Abstract

Indonesia as part of a pluralistic country consists of people with different cultural, ethnic, religious, or linguistic backgrounds. On the one hand, these differences are a Grace from Allah SWT that needs to be cared for and maintained. On the other hand, diversity has the potential to cause conflicts between ethnicities, groups, and beliefs. So far, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has promoted Religious Moderation as a pioneer in moderating the understanding and attitudes of extremes that occur. This article discusses the role of Pancasila Education in shaping the nation's character with a descriptive qualitative research method. The type of research is Pustaka. The results of the study concluded that character education cultivation can be done in three ways, first through inclusion in the Educational Curriculum. Pancasila values must be introduced to students in schools, so it is necessary to include Pancasila values in the curriculum that is enforced. Second, strengthen Pancasila-based character education. Acquaint children with nationalist characters, such as mutual cooperation, visiting sick friends, collaborating in completing projects with friends, and helping each other in succeeding activities outside the home. And third, to ensure a healthy environment for the nation's generation. An environment that instills Pancasila values, serves children from less positive backgrounds.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior is an attitude that is often shown by teenagers. Adolescence is also identified with the inability of adolescents to control their emotions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the token economy to reduce aggressiveness in adolescents. The method used is qualitative-experimental, namely pre-experimental. Data collection was carried out using a behavioral checklist and using an A-B withdrawal design. The research subjects were 13-year-old girls from strict parent families. The results showed that there was a decrease in aggressiveness at an average anger of 3.7 to 0.4. So that the economic token is effective for reducing aggressiveness in adolescents

Abstract

One sector that can realize regional economic development includes the presence of financial institutions which are often considered the heart and driving force of a country's economy. This can be seen in the lack of banking financial institutions in the Singojuruh District area until now, so that it has an impact on regional income such as handling tax payments, salaries, pensions or other financial transactions related to bank financial institutions carried out in other areas close to Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The type of method used in this research is field methods (field research). In this study, the data that has been collected is analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and (EFE) Matrix. For identification in this research, the SWOT matrix is ​​used internally and externally. The conclusion is to expand a representative banking network, take advantage of regional, land and educational advantages with the availability of mobile banking services, optimize the performance of human resources to speed up the process of banking product services and information and expand the reach of banking services or units.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is that workers who are in an employment relationship based on a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) have the right to receive compensation money in accordance with statutory provisions. The research method used is juridical-normative, namely legal research by examining statutory regulations and literature study (secondary material). PKWT is an agreement between workers and employers to enter into an employment relationship for a certain period of time at the company's choice when recruiting workers. The motive behind this choice is the entrepreneur's desire to achieve large profits with small capital. However, since the implementation of the PKWT provisions in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT), Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations has become different. That PKWT system workers whose contract period has ended are entitled to receive compensation money from the Company as regulated in Article 15. If the compensation money is not given then the company (entrepreneur) will receive administrative sanctions in the form of a written warning, restrictions on business activities, partial or complete temporary suspension production equipment, and freezing business activities in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT), Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi konsep Tri Hita Karana (THK) pada kearifan lokal masyarakat Desa Lendang Nangka melalui acara Maulid Adat sebuah tradisi penghormatan atas kelahiran Nabi Muhammad SAW dan sumber mata air desa yang terdiri dari serangkaian acara termasuk di dalamnya acara selametan Otak Aik dan Pandik Keris. Ritual ini juga mencakup kegiatan keagamaan, seperti zikir dan pembacaan kitab, serta simbolis bubur yang melambangkan asal-usul manusia. Tradisi ini diikuti oleh masyarakat lokal dan sekitarnya, termasuk kelompok pertanian yang menggunakan air sebagai irigasi. Filosofi acara ini mengandung tiga konsep utama: kehendak, Nur Muhammad, dan Zat Adam, yang melambangkan hubungan antara roh dan jasad manusia serta pentingnya menjaga alam. Melalui metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan angket, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konsep Tri Hita Karana yang meliputi hubungan harmonis antara manusia dengan Tuhan (Parahyangan), manusia dengan sesama (Pawongan), dan manusia dengan alam (Palemahan) terintegrasi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Tradisi ini memperkuat nilai-nilai sosial dan ekologis di Desa Lendang Nangka.

Abstract

This study examines the cultural significance of the Sorong Serah Aji Krame tradition, a Sasak traditional wedding ritual on Lombok Island, Indonesia. This tradition not only represents the transfer of material goods, but also serves as a mechanism to strengthen family cohesion. Through qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and observations, this study explores how this ritual builds emotional connections, honors elders, and ensures continuity between generations in the Sasak community. The results show that Sorong Serah Aji Krame plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and family solidarity, especially amidst the challenges of modernization.

Abstract

MI students are students who like to play rather than receive lessons. They are among the students who switched from kindergarten to MI. No wonder they play a lot even in the classroom compared to listening and focusing on the lesson. Among the lessons that are quite captivating for MI students is Arabic. Arabic Language Lessons are Islamic Religious Education Lessons. MI students need an early introduction to Arabic language materials. This study uses qualitative research with the type of literature research. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, while the data collection method uses documentation. This research obtained the result that MI students need an introduction to Arabic. Introducing Arabic to MI students starts from the basic vocabulary in Arabic. Like the vocabulary of human limbs, Arabic introduces oneself, and greets others. In an effort to introduce and strengthen the memorization of Arabic vocabulary, students can use strategies and methods that are relevant to learning. MI students focus on memorization activities, the more students memorize, the easier it is for children to understand and memorize Arabic texts. MI students prefer to memorize using songs, so teachers are responsible for developing student memorization methods through memorization of songs that contain Arabic vocabulary

Abstract

This article seeks to examine the difficulties encountered in striving to be a devout Muslim within the context of an evolving modern society. It emphasizes the transition from traditional norms to the digital age and outlines the distinct challenges Muslims face today in preserving their faith and upholding Islamic principles. Technology, on the one hand, enhances information accessibility and broadens the scope of social connectivity, but on the other hand, exposure to negative content and consumerist lifestyles has also increased. This study aims to analyze how Muslims can integrate Islamic values ​​into their digital lives, and to examine the obstacles and prospects encountered in the pursuit of authentic Islamic practice in contemporary times. The rapid development of social media has changed the way humans interact and access information. This study aims to understand how the use of social media affects the daily worship practices of Muslims, especially the younger generation. This study aims to identify the types of social media content most frequently consumed by Muslim youth; (2) analyze the influence of this content on motivation and daily worship practices; and (3) identify effective strategies for utilizing social media to improve the quality of worship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of mothers from an Islamic perspective in preventing stunting among early childhood in Banyuwangi Regency. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a serious challenge in Indonesia, including in Banyuwangi, with the national stunting prevalence reaching approximately 21.5%. In the Islamic context, mothers hold a central position as madrasah al-ūlā (the first school) for their children, being responsible not only for education and moral development but also for ensuring adequate nutrition and child health. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, conducted in several districts in Banyuwangi Regency by involving mothers with young children, religious leaders, and health workers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that the role of mothers in preventing stunting is strongly influenced by religious understanding, health education, and social environmental support. Islamic values such as the recommendation to breastfeed, maintaining cleanliness, the consumption of halalan ṭayyiban food, and spiritual awareness are proven to contribute to shaping healthy family lifestyles. Thus, it can be concluded that the Islamic perspective provides a strong normative and moral foundation in efforts to prevent stunting. Strengthening the role of mothers through religious guidance, family education, and cross-sector collaboration based on Islamic values is a strategic step toward building a healthy, intelligent, and morally upright generation in Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Field Trip Method (Karyawisata) in improving students’ writing skills (Maharah Kitabah) in Arabic language learning at MTs Silahul Muslimin Banyuwangi. The background of this research is the need for more engaging and interactive learning strategies compared to traditional classroom methods. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach conducted in May 2025, involving Arabic language teachers, school administrators, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results show that the implementation of the Field Trip Method enhances students’ motivation, creativity, and writing ability through enjoyable and contextual learning experiences. Therefore, the Field Trip Method is proven to be an effective and innovative pedagogical approach that strengthens students’ Arabic writing skills at the junior secondary school level.
