Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based digital archiving system that is integrated with document scanning technology (Integrated Scanning) in a tutoring institution. The methods used include needs analysis, system design, implementation and evaluation. The needs analysis stage is carried out through literature studies and interviews with potential users to understand the needs and challenges faced. The system design involved creating an intuitive user interface, developing document search and indexing features, and integration with document scanning technology to enable users to scan and store documents digitally. System implementation is carried out using various web technologies and software to ensure optimal functionality. Evaluation is carried out through user trials and collecting feedback to evaluate the system's effectiveness in meeting user needs and improving the efficiency of document storage and retrieval. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to improving the quality of archiving and information management in tutoring institutions, as well as speeding up access to required documents.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the interest level of 10th-grade students majoring in fashion design in utilizing guidance and counseling services at SMKN 1 Batu. This study identifies the factors influencing students' interest in guidance and counseling services. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and data collection was conducted through interviews and observations. This study employs domain data analysis. The results found that students feel that the implementation of guidance and counseling is ineffective. This is influenced by the guidance and counseling services provided not being tailored to the characteristics of the students, and the need for variations in methods and techniques in delivering guidance and counseling services to increase student participation. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with school principals, vice principals or curriculum vice principals, and several teachers at SMKN 1 Sei Menggaris, Kab. Nunukan. This study used interview guidelines to analyze the data. The data analysis used was qualitative data analysis, which summarized the interview findings. Overall, we can say that we are ready to understand the characteristics and structure of the curriculum, develop lesson plans, and plan the implementation of teaching. The interview results correspond to the six indicators. However, there are shortcomings that need to be addressed, such as the readiness of instructional materials and modules, the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, and the readiness of assessment planning in teaching the independent curriculum. The purpose of this research is to determine the readiness of schools, especially in 3T schools (Frontier, Lagging, and Outermost), namely SMKN 1 Sei Menggaris. It is hoped that from the results of this research, schools can address issues that have not been well prepared and enable the independent curriculum at SMKN 1 Sei Menggaris to run optimally.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of innovation among educators in the development of learning media, as well as the teaching models used by teachers, which are still teacher-centered. This condition leads to students easily getting bored in learning, resulting in a decline in their interest and learning outcomes. To address this issue, the researcher developed Ludo media. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Borg and Gall model, which consists of 7 adjusted stages. The subjects of this research are students in class IIa of MI Al Ihsan Jeru Turen. Validity tests were conducted with experts and practitioners, followed by field trials with students. The results showed that the media expert 1 rated the media at 90%, categorized as "very suitable," while validator 2 rated it at 93.75%, also categorized as "very suitable." According to content expert 1, the media received a score of 88.3%, with the designation "suitable," while validator 2 rated it at 93.33%, with the designation "very suitable." Therefore, it can be concluded that this learning media is appropriate and valid for use with students, as evidenced by the improvement in pretest and posttest results during the field trials, with a medium group showing an increase of 56.25%.

Abstract

High school students certainly have different considerations and reasons for choosing and deciding to enter the PGPAUD department as a place to continue their education. This study aims to determine the knowledge, interest and reasons for high school students choosing or not choosing the PGPAUD Study Program. This research used descriptive approach with quantitative research type. SMAN 1 Talun was used as a research site, with a sample of 12th grade students totaling 168 students. In this study, the sampling procedure and technique used proportional random sampling technique. The data used was primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the knowledge of equivalent high school students related to PGPAUD study programs was still classified as moderate to low. The level of interest of equivalent high school students to continue their studies to PGPAUD is still classified as moderate to low. And the level of interest and reasons for students who choose the PGPAUD UM study program is still relatively low. The reasons for high school students who will choose the PGPAUD UM Study Program are mostly due to the desire to gain insight into early childhood education. The reasons for high school students who will not choose the UM PGPAUD Study Program are mostly due to the desire to choose studies in alternative fields and lack of interest in teaching early childhood. Abstract

Marketing strategies through social media have become one of the effective approaches in increasing the interest of prospective students in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze various marketing strategies used by schools or educational institutions through social media, as well as their impact on increasing the interest of prospective students. The research method used is a literature study by examining various journals, books, and articles related to digital marketing, social media, and the education sector. From the results of the study, it was found that the optimal use of social media, such as the use of interesting content, improves the reputation of educational institutions. In addition, social media also plays a role in building trust and closeness with prospective students and parents. The results of this research are expected to provide guidance for educational institutions in designing effective marketing strategies to attract the interest of prospective new students.

Abstract

Adolescents from broken homes often face various psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Therefore, effective interventions are needed to help improve the psychological well-being of these adolescents. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of counseling with the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in improving the psychological well-being scores of 10th-grade high school students in Malang Regency who come from broken homes. The treatment process was conducted based on REBT counseling procedures, including the stages of A (Activating Event), B (Beliefs), C (Consequence), D (Dispute), E (Effect), F (New Feeling), and G (Goals). The research method used was an experiment with a single subject research design, A-B-A. The sample of the study consisted of students from broken homes with moderate psychological well-being. The research instrument used was the psychological well-being scale. Data were analyzed using visual graphical techniques. The results showed that REBT counseling increased the students' psychological well-being. Baseline A(1) was measured three times before the intervention (B) with an average score of 103. After the intervention, the scores increased to 133, 144, 153, and 153. Each aspect of psychological well-being also showed score increases. Irrational thoughts about self and family became more rational after treatment using empirical and logical disputing, thereby increasing the psychological well-being scores. Thus, it can be concluded that REBT counseling is effective in improving the psychological well-being scores of students from broken homes. Abstract

Learning planning is a crucial component in achieving educational goals, especially in the context of cooperative learning at various levels of education. This study aims to explore cooperative learning planning based on teachers' emotional approach in SMKN 14 Jakarta. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This case study research is conducted in-depth on the emotional approach of teachers in the classroom with the aim of obtaining a complete and in-depth picture of an entity through the data collected. The results of this study show several findings carried out by teachers in designing emotional approach-based cooperative learning, namely: (1) determining the material to be discussed through discussion, (2) making class agreements together, (3) ensuring each group is actively involved in doing the task, (4) making sure to look for additional references as needed, (5) studying and listening to friends' presentations. The findings show that teachers have created an inclusive learning environment that is responsive to learners' needs and emotional conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of the ability to recognize number symbols through concrete objects media in Deaf elementary school students at SLB A,B,D Negeri Kedungkandang The research method used is class action research with the use of concrete media. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that concrete media using decorative stones can be used to improve the ability to recognize number symbols in deaf children in SLB A,B,D Negeri Kedungkandang. This is evidenced by an increase in the learning outcomes test of the ability to recognize number symbols.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum ISMUBA di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Kota Surabaya, dengan fokus pada pengembangan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, display data serta penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil dari penelitian ini(1) Kurikulum ini didesain holistik oleh Muhammadiyah.(2) Kurikulum ini menitik beratkan nilai moral, etika teknologi, dan keterampilan sosial-emosional.(3) Strategi implementasi melibatkan kolaborasi orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat untuk membentuk peserta didik sebagai agen perubahan positif dengan fokus pada ajaran Islam dan pembentukan karakter.(4) Evaluasi keberhasilan kurikulum meliputi perubahan positif dalam karakter, sikap, dan prestasi peserta didik, serta pencapaian sekolah. Disarankan pimpinan Muhammadiyah Jawa Timur memastikan implementasi yang efektif, kepala dan wakil kepala sekolah mendukung guru dalam pembelajaran, integrasi nilai-nilai Islam, dan pengembangan keterampilan peserta didik. Orang tua juga diharapkan memberikan dukungan positif, sementara mahasiswa Administrasi Pendidikan dapat memanfaatkan penelitian ini sebagai referensi.
