate Storyline Based Learning Media on student learning outcomes in Social Studies Subject at SMP Negeri 2 Pangkep Regency. Thesis Educational Technology Study Program. The purpose of this study was determine the effect of using learning media by utilizing Articulate Storyline-based media. This research is a quantitative research using an experimental with a pre-experimental research design, namely one group pretest posttest design. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained by direct observation and observation by researchers. The results of this study state that through Articulate Storyline-based learning media in learning can have an influence on student learning outcomes in Social Studies Class VII A Subject at SMP Negeri 2 Pangkajene and give a positive respons to the learning media.

Abstract

The purpose to be achieved in this research is to examine and review the reading comprehension ability before using the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite and Review (PQ4R) model of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Bantaeng, reading comprehension ability after using the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite and Review (PQ4R) model of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Bantaeng and prove the use of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite and Review (PQ4R) model on the reading comprehension ability of Class VIII students.This type of research is quantitative pre-experiment because the data obtained in the form of numbers from the results of student work. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, test and documentation techniques. The data collection technique of the PQ4R model in this study was carried out by giving multiple choice tests before and after treatment using the PQ4R model. The analysis technique that has been collected in the form of test results, then analyzed to determine the ability of students in reading comprehension before and after using the PQ4R model. Based on the results of research on the effect of using the PQ4R model on reading comprehension skills, it can be concluded that the PQ4R model has a significant effect on the reading comprehension skills of students VIII SMP Negeri 2 Bantaeng. This can be seen in the results of the initial test and the final test of students' reading comprehension skills. Based on the test results obtained before using the PQ4R model students still look less, showing the maximum value is 80 already included in the category of completion. However, the minimum score is still not complete, which is 35. The average acquisition of all student scores is 55. For the test results there are 21 students who are still in the very low category, 3 students who are still in the low category, and there are only 3 students who are complete. Based on the test results obtained after using the PQ4R model, the maximum score of 90 is included in the complete category. The average acquisition of the overall student score decreased from the average test result of 80. The application of the PQ4R model has at least had an influence on student scores which in the initial test only 3 students were complete, while the final test can make all students complete in answering questions according to the material provided, in this case there are still students who are still in the range of values in the low value category. Based on the results of the inferential statistical analysis, the mann-whitney analysis on Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) analysis results in a significant value of 0.000 less than the significant value of 0.05. Based on the results of inferential statistics on the mann-whitney test, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, namely there is a significant effect of the PQ4R model on the learning outcomes of reading comprehension of Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Bantaeng.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore how the Problem-Based Learning Model can increase student participation and learning achievement. This research discusses the application of the Problem-Based Learning Model in increasing student participation and learning achievement at SMA Negeri 10 Maros in the subject of Sociology. This approach is implemented through two cycles using the Classroom Action Research method. The first cycle showed that problem-based learning required adjustments for students who were not used to it, with a learning completeness of 45.2%. The second cycle showed significant improvement, achieving a learning completeness of 77.4%. These results reflect positive changes in students' attitudes, interests, and activity, as well as an increase in their ability to complete individual and group assignments. The Problem-Based Learning Model has proven to be effective in improving the learning outcomes of sociology students, along with changes in attitudes and more active involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how high the level of scientific literacy ability in the competency aspect of class VIII students at SMPN 21 Makassar. This research is a descriptive survey research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 21 Makassar as many as 207 students spread over 8 classes. Sampling used the Random Sampling technique and determined the number of samples using the Slovin formula, namely 136 students. The research instrument was in the form of 20 multiple-choice questions. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that the scientific literacy ability level in the competency aspect of class VIII students at SMPN 21 Makassar is 54.66% which is included in the low category.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student biology learning outcomes by using the Discovery Learning learning model on Virus material in class X.4 of SMA Negeri 10 Maros. This research is a class action research that has been carried out in as many as 2 cycles. The subjects taken are all students of grade X.4 of SMA Negeri 10 Maros for the 2023/2024 school year. Data collection techniques in this study are (a). observation, (b). interview, (c). documentation, and (d). test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the percentage of student learning completeness is in the very good category, so it can be said that Discovery Learning is effectively used on Virus material, this is shown in cycle 1 the percentage of learning completeness is 00.0%, and in cycle 2 it increases to 100%. In the activities of students and teachers based on the results of observations and also on the model used by researchers, Discovery Learning is at an effective level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning model on the scientific literacy abilities of class IV students at SD Negeri Tetebatu 1 Kabupaten Gowa Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods using True- experimental. The population in this study were all class IV students, the sample with a total of 28 students. The sampling method in this research used a saturated sampling technique. The results of the research show that the average score obtained by students in the pre-test class IV 76.15 which was in the sufficient category and the average score obtained by students in the post-test score in Class IV was 88.08 which was in the category Good. The results show that the use of the Problem Based Learning model can improve the scientific literacy skills of class IV. The results of data analysis obtained a sig value. 0,000. It turns out that the sig value. 0.000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or in other words the value 0.05 > 0.000. So it can be concluded that, there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model on the scientific literacy abilities of class IV at SD Negeri Tetebatu 1 Kab. Gowa Regency.
