Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani masih dipahami sebatas aktivitas fisik, sehingga dimensi keilmuan dan filosofisnya kurang mendapat perhatian. Seyogyanya pendidikan jasmani memiliki kompleksitas yang menuntut landasan filsafat ilmu yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendidikan jasmani dari perspektif filsafat ilmu dengan menelaah dimensi ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Scopus, ResearchGate, dan Google Scholar pada rentang tahun 2018–2025. Dari proses pencarian, diperoleh 8 artikel terpilih yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara ontologis pendidikan jasmani dipahami sebagai kajian tentang manusia dan gerak yang bermakna, bukan sekadar fenomena biologis. Secara epistemologis, pengetahuan pendidikan jasmani dibangun melalui pendekatan ilmiah yang beragam, termasuk pendekatan empiris, kualitatif, dan reflektif. Secara aksiologis, pendidikan jasmani berorientasi pada pembentukan nilai, karakter, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat identitas keilmuan pendidikan jasmani melalui kerangka filsafat ilmu yang integratif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Operational risk management from the perspective of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Good Public Governance (GPG) is a systematic approach that integrates governance principles to identify, assess, and control risks that can disrupt the continuity and effectiveness of organizations, both in the private and public sectors. GCG provides transparent and accountable structures, mechanisms, and controls to minimize the risk of process failure, human error, and system disruptions, thereby ensuring the sustainability of company operations. On the other hand, GPG emphasizes the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, and compliance in managing risks to ensure optimal public services run without serious obstacles. The application of these principles creates a strong risk culture and an effective internal control system, which not only protects assets and reputation but also strengthens public and stakeholder trust in the long term.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, strategi harga menjadi elemen krusial dalam menciptakan keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Penetapan harga tidak lagi sekadar didasarkan pada biaya produksi atau harga pesaing, melainkan harus merefleksikan persepsi nilai konsumen yang mencakup manfaat fungsional, emosional, dan simbolik. Pendekatan value-based pricing memungkinkan perusahaan menyusun harga yang sepadan dengan nilai yang dirasakan konsumen, sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas. Kajian ini mengintegrasikan teori persepsi harga, strategi harga psikologis, serta prinsip value-based marketing yang menekankan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam terhadap preferensi dan ekspektasi pelanggan. Studi kasus Apple menunjukkan bagaimana harga premium dapat dibenarkan jika konsumen merasakan manfaat dan pengalaman yang unik. Meskipun value-based pricing menghadirkan tantangan, seperti segmentasi nilai dan pengukuran persepsi, solusi seperti penggunaan data pelanggan, teknologi analitik, dan komunikasi nilai yang efektif dapat mengatasinya. Dengan menyelaraskan strategi harga dan pesan pemasaran berbasis nilai, perusahaan dapat membangun hubungan jangka panjang yang menguntungkan dengan konsumen. Kajian ini diakhiri dengan rekomendasi agar perusahaan berinvestasi dalam riset konsumen dan mempertimbangkan pendekatan empiris dalam studi lanjutan.

Abstract

Risk is an inseparable part of human life, including in the field of education. Risk management in the education sector plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and quality of teaching and learning processes. This study examines the concept of risk management in education, covering risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, implementation, and risk evaluation within the context of educational institutions. A literature review indicates that well-planned risk control strategies help educational institutions address various internal and external challenges, maintain educational quality, enhance operational effectiveness, and ensure the safety of students and staff. The effective implementation of risk management also strengthens institutional resilience in facing change and disruption, while minimizing the negative impacts of risks on the quality and sustainability of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in strengthening organizational commitment through a qualitative approach with case study methods. Leadership is a key factor in forming employee organizational commitment which ultimately affects organizational performance. This research examines the relationship between leadership style, organizational commitment, and employee performance. The findings indicate that effective leadership can create harmonious work communication between leaders and employees, thereby increasing employees' willingness to work, loyalty, and pride in the organization. Organizations that have leaders with good technical, human, and conceptual skills show higher levels of employee organizational commitment. Strong organizational commitment has a positive impact on improving performance, work motivation, productivity, reducing absenteeism, and decreasing employee turnover. Strategic planning combined with transformational leadership enables organizations to achieve goals more optimally through high employee involvement and loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of organizational communication patterns from a conventional bureaucratic model to a social media-based digital system to improve operational efficiency. Integrating Joseph A. Devito's communication pattern theory and Littlejohn & Foss's organizational dimensions, this study analyzes the effectiveness of the "All-Channel" communication pattern in mitigating communication barriers. Through case studies of the Jakarta Provincial Government and Tokopedia, it was found that two-way symmetrical communication significantly accelerated information distribution and reduced coordination costs. However, this efficiency requires structured information governance through content validation and digital standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address the risk of information overload. This study concludes that the key to successful modern organizational communication lies in the synergy between social media adoption, systematic information management, and strengthening member digital literacy.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays a strategic role in shaping employee behavior, attitudes, and psychological well-being, particularly among millennial employees who currently dominate the workforce. Millennials are characterized by dynamic work styles, a strong orientation toward meaningful work, and sensitivity to supportive work environments. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on stress management and mental well-being of millennial employees. The research method employed is a systematic literature review of management and organizational psychology textbooks, as well as relevant national and international journal articles. The findings indicate that a positive, participative, and supportive organizational culture significantly reduces work-related stress and enhances the mental well-being of millennial employees. Cultures emphasizing open communication, organizational justice, and work-life balance foster healthier mental work environments. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to develop adaptive and human-centered cultures to support sustainable stress management and mental well-being among millennial employees.

Abstract

Recurrent flooding poses a tangible threat to the continuity of academic activities in higher education institutions located in disaster-prone areas. This study aims to identify the risks of recurrent flooding at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Negeri Padang, and to formulate effective mitigation strategies to ensure the continuity of learning activities. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with lecturers, administrative staff, and students, as well as field observations and documentation studies of historical flood events and institutional policies. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify risk patterns and mitigation strategies. The findings indicate that flood risks at FMIPA UNP originate from geographical factors, inadequate drainage infrastructure, and changes in land use surrounding the campus. The impacts of flooding include disruptions to academic activities, damage to laboratory facilities, and restricted access for students and lecturers. Risk analysis using the Estimated Maximum Loss (EML) approach reveals that laboratory damage and disruptions to lecture schedules represent the highest risk levels. Recommended mitigation efforts include improving drainage systems, constructing protective embankments, establishing evacuation routes, and developing adaptive online-based learning systems as contingency measures. Recovery strategies focus on strengthening institutional capacity through disaster preparedness training, the establishment of emergency response teams, and enhanced collaboration with local governments and the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). This study underscores the importance of integrated disaster risk management in higher education governance to ensure educational resilience and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of risk control systems in State Universities (PTN) based on the risk control principles applicable in public sector governance. The evaluation was conducted to determine the extent to which PTNs implement risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring processes in their operational activities. This study used qualitative methods through document studies, observations, and interviews. The results indicate that the implementation of risk control in PTNs has been running moderately but is not yet fully documented and integrated. Several aspects that require improvement include risk documentation, monitoring of mitigation implementation, and integration of risk information systems.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial non-cognitive factor influencing students’ academic achievement. This article aims to review the role of learning motivation in supporting students’ academic achievement through a literature review approach. The method used was a systematic literature review by analyzing national and international journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. Data were collected from reputable databases such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Garuda Kemdikbud. The findings indicate that learning motivation, particularly intrinsic motivation, has a significant impact on students’ academic achievement by encouraging active engagement, persistence, and the use of effective learning strategies. Moreover, motivation and academic achievement demonstrate a reciprocal relationship in which high motivation enhances achievement, while academic success strengthens students’ self-confidence and motivation. This review also identifies various strategies to enhance learning motivation, including meaningful learning, supportive learning environments, and collaborative support from teachers, families, and peers. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening students’ learning motivation as a key strategy to improve academic achievement across educational levels.
