Abstract

Hamzah Fansuri considerably influenced the development of Islamic culture in the Nusantara. His works are poems that contain religious and Sufi values. This research will examine one of the poems by Hamzah Fansuri, namely Syair Dagang. The purpose of this study is to examine the truth in this poem systematically and to find out in detail about the themes contained in the poem that will be studied in this study. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method and a thematic analysis method. The reading technique used in this research is the heuristic reading technique. The minor themes in this poem are simplicity and self-satisfaction, humble attitude, freedom and inner calm, self-sacrifice, deep self-awareness, good thinking, independence, humility and worldliness, avoiding greedy behavior, abundance and diversity, as well as safety and security. The major theme in this poem is spiritual and religious journeys. Through thematic analysis, a deeper understanding of the philosophical, spiritual, and moral messages contained in the poem can be obtained.   Hamzah Fansuri memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam perkembangan kebudayaan Islam di Nusantara. Karyanya berupa syair-syair yang mengandung nilai-nilai keagamaan dan kesufian. Tulisan ini akan mencoba mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai salah satu puisi karya Hamzah Fansuri, yaitu Syair Dagang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kebenaran yang ada dalam syair ini secara sistematis dan untuk mengetahui secara rinci mengenai tema-tema yang terdapat pada syair yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode analisis tematik. Adapun teknik pembacaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik membaca heuristik. Tema minor dalam syair ini adalah tentang kesederhanaan dan kepuasan diri, sikap rendah hati, kebebasan dan ketenangan batin, pengorbanan diri, kesadaran diri yang mendalam, pemikiran yang baik, kemandirian, kehinaan dan keduniawian, menghindari perilaku tamak, keberlimpahan dan keragaman, serta keselamatan dan keamanan. Sedangkan tema mayor dalam syair ini adalah tentang perjalanan spiritual dan religius. Melalui analisis tematik dapat diperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pesan-pesan filosofis, spiritual, maupun moral yang terkandung di dalam syair tersebut.

Abstract

Films made based on a character's biography are a valuable reference for analysis. Kartini's film as the object of analysis in this study, provides a more detailed picture and findings. This research aims to find out the efforts of the main character of Kartini to be separated from the fringe culture that took place in Javanese society in the past as stated in the film Kartini by Hanung Bramantyo. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method. Kartini's film is the source of data in this study. The data collection process is in the form of notes derived from quotes obtained after carefully observing and researching the film. This film is directed by Hanung Bramayanto who is played by Dian Sastrowardoyo as Kartini. The result of this study is the struggle of Kartini's character in the shackles of Javanese culture in the film Kartini in the form of  (1) Javanese culture in Kartini's film, (2) Ideas that give birth to change, (3) Starting change together, (4) The response of the 'Londo' about the Pingit culture, (5) Kartini's resistance is opposed, (6) Kartini's thinking changes the views of Javanese girls, (7) Netherlands school scholarships, (8) Submission of application requirements.   Film yang dibuat berdasarkan biografi seorang tokoh menjadi referensi yang berharga untuk dianalisis. Film Kartini sebagai objek analisis dalam penelitian ini, memberikan gambaran serta temuan yang lebih detail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya perjuangan gender tokoh utama Kartini untuk terlepas dari budaya pingitan yang berlangsung pada masyarakat jawa di masa lalu yang tertuang dalam film Kartini karya Hanung Bramantyo. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Film Kartini menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Proses pengumpulan data berupa catatan yang berasal dari kutipan-kutipan yang di peroleh setelah mengamati dan meneliti film dengan seksama. Film ini disutradarai oleh Hanung Bramayanto yang diperankan oleh Dian Sastrowardoyo sebagai Kartini. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah upaya perjuangan tokoh Kartini dalam belenggu budaya Jawa pingitan dalam film Kartini berupa (1) Budaya Jawa pingitan dalam Film Kartini, (2) Gagasan yang melahirkan perubahan, (3) Memulai perubahan bersama, (4) Tanggapan para ‘Londo’ tentang Budaya Pingit, (5) Perlawanan Kartini ditentang, (6) Pemikiran Kartini merubah pandangan gadis jawa, (7) Beasiswa sekolah Belanda, (8) Pengajuan syarat lamaran.

Abstract

The ability to write news articles is an essential skill that students must possess. Learning by inviting students to observe objects directly makes students more able to develop their ideas and creativity. Solo is a city that is synonymous with batik culture. This research was conducted to investigate the impact of applying a field trip method focused on the cultural batik of Solo on the news writing skills of eighth-grade students at Al Muayyad Junior High School in Surakarta. This study employs a quasi-experimental approach with a non-equivalent control group design, involving pretests and posttests. There are two classes: the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was conducted using the field trip method by inviting students to explore the Laweyan batik village, while the control class was conducted with non-field trip learning. Data collection was carried out through tests that assess learning outcomes or projects after giving the action. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the field trip method based on the typical Solo batik culture on the ability to write news texts for the VIII grade students of SMP Al Muayyad Surakarta. Cohen's d analysis shows that the effect is quite large. Students in the field trip class have significantly higher news writing skills than those in the non-field trip class.   Keterampilan menulis berita adalah salah satu kemampuan penting yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa. Pembelajaran dengan mengajak siswa mengamati objek secara langsung membuat siswa menjadi lebih bisa memgembangkan ide dan kreatifitasnya. Solo merupakan kota yang identik dengan budaya batik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menginvestigasi dampak penerapan metode field trip yang berfokus pada budaya batik khas Solo terhadap kemampuan menulis berita siswa kelas VIII di SMP Al Muayyad Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental kuasi dengan desain kelompok kontrol non-setara, melibatkan pengujian awal dan pengujian akhir. Terdapat dua kelas, eksperimen dan kontrol. Kelas eksperimen dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode field trip dengan mengajak siswa menjelajah kampung batik Laweyan, sedangkan kelas kontrol dilakukan dengan pembelajaran non field trip. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes yang mengukur hasil belajar atau proyek setelah pemberian tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan metode field trip berbasis budaya batik khas Solo terhadap kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa kelas VIII SMP Al Muayyad Surakarta. Analisis d Cohen menunjukan efeknya tergolong besar. Siswa di kelas field trip memiliki kemampuan menulis berita yang jauh lebih tinggi daripada di kelas non field trip.

Abstract

There are four book quality standards set by BSKAP, material standards, presentation standards, design standards and graphic standards. Independent curriculum textbooks can be evaluated based on these criteria.  However, it is not easy to get high quality books that meet BSKAP standards. The aim of this research is to explain whether the Indonesian language textbooks for class The method used in this research is descriptive quality. The source of this data comes from an Indonesian language textbook written by Pipit Dwi Komariah for class X SMA/SMK, published by Erlangga Curriculum Merdeka. The results of the research regarding the suitability of book graphics fall into the category of being quite decent and meeting the quality standard criteria, but there are inconsistencies in the layout or coastline. Even though the independent curriculum has been implemented, this textbook can be used as teaching material.   Ada empat standar kualitas buku yang ditetapkan oleh BSKAP, standar materi, standar penyajian, standar desain, dan standar grafika. Buku teks kurikulum merdeka dapat dievaluasi berdasarkan kriteria ini.  Namun, tidak mudah mendapatkan buku berkualitas tinggi yang memenuhi standar BSKAP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan apakah buku teks bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMA/SMK yang diterbitkan oleh Pipit Dwi Komariah, yang diterbitkan oleh Erlangga kurikulum Merdeka, memenuhi standar kualitas buku teks menurut BSKAP dan mengetahui IKM dengan buku teks di MA Negeri Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitas. Sumber data ini berasal dari buku teks bahasa Indonesia yang ditulis oleh Pipit Dwi Komariah untuk kelas X SMA/SMK, yang diterbitkan oleh Erlangga kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil penelitian tentang kelayakan grafik buku yang termasuk ke dalam kategori cukuplah layak dan memenuhi kriteria standar mutu, tetapi ada ketidak konsisten dalam tata letak atau pesisir. Meskipun kurikulum merdeka telah diterapkan, buku teks ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a national strategic issue that must be continuously guarded. Religious moderation is vital for all levels of society to create harmony in religion and as a nation. This study aims to describe the results of discourse analysis on the form of religious moderation in Friday sermon material at Islamic universities in Surakarta. The data of this research are words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and discourse in Friday sermon materials at universities in Surakarta. Data collection techniques using record, read, and record techniques. The data analysis technique uses the arithmetic technique. The study results show that the form of religious moderation in Friday sermon material at Islamic universities in Surakarta is divided into the scope and indicators of religious moderation. The scope of religious moderation includes moderation among fellow Muslims, moderation between religions, and moderation within the state. Indicators of religious moderation include national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and radicalism. Based on the study results, it was concluded that Friday sermon material is a strategic and influential medium in increasing understanding of religious moderation. Moderasi beragama merupakan isu strategis nasional yang harus terus dikawal. Moderasi beragama sangat penting bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk menciptakan kerukunan beragama dan berbangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk moderasi beragama pada materi khotbah Jumat di perguruan tinggi Islam di Surakarta. Data penelitian ini berupa kata, frasa, klausa, kalimat, dan wacana dalam materi khotbah Jumat di tiga Perguruan Tinggi Islam di Surakarta, yaitu UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, dan Universitas Nahdhatul Ulama Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik rekam, baca, dan catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk moderasi beragama pada materi khotbah Jumat di perguruan tinggi Islam di Surakarta terbagi dalam ruang lingkup dan indikator moderasi beragama. Ruang lingkup moderasi beragama meliputi moderasi antar sesama muslim, moderasi antarumat beragama, dan moderasi dalam bernegara. Sementara itu, indikator moderasi beragama meliputi komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, antikekerasan dan radikalisme. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi khotbah Jumat merupakan media yang strategis dan berpengaruh dalam penguatan moderasi beragama.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the local wisdom of Tegal people through a literature study approach. Qualitative method was chosen to produce descriptive data. The data used are words, phrases, clauses and sentences that can be found in the poetry anthology and a description of the reception by readers obtained through an open questionnaire. The analysis of local wisdom includes several aspects, such as Naga Dina and Petungan, which are used in calculating good days for social and spiritual activities, as well as Gugon Tuwon or Pemali, which act as moral guidelines. In addition, this research also explored the role of Laku or actions carried out by Tegal people, which reflected spiritual, moral and cultural values. Traditional arts, such as wayang and folk games as well as the traditions of Jamasan and Ruwat Bumi also became an important part of the cultural identity of the Tegal community. All of these aspects not only shaped the character of Tegal people but also maintained social, natural and spiritual balance in daily life. The results of this research can be used as teaching media in high schools and universities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kearifan lokal masyarakat Tegal melalui pendekatan studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif dipilih untuk dapat menghasilkan data deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah kata-kata, frasa, klausa dan kalimat yang dapat ditemukan dalam antologi puisi dan deskripsi resepsi oleh pembaca yang diperoleh melaui angket terbuka. Analisis kearifan lokal tersebut mencakup beberapa aspek, seperti Naga Dina dan Petungan, yang digunakan dalam penghitungan hari baik untuk kegiatan sosial dan spiritual, serta Gugon Tuwon atau Pemali, yang berperan sebagai pedoman moral. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggali peran Laku atau perbuatan yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat Tegal, yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai spiritual, moral dan budaya. Kesenian tradisional, seperti wayang dan permainan rakyat serta tradisi Jamasan dan Ruwat Bumi juga menjadi bagian penting dari identitas budaya masyarakat Tegal. Keseluruhan aspek tersebut tidak hanya membentuk karakter masyarakat Tegal tetapi juga menjaga keseimbangan sosial, alam, dan spiritual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai media ajar di sekolah menengah maupun perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

 This study aims to describe and explain material and non-material culture in the novel Ranah 3 Warna by A. Fuadi to be introduced to the millennial generation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The stages carried out include: (1) a literature study related to several reference books and several previous studies, (2) reading activities, analyzing, and marking several parts of the novel that show material and non-material culture, and (3) writing research results. This study produces a concept of material and non-material culture in the novel Ranah 3 Warna by A. Fuadi which can be introduced to the millennial generation indirectly. Material culture in the form of objects or tools and traditional food. Non-material culture in the form of betel chewing activities, drama, theater, poetry, proverbs, martial arts, traditional songs, literacy culture, and traditional dance. The results of this study can be used by the millennial generation as a reference to get to know Indonesian culture in terms of material and non-material. In addition, it can also be used as a reference for other researchers who will research with the same theme.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan budaya materiil dan non- materiil dalam novel Ranah 3 Warna karya A. Fuadi untuk dikenalkan pada generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yakni metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Tahapan yang dilakukan, meliputi: (1) studi pustaka terkait beberapa buku referensi dan beberapa penelitian terdahulu, (2) kegiatan baca, analisis, dan memberi tanda pada beberapa bagian novel yang menunjukkan budaya materiil dan non-materiil, dan (3) menulis hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan konsep tentang budaya materiil dan non-materiil dalam novel Ranah 3 Warna karya A. Fuadi yang bisa dikenalkan pada generasi milineal secara tidak langsung. Budaya materiil berupa benda atau alat dan makanan tradisional. Budaya non-materiil berupa kegiatan menginang, drama, teater, syair, peribahasa, silat, lagu tradisional, budaya literasi, dan tari tradisional. Hasil penelitian ini bisa digunakan oleh generasi milenial untuk referensi mengenal budaya Indonesia dari segi materiil dan non-materiil. Selain itu, juga bisa digunakan untuk referensi peneliti lain yang akan meneliti dengan tema yang sama.

Abstract

This research discusses the grammatical collocation patterns of song lyrics on the album Dunia, Cinta, and Kotornya by Nadin Amizah. Collocation is a natural combination of words in a language to produce writing and speech that sound natural. The collocation pattern of each community in a particular area is not the same. Collocation patterns are also found in song lyrics. Song lyrics are the songwriter's expression of what they experience, feel, and hear. Song lyrics are a one way communication medium about events or occurrences experienced, felt, and heard by the songwriter. One of the singers and songwriters in Indonesia who uses beautiful diction in every lyric of her songs is Nadin Amizah. Nadin Amizah's achievements in the field of music have received many awards, one of which is an award at the Anugerah Musik Indonesia, event which is the highest music barometer in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to describe the grammatical collocation patterns in the album Dunia, Cinta, dan Kotornya by Nadin Amizah. While, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method, it documents its data by taking notes.The technique used to analyze data in this research is the technique of dissecting or describing by classifying, identifying, then explaining the data analysis. The results of this research found that there were five grammatical collocation patterns of song lyrics on the album Dunia, Cinta, and Kotornya by Nadin Amizah. The five collocation patterns are adjective+noun, verb+adjective, verb+noun, noun+noun, noun+adjective.   Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pola kolokasi gramatikal lirik lagu pada album Dunia, Cinta, dan Kotornya karya Nadin Amizah. Kolokasi merupakan pemaduan kata yang wajar dalam suatu bahasa sehingga mencetuskan tulisan dan tuturan yang terdengar alami. Pola kolokasi masing-masing masyarakat di daerah tertentu tidaklah sama. Pola kolokasi juga ditemukan di lirik lagu. Lirik lagu merupakan ekspresi pencipta lagu mengenai apa yang dialami, dirasakan, dan didengar. Lirik lagu merupakan salah satu media komunikasi satu arah tentang peristiwa atau kejadian yang dialami, dirasakan, dan didengar oleh pencipta lagu. Salah satu penyanyi sekaligus pencipta lagu di Indonesia yang menggunakan diksi indah di setiap lirik lagunya adalah Nadin Amizah. Prestasi Nadin Amizah di bidang musik mendapatkan banyak penghargaan, salah satunya adalah penghargaan di ajang Anugerah Musik Indonesia yang merupakan barometer musik tertinggi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pola kolokasi gramatikal pada album Dunia, Cinta, dan Kotornya karya Nadin Amizah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dengan cara simak catat. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengkaji data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik membedah atau menguraikan dengan mengklasifikasikan, mengidentifikasikan, kemudian memaparkan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat lima pola kolokasi gramatikal lirik lagu pada album Dunia, Cinta, dan Kotornya karya Nadin Amizah. Kelima pola kolokasi tersebut adalah adjektiva+nomina, verba+ adjektiva, verba+nomina, nomina+nomina, nomina+adjektiva.

Abstract

The Teaching of Indonesian as a Foreign Language (Bahasa Indonesia Bagi Penutur Asing or BIPA) is a means of introducing the Indonesian language and culture to the international community. This research discusses the teaching of transportation materials to BIPA learners at Fujian Polytechnic Normal University (FPNU) in China. Using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) theory regarding second language acquisition (SLA) in the integration of transportation material in BIPA learning. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted by observing BIPA learning in the class, followed by recording the implementation of BIPA transportation material learning among respondents in the Indonesian Language Department at FPNU China. The findings showed that the transportation material helped BIPA respondents learn Indonesian through contextual and communicative methods. The material provided includes vocabulary related to types of public transportation in Indonesia. The research results showed that the material on Indonesia's transportation system provides a more contextual learning experience for respondents at FPNU China.

Abstract

As time progresses, technology has become something that is no longer foreign to the world of education. Most students and teachers have utilized technology for education. This research aims to examine differences in students' interest in using technology, both students with high and low interest in using technology, on the Indonesian language learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Gumelar. especially in its use with students. The role of technology in the world. This research uses ex-post facto quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this research uses cluster random sampling and simple random sampling using lottery. Data collection techniques use document analysis of learning outcomes and technology use questionnaires. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, students with a high interest in using technology have different Indonesian language learning outcomes from students who have a low interest in using technology. Based on the results of the average comparison, students with high interest in using technology have better Indonesian language learning outcomes than students with low interest in using technology. The results of the size effect test show that the influence of interest in using technology on students' Indonesian language learning outcomes is categorized as small. This is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
