Kasyafa: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is a peer-reviewed journal published by Penerbit Hellow Pustaka in Collaboration with Pascasarjana Institut Agama Islam Tasikmalaya. The journal is aimed at spreading the research results conducted by academicians, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Islamic Education and Teaching. In particular, papers which consider the following general topics are invited: Islamic Education Research, Islamic Teaching in Schools, Islamic Learning in Madrasah, Islamic Learning in Islamic Boarding Schools, Learning Islamic Religion in Higher Education, Islamic Education Philosophy, Teaching Preparation and Performance, Curriculum in Islamic Education, Islamic Education Management, Tafsir Tarbawy, Hadith Tarbawy, and Innovation in Islamic Teaching and Learning, Teacher Professional Development. Kasyafa: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is publish 4 (four ) times annually (February, May, August, and November). Each of the issue has articles both on conceptual article and research article. Kasyafa: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam in Bahasa Indonesia, English or Arabic written articles are also welcomed.

Abstract

Hadith as the second source of Islamic teachings after the Koran has an important role in building the morals and character of the Muslim generation. Hadith is defined as all the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which can be used as evidence in establishing Sharia law, such as obligatory, haram, mandub, makruh and permissible. Hadith also includes all matters relating to the mission and teachings of Allah SWT carried out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, while matters of a humanitarian nature are not included in the hadith category. This research uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis and uses a library research approach that collects data through research, reading, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that with a deep understanding of hadith, it is hoped that educators and the community can integrate Islamic values ​​in the education process, so that future generations will not only have broad knowledge but also good morals. Thus, the importance of understanding and applying hadith in contemporary Islamic education cannot be ignored because this will contribute to the formation of a generation of Muslims who are not only intellectually intelligent but also strong in morals and spirituality.

Abstract

هذا البحث مدفوع بنقص الكتابة الإنشاء لدى الطالبات الصف الثاني ب بمعهد تربية المعلمات الإسلامية برندوان, خاصة في الكتابة الإنشاء, واجهت الطالبات عن صعوبة في التعبير عن الأفكار والآراء والمفاهيم عند الكتابة الإنشاء. و بذلك معظم قادر على كتابة القصة. بل أنها مازالت شعرت بالحيرة التي قدم المعلم بشأن ما يجب توضيحه باستخدام لغتها الخاصة. للتغلب على هذه الصعوبة, قدمت الباحثة بديلا باستخدام وسائل الصور المتسلسلة لمساعدة الطالبات في الكتابة الإنشاء خلال عملية تعلم الإنشاء لأن وسائل يمكن أن تقدم تحفيرا بصيرا و تؤ ثير الذاكرة حول سلسلة من الأحداث المعينة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة ما مدى فعالية تنفيذ استراتيجيات التعليم الاستقصائي باستخدام وسائل الصور المتسلسلة لترقية الكتابة الإنشاء لدى طالبات الفصل الثاني "ب" بتربية المعلمات الإسلامية برنوان, ولمعرفة كيف جري عملية فعالية تنفيذ استراتيجيات التعليم الاستقصائي باستخدام وسائل الصور المتسلسلة لترقية الكتابة الإنشاء لدى طالبات الفصل الثاني "ب" بتربية المعلمات الإسلامية برنوان.  كانت مدخل البحث الذي سيتم إجراؤه هو البحث الكمي و نوع البحث المستخدم في هذا البحث تجريبي حيث استخدامت الباحثة طريقة التجريبي pre-experimental design باستخدام شكل الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي لمجموعة One-Group Pretest-Posttest و مجتمع البحث من الصف الثاني ب في معهد تربية المعلمات الإسلامية, في جمع البيانات, تم استخدام تقنية اختبار الكتابة الإنشاء و الملاحظة. ولتحليل البيانات في معالجة البيانات البحثية, استعان الباحثة ببرنامج Microsoft Exel 2010 و برنامج Spss 16. استنادا هذا البحث أظهرت نتائج اختبار الطالبات في الكتابة الإنشاء باستخدام الوسائل الصور المتسلسلة البيانات التالية: -t-hitung > -t table (-5.975 > -2.060) من خلال تحديد مستوى الدلالة  5%, وبالتالي يمكن الاستنتاج أن استخدام استيراتيجيات تعلم الإستقصائي بوسائل الصور متسلسلة يؤثر على ترقية الكتابة الإنشاء لدى الطالبات. المعني الفرضية Ha)) التي أن استيراتيجيات التعلم الإستقصائي بوسائل الصور أكثر من استيراتيجيات الأخرى, قد تم قبولها.

Abstract

The digital revolution has brought fundamental changes to the global education system, including in Indonesia and the United States. The development of information technology has driven the transformation of teaching methods, access to learning resources, and interaction between teachers and students. However, this change has also brought a number of challenges, such as infrastructure inequality, unequal digital literacy, and the need to formulate integrated technology-based education policies. This study aims to examine the dynamics of the transformation of the education system in Indonesia and America, with a focus on the use of technology in learning, government policies, and their impact on the quality of education. The method used is a literature study through analysis and synthesis of various trusted sources, including government reports, scientific articles, and online publications. The discussion shows that the United States is more advanced in the integration of educational technology with the support of strong infrastructure, regulations, and a digital learning culture, while Indonesia is still in the adaptation stage with various structural barriers. Despite having different contexts, both countries face similar challenges in maintaining inclusivity, curriculum relevance, and a balance between technological innovation and humanist values ​​in education.

Abstract

This study discusses the basis of leadership in Islamic religious education taken from the Qur'an and Hadith. Leadership in the context of religious education has an important role in shaping the character and morals of students. The Qur'an emphasizes that leaders must be just, wise, and responsible. In Surah Al-Baqarah verse 30, Allah SWT states that humans are made as caliphs on earth, which requires each individual to lead with full responsibility and carry out the mandate. In addition, the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW also provides concrete examples of good leadership, such as in managing community affairs and education. The Prophet said, "Each of you is a leader, and each of you will be held accountable for those he leads." Through this study, it was found that the basis of leadership in Islamic religious education is not only focused on the intellectual aspect, but also includes spiritual and moral dimensions. Therefore, it is important for educators to internalize the leadership values ​​contained in the Qur'an and Hadith in order to create a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also has noble morals. This study is expected to provide a contribution to the development of religious education leadership based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are interactions that have educational value. In it, there is an educational interaction between teachers and students, when teachers deliver lessons to students in class. The learning materials that teachers provide will provide less encouragement (motivation) to students if the delivery uses inappropriate strategies. The learning process in class seems too rigid and less enjoyable, this also makes the lesson less meaningful, because mastery of the amount of material does not necessarily guarantee understanding of the material they have mastered. Student motivation in learning is very important and is the basis for students to achieve the expected learning competencies. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. With the Role Playing Method, students can play an absolute part in the development of social human life. Role playing is often intended as a form of activity where learners imagine themselves as if they were outside the classroom and play the role of others. So that students can directly feel the situation and conditions in their surroundings. So, the Role Playing method can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

In an effort to achieve the goals of national education, the government provides recognition to teachers and lecturers as stipulated in the National Education System Law (Sisdiknas). This recognition serves as an acknowledgment of the vital role educators play as agents of change in society. Teachers who demonstrate high performance and dedication are considered deserving of appreciation due to their significant contributions in shaping the character and intelligence of students. The awarding of honors to outstanding and high-quality teachers is not only a form of motivation but also serves to promote increased professionalism among educators. Such recognition reflects a concrete effort to foster a strong work ethic and moral responsibility in guiding the next generation. As the quality of educators improves, it is expected that the overall standard of national education will also be elevated. In addition to recognition, protection of the teaching profession is equally important. This protection may take the form of legal guarantees, security in carrying out duties, and the safeguarding of professional rights. With such protections in place, teachers can perform their responsibilities with a sense of security and peace of mind, which positively influences their effectiveness and productivity in the learning process. The responsibility of education goes beyond teaching; it also involves the development of students' character and personality. Teachers are expected to guide students to become individuals who are devoted to God Almighty, possess noble character, are responsible, creative, independent, resilient, democratic, and professional in their respective fields. This is part of the broader national vision to enlighten the life of the nation, as mandated by the constitution.

Abstract

Teacher competence is a key factor in creating an effective, efficient, and meaningful learning process. A high quality teacher is not only proficient in mastering subject matter, but a professional teacher must also possess strong pedagogical, professional, personal, and social competencies. The purpose of this paper is to describe the characteristics of a quality teacher and the role of teacher in facing challenges in the digital era. The method used in this paper is a literature study with a descriptive qualitive approach. The results of the study indicate that a quality teacher is able to adaot to technology, build good communication with students and the surrounding school communit, and continuously develop themselves through ongoing training and education.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is an important aspect in the education system which aims to improve professionalism and the effectiveness of learning in schools. Teachers who have good performance will be able to create a conducive learning atmosphere and encourage student activity and participation in the learning process. This research discusses three main aspects in teacher performance appraisal, namely: (1) the meaning of teacher performance appraisal, (2) requirements, principles and aspects that must be considered in performance appraisal, and (3) procedures for implementing teacher performance appraisal. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with literature study and document analysis related to teacher performance assessment policies. The results of the study show that teacher performance assessment has the main function of measuring teacher professional, pedagogical, social and personality competencies. In addition, assessments carried out systematically and based on evidence can help teachers improve their competence through training and continuous professional development. Therefore, clear and systematic procedures are needed in carrying out assessments, starting from planning, observation, analysis of results, to follow-up in the form of training and coaching for teachers. With an effective performance assessment system, it is hoped that teacher professionalism can increase and have a positive impact on the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

اللغة العربية هي مادة لا تزال من الرغبة الحقيق لى معظمين المتعليمين. في حين أن اللغة العربية هي جزء من التعليم المتأصل في هيكل المناهج التعليمية. حتى اللغة العربية تستخدم كلغة رسمية في المؤسسات التعليمية مثل معهد الأمين الإسلامى برندوان، وخاصة في المرحلة الثانوية تربية المعلمين الإسلامية برندوان التي تستخدم إحدى طرق التعليم الطريقة المباشرة بحيث يكون التلميذات في مهارة الكلام باللغة العربية. أما أهداف هذا البحث العلمي لمعرفة تأثير استخدام الطريقة المباشرة في مادة اللغة العربية على ترقية مهارة الكلام للتلميذات  السنة الأولى المكثّفة في المرحلة الثانوية تربية المعلمين الإسلامية برندوان سومنب مادورا ولمعرفة ما مدى تأثير استخدام الطريقة المباشرة في مادة اللغة العربية على ترقية مهارة الكلام للتلميذات  السنة الأولى المكثّفة في المرحلة الثانوية تربية المعلمين الإسلامية برندوان سومنب مادورا. البحث العلمي هو بحث الكمي باستخدام نهج المسح. مع عدد السكان وكذلك عينة من هذا البحث ما يصل الى 91 طالبات. الطريقة جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانة والاختبار. تستخدم معالجة البيانات تقنيات تحليل الانحدار الخطي بمستوى أهمية 95٪ باستخدام SPSS 22. نتائج هذا البحث العلمي هو: هناك تأثير استخدام الطريقة المباشرة في مادة اللغة العربية على ترقية مهارة الكلام للتلميذات  السنة الأولى المكثّفة. تم الحصول عليها نتائج التحليل باستخدام SPSS 22. في الجدول coeffisient ومن المعروف  الطريقة المباشرة 57،284 > 0.05  والقيمة الاحتمالية من 0.000 > 0.05 و فى الجدول نموذج ملخص من خلال النظر في R Square = 0.974 أو 97.4 ٪. وبالتالي فإن التأثير الكبير لطريقة المباشرة على ترقية مهارة الكلام للتلميذات  السنة الأولى المكثّفة في المرحلة الثانوية تربية المعلمين الإسلامية برندوان سومنب مادورا هو 97.4٪.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the creativity of teachers in utilizing technology as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDN Pasir Taman. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers at SDN Pasir Taman demonstrate high creativity in designing technology-based learning that suits the characteristics of elementary school students who tend to be easily distracted, enjoy hands-on activities, and exhibit high levels of classroom activity. Teachers use various digital tools such as educational videos, interactive presentations, learning applications, and virtual simulations to deliver PAI materials in ways that are more engaging and easier to understand. The use of technology is not limited to content delivery but is also integrated with active and participatory learning models. Moreover, teachers are able to overcome limitations in infrastructure by developing alternative media and utilizing offline resources creatively. This study highlights that teacher creativity in integrating technology is crucial in enhancing student motivation and comprehension, especially in subjects like religious education that require contextual and value-based understanding.
