Abstract

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in the past few years have provoked tremendous interest. The airing of hypnosis shows on various television stations makes the public understand that hypnosis creates an incorrect perception, that humans are helpless humans who can be so easily influenced and tricked by others. In the event that you're looking for the best way to get the most out of your own home, you've got come to the right place. In this research, there are two focuses, namely: the concept of Hypnotherapy, the concept of hypnotherapy in the perspective of Islamic education. While the purpose of this research are: To know the concept of hypnotherapy, to know the concept of hypnotherapy in the perspective of Islamic education. The method used in this research is library research. The approach used in this research is normative and psychological approach. Normative means that the research takes its basis from the original source, namely Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith. Psychology means that this research studies a person's soul through behavioural symptoms that can be observed. Hypnotherapy in the perspective of Islamic Education is one of the healing methods that uses psychological aspects that study the benefits of suggestion to overcome problems, thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are applied in the scope of Islamic education that is guided by the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are a place to develop the potential of students through various activities, both those directly related and those not directly related to the curriculum. Extracurricular activities can bridge the problems of education that occur in schools and education in families as well as the challenges of globalisation because they act as a perfecting education from the cognitive level to the affective and psychomotor aspects. As well as extracurricular activities at MTs darussalam sengkubang which can shape the religious character of students through habituation and cultivation in extracurricular scout activities. This research uses a qualitative approach, while this type of research is phenomenology. The results showed that the implementation of extracurricular scout activities at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang began with the planning stage of long-term, medium and short-term work programmes, then the implementation stage of the planned programme with a well-calculated time determination. In the implementation of extracurricular scout activities at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang, it strongly emphasises the character development of students or scout members. Scout extracurricular activities can shape the religious character of students at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang because of the provision of religious guidance to students, involving students in scouting activities and guidance from administrators and coaches able to internalise the religious character of students.

Abstract

The leadership ability of the Head of Madrasah in directing the views of the community and teachers to work professionally so as to foster the level of public trust is increasing, it can be seen from the increasing number of students enrolling in Madrasah Litahfidzil Qur'an Mempawah. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects Madrasah Head, Deputy madrasah head, and Teachers. The data collection method uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis technique uses three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study are: 1) the head of Madrasah has provided guidance to teachers with a maximum in the form of conducting regular meetings, providing encouragement by including teachers in training, workshorp, seminars, MGMP, 2) the head of Madrasah has provided guidance to students both in learning and extracurricular activities and fostering religious character by providing direction and motivation to students, 3) the head of Madrasah has been able to keep up with the development of science and technology well, and continues to improve its ability to keep up with the development of science and technology. 4) The implications of the leadership role of the madrasah head in improving the quality of education have been well seen from the professional improvement of teachers in carrying out their duties. For students, it has an impact on increasing learning achievement, achieving achievements in various competitions.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of information technology, especially in Indonesia, is increasingly advanced, with this education must also be able to compete with these developments with innovations from educators, in order to compete with the development of learning media in various countries that have advanced their education systems. This research is literature, with the method of collecting data documentation and analysis using content analysis. The results of the study state that quizizz as one of the game-based learning media has a good impact on students. Learning becomes fun and not boring because students feel like they are playing a game, sharpening students' competitive spirit because quizizz shows directly the score that students get each time they answer a question, increasing focus in learning, being more enthusiastic, and stimulating students to understand questions better than textbook-based questions.

Abstract

The focus of this research is: the competence of caregivers on male students, the caregiver's method in overcoming juvenile delinquency in male students, the caregiver's programme in overcoming juvenile delinquency in male students at the Darussalam Sengkubang Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach and uses descriptive research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The competence of caregivers at the Darussalam Sengkubang Islamic Boarding School is mostly caregivers who have completed S1, S2 education, and some are memorising the Qur'an, have extensive experience in the world of education. Have an Islamic personality that is reflected in daily words and actions. Receive continuous training to become a professional caregiver and teacher. 2) The method used by caregivers in overcoming juvenile delinquency in male students at the Darussalam Sengkubang Islamic Boarding School is through preventive action (prevention), and repressive action (action so that the violation does not recur). 3) The caregiver's programme in overcoming juvenile delinquency in male students, namely: 1) Providing teaching and habituation about Islamic religious values. 2) Supervising and controlling the activities of santri. 3) Forming and holding extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The learning of Islamic religious education at SMPN 1 Mempawah Timur has shown the concept of multicultural insight both in terms of the understanding of Islamic religious education teachers and the various materials taught which are then integrated with multicultural behaviours. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, while the type of research used by researchers is a case study, which is a research conducted intensively, in detail and in depth to an organisation, institution or certain symptoms. The results of this study show that the learning model of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 1 Mempawah Timur uses local wisdom. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 1 Mempawah Timur. Supporting factors of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education Learning in SMP Negeri 1 Mempawah Timur are: a) Principal's policy b) Qualified teacher resources, c) Students have a strong basic understanding of religion so that they do not question the differences. While the inhibiting factors of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning are a) lack of parental awareness due to limited education so that they tend to have excessive fanaticism. b) environmental factors that do not support because they are not ready to accept differences. c) the lack of references about multicultural owned by SMP Negeri 1 Mempawah Timur

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of the decline in the character of students in the world of education, this is evidenced by the indiscipline of students, lack of sense of responsibility, tolerance. Therefore, the character instilled through Aqidah Akhlak education to students needs to be pursued in order to apply it to everyday life. This research is a qualitative research. The research subject is the aqidah akhlak subject teacher at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang and the series of activities carried out. Data collection techniques using interviews with aqidah akhlak teachers, principals, curriculum sections, checking documents in the form of lesson plans and making observations in class IX accompanied by documentation. The results showed that: (1) the planning stage presents the process of preparing lesson plans and teaching materials. The lesson plans are made by including character values in them and will develop during the learning process according to the class situation. (2) the implementation stage presents the learning process, starting from learning steps, media and methods so that learning objectives can be achieved. (3) a complete explanation of the application of character values. (4) the assessment stage is carried out at the process stage, namely looking at the attitude of students during the process and the results stage, namely learning activities that spur on cognitive aspects, (5) the obstacles faced include the lack of student cooperation between teachers, students always return to the dormitory during class hours after breaks, lack of student awareness in conducting morning baiat ceremonies, (6) the solutions provided to overcome these obstacles by familiarising religious characters, reprimanding students if they make mistakes, giving sanctions to students so that they do not repeat them again, locking the dormitory so that no students return when the lesson is not finished, additional hours and remedials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the madrasah strategy in improving students' achievement at MAS Darussalam Sengkurang. The research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, data collection methods with documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis is descriptive. The results of the study state that the planning of madrasah strategic steps in fostering achievement is (a) Holding a strict selection of high-achieving students so that DSC participants really have the determination and strong desire to learn together, and are able to provide championships in the competition they achieve; (b) The existence of periodic evaluations, (c) Discipline in carrying out guidance (d) Planting religious values in the form of characterisation in the form of patience, sincere acceptance, not arrogant and always humble, especially humble nature. The madrasah programme to manage students' achievements is by making new innovations, namely forming special coaching in the form of DSC (Darussalam Science Club). After that, it is continued with routine guidance and participation in every competition held by any party which is useful for sharpening students.

Abstract

Abstract:In the subject of Islamic Religious Education students find it difficult to understand the subject matter, learning tends to be centered on the teacher while students are passive, the teacher uses the lecture method so that motivation in student learning is lacking. One of them is the teacher using the Role Playing method, Role playing is a game in a story with a clear purpose or story while in the world of education, Role playing is a planned learning activity designed to achieve specific educational goals. This thesis discusses the Implementation of the Role Playing Method in Increasing Student Learning Motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Subjects at SMPN 1 Mojowarno . This study aims (1) to describe how students' learning motivation in PAI subjects at SMPN 1 Mojowarno, (2) to describe the application of the role playing method to increase student motivation in PAI subjects at SMPN 1 Mojowarno. This research is a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive design, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, non-participant, and documentation. Data is analyzed by means of data reduction (data reduction), display data collection (data presentation), and conclusion ( verification) (conclusion). The technique of testing the validity of this research data is by extending observations, increasing persistence, triangulation and using reference materials. The conclusions of this study are (1) Student motivation in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMPN 1 Mojowarno Jombang includes: Diligently facing assignments, Tenacious in facing difficulties , Showing interest in various problems, Prefers to work independently, Not quickly bored with assignments, and Can defend his opinion. (2) The implementation of the role playing method in increasing student learning motivation in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMPN 1 Mojowarno Jombang consists of: Planning a role playing learning program in the form of lesson plans (RPP), student handbooks (LKS), textbooks, or from other sources. The implementation of role playing learning methods includes: Making problems, Appointing participants, Playing roles, Observing and taking notes, Comments from students, and Evaluation of learning in the role playing method in the form of assessment rubrics, by checking whether it is appropriate or not with what has been assigned.

Abstract

Globalization and information technology are things that cannot be avoided in competition between educational institutions. The competitiveness of an institution is an important consideration for maintaining its essence and existence as well as reading opportunities in the realm of education. Almost all educational institutions or schools have 'public relations' in their organizational structure which functions to manage many media as a liaison between the institution and the community. Considering the importance of the public relations function for schools, public relations performance needs to receive attention from school leaders. The leadership needs to apply the right leadership model so that public relations can achieve its vision optimally, one of which is by implementing transformational leadership in the field of multimedia-based public relations. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of multimedia-based public relations, the transformational leadership model applied in the implementation of public relations and the characteristics of transformational leadership that dominate in the implementation of public relations at SMA DU 2 Unggulan BPPT Jombang. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the performance of public relations at SMA DU 2 Unggulan BPPT is ideal in accordance with McElreath's theory of public relations implementation which applies the stages of planning, organizing and evaluating, the head of public relations has implemented transformational leadership which has four characteristics, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration according to Bass theory. Meanwhile, the dominant characteristics of transformational leadership based on research analysis are idealized influence and individual consideration
