Abstract

In the era of digital technology development, technological developments in the form of social media are not only large companies experiencing the benefits, but Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can also take advantage of these advances to reach global markets and increase operational efficiency. Although social media has become a very popular tool for promoting products and services to potential consumers, many MSMEs face serious challenges due to a lack of technological knowledge and skills, as well as immature digital infrastructure. This challenge is especially felt at the local level, as experienced by the MSMEs of Bolu AL-RINDU, where many entrepreneurs are not yet fully connected to social media and digital platforms. To overcome this problem, this research aims to increase the use of social media, especially the TikTok platform, by Bolu AL-RINDU MSMEs. Through a qualitative approach, with data collection, observation, and documentation, this research will analyze the effectiveness of social media in MSME marketing and sales strategies.

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fathul Huda is a research-oriented school in Blitar that prioritizes scientific writing among its students. Students and santri are encouraged to generate innovative ideas and offer simple solutions to real-world problems. One effective approach is through writing scientific articles. This process enhances four key skills: critical thinking and problem-solving, creativity, communication, and collaboration. To support this, training in scientific article writing was conducted, providing students with a solid foundation in developing scientific papers aligned with their KTI (Scientific Writing) activities. The training method involved several stages: preparing a baseline, conducting activities, and evaluating outcomes. Graphic organizers were used as an essential pre-writing tool to map and expand ideas effectively. Students were grouped into teams of three and collaboratively developed articles, following the structured steps of idea design using graphic organizers. As a result, students successfully integrated visual aids, language, content, and logical thinking, utilizing flow diagrams to enhance their scientific writing. The students showed great enthusiasm for using graphic organizers, and the program received strong support from both the school and parents, emphasizing its positive impact on developing scientific writing skills.

Abstract

This community service project aims to enhance the understanding and skills of students and teachers at SDN Jombatan 3 Jombang in cultural arts, particularly in playing gamelan musical instruments. The students, representing the Alpha generation, face a lack of knowledge and experience in playing gamelan, leading to a diminished appreciation for local culture. This issue is attributed to the influence of globalization, insufficient Indonesian cultural education, and the perception that gamelan is outdated. To address these challenges, the project introduced gamelan instruments to students to foster a deeper appreciation of Indonesian culture. Methods employed included socialization, training, technology integration, mentoring, and evaluation. The service team conducted needs assessments through observations and interviews, followed by training on basic gamelan techniques using traditional instruments and modern presentation tools. Results indicated an increased enthusiasm for learning gamelan and a better understanding of local cultural arts. Positive feedback from participants highlighted the success of the training. To ensure the sustainability of the program, further training is planned, focusing on creating notation and dolanan songs, which will deepen participants' knowledge and skills in performing arts while preserving local cultural heritage.

Abstract

The Panji-based Animated Fairy Tale Video Training for Early Childhood Moral Education aims to improve moral understanding in children through interesting and educational audiovisual media. This program adapts Panji stories, which contain moral values such as loyalty, courage, honesty, and responsibility. Through the use of animated fairy tale videos, it is expected that children can more easily understand and internalize the moral messages conveyed. The study involved data collection through direct observation of children's behavior, questionnaires for teachers and parents, and interviews to measure the impact of the program on children's moral development. The results show that the Panji-based animated fairy tale video is effective in improving children's discipline, empathy, and sense of responsibility. The program also shows the important role of teachers and parents in supporting children's moral education. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited access to technology in some areas and the need for increased training for program managers are still obstacles that need to be overcome. It is hoped that this program can continue to be developed and expanded to provide wider benefits in early childhood character building, as well as preserving local cultural values through traditional stories.
