Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work stress and work motivation on the performance of teaching staff simultaneously and partially at the 19 Batang Hari State Junior High School. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this sample is all teaching staff at the Batang Hari 19 State Junior High School with 19 teaching staff as respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research show that: (1). The effect of work stress on the performance of teaching staff is 54%. Calculating tcount shows that tcount = 3.620 ttable= 1.729, this shows that you reject H0 and accept H1. This means that there is a significant influence between the work stress variable on the performance of an educator. (2). The influence of work motivation on the performance of teaching staff is 44.1%. Calculating tcount with ttable shows that tcount = 2.961 ttable= 1.729, this shows that we reject H0 and accept H1. This means that there is a significant influence between work motivation and the performance of teaching staff. (3). The influence of work stress and work motivation on the performance of teaching staff is 82.9%. Calculating Fcount with Ftable gets Fcount =38.730 Ftable= 3.52, this shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between work stress and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of teaching staff.

Abstract

Jatim Park 3 is a company operating in the tourism sector. The condition of employees in Jatim Park 3 in the Dino Park section has problems in terms of inadequate work experience so that there are many errors in work, teamwork is not implemented so that the work results are less effective and lack of job training for new employees means that the performance expected by the company is not achieved. The research objective to be achieved in accordance with the problem formulation described above is to determine, analyze and answer the role of Work Experience, Teamwork and Job Training partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at Dino Park, Jatim Park 3 (PT. Maju Batu Bersama). This research uses primary data. With a population of 80 employees, the number of samples used is a saturated sample. And the testing in this research uses quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the validity test for all indicators are valid (because the Corrected Item-Total Correlation value is greater than rtable), while the reliability test for all indicators is reliable (because the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value is > 0.60). For the classical assumption test results, all results meet the criteria, namely 1) normality test on the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) >0.05, 2) the regression model is free from multicollinearity, 3) heteroscedasticity does not occur. Multiple linear results show that all variables have a positive and significant effect. The results of hypothesis testing all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the Adjusted R square is 0.931/ 93.1% of the influence of the variables work experience (X1), teamwork (X2) and job training (X3). The remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the phylon injection department at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The research method used is the quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The population and sample for this research consist of 90 respondents. The analysis technique used includes instrument test analysis (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), simple linear regression analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation coefficient analysis test, coefficient of determination analysis test, and hypothesis test. (uji t dan uji F). The research results for the Work Environment variable (X1) indicate a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance in the Injection Department of Phylon PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The t-test results (partial test) show that t count > t table (4.922 > 1.987) and significant < 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.005). The Work Discipline variable (X2) also shows a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance in the Injection Department of Phylon PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The t-test results (partial test) show that t count > t table (9.521 > 1.987) and significant < 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.005). The simultaneous research results indicate a positive and significant effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline variables on Employee Performance in the Injection Department of Phylon PT Pratama Abadi Industri Serpong. The F-test results (simultaneous test) show that F count > F table (47.445 > 3.10) and significant < 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.005). The results of the coefficient of determination test yielded an R-square value of 0.522. It can be concluded that the variables Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an influence on the variable Employee Performance (Y) by 52.2%, while the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other.

Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to explore strategies for increasing customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Lumajang Imam Bonjol. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in the sharia banking sector, this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with bank management and several loyal customers, as well as direct observation of bank services. The research results show that implementing sharia values, improving service quality, sharia product education, and good personal relationships are the main factors in building customer loyalty. These strategies not only increase customer trust but also strengthen long-term relationships between banks and customers. This research provides insight for Islamic bank management to design more effective policies in maintaining customer loyalty amidst the challenges of the modern banking industry.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive global era, service quality is a crucial factor in building customer trust and loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach to examine the quality of the customer service system at Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pasar Wage, Purwokeroto Selatan. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation, and literature review to obtain an overview of the service dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that, overall, the service system at Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pasar Wage is functioning well. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited supporting facilities, relatively long waiting times during peak periods, and suboptimal communication of information to customers. These findings are expected to serve as input for management in efforts to enhance service quality and strengthen the image of Pegadaian Syariah in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Langsa City. The method used in this research is quantitative method using the help of SPSS 26. The population in this study amounted to 71 employees. And the sample in this study amounted to 71 employees. The sampler in this study was non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. the data analysis method used in this study is t test, F test. The results of this study indicate the results of regression analysis with the equation Y = 5.036 + 0.256 X1 + 0.442 X2. The result of the t test for the effect of intellectual intelligence (X1) on performance (Y) is 2.500 and the t-sig is smaller than the alpha value of 0.015 <0.05, for emotional intelligence (X2) on performance (Y) is 7.001 and the t sig value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.000 <0.05. And for the F test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And for the F test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif merupakan kecenderungan individu untuk membeli dan menggunakan barang atau jasa secara berlebihan, sering kali didorong oleh dorongan emosional atau sosial daripada kebutuhan rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh literasi digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEB UNISRI Surakarta, 2) Pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEB UNISRI Surakarta, 3) Pengaruh e-commerce terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEB UNISRI Surakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dikumpulkan melalui jawaban responden yang dikonversikan ke dalam skala likert. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Total populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif semester ganjil tahun 2024 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNISRI yang berjumlah 2.312 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital, gaya hidup, dan e-commerce memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 23,923 dengan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa model tersebut tepat untuk memprediksi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Koefisien determinasi (R²) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,410. Hal ini berarti kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 41%. Sisanya (100%-41%) sebesar 59% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model, seperti literasi keuangan, pengendalian diri, dan pendapatan, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of job satisfaction and career development on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency with a questionnaire distribution of 77 (seventy seven) respondents. The results of the study showed that based on the Determination Coefficient Analysis obtained of 0.606, this means that what happened to the variation of the dependent variable Performance 60.6% was determined by the independent variables Job Satisfaction and Career Development simultaneously and the remaining 30.4% was determined by other factors not discussed in this study such as Division of Labor, Supervision, Leadership, Competence, Motivation, Communication, and so on. From the results of the t-test in the study, it is known that the calculated t value of Job Satisfaction is 4.919> t table 1.99254, with a significance of 0.001 <0.05 and Career Development is 2.761> t table 1.99254 with a significance of 0.007 <0.05, then the hypothesis stating that Job Satisfaction has a Positive and Significant effect on Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Central Tapanuli Regency can be accepted, and Career Development has a Positive and Significant effect on Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Central Tapanuli Regency can be accepted. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 56,900> F table 3.12 and the significance of the calculated F is 0.001 <0.05 so that the hypothesis stating that Supervision and Division of Work have a Positive and Significant Effect on the Effectiveness of Employee Work at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Central Tapanuli Regency can be accepted. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Career Development and Performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Ada Tidaknya Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang ada pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dengan penyebaran kuesioner berjumlah 77 (Tujuh puluh tujuh) responden. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa berdasarkan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,606 hal ini berarti bahwa yang terjadi pada variasi variabel terikat Kinerja 60,6% ditentukan oleh variabel bebas Kepuasan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir secara serempak dan sisanya sebesar 30,4 % ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini seperti Pengembangan Karir, Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Motivasi, Komunikasi, dan lain sebagainya. Dari Hasil uji t pada penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 4.919 > t tabel 1.99254, dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 dan Pengembangan Karir sebesar 2.761 > t tabel 1.99254 dengan signifikan 0,007 < 0,05, maka hipotesis yang menyatakan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dapat diterima, dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dapat diterima. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make booklet as other promotion media to attract buying interests of consumers by using Canva. The research was action research and the data collection methods were interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 33 respondents, including two graphic design experts, one owner, and 30 potential consumers. The questionnaire results were then analyzed by EPIC Model. After that, there was an interview with 5 potential consumers as the respondents to know their buying interests after saw he booklet. The questionnaire data analysis results of the design effectiveness showed that the score was 4.56, which meant very effective. And the interview results showed that booklet can affect buying interest of potential consumers. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Karto Agro booklet was effective as promotion media and able to attract buying interest of potential consumers.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh SPBU di Bojonegoro memegang peranan penting dalam kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas layanan di SPBU Bojonegoro serta tantangan dan peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara dan observasi dilakukan terhadap 30 konsumen dan 5 pengelola SPBU. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen umumnya memiliki persepsi positif terhadap kualitas layanan namun mengidentifikasi beberapa area yang perlu perbaikan, seperti waktu tunggu konsumen, kebersihan, dan ketersediaan fasilitas. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peluang bagi SPBU untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui pelatihan staf yang lebih baik, pengembangan infrastruktur, dan strategi komunikasi yang lebih efektif.
