Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has opened up new opportunities in education in the 5.0 era, including in Islamic Religious Education teaching. However, the application of this technology still faces challenges in upholding the moral and spiritual values at the core of religious education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of AI based learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education subjects and their impact on students' understanding of Islamic material and forming Islamic characters. The method used in this research is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach, which examines various relevant literature sources from previous research. The results show that using AI, such as Islamic chatbots, adaptive self learning, and AR/VR technology, can improve the quality of learning, the effectiveness of students' understanding of religious material, and the internalization of moral values. However, the use of AI must be controlled to avoid diminishing the role of teachers as moral role models and to maintain the emphasis on Islamic principles in the learning process. AI can effectively strengthen Islamic education in the digital age with the right strategy.

Abstract

This paper focuses on analyzing data obtained from an educational program evaluation to assess its effectiveness, efficiency, and impact on learning outcomes. The evaluation data includes quantitative results from tests and questionnaires, as well as qualitative input from interviews and observations. Through data analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, and thematic coding, this study identifies the extent to which the program's objectives have been achieved. The results indicate that the program has made a positive contribution to students' academic development. However, several aspects, such as teacher readiness, the completeness of teaching materials, and the program's sustainability, still need improvement. This analysis is crucial for improving the program's quality and serves as a reference for future educational planning and policy.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and optimize student-centered learning methods at SDN 1 Trusmi Kulon to improve engagement and learning achievement. It focuses on the problem of misalignment between teaching methods and the unique needs of students, impacting motivation and academic outcomes. A qualitative method with a case study approach is used to deeply analyze adaptive teaching strategies. Data is collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents. The results show that active learning methods and student-centered approaches, implemented with sensitivity to context and individual needs, contribute significantly to improved student engagement, understanding, and achievement. Teacher training is also identified as an important factor in supporting successful implementation. In conclusion, a deep understanding of student needs and classroom context, along with the implementation of adaptive and responsive teaching methods, can create an inclusive learning environment. Recommendations are given to continue developing teaching strategies that are personal and relevant to student needs

Abstract

Human resource management is crucial for establishing competitive advantage, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Human resource strategy and organizational strategy are key determinants in facing increasingly complex global market challenges. Companies that can adapt and adopt innovative technologies in human resource management can improve operational efficiency, optimize recruitment processes, and provide a positive work experience for employees. Strategic human resource management is not solely the responsibility of the human resources department, but also of organizational leaders. Strong and committed leadership can develop human resources and create a solid foundation for long-term success. This study aims to examine the relationship between human resources and organizational strategy, as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors, and to determine the role of leadership in human resource management practices in improving organizational performance. The research employed a qualitative method, based on relevant previous research findings from the past five years and literature. The analysis revealed a relationship between human resource management practices, namely as a strategic and integrated framework that can enhance the achievement of organizational goals. Supporting and inhibiting factors in HRM practices lie in organizational management and human resource development. Furthermore, the role of leadership is crucial in managing human resources within an organization, as it can determine the direction and shared goals and achieve improved company performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan berkomunikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berkomunikasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,701 menunjukkan bahwa 70,1% kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Diharapkan mahasiswa dapat terus mengembangkan soft skills, dan pihak kampus menyediakan dukungan berupa pelatihan dan pembinaan karier untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan.

Abstract

Adolescence is a dynamic phase of development, both physically, cognitively, and emotionally. During this period, individuals are highly vulnerable to emotional instability due to social pressures and internal changes. One important factor influencing adolescents' emotional well-being is the quality of communication within the family. This study aims to explore the influence of family communication quality on adolescents' emotional stability using a qualitative approach through a literature review. The results indicate that families with open, warm, and supportive communication tend to produce more emotionally stable adolescents. Conversely, authoritarian, closed, or conflict-ridden communication patterns increase the risk of emotional disorders. This study recommends improving family communication literacy as a preventative measure to support adolescent mental health.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of non-formal education on enhancing the understanding of religious moderation among participants of the Monday study group at Pondok Pesantren Sadana. The issue of religious moderation has become increasingly crucial amid rising polarization and extremism that threaten social cohesion. As a traditional Islamic educational institution, the pesantren plays a strategic role in instilling inclusive and tolerant religious values. However, in-depth studies on the effectiveness of non-formal education conducted by pesantren—particularly routine study sessions—in shaping the understanding of religious moderation remain limited. The findings reveal that the non-formal education implemented by Pondok Pesantren Sadana has a positive and significant impact on improving the understanding of religious moderation among the Monday study group participants. Variables such as attendance intensity, the content delivered, and teaching methods show a strong correlation with indicators of religious moderation, including tolerance, anti-violence, acceptance of local traditions, and national commitment. These findings affirm that community-based non-formal education models, such as study groups in pesantren, are effective in shaping moderate religious character. The practical implication of this research highlights the importance of strengthening non-formal education programs in pesantren and other religious institutions as a preventive strategy against the spread of radical ideologies and to promote religious moderation values within the broader society.

Abstract

Struktur organisasi merupakan komponen fundamental dalam sistem kelembagaan yang berperan sebagai kerangka pengaturan peran, tanggung jawab, serta hubungan kerja antarunit dalam organisasi. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam konsep, pentingnya struktur organisasi, serta jenis-jenis struktur yang umum digunakan dalam berbagai institusi modern. Kajian ini menitikberatkan pada pentingnya struktur organisasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas koordinasi, efisiensi kerja, dan ketepatan pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, pandangan Islam terhadap struktur organisasi sebagai amanah dan bagian dari ibadah turut disorot sebagai pendekatan nilai dalam tata kelola organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis literatur relevan dari para pakar manajemen dan organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi tidak hanya bersifat teknis-administratif, tetapi juga memuat dimensi nilai yang mendukung tercapainya visi dan misi organisasi secara sistematis dan berintegritas.

Abstract

The transformation of education in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has necessitated a reform in education management that is both adaptive and responsive to technological advancements. This study aims to examine the integration of technological adaptation and human resource development within the context of education management reform. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through relevant literature studies. The findings indicate that the implementation of technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cloud computing offers significant opportunities for modernizing education management. However, the success of these technologies heavily depends on the competence and readiness of human resources. Therefore, capacity building through training and digital competency development is crucial. This study concludes that the synergy between technology and human capital is a fundamental pillar of digital-based education management reform. The implications of this research provide strategic direction for policymakers in developing sustainable future-oriented education policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik di Pondok Darusy Syafi’iyah, sebuah lembaga pendidikan berbasis pesantren. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada perumusan, implementasi, dan dampak kebijakan terhadap lingkungan belajar dan hasil akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan kebijakan strategis seperti penguatan program belajar malam, pemberian penghargaan akademik, peningkatan kualitas guru melalui pelatihan, dan penataan jadwal belajar yang menyesuaikan nilai-nilai pesantren. Kebijakan tersebut berdampak positif terhadap motivasi, disiplin, dan capaian akademik peserta didik. Meskipun demikian, beberapa hambatan masih ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan minimnya evaluasi kebijakan secara berkala. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai transformasional dan moral berperan penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di lembaga berbasis pesantren. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan evaluasi kebijakan dan kolaborasi lintas elemen sekolah guna menciptakan kebijakan yang lebih adaptif dan kontekstual.
