Abstract

Social media has become a strategic platform for government institutions to engage with the public in more effective and participatory ways. One increasingly utilized form of digital communication is interactive content such as Mini Quizzes, which combine visual and verbal elements to convey messages in an appealing manner. This study aims to systematically review how visual and verbal framing strategies are implemented in government communication content on social media, particularly Instagram. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study analyzes 10 scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025 that focus on digital government communication, visual/verbal strategies, and framing theory. The review reveals that most studies emphasize heavy issues such as crises, public policy campaigns, and institutional image-building, while lighter and more engaging content like interactive quizzes remains underexplored. However, such content holds significant potential in shaping public perception through dialogic and participatory communication. By integrating Entman’s Framing Theory with the Uses and Gratifications approach, this study underscores the importance of balancing visual and verbal elements in constructing engaging narratives that enhance public trust and institutional visibility in digital environments.

Abstract

This study presents an in-depth review of three journals focusing on the formulation, evaluation, and stability of polyherbal syrup preparations containing extracts of Moringa oleifera (drumstick leaves), Curcuma longa (turmeric rhizome), and Zingiber officinale (ginger rhizome). The polyherbal syrup is known for its strong antioxidant activity, with potential benefits as an immunomodulator and protection against degenerative diseases. The primary study emphasized physical stability testing through accelerated stability studies at 40°C ± 2°C and 75% ± 5% relative humidity for three months, using three preservative variations: sodium benzoate, methylparaben, and propylparaben. Evaluation of organoleptic properties, pH, viscosity, and specific gravity revealed that all formulations maintained good physical stability throughout the testing period. The review also highlights the importance of standardizing herbal raw materials through organoleptic testing, moisture content, water-soluble extract, and ethanol-soluble extract measurements to ensure consistent product quality. The syrup production process involves aqueous extraction of the herbal materials, followed by formulation with additional ingredients such as palm sugar, tamarind, lime, and appropriate preservatives. Overall, the findings suggest that this polyherbal syrup has significant potential as a stable, safe, and effective phytopharmaceutical product, supporting the utilization of local natural resources for the development of competitive herbal medicines in the modern pharmaceutical market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of internal auditor competence and information technology utilization on internal audit quality. Auditor competence, including technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with the use of information technology such as audit software and data analytics, plays a significant role in improving internal audit quality. The findings show that these two factors complement each other, where auditor competence ensures effective use of technology, while technology enhances audit efficiency and accuracy. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of investing in auditor training and technology integration to improve audit quality that is faster, better, and more relevant.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategies for savings and financing products at PT. BPRS Haji Miskin, a sharia rural bank in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving management and marketing staff. The findings reveal that effective market segmentation, product development tailored to local needs and sharia principles, and ethical promotional strategies are key to attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. The bank’s educational and personal approach helps improve public understanding of sharia financial products. However, challenges remain, including low financial literacy and limited marketing resources. The study highlights the need for continuous innovation and digital technology adoption to expand market reach and enhance competitiveness. The results are expected to enrich the literature on Islamic banking marketing and provide practical recommendations for developing more effective and sustainable marketing strategies at PT. BPRS Haji Miskin.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of trust and customer experience on customer loyalty in freight services, with a case study at PT. Truk Toto. Since the population size is unknown, the sample was determined using Hair’s formula, involving 120 respondents selected through direct questionnaire distribution. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess both partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that trust and customer experience have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as proven by t-tests and F-tests with significance values below 0.05. Among the two variables, customer experience has a greater influence on loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.717, indicating that 71.7% of the variation in customer loyalty is explained by trust and customer experience. These findings suggest that trust and experience are key factors in building long-term loyalty in the logistics sector. PT. Truk Toto is advised to continuously improve the quality of customer experience and maintain customer trust to enhance retention and strengthen competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of e-service quality, promotions, halal lifestyle, and Islamic branding on purchase decisions of halal products through the Shopee Barokah feature. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The analysis method employed is multiple linear regression. The results reveal that e-service quality and halal lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. However, promotions and Islamic branding do not significantly influence purchase decisions. These findings suggest that Muslim consumers are more influenced by service quality and lifestyle compatibility with Islamic values than by promotional strategies or religious branding alone. This study provides practical implications for e-commerce platforms in enhancing service quality and aligning their offerings with the values of Muslim consumers.

Abstract

Women's participation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), including the nuclear sector, remains globally low despite gradual improvements driven by various support initiatives. The Polytechnic Institute of Nuclear Technology of Indonesia, as the only vocational higher education institution in nuclear studies in the country, plays a crucial role in producing competent human resources for the nuclear sector, including female professionals. This study employs literature review and questionnaire surveys to explore women’s perceptions of the challenges and opportunities in pursuing careers in the nuclear sector. Survey results show that 45.2% of respondents chose to study at the Polytechnic Institute of Nuclear Technology of Indonesia due to job opportunities in the nuclear sector, indicating growing awareness among women of career prospects in this field. Data from the past five years (2020–2024) shows that out of 438 graduates, 161 (36.75%) were women, with 32.9% of them currently working in the nuclear field. The survey also reveals that the institution provides significant support in career preparation and development, especially for female students: 53.2% of respondents agreed that the institution supports women’s involvement in the nuclear sector, and 21% rated this support as highly significant. However, technical and practical challenges remain key barriers for women in this field, as indicated by 64.5% of respondents. Other challenges include heavy academic workloads and the lack of female representation in the nuclear sector. As a result, respondents highlighted the importance of equipping students with technical competencies and relevant skills prior to entering the workforce. This study affirms that a vocational institution focused on nuclear education can increase the number of women in the nuclear sector while also reducing gender stereotypes that have long hindered their participation. Furthermore, 45.2% of respondents reported being fairly satisfied, and 43.5% satisfied, with the training provided by the institution. However, 64.5% expressed a need for more advanced technical and professional training, especially for women, to further encourage female careers in the nuclear field. This study concludes that while women remain underrepresented in the nuclear industry, there is significant potential to increase their participation through policy support, improved educational facilities, and the involvement of women's communities in nuclear career promotion. These findings are expected to serve as a reference in developing sustainable workforce strategies and enhancing inclusivity in the nuclear sector, thereby contributing to a more diverse and competitive nuclear industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategic utilization of the Business Center as a learning laboratory to enhance students' entrepreneurial interest at SMKN 22 Jakarta. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation involving the principal, entrepreneurship teachers, Business Center managers, entrepreneurship practitioners, and students. The data were analyzed thematically using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings indicate that the Business Center at SMKN 22 Jakarta has been strategically utilized as an entrepreneurial learning laboratory. The strategies implemented include: (1) project-based learning that enables students to design, produce, and market products directly; (2) intensive mentoring by teachers and business practitioners, providing students with real-world business insights and guidance; (3) student business expos that serve as platforms to showcase their products, build confidence, and foster entrepreneurial motivation; and (4) the development of a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem through adequate facilities, curriculum integration, and collaboration with external partners.The utilization of the Business Center has proven effective in cultivating students' entrepreneurial attitudes, skills, and interests. Contextual learning based on real-life experience encourages students to be more prepared to face the challenges of the professional world and develop entrepreneurial potential from an early age.

Abstract

  The development of digital technology has led to the widespread use of social media among teenagers, but it also presents various risks, including cyberbullying. This study aims to examine crime prevention efforts against cyberbullying among adolescents through the Instagram platform, using a case study at SMKN X Jakarta. The research applied a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that cyberbullying practices at the school are largely influenced by deviant traditions, such as the "odd-even" system between school cohorts, as well as weak social supervision and limited legal awareness. The types of cyberbullying identified include flaming, denigration, outing, exclusion, and masquerade. The proposed prevention efforts refer to Social Crime Prevention strategies, emphasizing the importance of character education, strengthening social bonds, and creating an inclusive and supportive school environment. This approach is expected to minimize the risk of cyberbullying by fostering empathy, commitment to norms, and teenagers’ active participation in positive activities. The study provides recommendations for schools and families to collaborate in building a safe and healthy digital culture for adolescents.

Abstract

Product return management, including recall, return, and self-inspection processes, is a crucial aspect in maintaining product quality and consumer satisfaction in global supply chains. Globalization has introduced new challenges in managing more complex product returns, requiring more advanced strategies and technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in these processes. Technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain provide solutions for optimizing recall, return, and self-inspection management by accelerating issue detection and improving transparency. Collaboration between suppliers, producers, and distributors also plays a significant role in identifying problems early. This article provides an overview of the importance of effective product return management and how technology and collaboration can assist companies in addressing challenges in global supply chains.
