bawahan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Dalam konteks pendidikan, gaya kepemimpinan ini dipandang sebagai strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan sekolah dan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja dan kinerja profesional guru di SDN 33 Bantan. Pentingnya penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan untuk memahami dinamika kepemimpinan sekolah yang dapat mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui optimalisasi sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan pada April–Mei 2025 dengan melibatkan 11 guru sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja profesional guru. Selain itu, observasi langsung juga dilakukan untuk memperkuat validitas data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel dan menentukan tingkat signifikansi pengaruh yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan yang signifikan: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan nilai p = 0.007 dan koefisien regresi B = 0.013, (2) Gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja profesional guru dengan nilai p = 0.023 dan koefisien regresi B = 0.411, (3) Kedua pengaruh tersebut menunjukkan arah positif, mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik penerapan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja dan kinerja profesional guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terbukti efektif diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah dasar dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pendidikan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan partisipatif bagi kepala sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sekolah.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran pada jenjang dasar tidak hanya berorientasi pada penguasaan materi, tetapi juga pada pembentukan kemampuan sosial dan komunikasi interpersonal siswa sebagai bekal berinteraksi dalam lingkungan akademik maupun sosial yang lebih luas. Dalam konteks tersebut, pembelajaran kooperatif hadir sebagai pendekatan yang menempatkan kerja sama, interaksi dialogis, dan partisipasi aktif sebagai inti proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa pada pembelajaran tematik dasar di MIN 2 Karawang, serta menelaah dinamika proses yang terjadi di dalam aktivitas kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara sistematis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif diterapkan dalam bentuk kerja kelompok terstruktur, diskusi berbasis tugas, serta peran guru sebagai fasilitator komunikasi yang mendorong interaksi setara antar siswa. Implementasi tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan keberanian siswa mengemukakan pendapat, kemampuan mendengarkan lawan bicara, dan keterbukaan dalam menyelesaikan tugas bersama. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif memiliki potensi strategis sebagai pendekatan pedagogik yang relevan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa pada pembelajaran tematik dasar, serta dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam perancangan praktik pembelajaran di lingkungan madrasah maupun sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Termination of employment constitutes a major risk in industrial relations and directly affects workers’ livelihoods. The state has a constitutional obligation to provide legal and social protection for workers who lose their jobs. One such form of protection is the Job Loss Insurance (Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan/JKP) program regulated under Government Regulation Number 6 of 2025. This study aims to analyze the regulation of JKP from the perspectives of legal protection and legal certainty, as well as to examine its implementation and the level of compliance by employers and the Employment Social Security Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan). This research employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach, utilizing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The findings indicate that, normatively, Government Regulation No. 6 of 2025 reflects the principles of legal protection through both preventive and repressive mechanisms and aligns with the welfare state concept and social security theory. However, in terms of legal certainty, there remain normative inconsistencies with other labor-related regulations, particularly concerning post-termination rights and claim verification mechanisms. Furthermore, the implementation of JKP faces practical challenges, including low employer compliance, limited socialization, and institutional constraints within BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. These issues hinder the optimal fulfillment of workers’ rights. Therefore, regulatory harmonization, strengthened supervision, and improved legal literacy are essential to ensure the effective functioning of JKP as a post-termination worker protection instrument.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis respons pedagang UMK telur ayam ras terhadap fluktuasi harga ekstrem di Pasar Sememi Surabaya, di mana harga mencapai Rp30.500/kg. Tujuan utama adalah mengidentifikasi pola pricing dan stocking serta rasionalitas operasional (sosial vs kapital) sebagai strategi survival. Menggunakan desain kualitatif Etnografi Bisnis, populasi seluruh pedagang UMK dengan sampel dua informan kunci (contrasting cases: konservatif dan oportunistik). Instrumen meliputi observasi partisipatif 18 minggu, wawancara mendalam, dan data harga resmi; analisis melalui triangulasi dan coding tematik. Hasil menunjukkan dualisme strategi: Pedagang A (pricing kompetitif, stocking 10.6 kg/hari, rasionalitas sosial) versus Pedagang B (pricing premium Rp500-1.500, stocking 9.6 kg/hari, rasionalitas kapital). Kesimpulan menegaskan sintesis risiko ekonomi-sosial sebagai kunci adaptasi UMK, dengan implikasi kebijakan dukungan modal dan peringatan harga dini.

Abstract

The issue of transparency and public accountability positions government internal media as a crucial instrument in shaping institutional image and public perception. This study aims to analyze the framing strategies employed by the Public Relations Division of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in South Sumatra on its official website, as well as their impact on public perception and the enhancement of human resource quality. Using Entman’s framing model (1993) integrated with Pan and Kosicki’s structural analysis, this research examines how published news is constructed, emphasizing problem definition, causal interpretation, moral evaluation, and treatment recommendation. Data were collected from news articles published between January and September 2025, focusing on three major themes: administration of the Hajj pilgrimage, social cohesion and spiritual development alongside human resource enhancement, and the promotion of halal certification to strengthen religious harmony and regional economic development. The findings indicate that the Public Relations Division consistently selects and highlights information to reinforce institutional professionalism, moral values, and public trust, demonstrating how government internal media strategically influence public perception and communicate institutional priorities effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis paradigma filsafat ilmu modern yang mendominasi metodologi kontemporer, namun menimbulkan tantangan epistemologis bagi tradisi keilmuan Islam. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis secara komparatif aliran pemikiran positivistik, post-positivistik, subjektivistik, dan objektivistik serta implikasinya terhadap epistemologi Islam. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka menggunakan analisis filosofis-komparatif. Populasi meliputi literatur filsafat ilmu 2021-2025, dengan sampel 25 sumber primer dari Google Scholar dipilih purposively. Instrumen berupa dokumen sekunder dianalisis melalui konten analisis kualitatif dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil menunjukkan keempat aliran memiliki komitmen prosedur ilmiah sistematis, namun berbeda pada asumsi ontologis-epistemologis yang memengaruhi pilihan metode kuantitatif hingga kualitatif. Kesimpulan mengusulkan paradigma komplementer untuk epistemologi Islam holistik yang adaptif secara kontekstual.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah organik menjadi tantangan serius di sekolah Indonesia, menyumbang 40,64% total sampah rumah tangga dan mengancam kesehatan lingkungan. Penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menginovasikan produksi ekoenzim dari limbah organik kantin sekolah menggunakan Pendekatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Berbasis Pendidikan Lingkungan terintegrasi Project-Based Learning (PjBL) di SMA N 1 Ampel. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menargetkan 35 siswa kelas X1 secara purposive sampling, menggunakan pre-post test, lembar observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data kualitatif deskriptif melalui triangulasi berfokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran lingkungan. Hasil menunjukkan kehadiran 97%, peningkatan pemahaman 88% pada post-test, antusiasme tinggi siswa, dan fermentasi tiga bulan berhasil menghasilkan ekoenzim berkualitas (warna kecoklatan, aroma alkohol-cuka, kapalan putih). Kesimpulannya, pendekatan terintegrasi efektif mengubah limbah menjadi produk bernilai guna sambil menumbuhkan praktik lingkungan berkelanjutan di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and family role with reproductive health maintenance behavior among early adolescent girls at MIS Al-Kautsar Medan Johor in 2025. Early adolescence is a critical developmental period during which young girls experience significant physiological and psychological changes, making proper reproductive health practices essential. Despite this, many adolescents still lack adequate knowledge and receive insufficient family support, contributing to poor hygiene behaviors. Materials and methods. This study employed a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 44 early adolescent girls aged 11–12 years were selected as respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring reproductive health knowledge, family role, and reproductive health behavior. Descriptive statistics were used to describe respondents’ characteristics and variable distributions. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test was performed to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Results. The findings showed that 63.6% of respondents had poor knowledge, 72.7% experienced low family support, and 56.8% demonstrated poor reproductive health behavior. Chi-Square analysis revealed a significant relationship between knowledge and reproductive health behavior (χ² = 10.53; p = 0.001). Family role was also significantly associated with reproductive health behavior (χ² = 13.41; p = 0.000). Adolescents with good knowledge and strong family involvement were more likely to practice proper reproductive hygiene. Conclusions. Both knowledge and family role significantly influence reproductive health maintenance behavior among early adolescent girls. Strengthening reproductive health education in schools and enhancing family involvement are essential strategies for improving adolescents’ hygiene practices. Collaborative efforts between educators, parents, and health professionals—particularly midwives—are needed to support early adolescents in developing healthy reproductive habits.

Abstract

The research on Tafsir Maqashidi and Islamic epistemology explores the integration of higher objectives (maqashid) of the Qur'an with contemporary knowledge and human resource development (HRD) within Islamic frameworks. Studies highlight that Tafsir Maqashidi offers a purposive interpretation approach emphasizing spiritual, ethical, and intellectual dimensions, aligning revelation and reason as coequal knowledge sources, and promoting lifelong learning and moral responsibility in education. In HRD, Maqasid Sharia principles guide beyond skill enhancement to include spiritual and moral growth, fostering values-based personal and organizational development, as shown in waqf-based institutions and Islamic educational settings. The epistemological discourse also addresses the challenges of modern knowledge by integrating Islamic primary sources with reason and spirituality, offering alternative educational models responsive to contemporary societal needs. Additionally, Islamic philosophy’s concept of 'Ilm' (knowledge) provides a reflective knowledge framework valuable for knowledge management and learning organizations in the digital age. These findings imply that applying Maqashidi interpretation and Islamic epistemology can enrich knowledge management, HRD, and education in the context of Society 5.0, supporting holistic human development grounded in Islamic values.
