Abstract

This study aims to analyze the human resource management (HRM) strategies implemented to support inclusive education at the Inclusive School of Sentra Salsabila Purwakarta. Inclusive education is an approach that emphasizes equal access and learning opportunities for all students, including children with special needs. This research adopts a qualitative case study method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the Inclusive School of Sentra Salsabila employs several integrated HRM strategies, such as recruiting teachers with expertise in inclusive education, providing regular training to enhance pedagogical competencies, and forming a support team involving educators, parents, and special education consultants. Additionally, the school has established periodic evaluation mechanisms to improve the quality of its educational services. The novelty of this research lies in its collaborative approach to HRM, emphasizing synergy among all stakeholders as the main pillar of inclusivity. These findings offer practical insights for other educational institutions seeking to develop inclusive programs. The study recommends further exploration of the long-term effectiveness of these strategies and their application in diverse educational contexts to strengthen the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The family is the 'vehicle' that shapes the character of its members. How families treat their children will impact their children's behavioural development. One type of education that parents can receive is environmental education, either through sacred, mysticism, or religion, packaged in certain cultures. This study aims to know, analyse, describe, and interpret multicultural education in Tengger Muslim families with insight into environmental conservation based on local culture in Mororejo Village, Tosari Regency. This study used qualitative phenomenology methods and data collection techniques with three techniques: interviews, observation and documentation. As for environmental management related to environmental conservation, the Tengger people pass it on to future generations or their children while they, together with their children, go to gardens and farms or forests to graze or look for firewood when the child is not in formal or informal school. There are various cultural rules in it, such as land or forests around Pedanyangan that cannot be used for agriculture and many forests that cannot be used for farming, which, of course, is told by parents to the children of the Tengger tribe. This applies to all, regardless of the parent's religious background. The concept of prohibition and management that leads to environmental preservation can be seen in traditional transcendental ceremonies, such as asking for safety through salvation, carried out by Muslim communities such as Wiwitan Bersih Desa and Leliwet.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Corruption Eradication Law in suppressing corrupt practices in the public sector in Indonesia. Corruption in the public sector is one of the biggest challenges in creating clean and accountable governance. The research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, by collecting data through literature reviews, in-depth interviews with legal experts, and analysis of legal documents and reports of corruption cases handled by related institutions such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Police, and the Attorney General's Office. The research results show that although the Corruption Eradication Law has provided a comprehensive legal framework, its implementation still faces various challenges. The main obstacles include weak coordination between law enforcement agencies, political influence that weakens the independence of institutions such as the Corruption Eradication Committee, and limited application of technology in public sector oversight. In addition, a systemic culture of corruption in various public institutions slows down the expected changes. However, law enforcement efforts supported by the active role of civil society and the media have shown a positive impact in increasing public awareness of the dangers of corruption. Implementing preventive measures, such as strengthening technology-based systems of transparency and accountability and anti-corruption education, is seen as a key element in maximizing the effectiveness of this policy. This research recommends institutional reform, increased legal protection for whistleblowers, and strong political commitment to strengthen efforts to eradicate corruption. With these strategic steps, it is hoped that the Corruption Eradication Law will be more effective in suppressing corrupt practices in the public sector systematically and sustainably.
