Abstract

Educational administration has an important role in supporting the smooth learning process in schools. School Administrative Personnel (TAS), who are included in non-teaching education personnel, are responsible for administrative tasks that support all school activities. In an effort to improve the quality of education services, TAS play a role in various fields such as academics, student affairs, personnel, finance, infrastructure, and public relations. Each of these roles includes administrative activities that ensure the effectiveness of school operations. The quality of these administrative services reflects the quality of educational services provided, which directly affects the learning process and educational outcomes. Adequate competencies and skills are required for TAS to ensure the success of school administration, which in turn improves the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the leadership strategy steps of A-accredited elementary school principals in improving the quality of education; 2) the leadership competencies of A-accredited elementary school principals in enhancing the quality of education; and 3) the indicators of quality improvement through the leadership strategies of A-accredited elementary school principals. This research employs a qualitative approach with a multi-site method located at SDN 1 Balong and SDN 3 Bangunsari Ponorogo. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that: 1) the leadership strategy steps of A-accredited elementary school principals in quality improvement include: formulating a clear vision, improving Education Report Card scores, maintaining the quality of learning, building good coordination with school stakeholders, and maintaining the school's image; 2) the leadership competencies encompass personality, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervisory, and social competencies; and 3) the indicators of quality improvement through the leadership strategies of A-accredited elementary school principals are fulfilled by meeting the eight of National Education Standards. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of balance bike activities and the emotional resilience of children aged 5-6 years in Malang. This research was conducted on 35 children aged 5-6 years at the XBC Pushbike Malang, FF Reborn Pushbike Malang and CAKids Pushbike Malang clubs. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research with correlation and determination test analysis methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this research was using a questionnaire which was distributed to the children's parents. The results of research using the Pearson product moment correlation statistical test show that the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.009 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.437 and a determination value of 0.191. The results show that there is a significant relationship and influence between the intensity of balance bike activities on emotional resilience, with a sufficient or moderate level of relationship strength and a positive relationship direction.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and compare the intricate web of management practices, planning strategies, and educational policies that have shaped these two countries' educational systems. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, to provide a comprehensive analysis of the educational systems in Indonesia and Malaysia. It seeks to unravel the complex tapestry of educational management practices in both countries, exploring how decisions are made and implemented across different levels of governance. The collected data was subjected to a rigorous analysis process, employing both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The findings of this study reveal that while both countries have adopted different approaches to educational management and policy implementation, reflecting their unique historical, cultural, and geographic contexts, they share common goals of improving educational quality, access, and relevance. The insights gained from this comparative analysis can inform policy decisions and contribute to the broader discourse on education in developing nations.

Abstract

Korupsi telah merambat secara luas di Indonesia, sejak zaman dahulu masyarakat Indonesia telah dijajah oleh korupsi. Adapun tujuan dari penyusunan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan yang baru kepada pembaca agar lebih bijak dalam mengelola kecanggihan teknologi seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Aplikasi Financial Literacy Class hadir sebagai solusi memecahkan masalah yang terjadi di sekolah dasar dalam mengelola uang kas. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus tunggal dan pengumpulan data secara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi peneliti dapat memperoleh sejumlah data yang akan menjadi informasi sebagai bahan utama sekaligus topik dari isi artikel. Aplikasi Financial Literacy Class dapat meminimalisir kebiasaan kecil penyebab kasus korupsi di Indonesia, karena mengajarkan peserta didik untuk mengelola keuangan kelas dan dipergunakan sebaik-baiknya. Sejatinya, kasus korupsi tidak memandang usia dan dapat terjadi oleh siapa saja.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online gaming has gained worldwide popularity and attracted the attention of many people, especially the younger generation. However, the increasing fame of online games among teenagers has led to negative effects on social and personal areas. One of these areas is the way students communicate properly. This study aims to analyze the impact of online game addiction on students' interpersonal communication during school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive design with a case study approach. The subjects of this research are vocational students who have online game addiction and a counseling teacher. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques. The instruments used are interview guidelines and observation guidelines. The data analysis technique used in the research is a fishbone diagram. The results of the research conducted found that online gaming addiction behavior affects the way students communicate on a daily basis. Students often swear, speak harshly, do not look at the other person, use a high tone of voice, and respond briefly when invited to communicate with peers.

Abstract

Kecamatan Lawang merupakan salah satu wilayah di kabupaten Malang yang memiliki peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang pesat. Tingginya jumlah penduduk dapat meningkatkan angka produksi sampah pada wilayah tersebut. Sehingga hal ini menyebabkan adanya penumpukan sampah di wilayah tersebut, salah satunya limbah organik. Limbah organik merupakan limbah yang mudah diuraikan. Namun apabila limbah organik tersebut berada dalam jumlah yang cukup besar akan memakan waktu yang lebih lama untuk menguraikannya serta menimbulkan masalah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Berbagai kajian penelitian sebelumnya melaporkan bahwa larva Hermetia illucens atau maggot Black Soldier Fly (BSF) memiliki kemampuan sebagai agen bioconverter. Maggot BSF mampu mendekomposisi berbagai jenis bahan organik, terutama sampah organik padat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut Maggot (Hermetia Illucents) merupakan agen pengurai efektif. Potensi ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan limbah organik melalui budidaya maggot pada wilayah yang terdampak penumpukan limbah organik. Keunggulan dari budidaya ini diantaranya inovasi pemanfaatan limbah sampah organik yang bisa dijadikan pakan ternak dan unggas yang memiliki protein tinggi sebesar 40-50% serta mengurangi cemaran lingkungan karena berbasis pemanfaatan limbah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menargetkan siswa dengan developmental impairment jenjang SMA pada SLB Pembina Nasional Lawang, kota Malang untuk memenuhi tujuan pelatihan budidaya maggot sebagai partisipan pengabdian. Luaran pengabdian masyarakat ini juga mentargetkan publikasi dalam media massa, HKI, artikel yang dipublikasikan di JIPEMAS (Jurnal Inovasi dan Pengabdian Masyarakat), dan poster.

Abstract

This study aims to describe whether the relationship between maternal employment and the level of health of school supplies for children aged 5-7 years at TK ABA 33 Karangploso has a significant relationship or not. This type of research is correlation research with the Eta correlation research type. The location of this research is TK ABA 33 Karangploso with the number of research objects being 36 mothers of students at TK ABA 33 Karangploso. The research was carried out from 17 to 21 June 2024. The data collection technique used a checklist observation sheet. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques. The results obtained from this research show that the highest percentage of mothers' work is working as a housewife. The health level of children's school supplies at Kindergarten ABA 33 Karangploso is classified as healthy. And the relationship between mother's employment and the health level of children's school supplies is not related or correlated significantly. Keywords: mother occup
