Abstract

LOCA (Letter of Coordination Agreement) is an operational agreement between one party and another. In this research, the author studied the daily activities of a group under natural conditions through observations and interviews. To improve thee quality of aeronautical information data, it necessary to have periodic meetings between AIS Jakarta Regional and data sources to discuss and review issues that are not in accordance with the agreed LOCA.

Abstract

Submitting airspace NOTAM requests is a crucial process in ensuring the safety and efficiency of aviation operations. This process relies on the completeness and timeliness of data provided by various relevant parties. However, delays in receiving the required data often become a significant obstacle, leading to delays in submitting NOTAM requests. This issue can disrupt the smooth flow of flight operations, especially in handling emergencies or significant changes in airspace conditions. This study aims to analyze the impact of delayed data submission on the process at Perum LPPNPI Palembang Branch. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that delayed data submission not only hinders the timely submission of requests but also poses potential risks to flight operations and diminishes stakeholder trust.

Abstract

This journal analyzes the registration and verification process of NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) submissions in AIS (Aeronautical Information Services) Medan Regional. Currently, there are challenges in the verification process due to errors in the format and content of NOTAM submissions, resulting in inefficient processes. This condition indicates the need for more attention to the quality and format of the raw data provided by the data sources. It is hoped that with greater awareness of the importance of correct format and standards, the verification process can be more efficient. A specific case of verification problem is presented, where errors in the coordinate sequence in the submission of NOTAM PUTA (Unmanned Aircraft) are identified. The solution to this problem involves assistance from the AIS Medan Regional in correcting the sequence and format of the coordinates, which are then resubmitted to the data source. In resolving the issue, the process of verifying the raw data is repeated and it is found to be correct. The author recommends that the Medan Regional Air Navigation Service Office provide socialization to the data sources regarding the format and standards of NOTAM, to prevent repeated verifications in the future. Thus, it is hoped that a better understanding of the correct format and standards can improve the efficiency of the NOTAM registration and verification process in the AIS Medan Regional.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana penerapan integrasi dan kerja profesional dan dampaknya jika tidak diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan terhadap perilaku dan juga wawancara dengan pegawai yang ada di bandar udara, setelah itu dilakukan analisis. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan masalah yang terjadi ketika integrasi dan kerja profesional belum diterapkan dengan baik dan faktor yang mempengaruhi belum terpenuhinya. Integrasi dan profesionalisme sangat mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja pegawai sehingga Pegawai yang tidak mampu berintegrasi terhadap pekerjaan dan tidak memiliki integritas serta profesionalisme dalam bekerja akan membuat kualitas kerja menurun sehingga target dari suatu pekerjaan tidak dapat terpenuhi. Kemudian adanya cara bagaimana menumbuhkan intergrasi dan profesional dalam lingkungan kerja. Bandar Udara merupakan kawasan daratan dan perairan dengan yang memiliki batas-batas tertentu dan memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung yang digunakan sebagai tempat pesawat udara untuk mendarat dan lepas landas, naik turun penumpang, dan juga barang. Bandar udara dapat berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk memberikan kepercayaan bagi pengguna jasa angkutan udara. Jika layanan yang diberikan sudah sejalan dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh pengguna layanan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan yang berkualitas. Namun jika sebaliknya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas tersebut tidak berkualitas.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang berkembang pesat, organisasi harus beradaptasi dengan cepat. Sehingga strategi dan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif menjadi faktor utama dalam mecapai keberhasilan organisasi. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja karyawan, serta bagaimana hal ini berpengaruh pada pencapaian tujuan jangka panjang dalam organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja produktivitas karyawan, yaitu sistem penilaian kinerja, motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, sumber daya manusia dan kinerja organisasi dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif berasal dari peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja melalui sistem evaluasi yang transparan, insentif yang sesuai, dan budaya kerja yang mendukung inovasi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the compliance of heliport markings at Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu Airport with international standards (ICAO Annex 14 Vol. II) and national regulations (Regulation of the Director General of Civil Aviation No. KP 215 of 2019). The research background is based on the importance of standardizing heliport markings to ensure operational safety and efficiency, particularly since non-compliant markings can increase the risk of accidents and regulatory violations. The study focuses on markings in the FATO, TLOF, and Safety Area. The research employs qualitative and quantitative methods, including field observations, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and analysis of regulatory documents. The collected data were analyzed using gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing conditions and applicable standards. The results indicate that the existing markings on the FATO and TLOF do not meet the minimum required standards, while the Safety Area markings are compliant. Based on these findings, the study proposes two solutions: (1) reducing the D-value to 9.64 meters to align existing markings without reconstruction, or (2) physically improving the heliport to meet standards. These recommendations are expected to serve as a reference for airport management in enhancing the safety and operational efficiency of the heliport.

Abstract

The growth in the number of airline passengers in Indonesia necessitates an increase in the operational efficiency and effectiveness of airports. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Traffic-Based Operations Management (MOT) at Yogyakarta International Airport, focusing on the implementation mechanisms, involved units, and its impact on airport operations. The method used is qualitative descriptive through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results show that the successful implementation of MOT depends on close coordination among units, including Airport Operation Landside & Terminal, Apron Movement Control, Aviation Security, Airport Facilities, Airport Technology, Airport Service Improvement, and airline parties. This collaboration enables rapid and accurate information exchange, facility optimization, and more efficient human resource allocation. In conclusion, MOT is capable of enhancing the airport's operational performance efficiently and effectively, serving as a reference for other airports in managing surges in passenger traffic.
