Abstract

Teaching modules are learning tools arranged by teachers to plan the learning process. The research aims to analyze teaching modules based on character education. The subjects in this study were class teachers at Banioro Elementary School, Karangsambung, Kebumen. The type of method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques used namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process includes several stages, namely data reduction, then presenting the data to draw conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the teaching modules developed by teachers contain several characters, including religion, literacy, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, and tolerance. Abstract

The activity of mentoring fiqh learning through the problem-based learning (PBL) model at MTs Nurul Yaqin Pengkol Tambakrejo Bojonegoro aims to enhance students' learning outcomes and the quality of religious education. The study involved 30 participants from the 8th grade at MTs Nurul Yaqin Pengkol for the academic year 2022/2023. The mentoring activity was conducted in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and monitoring. The results indicate that the mentoring activity proceeded smoothly and successfully, contributing positively to students' learning outcomes. Active student participation, deeper understanding of fiqh concepts, and enhanced critical and creative thinking skills were significant outcomes of the PBL model mentoring. Mentoring fiqh learning through the PBL model significantly contributed to students' learning outcomes at MTs Nurul Yaqin Pengkol Tambakrejo Bojonegoro. The PBL model proved effective in improving the quality of learning and addressing challenges in fiqh learning processes. The implications of this activity encompass improved learning quality, students' learning outcomes, as well as the development of critical and creative thinking skills. Additionally, the activity fostered increased interest and motivation for learning among students, providing a positive impact on religious education at the madrasah.

Abstract

This community engagement aimed to enhance the writing skills of Group B children at RA Miftahul Huda Tlogomojo, Pati. The activity involved all students of Group B at RA Miftahul Huda Tlogomojo, Pati. The assistance was conducted in three stages: planning, implementation, and monitoring. The storytelling method was utilized to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. The results showed a significant improvement in the writing skills of the students, as they exhibited enthusiasm and active participation during the sessions. The method fostered creativity and imagination, allowing the children to express their ideas effectively. The support from teachers and staff played a vital role in the success of the program. Abstract

This article discusses mentoring activities in order to increase public knowledge about the integration of cultural values and mathematical concepts. The activity was attended by 30 participants from various groups in Pekalongan City in January 2023. The activity method includes planning, implementing, and monitoring. The results of the activity show that there are various mathematical concepts in Pekalongan batik motifs, namely the concept of symmetry in the Parang Rusak motif; repeating patterns in the Kawung motif, geometry in the Tantrum motif design; proportions in the Slope motif, measurements and calculations in the Sido Mukti motif. This activity is expected to increase appreciation of local culture and integrate ethnomathematics in learning and everyday life. This activity contributes to the preservation of Pekalongan's cultural heritage and enriches mathematics learning with relevant cultural values.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the educational system of the White Room in the novel "Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e" and its relevance to Islamic education. The type of research conducted is a literature study or library research with a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique used is document content analysis and employs Miles and Huberman's data analysis technique. The research findings indicate that the White Room is an educational institution with a unique concept. It educates and nurtures children from birth to adulthood. The education provided in the White Room can be considered challenging, as many children are expelled from the White Room for not being able to keep up with the learning activities. Nevertheless, there are still some children who successfully undergo education in the White Room with satisfying results. Furthermore, the White Room is relevant to Islamic educational values. The Islamic values practiced in the White Room's education include maintaining health, expressing gratitude, and working hard. Additionally, the moral values taught in the White Room's education involve non-discrimination, a high sense of curiosity, and obedience to teachers.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The background of this research is based on observations carried out at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang that the interest in memorizing students is still lacking, students reason that they cannot read their letters, students think that memorizing is difficult, and low learning outcomes. In the process of memorizing lessons the teacher directly invites students to memorize together. Therefore, an appropriate teaching method is needed. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) uses the talaqqi method. The research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of level II and III at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang, totaling 22 students. Sources of data come from students, teachers, and observers. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the application of the talaqqi method could improve the memorization ability of level II and III students at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang. Based on the research, information can be obtained that there was an increase in the results of the oral test in cycle I indicating that there were 14 students who passed or 63.64% with an average score of 75.82. Then in cycle II it showed that 19 students or 86.36% of students passed with an average value of 86.64.

Abstract

The background of this research is that LB Negeri Tamanwinangun High School is the only special public school in Kebumen district which has seven skills areas to cover the talent development of students with special needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of talent development starting from the planning process, the organizing process, the implementation process, and the evaluation process in developing the talents of deaf students at SMA LB Tamanwinangun Kebumen. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. The subjects of this study were school principals, vocational advisors, and deaf students at SMA LB Negeri Tamanwinangun Kebumen. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the management of deaf talent development at Tamanwinangun Kebumen State LB High School, namely: 1) The planning process is carried out at the annual meeting which discusses planning for the distribution of skill supervisors, planning for the preparation of work programs by each skill supervisor teacher, planning funds for facilities and infrastructure, and planning evaluation activities. 2) The organizing process is carried out directly by the school principal regarding the division of supervisors in skills areas by taking into account the interests and talents of each supervising teacher. After that, training was conducted for each supervising teacher in that skill field. 3) The process of developing the talents of deaf students begins with identifying the talents of students by distributing questionnaires and considering the abilities of students, after which each student is grouped according to the skill area that has been selected. This process is carried out every Tuesday and Wednesday from 07.30 to 14.00 WIB and carried out in the respective skill areas. The method used in talent development uses a personal approach method with simple sign language. 4) The evaluation process carried out by the school uses two methods, namely the observation method and the measurement method. The observation method is carried out by the supervising teacher during the activity and the measurement method is carried out when there is a practical exam. And reported at the annual meeting held

Abstract

TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin is a non-formal educational institution in the field of Islamic religion in Seliling Village, which aims to provide teaching to read and write the Qur'an, as well as understand the basics of Islam in children from an early age. There are still many students who need to be improved in reading the Qur'an in accordance with the rules of tajwid science. Therefore, the use of appropriate and appropriate strategies is very important, in order to improve the ability to read the Qur'an in students from an early age. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation and influence of the yanbu'a method was applied at TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin Seliling village and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the Yanbu'a method at TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin in improving the ability of students to read the Qur'an. In this study the authors used a type of qualitative research, so the presence of researchers in the field is very important. The type of data presented in this study is qualitative data, so the data analysis used is descriptive data analysis method. The results showed that the application of the Yanbu'a method applied by the TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin institution to improve the ability to read the Koran for students, namely: 1) Learning activities started at 16.30 WIB, 2) the method used was Yanbu'a, 3) getting used to memorizing daily prayers along with their meanings and short letters, 4) getting students to follow muroja'ah, 5) learning recitation subject, 7) conducting learning evaluations for students. The obstacles faced by the TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin institution in improving the ability to read the Koran are classified into two, namely internal factors and external factors. Solutions to overcome the obstacles encountered, in accordance with institutional policies based on deliberative agreements carried out by institutional administrators and the teacher council.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an occupies an important position as the basis and source of Islamic education. For a Muslim, who is obedient to his God, maintaining and practicing the values ​​in the Qur'an is an obligation. The success or failure of the learning process of the Qur'an in these educational institutions depends on the quality and role of a teacher in the classroom. This study aims to find out what is the role of the TPQ teacher in improving the ability to read and write the Koran for young students at TPQ Madinatul Athfal Petanahan Kebumen. This research is a type of case study research, in which the authors collect data by conducting in-depth studies in the form of interviews with the Head of TPQ, TPQ Teachers and several TPQ Madinatul Atfal Petanahan Kebumen students as key informants (providers of key information at TPQ) as well as observing phenomena that occur and documenting those data. Then the data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study concluded that the role of the teacher in an effort to improve the ability to read and write the Koran for young students at TPQ Madinatul Atfal Petanahan Kebumen is very good where there are several roles taken such as acting as a teacher, class manager, motivator, evaluator and demonstrator. Some of these roles are carried out by collaborating with teachers in other fields of study in improving the reading and writing ability of the Qur'an for early-age students

Abstract

Mapping character education through memorizing juz 'amma at Mi Ma'arif Soka Poncowarno.This study aims (1) to find out what character education appears in the juz 'amma memorizationmapping activity at Mi Ma'arif Soka (2) to find out what character education is most prominent inthe juz 'amma memorization mapping activity at Mi Ma' soka wise. This research is in the form offield research. His research used a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the headof the madrasa, class teacher, tahfdz teacher at Mi Ma'arif Soka. Data collection methods usedwere observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. While the data analysistechnique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this studycan be concluded that: (1) character education that appears in the memorization of juz 'amma atMi Ma'arif Soka: religious attitude, honest, disciplined, hard work, independent,friendly/communicative, and responsible.
