Jurnal Imiah Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JIPM) merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarkat yang diterbitkan oleh CV.INDONESIA dengan Nomor Registrasi ISSN : 3026-1163 (Online). Terbit pertama kali bulan Juni 2023, dan diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan (Juni dan Desember). Abstract

The golden age period is an important phase in forming healthy eating habits in early childhood. In Indonesia, the challenges that often arise are not just food availability, but low nutritional literacy and the tendency of children to reject vegetables due to taste preferences and the phenomenon of food neophobia. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of nutritious hamburgers as an innovative medium for introducing the concept of balanced nutrition to children aged 4-6 years at Walidah Kindergarten. The method used is descriptive qualitative involving students, teachers and parent representatives. Data was obtained through participatory observation during the manufacturing and consumption process, unstructured interviews, and field documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model.Hamburgers are modified with high-fiber wheat bread, patties mixed with meat and chopped vegetables (carrots and spinach) as a camouflage technique, as well as vegetable toppings arranged to resemble interesting characters. The results show that children are more enthusiastic, especially when assembling their own food. Active involvement increases a sense of ownership, reduces resistance to vegetables, and makes it easier to understand nutrition through simple analogies. These findings confirm that modification of popular foods can be an effective strategy for balanced nutrition education and is worthy of being integrated into PAUD programs through collaboration between schools and parents. as well as further mixed-methods-based research to measure the sustainability of the long-term impact on stunting prevention and the formation of healthy eating behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies of farmers in Segayam Village in facing the challenges of modern agriculture characterized by climate change, fluctuating commodity prices, increasing production costs, and developments in agricultural technology. The study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data were then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that farmers employ various adaptive strategies, including gradual technology adoption, crop diversification to reduce risk, institutional strengthening through farmer groups, production cost efficiency, and expanding market access through distribution networks and digital media. These strategies reflect farmers' adaptive capacity in responding dynamically to social, economic, and environmental pressures to maintain the stability and sustainability of their farming businesses. However, challenges such as limited capital and unstable market access remain obstacles to optimizing agricultural output. This study concludes that farmers' adaptive capacity is a key factor in maintaining the sustainability of rural agriculture amidst the dynamics of agricultural sector modernization.

Abstract

Community empowerment in the digital age requires an approach that is not only oriented towards economic capacity building, but also the strengthening of social and religious values within the community. This article aims to analyse the implementation of community empowerment programmes in Sukajadi Timur Sub-District through the integration of digital literacy and religious social activities as a community-based development model. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory design involving MSME actors, youth, community leaders, and local residents as research subjects. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, activity documentation, and reflective discussions, then analysed using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that digital literacy training improves the online marketing capabilities of MSMEs, broadens teenagers' understanding of digital ethics, and increases the community's confidence in utilising technology. On the other hand, religious social activities strengthen social cohesion, community participation, and value stability in the face of digital change. The integration of these two aspects produces a multidimensional empowerment model, covering simultaneous economic, social, and moral capacity building, and has the potential to become a sustainable empowerment strategy at the village level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami pengalaman perempuan dalam mengikuti program pelatihan pengolahan keripik singkong serta dampaknya terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi mereka. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif peserta pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi terhadap 20 perempuan yang mengikuti program pelatihan di Desa Tanjung Dalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengolahan keripik singkong memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan dalam empat dimensi utama: (1) peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis, (2) penguatan kepercayaan diri dan motivasi kewirausahaan, (3) pembentukan jaringan sosial dan modal sosial, serta (4) peningkatan akses terhadap peluang ekonomi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa program pelatihan berbasis pemberdayaan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi perempuan di wilayah pedesaan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang program pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan yang lebih tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Limbah minyak jelantah merupakan residu rumah tangga yang dihasilkan setiap hari dan sering kali dibuang begitu saja ke lingkungan. Kebiasaan ini tidak hanya memicu penyumbatan saluran drainase, tetapi juga mencemari air tanah dan merusak struktur porositas tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan intervensi ekologis sekaligus ekonomis melalui pemberdayaan perempuan di Desa Tanjung, Kecamatan Rambang. Program ini berfokus pada inovasi pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk turunan bernilai jual tinggi, yakni lilin aromaterapi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 05 Februari 2026 bertempat di Posko KKN, dengan melibatkan 20 peserta yang didominasi oleh kader PKK dan remaja putri. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui tiga tahapan: sosialisasi edukatif, demonstrasi teknologi purifikasi sederhana menggunakan arang aktif, dan praktik produksi langsung. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi produk ramah lingkungan (eco-friendly) berbasis limbah domestik tidak hanya memitigasi krisis ekologi di pedesaan, tetapi juga berpotensi membuka peluang ekonomi kreatif baru guna meningkatkan kemandirian finansial rumah tangga.

Abstract

Tempe production at the home industry scale in Mayang Village, Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency produces solid and liquid waste that has not been optimally utilized, thus potentially causing environmental pollution. Solid waste in the form of soybean pulp and husks still contains organic materials that can be processed into alternative livestock feed. Therefore, this community service activity aims to optimize the utilization of tempe waste while improving community knowledge and skills in waste management. The method used was a participatory descriptive approach through observation and waste identification, socialization on waste utilization, and training on producing fermented feed made from tempe pulp, bran, molasses, and EM4 with a seven-day fermentation period. The results showed that tempe waste is available in sufficient quantities and can be processed into more economical livestock feed, thereby reducing the potential for environmental pollution. This activity highlights the importance of productive and sustainable waste management at the community level.
