Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact that Indonesia's fiscal policy has had on aggregate demand and economic growth throughout the course of the period stretching from 2020 to 2024. The issue that is being discussed is the manner in which fiscal policy, which includes both taxation and spending by the government, can contribute to the economic recovery that follows a pandemic. This research makes use of a methodology known as a literature review, which involves the examination of a variety of publications, reports, and statistical data that are associated with the subject matter. Based on the data, it can be concluded that the expansive fiscal policy that the Indonesian government has enacted helps to effectively enhance aggregate demand, which ultimately results in improved economic growth. As a result of this discovery, a conversation is sparked on the significance of boosting collaboration between fiscal and monetary policy, as well as improving the effectiveness of subsidies and incentives for critical industries. Taking into account the issues that the global economy is currently facing, this research highlights the importance of having an efficient fiscal policy in order to foster growth and ensure the stability of the national economy.

Abstract

In an era marked by globalization and technological upheaval, the education sector faces complex challenges that require adept leadership strategies to drive progress and improve educational standards. The purpose of this investigation is to examine the importance of transformational leadership as a catalyst for driving innovation and improving quality in contemporary education, as evidenced by a comprehensive review of the relevant literature. Using a research approach grounded in a literature review, this study explores existing academic work, particularly across the spectrum of primary to post-secondary education. Through thematic analysis, common patterns and motifs are identified. The findings of this investigation demonstrate the efficacy of transformational leadership in driving educational innovation, enhancing educational experiences, and strengthening the resilience of educational institutions. Leaders who are proficient in transformational strategies demonstrate greater efficacy in assimilating new technologies, fostering environments conducive to ingenuity, and facilitating adaptation to rapid transformations in the education sector.

Abstract

Dalam pandangan Islam, literasi keuangan sangat penting bagi setiap Muslim karena hal ini memiliki implikasi yang luas terhadap tercapainya kesuksesan sejati, baik di dunia maupun di akhirat. Kesalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dapat menyebabkan kesulitan finansial, seperti ketika seseorang berencana untuk melakukan pembiayaan atau kredit tanpa disertai perencanaan keuangan yang matang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa hukum ekonomi syariah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memberikan dampak positif terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa fakultas hukum di Kota Palangka Raya, yang tercermin dalam tiga aspek utama: 1) pengelolaan keuangan yang bijak, 2) peningkatan kesadaran finansial, dan 3) kemandirian finansial. Karena jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terbatas, disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya melibatkan sampel yang lebih luas untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih relevan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of thrifting, or purchasing imported second-hand clothing, is growing in Indonesia and has a significant impact on the national textile industry. This study aims to analyze the impact of the thrifting phenomenon on Indonesia’s textile industry, using a case study of PT Stitex, as well as government policies regulating the trade of imported second-hand clothing. This research employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative analysis through non-numeric data analysis and literature studies, along with quantitative analysis using statistical data on the impact of thrifting on the textile industry. The findings indicate that the trade of imported second-hand clothing poses challenges for the local textile industry, particularly in terms of price competition and shifting consumer preferences. PT Sritex has experienced a decline in competitiveness due to the increasing demand for thrifting products. From a regulatory perspective, the government has issued a ban on second-hand clothing imports as a measure to protect the domestic industry. However, the implementation of this policy faces challenges, such as weak enforcement and the continued circulation of illegally imported second-hand clothing. Therefore, more effective strategies from both the government and industry players are needed to enhance the competitiveness of local products and strengthen the enforcement of import regulations on second-hand clothing.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang pelatihan retorika dakwah bagi santri di Pesantren Subulussalam Plosokandang Tulungagung Jawa Timur yang berhasil mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya, yaitu meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan santri dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah, gagasan, maupun ide dengan baik dan efektif. Peningkatan ini nampak dibanding dari keadaan sebelumnya yang belum baik dan maksimal. Dengan metode deskriptif, tulisan ini menjelaskan bagaimana melalui pendekatan partisipatif, metode pelatihan praktis, dan pendampingan intensif, program pelatihan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan kognitif santri tentang teori dakwah dan melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan terhadap kekurangan-kekurangan yang selama ini ada. Dengan masukan-masukan selama pendampingan, para santri memperbaiki praktik khitobah yang selama ini kurang baik dan kurang maksimal menjadi lebih baik, efektif dan maksimal. Pada akhirnya, tulisan ini menemukan bahwa hasil pelatihan dari PKM ini menjadi model bagi pimpinan pesantren, musyrif-musyrifah dan pengurus dalam melakukan evaluasi praktek khitobah. Selanjutnya pola pendampingan ini dapat diberlakukan seterusnya bagi santri atau peserta khitobah yang belum tersentuh pendampingan karena terbatasnya waktu pendampingan.

Abstract

Bawang dayak (Eleutherine palmifolia (L.) Merr) berasal dari Negara Amerika sebagai bahan baku obat. Provinsi Riau memiliki lahan gambut 4,9 juta ha terluas dibelum termanfaatkan optimal untuk budidaya tanaman obat. Untuk menunjang pertumbuhan bawang dayak agar berproduksi maksimal diperlukan penambahan trichokompos. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dan utama pemberian dosis trichocompos pada berbagai komposisi gambut terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang Dayak menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama dosis trichocompos (T) faktor kedua komposisi gambut (G). Parameter yang di amati tinggi tanaman, umur panen, jumlah umbi per rumpun, berat basah umbi per rumpun, berat kering umbi per rumpun, persentase susut umbi dan indeks panen. Data pengamatan terakhir dianalisis statistik. dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut BNJ pada taraf 5%. Perlakuan terbaik pada kombinasi T3G3 dan T2G2. Pengaruh utama dosis Trichoderma/kompos nyata terhadap semua parameter. Perlakuan terbaik (T3). Pengaruh utama komposisi gambut nyata terhadap semua parameter.Perlakuan terbaik (G3)

Abstract

This study deals with the effect of applying the Role Play Technique on students’ speaking ability at grade ten of SMA Swasta HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar. The purpose of this research is to determine how the Role Play technique affects the students' speaking ability in grade tenth at SMA Kampus HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar with a total sample of 46 people. This research was implemented using a quantitative design, using an experimental approach as a research method. To determine how the Role Play technique affects the students’ speaking ability in grade tenth at SMA Swasta HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar, the T-test formula was used. From the test result, it is determined that the t-observed value is 4,23 and the t-table value is 2,015. If the t-observed > t-table, the alternative hypothesis, Ha, is acceptable. The score was calculated using a t-test with a degree of freedom of 44 (df=Nx+Ny-2), a level of significance of 0,05. The t-test calculation result indicated that the t-observed is greater than the t-table [t-obs (4,23) > t-table (2,015) {α=0,05} with df=44]., then the alternative hypothesis (Hs) is accepted. Therefore, this research showed that the Role Play technique affects the students’ speaking ability at grade tenth of SMA Kampus HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This study examines the correlation between students' perceptions of English songs and their English learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Ambon. Employing a quantitative correlational design, the study involved 33 second-grade students from the Travel and Tourism Business department selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring students' perceptions of English songs' impact on six language skill areas while learning outcomes were assessed through semester English grades. The findings indicate that students hold highly positive perceptions of English songs as language learning tools (overall mean 3.95), with particularly strong ratings for listening (4.13), reading (4.10), vocabulary (4.07), and speaking (4.05) skills. While 87.9% of students achieved "Good" academic scores (80-89), preliminary normality testing necessitated non-parametric correlation analysis. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient (rs = 0.132, p = 0.466) revealed a very weak, statistically insignificant relationship between perceptions of English songs and learning outcomes. This disconnect can be interpreted through situated learning theory, suggesting that while songs create authentic language engagement, their benefits may not translate to standardized vocational assessments. The study contributes to understanding how the perceived benefits of English songs relate to academic performance in vocational education, suggesting that strategic integration of songs requires alignment with tourism-specific language competencies and assessment approaches.

Abstract

This study investigates how Pancasila values are applied in civic education. In forming citizens who are moral, responsible, and have a spirit of nationalism, Pancasila, as the basis of the state and ideology of the Indonesian nation, plays an important role. At various levels of education, Civic Education subjects function as a tool to instill Pancasila values in students. This study uses qualitative literature studies. The results of the study show that the values of Pancasila in Civic Education can be applied through various learning approaches, such as discussions, case studies, and role-playing. However, several problems have arisen, such as teachers' lack of understanding of the meaning of Pancasila values and lack of innovation in the learning process. As a result, a more efficient approach is needed to incorporate Pancasila values into the Civic Education curriculum

Abstract

Fenomena Kawin Kontrak memunculkan kerisauan yang mendalam di kalangan Elemen masyarakat seperti Orang tua, pendidik, ulama yang ada di Indonesia secara umum. Fenomena kawin kontrak, yang banyak ditemukan di wilayah Cisarua Puncak, kerap kali dikaitkan dengan praktik serupa. Dalam sejarah Islam, Kawin Kontrak pernah dibolehkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam situasi peperangan, ketika para sahabat harus berjauhan dari istri mereka selama waktu yang cukup lama dan berada dalam kondisi tidak menikah. Namun, beliau kemudian melarang dan menghapus kebolehannya. Tujuan Peneletian ini Memahami dan menganalisa fenomena yang dibahas dalam artikel dengan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui telaah pustaka dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menerapkan teknik reduksi data, penyajian informasi, serta penarikan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan ada yang mempengaruhi fenomena yang dikaji, baik dari segi sosial, ekonomi, maupun budaya. Kawin kontrak (nikah mut’ah) dalam perspektif HAM Indonesia yakni UU No. 39 tahun 1999 adalah melanggar HAM, karena Kawin kontrak yang dalam pelaksanaannya dibatasi oleh waktu dan berakhir sesuai perjanjian perkawinan kontrak, tanpa proses perceraian tentu saja melanggar Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM).
