Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kapasitas lentur balok beton bertulang berdasarkan hasil analisis gaya dalam dari konsultan perencana dan perhitungan ulang peneliti. Analisis menunjukkan momen negatif di tumpuan sebesar 284,780 kNm, momen positif di bentang 160,320 kNm, gaya geser tumpuan 184,160 kN, gaya geser bentang 90,900 kN, gaya geser gravitasi 134,590 kN, torsi 6,730 kNm, dan gaya aksial 1,510 kN. Momen maksimum yang terjadi adalah 363,929 kNm, sementara kapasitas lentur balok berkisar antara 36,961 kNm hingga 523,293 kNm. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lima balok (B1B, B1C, B1D, B3B, B3C) memenuhi kapasitas lentur, sedangkan enam balok lainnya (TB1, B1A, B2, B3A, B3D, B4) belum memenuhi, mengindikasikan perlunya evaluasi desain ulang. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peninjauan kapasitas lentur terhadap momen maksimum untuk menjamin keamanan struktur. This study evaluated the flexural capacity of reinforced concrete beams based on the results of internal force analysis from the planning consultant and the researcher's recalculation. The analysis showed a negative moment at the support of 284,780 kNm, a positive moment in the span of 160,320 kNm, a support shear force of 184,160 kN, a span shear force of 90,900 kN, a gravity shear force of 134,590 kN, a torque of 6,730 kNm, and an axial force of 1,510 kN. The maximum moment that occurred was 363,929 kNm, while the flexural capacity of the beams ranged from 36,961 kNm to 523,293 kNm. The results showed that five beams (B1B, B1C, B1D, B3B, B3C) met the flexural capacity, while the other six beams (TB1, B1A, B2, B3A, B3D, B4) did not meet the requirements, indicating the need for redesign evaluation. This finding emphasizes the importance of reviewing the flexural capacity against maximum moment to ensure structural safety.

Abstract

Ketergantungan global terhadap perangkat lunak produktivitas seperti Microsoft Office telah menjadikan dokumen elektronik sebagai sarana efisiensi kerja sekaligus target serangan siber yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi ancaman malicious macro pada dokumen Microsoft Office dan mengevaluasi efektivitas teknik reverse engineering menggunakan OleVBA sebagai metode deteksi dan mitigasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan pembuatan dokumen Microsoft Word yang disisipi script VBA berbahaya, pengujian eksekusi script, analisis struktur dokumen menggunakan OleVBA, serta penyusunan langkah mitigasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa script berbahaya dapat berjalan secara otomatis dan melakukan komunikasi eksternal tanpa terdeteksi oleh mekanisme keamanan standar. Analisis OleVBA berhasil mengidentifikasi macro mencurigakan, menampilkan indikator ancaman (Suspicious), serta mengekstraksi kode VBA yang tersembunyi dalam dokumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa OleVBA efektif digunakan untuk mendeteksi ancaman berbasis macro yang sulit dikenali oleh antivirus konvensional. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan pendekatan reverse engineering yang dapat membantu pengguna memahami pola serangan dan meningkatkan kemampuan mitigasi terhadap ancaman siber berbasis dokumen Microsoft Office.   Global dependence on productivity software such as Microsoft Office has made electronic documents both an essential tool for efficiency and a significant target for cyberattacks. This study aims to identify malicious macro threats in Microsoft Office documents and evaluate the effectiveness of reverse engineering using OleVBA as a detection and mitigation method. The research was conducted through several stages, including the creation of a Microsoft Word document embedded with a malicious VBA script, script execution testing, document structure analysis using OleVBA, and the development of mitigation measures. The testing results showed that the malicious script could execute automatically and establish external communication without being detected by standard security mechanisms. OleVBA analysis successfully identified suspicious macros, generated threat indicators labeled as “Suspicious,” and extracted hidden VBA code embedded within the document. These findings demonstrate that OleVBA is an effective tool for detecting macro-based threats that are often overlooked by conventional antivirus solutions. The main contribution of this study lies in the application of a reverse engineering approach that helps users understand attack patterns and enhance mitigation capabilities against document-based cyber threats in Microsoft Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola asosiasi calon mahasiswa menggunakan algoritma Apriori untuk mendukung strategi promosi yang lebih efektif di Universitas Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Kebumen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode data mining terhadap 350 data calon mahasiswa periode 2022–2024. Data yang dianalisis mencakup asal sekolah, jurusan, wilayah asal, program studi pilihan, dan sumber informasi promosi. Proses analisis meliputi pembersihan data, transformasi data, pembentukan data transaksi, dan association rule mining dengan minimum support 20% dan minimum confidence 60%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial merupakan sumber promosi paling efektif (45%). Aturan asosiasi terkuat ditemukan pada siswa SMK jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) yang memperoleh informasi melalui media sosial dan memilih Program Studi Informatika, dengan confidence 86% dan lift ratio 2,3. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa promosi melalui teman dan brosur masih berpengaruh terhadap pilihan program studi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model segmentasi calon mahasiswa berbasis association rule yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan ketepatan sasaran strategi promosi perguruan tinggi.   This study aims to analyze prospective student association patterns using the Apriori algorithm to support more effective promotional strategies at Universitas Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Kebumen. A quantitative approach with data mining techniques was employed using 350 prospective student records from the 2022–2024 admission periods. The analyzed data included school origin, academic major, region of origin, chosen study program, and source of promotional information. The analysis process consisted of data cleaning, data transformation, transaction data formation, and association rule mining with a minimum support of 20% and a minimum confidence of 60%. The results indicate that social media is the most effective promotional channel, accounting for 45% of information sources. The strongest association rule was identified among vocational high school students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), who obtained information through social media and selected the Informatics Study Program, with a confidence value of 86% and a lift ratio of 2.3. The findings also show that recommendations from friends and brochures continue to influence study program selection. This study contributes a prospective student segmentation model based on association rules that can support more targeted, efficient, and effective promotional decision-making in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja mekanik baja karbon rendah (AISI 1020) dan baja karbon sedang (AISI 1045) berdasarkan pengujian tarik, kekerasan, dan impak Charpy. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental komparatif dengan pengujian laboratorium terhadap masing-masing material. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t independen, dan ANOVA satu arah untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AISI 1045 memiliki kekuatan tarik dan kekerasan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan AISI 1020, sedangkan AISI 1020 memiliki ketangguhan impak yang lebih baik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada seluruh parameter (p < 0,05). Perbedaan ini dipengaruhi oleh komposisi karbon dan struktur mikro material, di mana AISI 1045 didominasi perlit dan AISI 1020 didominasi ferrit. Kesimpulannya, pemilihan material harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan aplikasi teknik berdasarkan keseimbangan sifat mekanik.   This study aims to analyze a comparison of the mechanical properties of low-carbon steel (AISI 1020) and medium-carbon steel (AISI 1045) based on tensile, hardness, and Charpy impact tests. The method used was a comparative experimental study involving laboratory testing of each material. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent t-tests, and one-way ANOVA to test for significant differences. The results show that AISI 1045 has higher tensile strength and hardness compared to AISI 1020, while AISI 1020 exhibits better impact toughness. The statistical test results showed significant differences in all parameters (p < 0.05). These differences were influenced by the carbon composition and microstructure of the materials, where AISI 1045 is dominated by pearlite and AISI 1020 is dominated by ferrite. In conclusion, material selection must be tailored to the requirements of the engineering application based on a balance of mechanical properties.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam budaya keselamatan kerja pada proses pengelasan baja di lini produksi melalui pendekatan fenomenologi. Data primer dihimpun dari hasil observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap operator, supervisor, serta petugas K3, lalu divalidasi melalui teknik triangulasi sumber serta member checking. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan kerja di lapangan tergolong sebagai compliance-based safety culture with strong influence of production pressure and peer behavior. Fenomena tersebut dicirikan oleh normalisasi risiko fisik harian (naturalized risk), kesenjangan kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang bersifat situasional demi mengejar target output, kuatnya pengaruh konformitas sosial kelompok, serta ketergantungan perilaku aman terhadap keberadaan pengawasan fisik langsung. Guna mentransformasikan budaya kontrol eksternal ini menjadi kesadaran internal yang mandiri, manajemen direkomendasikan untuk menerapkan pelatihan berbasis pengalaman (experience-based training), melibatkan operator secara aktif dalam mengidentifikasi hambatan K3, memperkuat keteladanan supervisor, serta mengoptimalkan komunikasi keselamatan secara dua arah   This qualitative study aims to explore in depth the occupational safety culture in the steel welding process on the production line using a phenomenological approach. Primary data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation of operators, supervisors, and occupational safety and health (OSH) officers, and was validated using source triangulation and member checking techniques. The analysis results indicate that the workplace safety culture on-site is classified as a compliance-based safety culture with a strong influence of production pressure and peer behavior. This phenomenon is characterized by the normalization of daily physical risks (naturalized risk), situational gaps in personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance driven by the pursuit of output targets, the strong influence of group social conformity, and the dependence of safe behavior on the presence of direct physical supervision. To transform this external control culture into self-directed internal awareness, management is recommended to implement experience-based training, actively involve operators in identifying OSH barriers, strengthen supervisory role modeling, and optimize two-way safety communication.

Abstract

Partial discharge (PD) merupakan salah satu indikator awal degradasi sistem isolasi pada kabel tegangan menengah. Pada kabel XLPE 20 kV, aktivitas PD dapat muncul akibat rongga udara, ketidaksempurnaan sambungan, cacat terminasi, kontaminasi, kelembapan, atau konsentrasi medan listrik lokal. Apabila tidak terdeteksi sejak dini, PD dapat mempercepat penuaan isolasi dan berkembang menjadi kegagalan permanen. Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan metode acoustic emission (AE) sebagai pendekatan deteksi dini PD pada kabel XLPE tegangan 20 kV. Metode AE bekerja dengan menangkap gelombang mekanik atau ultrasonik yang timbul akibat pelepasan energi lokal pada proses PD. Kajian dilakukan melalui analisis literatur, perancangan skema pengukuran konseptual, identifikasi parameter sinyal AE, serta evaluasi faktor teknis yang memengaruhi keberhasilan deteksi. Parameter utama yang dianalisis meliputi amplitudo, nilai RMS, energi sinyal, jumlah pulsa, spektrum frekuensi, rasio sinyal terhadap derau, dan pelemahan sinyal terhadap jarak sensor. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode AE memiliki potensi sebagai sistem peringatan dini terutama pada area sambungan dan terminasi kabel, tetapi tidak menggantikan pengukuran muatan semu berbasis IEC 60270. Keandalan diagnosis meningkat apabila AE dikombinasikan dengan verifikasi visual, pengukuran listrik, serta pemrosesan sinyal yang memadai. Dengan demikian, AE lebih tepat diposisikan sebagai metode pendukung pemantauan kondisi isolasi untuk menurunkan risiko kegagalan kabel 20 kV secara mendadak   Partial discharge (PD) is an early indicator of insulation degradation in medium-voltage cable systems. In 20 kV XLPE cables, PD activity may arise from voids, joint imperfections, termination defects, contamination, moisture, or local electric-field enhancement. If it is not detected at an early stage, PD may accelerate insulation ageing and lead to permanent failure. This paper reviews the application of the acoustic emission (AE) method as an early detection approach for PD in 20 kV XLPE cables. AE detects mechanical or ultrasonic waves generated by local energy release during PD events. The study is conducted through literature analysis, conceptual measurement design, identification of AE signal parameters, and evaluation of technical factors affecting detection performance. The main parameters include amplitude, RMS value, signal energy, pulse count, frequency spectrum, signal-to-noise ratio, and attenuation as a function of sensor distance. The review indicates that AE has potential as an early warning method, particularly for cable joints and terminations, but it does not replace apparent-charge measurement based on IEC 60270. Diagnostic reliability can be improved by combining AE with visual verification, electrical measurements, and adequate signal processing. Therefore, AE should be positioned as a complementary condition-monitoring method to reduce the risk of sudden 20 kV cable failure

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah abu terbang (fly ash) mendukung material konstruksi yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memodelkan pengaruh persentase substitusi fly ash dan umur beton terhadap kuat tekan menggunakan regresi linier berganda (Ordinary Least Squares). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari 20 observasi terdahulu (Kindangen et al., 2024), untuk mencapai efisiensi sumber daya tanpa melakukan repetisi uji laboratorium. Dalam memastikan validitas statistik terhadap heteroskedastisitas, analisis dioptimalkan dengan Robust Standard Errors (HC3). Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, umur beton dan kadar fly ash mampu memprediksi variasi kuat tekan beton secara akurat. Secara parsial, umur beton menjadi prediktor kuat yang meningkatkan kuat tekan secara signifikan. Sebaliknya, persentase fly ash (hingga 40%) tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan saat umur dikontrol, mengonfirmasi keamanannya sebagai material substitusi. Model regresi robust menghasilkan persamaan Kuat Tekan (MPa) = 6,865 + 0,346(Umur) - 0,023(FA). Sebagai rekomendasi, praktisi konstruksi dapat mengaplikasikan persamaan ini sebagai pendekatan awal yang efisien untuk memprediksi kuat tekan beton tanpa harus melalui tahapan eksperimen yang panjang   The utilization of fly ash waste supports sustainable construction materials. This study aims to model the simultaneous effects of fly ash substitution percentage and concrete age on compressive strength using multiple linear regression via Ordinary Least Squares. This research utilizes secondary data from 20 previous observations (Kindangen et al., 2024.) to achieve resource efficiency without repeating laboratory tests. To ensure statistical validity against heteroskedasticity constraints, the analysis was optimized using Robust Standard Errors (HC3). Modeling results indicate that simultaneously, concrete age and fly ash content accurately predict variations in compressive strength. Partially, concrete age is a strong predictor that significantly increases compressive strength. Conversely, adding fly ash (up to 40%) does not exert a statistically significant effect when age is controlled, confirming its safety as a substitute material. The robust regression model yields the equation Compressive Strength (MPa) = 6.865 + 0.346(Age) - 0.023(FA). As a recommendation, construction practitioners can apply this equation as an efficient initial approach to predict concrete compressive strength without undergoing lengthy experimental phases

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative efficiency of cost and time in soil transportation using two methods: 300-foot barges and 250-foot barges, within a reclamation project. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a comparative approach to assess volume, cost, and completion time. The analysis indicates that using a 300-foot barge, with a transport capacity of 8,000 tons or approximately 3,810 m³ per trip, can complete a total workload of 1,000,000 m³ within 350 working days. The total cost for this method amounts to IDR 600 billion. In comparison, the 250-foot barge method requires a higher cost of IDR 650 billion for the same volume of work. Based on these calculations, the 300-foot barge method is deemed more efficient in both cost and time, offering a cost savings of IDR 50 billion and a more consistent execution timeline. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for planning and decision-making regarding soil material transportation methods in future projects of similar scope.

Abstract

Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan faktor kunci dalam memastikan pendapatan pemerintah yang berkelanjutan, namun mengidentifikasi wajib pajak yang patuh dan tidak patuh tetap menjadi tantangan karena meningkatnya volume dan kompleksitas data pajak. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model klasifikasi kepatuhan wajib pajak menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi kepatuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan dataset wajib pajak yang memuat pendapatan, pajak terutang, ketepatan waktu pembayaran, status pengajuan SPT, tunggakan pajak, dan riwayat kepatuhan. Pra-pemrosesan data meliputi penanganan nilai yang hilang, penghapusan duplikat, pengkodean label, dan normalisasi Min-Max sebelum pelatihan dan evaluasi model menggunakan validasi silang 10-fold. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model yang diusulkan mencapai akurasi 91,00%, presisi 90,48%, recall 92,23%, dan F1-score 91,34%, dengan akurasi validasi silang rata-rata 90,72% ± 1,26%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa SVM memberikan kinerja yang andal dan kuat untuk klasifikasi kepatuhan wajib pajak, serta memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung administrasi pajak yang cerdas dan berbasis data, sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan keputusan dalam sistem perpajakan digital. Taxpayer compliance is a key factor in ensuring sustainable government revenue, yet identifying compliant and non-compliant taxpayers remains challenging due to the increasing volume and complexity of tax data. This study proposes a taxpayer compliance classification model using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to improve the accuracy of compliance prediction. The research employed a quantitative approach using taxpayer datasets containing income, tax payable, payment timeliness, tax return submission status, tax arrears, and compliance history. Data preprocessing included missing value handling, duplicate removal, label encoding, and Min-Max normalization before model training and evaluation using 10-fold cross-validation. Experimental results showed that the proposed model achieved an accuracy of 91.00%, precision of 90.48%, recall of 92.23%, and F1-score of 91.34%, with an average cross-validation accuracy of 90.72% ± 1.26%. These findings demonstrate that SVM provides reliable and robust performance for taxpayer compliance classification and has strong potential to support intelligent, data-driven tax administration and improve decision-making efficiency in digital taxation systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Big Data Analytics (BDA) terhadap efisiensi proses bisnis di Indonesia di tengah masih rendahnya tingkat adopsi teknologi berbasis data, khususnya pada UMKM. Penelitian sebelumnya umumnya berfokus pada sektor tertentu sehingga belum memberikan gambaran komprehensif lintas industri dalam konteks Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional serta analisis data sekunder dari BPS, Katadata, McKinsey, IDC Research, dan Statista. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BDA mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sebesar 10–35%, dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada sektor perbankan (25–35%), diikuti ritel/e-commerce (20–30%) dan manufaktur (15–25%). Namun, sekitar 58% UMKM di Indonesia belum mengadopsi BDA karena keterbatasan SDM dan infrastruktur. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada sintesis empiris lintas sektor mengenai peran BDA dalam transformasi digital bisnis Indonesia. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan menjadi dasar bagi perumusan kebijakan pengembangan ekosistem Big Data di Indonesia.   This study aims to analyze the role of Big Data Analytics (BDA) in improving business process efficiency in Indonesia, particularly amid the relatively low adoption of data-driven technologies among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Previous studies have primarily focused on specific sectors, leaving a gap in cross-industry evidence within the Indonesian context. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 20 national and international scientific articles, complemented by secondary data analysis from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), Katadata, McKinsey, IDC Research, and Statista. The findings indicate that BDA implementation can enhance operational efficiency by 10–35%, with the highest improvements observed in the banking sector (25–35%), followed by retail/e-commerce (20–30%) and manufacturing (15–25%). However, approximately 58% of Indonesian MSMEs have not adopted BDA due to limited human resources and technological infrastructure. The novelty of this study lies in providing a cross-sector empirical synthesis of BDA’s role in supporting Indonesia’s digital business transformation and offering practical implications for policy development and digital ecosystem enhancement.
