This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid with a focus on the integration of Islamic education and worldly knowledge. The methods used are in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, as well as observations of the implementation of the curriculum. The results of the study indicate that this curriculum provides flexibility that allows educators to adjust teaching methods according to student characteristics and developments, without ignoring Islamic principles. Curriculum development focuses on strengthening academic competence and student character, while maintaining the integration of Islamic values in each subject. For example, in learning Indonesian, students are not only taught writing skills, but also Islamic ethical and ethical values in communicating. The competency-based Independent Learning Curriculum provides space for students to explore their interests and talents, while developing a strong character. However, the main challenge faced is maintaining a balance between worldly and religious knowledge, especially in avoiding neglecting Islamic values amidst academic demands. Good coordination between management, teachers, and the school committee is essential to ensure the successful implementation of this curriculum. Overall, this curriculum shows that education that integrates worldly and religious knowledge can produce students who are intelligent, have noble character, and are ready to face global challenges with a strong moral and spiritual foundation.

Abstract

Digital learning has become an effective alternative for improving students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material. This study aims to explore the role of digital learning in improving students' understanding of PAI material at SMP Negeri 9 Kota Probolinggo by looking at the perspectives of teachers and students. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation involving PAI teachers and students as respondents. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that digital learning positively impacts students' understanding, especially in terms of ease of accessing materials and increasing student engagement through digital applications and platforms such as Google Classroom and learning videos. Students feel more motivated and can repeat the material according to their needs. However, the challenges faced include limited direct interaction between teachers and students, technical problems such as unstable internet connections, and the difficulty some students need help accessing adequate technology. This study concludes that although digital learning can improve students' understanding of PAI material, factors such as access to technology, teacher training, and more intensive interaction must be considered so that digital learning can be more effective. Recommendations for further development include increasing internet access and teacher training in learning technology. With these steps, digital learning can be utilized optimally in improving the quality of religious education in schools.

Abstract

This study examines the relevance of Ta'limul Muta'allim teachings in character education in the Religious Program of MAN 1 Probolinggo in the Society 5.0 era. This study used qualitative methods to collect data through field observations and interviews with teachers, students, and related parties. The study results indicate that integrating technology in character education can strengthen the internalization of moral and ethical values contained in the teachings of Ta'limul Muta'allim. Technology allows broader access to learning resources and more interactive learning experiences, but technology also requires supervision so as not to interfere with students' focus. In addition, applying an interdisciplinary approach, which integrates moral values in various disciplines, has proven effective in enriching character learning in dormitories and classrooms. This study suggests developing a more adaptive technology-based character education model and strengthening training for teachers and musyrifah to use technology wisely in the character learning process.

Abstract

Structured planning is an essential element in achieving goals, both at the individual and organizational levels. With good planning, strategic steps can be formulated to ensure the achievement of goals effectively and efficiently. In the context of the organization, human resource planning (HR) plays a strategic role in ensuring the availability of manpower in accordance with operational needs. This process includes workload and workforce analysis to determine ideal workforce needs and improve organizational operational efficiency.  This study uses a research methodology (library research), which is a way to obtain data by knowing and studying theories from various literature related to research. However, many organizations face challenges in effectively integrating such analytics into HR management. These constraints often impact employee productivity, task distribution, and well-being. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that affect the effectiveness of HR planning, especially related to workload and work environment conditions.  This study aims to evaluate the influence of workload variables and work environment on work security and its impact on employee stress levels. Using the literature review method, this study identified the mismatch between workload and individual capacity and a less conducive work environment as the main cause of increased work stress. Factors such as excessive work duration and uncomfortable environmental conditions contribute to high work pressure. The findings of this study provide important insights for organizations in designing appropriate interventions, such as optimizing workload distribution and improving work environment conditions. With these measures, organizations can improve employee well-being, reduce stress levels, and encourage overall workforce productivity
