Abstract

This class action research has objectives: To increase students' interest in learning fiqh fardhu prayer material with the Discovery Learning learning model for class VII C students of MTs Nurusshibyan in the 2024/2025 academic year. To improve student learning outcomes in fiqh learning with the Discovery Leaning learning strategy for students in class VII C MTs Nurusshibyan Singkawang Academic Year 2024/2025. The essence of PTK lies in the existence of action in natural situations to solve practical problems in learning. PTK departs from practical problems faced by teachers / prospective teachers in the classroom. The implementation procedure can begin with situation analysis, action planning, action implementation, reflection, and evaluation of the impact of action. This procedure can be repeated until the results are obtained in accordance with the expected quality. PTK broadly includes four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that the application through the Discovery Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students in class VII C on the material of fardhu prayer at MTs Nurusshibyan Singkawang. The learning outcomes of students in class VII C on the material of fardhu prayer at MTs Nurusshibyan Singkawang have increased in cycle 1 and cycle 11. The learning outcomes of students in class VII C on the material of fardhu prayer at MTs Nurusshibyan Singkawang 90% have reached KKM 75.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: To determine the students' learning outcomes in Fiqh before using the cooperative learning model "Numbered Head Together" at RA Uqail Afkar during the 2019/2020 academic year. To identify the improvement in Fiqh learning outcomes after using the "Numbered Head Together" cooperative learning model at RA Uqail Afkar during the 2019/2020 academic year. The research location was chosen because there had never been a study conducted regarding the problem being investigated. The population refers to a group of individuals or groups observed in a study. From the population, the necessary data for the research will be collected. The population of this study consisted of all students in RA Uqail Afkar in the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 104 students across three parallel classes. In alignment with the research objectives, which fundamentally aim to measure student learning achievements, the research utilized descriptive analysis. The classroom action research model used in this study followed the Kemmis & McTaggart model. In this model, the research process was divided into four stages: planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The results of the study conducted during Cycle I and Cycle II using the "Numbered Head Together" cooperative learning model for students at RA Uqail Afkar showed an improvement in student learning outcomes and engagement in Fiqh subjects. The conclusions of this study are as follows, The "Numbered Head Together" cooperative learning model provides students with learning experiences through problem-solving, increasing students' engagement in learning activities, with student engagement reaching 71% in Cycle I, and increasing to 78% in Cycle II and The "Numbered Head Together" cooperative learning model encourages students to engage in problem-solving activities, thereby improving their learning outcomes. This is evidenced by test results from Cycle I and Cycle II. The average student score in Cycle I was 69, which increased to 80 in Cycle II, while the students' learning mastery improved from 69% in Cycle I to 86% in Cycle II.

Abstract

The learning process is a system. Thus, achieving process standards to improve the quality of education can start from analyzing each component that can shape and influence the learning process The objectives to be achieved from this study are as follows: To determine the increase in student learning effectiveness in learning Fiqh through discussion methods in class XI students at MAS. Miftahul Ulum Sampang, To determine the student's response to the discussion method in Fiqh learning class XI at MAS. Miftahul Ulum Sampang, To determine the increase in student learning completeness in Fiqh learning for grade XI students at MAS. Miftahul Ulum Sampang. Based on the results of research that has been conducted by researchers obtained that the average achievement results of students in class XI in the pre-cycle stage amounted to 68.60 while the standard Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) Fiqh determined by the madrasah is 70. The average value although above the KKM standard determined by the school but still needs to be improved. From the data obtained at the pre-cycle stage, there were 9 students who still did not reach the KKM. The percentage of questionnaire activities and student observations in cycle II obtained an average class score of 77.56%. This increase was also followed by changes in student behavior that were more active, enthusiastic, and focused in the learning process. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the discussion method in improving learning effectiveness.

Abstract

The issue addressed in this study is the low level of students' ability to manage personal finances. Many students from the Economics cluster at Siliwangi University, particularly those from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts, do not have a monthly budget, do not regularly record their financial transactions, are inconsistent in saving, and experience doom spending behavior due to low financial literacy. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on personal financial management among students. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. The population consisted of 2,142 students, and a simple random sampling technique was used to obtain 326 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that financial literacy has a significant effect on students' personal financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning environment and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Economics subjects. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and a sample consisting of 61 students spread across grades X, XI, and XII. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured learning environment variables, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes. The results showed that the learning environment has a significant positive influence on student learning outcomes, which includes family, school, and community environmental factors. In addition, learning motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, also has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.713 indicates that the two variables are able to explain 71.3% of the variation in student learning outcomes. This study also found that the simultaneous effect of learning environment and learning motivation on student learning outcomes was highly significant, with an Fcount of 76.512 and p-value <0.05. Therefore, this study suggests that schools and families work together to create a conducive learning environment and increase student motivation in learning.

Abstract

This article analyzes the criminal offense of corruption in the financial management of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), with a primary focus on the liability of directors. As entities that have public functions and are subject to corporate principles, the overlap between public and private legal regimes often creates ambiguity. This research aims to examine how losses in BUMN are defined as state losses, the limits of directors' liability, and the possibility of applying the Business Judgment Rule (BJR) doctrine for directors who act in good faith. Through a normative-empirical approach, this article highlights various challenges in the practice of law enforcement, including the tendency of law enforcement officials to often immediately qualify BUMN losses as state losses without assessing whether the losses are purely due to business risks. The study concludes that criminal law, particularly corruption offenses, should be the ultimum remedium in responding to losses in BUMN. Directors who have made business decisions in good faith are entitled to protection through the BJR doctrine. This approach is important to create justice, legal certainty, and encourage a climate of innovation and strategic decision-making within BUMN.

Abstract

The issue addressed in this study is the economic learning outcomes of students. This research aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and learning discipline on the learning outcomes of 10th and 11th-grade students at MAN 5 Tasikmalaya in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of 191 students, with a saturated sampling technique used. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques include tests for heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, and hypothesis testing, utilizing SPSS 24 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that learning motivation has a negative and significant effect on learning outcomes. Learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Furthermore, peer environment, learning motivation, and learning discipline collectively have a significant influence on students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

The development of digital technology accelerates the transformation of public services through population identity applications, but increases the risk of personal data vulnerability. This research analyzes the legal protection of population identity data in digital applications with a normative juridical approach, referring to Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) and its relevance to Article 28G paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution which guarantees the right to privacy. The research aims to examine the effectiveness of the regulation in protecting user data and identify legal loopholes that could potentially be exploited by irresponsible parties. The scope of the research focuses on the implementation of the PDP Law in the context of digital population applications in Indonesia. The results show that although the PDP Law has provided a strong legal basis, three main challenges still hinder optimal protection, namely: (1) weak supervisory mechanisms, (2) low user awareness, and (3) unclear sanctions for violators. Research implications lead to policy recommendations in the form of strengthening supervisory institutions, socializing citizens' digital rights, and improving sanction provisions. The research conclusion emphasizes that the protection of population identity data requires a synergy between regulation, technology, and community participation.

Abstract

Social rehabilitation is a process of refunctionalization and development that enables persons with disabilities to perform their social functions appropriately in society through self-adjustment, accessibility services, guidance, and assistance. This study aims to identify and describe the accountability of the Social Service Agency in the social rehabilitation for persons with disabilities in Medan City, using a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review, with data analysis meliputi data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. Data validity was ensured using source and technique triangulation. The research findings indicate six obstacles affecting accountability: (1) the absence of Standard Operating Procedures for social rehabilitation services, (2) the slow feedback process regarding public complaints, (3) low public enthusiasm in understanding service mechanisms, (4) the Performance Accountability Report of Government Agencies (LAKIP) not being published openly and periodically, (5) limited human resources and public facilities that are not yet disability-friendly, and (6) the unsuitability of the quality of disability aids and their uneven distribution. All these obstacles have caused the social rehabilitation program to not run effectively, efficiently, and accountably.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational service that includes all learners without exception, including children with special needs (CSN), to ensure equal access to education. This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation models of inclusive education in urban and rural areas in Indonesia, as well as to identify the challenges and solutions that emerge in both areas. The method used in this research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by analyzing six national scientific articles retrieved from the Google Scholar database. The findings indicate that the challenges of inclusive education in both regions are fundamentally similar, namely the lack of Special Guidance Teachers (SGT), minimal training for teachers, and limited facilities and infrastructure. However, obstacles in urban areas are more related to policy coordination and technical implementation, while in rural areas, they are more focused on the limitations of human resources and infrastructure. Therefore, continuous teacher training, collaboration between schools, parents, and the community, as well as policy support from local governments are needed so that inclusive education can be realized equally and effectively throughout Indonesia.
