Abstract

Branding sekolah atau school branding menjadi salah satu aspek penting karena berperan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik calon siswa dan membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi branding yang diterapkan oleh SMA Tri Sukses Boarding School Jambi mampu menarik minat calon siswa baru. Metode dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif deskriftif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai elemen branding yang diterapkan sekolah, mulai dari identitas visual, pesan komunikasi, hingga pengalaman siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA Tri Sukses Boarding School Jambi telah berhasil membangun citra yang kuat dengan mengedepankan nilai religius, prestasi akademik yang unggul, dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami peran branding sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya tarik sekolah. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan lain dalam merancang strategi branding yang efektif untuk menarik minat calon siswa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of branding strategies on student enrollment interest at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies from the school principal, vice principals, and students. The results show that the school's branding as a "sports school" plays a significant role in attracting students, especially those with talents in sports. Factors such as comprehensive sports facilities, academic flexibility, and non-academic achievement- based admission pathways contribute to students' decision to enroll. This research provides insights into effective branding strategies for building a school’s image amid educational competition.

Abstract

School branding is an increasingly important strategy in the context of competitive education, particularly in the digital era. This study aims to explore school branding strategies to enhance the appeal and quality of education, with a case study at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. Through the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Freedom Curriculum), which integrates academic and non-academic development, the school has built a positive image that strengthens its reputation and attracts prospective students. The research employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with the vice principal of curriculum and students. The findings reveal that effective branding strategies do not only focus on visual identity but also emphasize educational excellence and collaboration with various stakeholders. These strategies create significant appeal within the community, positioning the school as a leader in the competitive landscape of educational institutions

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding a strategy for peatland management in Riau Province based on circular economy. Circular economy focuses on efficient use of resources, waste reduction, and recycling as a solution to achieve economic growth that is more balanced with environmental sustainability. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT analysis techniques. From the SWOT analysis, various strategies were formulated that can be used for peatland management in Riau Province. Strategies that are highly feasible for circular economy-based peatland management in Riau Province by looking at existing strengths and opportunities. These management strategies are utilising sustainable and innovative approaches to respond to the demand for environmentally friendly products; using technology and knowledge to strengthen supportive government policies; and increasing cooperation with funding and investment institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas xii mipa 3 di SMAN 13 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research). Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh sumber sekunder dengan beberapa literatur yaitu penelitian eksperimen, PTK yang menjelaskan tentang upaya-upaya yang dapat ditempuh guru untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi.Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui langkah-langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SPE seperti guru menyampaikan materi, pembentukan tim, presentasi, tes individu, dan penghargaan, dapat meningkatkan tingkat pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, guru harus mampu mengembangkan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang sesuai dengan karakter siswa dan memaksimalkan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SPE ini, supaya tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Kebijakan subsidi gas LPG 3 kg merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meringankan beban rumah tangga miskin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan energi domestik. Namun, dalam praktiknya di Desa Mendalo Indah, kebijakan ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang berdampak pada peningkatan ketimpangan sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan subsidi gas LPG 3 kg dan dampaknya terhadap keseimbangan sosial ekonomi masyarakat desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara berstruktur kepada informan utama dan informan kunci, serta observasi lapangan dan studi literatur sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan subsidi tidak tepat sasaran, dengan gas bersubsidi justru lebih banyak dinikmati oleh masyarakat kelas menengah ke atas. Selain itu, distribusi yang tidak merata menyebabkan akses terhadap gas LPG bersubsidi lebih sulit bagi warga di wilayah pinggiran desa, sementara pelaku usaha kecil juga memanfaatkan subsidi untuk kepentingan bisnis, yang seharusnya dilarang. Dampak dari ketimpangan ini memunculkan kecemburuan sosial, menurunkan kepercayaan antarwarga dan kepada pemerintah, serta memperlebar kesenjangan ekonomi antar lapisan masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya reformasi dalam sistem pendataan dan pengawasan subsidi dengan memanfaatkan basis data seperti DTKS dan NIK, serta perlunya penguatan regulasi dan penegakan hukum agar subsidi benar-benar tepat sasaran dan mampu mendukung pencapaian keadilan sosial dan ekonomi secara merata di tingkat lokal. Abstract

Inflasi merupakan gejala ekonomi yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kestabilan politik, terutama di negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Peningkatan harga kebutuhan pokok sebagai pendorong utama inflasi tidak hanya berdampak pada melemahnya daya beli masyarakat, tetapi juga memicu keresahan sosial yang berpotensi mengancam legitimasi pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara inflasi terutama yang disebabkan oleh penyiaran harga barang kebutuhan pokok dengan kestabilan politik di Indonesia. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada bagaimana kebijakan politik ekonomi nasional menanggapi tekanan inflasi dari sudut pandang pelaku pasar serta dinamika sosial yang menyertainya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara lapangan dan studi dokumen. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan pedagang bahan pokok di pasar tradisional yang terdampak langsung oleh memutar harga, sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui telaah publikasi ilmiah, laporan resmi pemerintah, serta berbagai dokumen relevan lainnya dalam periode 2018 hingga 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inflasi menyebabkan penurunan daya beli masyarakat, terganggunya stabilitas usaha mikro, serta peningkatan ketegangan sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi stabilitas politik. Kebijakan seperti Operasi Pasar Murah dan Gerakan Pangan Murah dipandang oleh para pedagang tidak hanya sebagai bentuk intervensi ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai strategi politik untuk meredakan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mempertahankan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah. Kesimpulannya, pengendalian inflasi perlu dijadikan prioritas dalam strategi politik ekonomi nasional, tidak hanya untuk menjaga kestabilan perekonomian, tetapi juga untuk memastikan keberlangsungan stabilitas politik dan kesejahteraan sosial di tingkat akar rumput. Abstract

The study looked at the obstacles that stand in the way of Economics Education's smooth integration with sustainable development. Based on a thorough analysis of case studies and literature, the study pinpoints the primary roadblocks preventing advancement in this field. The academic standards with disciplines, the issue of interdisciplinarity, change resistance, and economics and teacher education are some of the challenges that have been identified. The report suggests various strategic options to overcome these obstacles. These include, among other things, redesigning the economics curriculum, implementing active learning techniques, and taking a multidisciplinary approach that combines ideas from several academic fields, such as political science, sociology, environmental science, and ethics, to provide students with a thorough understanding of sustainability issues.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the anti-corruption character of senior high school students through the perspective of character education and economics. The massive corruption phenomenon in Indonesia underlines the urgency of forming individuals with integrity from an early age. Although many prevention efforts have been carried out, comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of anti-corruption education in schools is still limited. This study focuses on two main pillars: how character education (including the values ​​of honesty, responsibility, and justice) and understanding of economic concepts (such as the impact of corruption on the economy and the importance of efficient resource allocation) shape students' anti-corruption attitudes and behaviors. The research method that will be used is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. The research population is high school students in the Jambi region. The selection of the quantitative descriptive method is considered the most appropriate because it allows systematic data collection from a large number of respondents to describe the characteristics of the phenomenon being studied. Data will be collected through a structured questionnaire that measures the level of students' understanding of anti-corruption values, their attitudes toward acts of corruption, and their perceptions of the economic impact of corruption. This questionnaire will use a Likert scale to measure the level of respondent agreement with the statements given. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the profile of students' anti-corruption character based on character and economic perspectives. The results of the study are expected to provide a clear picture of the level of anti-corruption character of high school students and strategic recommendations for the development of a more effective anti-corruption education curriculum in the future.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and socio-economic changes have given rise to the phenomenon of doom spending, which is impulsive consumptive behavior in response to emotional stress, anxiety, or future uncertainty. This study aims to examine doom spending among students of the Economics Education Study Program from a psychological and socio-economic perspective. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design. Data was collected through indepth interviews and reflective questions to students who had engaged in doom spending behavior in the past three months. The results show that psychologically, college students tend to make impulsive spending to relieve emotional stress, which is accompanied by feelings of regret and awareness of a lack of self-control. From a socioeconomic perspective, doom spending behavior is related to limited financial literacy, lack of budget planning, and the influence of social media and the friendly environment. Although some students feel that their pocket money is sufficient, the tendency to engage in non-essential consumption remains high. This study concludes that doom spending is not only caused by individual factors, but is the result of a complex interaction between psychological conditions and socioeconomic backgrounds. Therefore, doom spending strategies need to involve a multidimensional approach, including financial education, emotional regulation training, and social interventions that support rational financial decision making.
