Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang implementasi smart-village di Kabupaten Merauke serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan pada aspek kebijakan, infrastruktur, dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia sebagai dasar penyusunan strategi implementasi yang kontekstual. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus eksploratif, penelitian ini menggali dinamika transformasi digital desa melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan. Informan penelitian terdiri atas aparatur pemerintah desa, pejabat dinas terkait, tokoh masyarakat adat, penyedia layanan internet, dan pengguna layanan digital, sehingga memungkinkan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai kesiapan digital di wilayah perbatasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi smart-village di Merauke masih berada pada tahap awal, ditandai dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur TIK, rendahnya literasi digital aparatur, serta lemahnya koordinasi kebijakan lintas sektor. Namun demikian, terdapat peluang strategis berupa dukungan kebijakan daerah, potensi ekonomi lokal, dan partisipasi generasi muda dalam adopsi teknologi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya model tata kelola kolaboratif serta strategi implementasi yang sensitif terhadap konteks sosial-budaya masyarakat adat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur governance digital di wilayah terpinggirkan dan menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengembangan smart-village yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Merauke

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of Islamic Sharia, the state and society in maintaining national stability and preserving public interests by combating hoaxes. At the beginning of the discussion, the researcher explains the definition of a hoax, the purpose of its creation and the effects it has on society in general. The researcher then shows how Islamic Shari'ah takes preventive action against the emergence of hoaxes and how Islamic Shari'ah combats hoaxes that have already emerged. The researcher presents the role of the state and society from different perspectives in combating hoaxes. The methodology used in the research is a qualitative approach by conducting library research (literature review) on references related to the research title. The results show that combating hoaxes has a close relationship with maintaining the stability of the country and maintaining the public interest, so it should be a shared responsibility.

Abstract

Nostalgia, a sentimental longing for the past, has emerged as a powerful psychological construct that shapes consumer attitudes, identity, and brand relationships across diverse market contexts. In branding, nostalgia can enhance affect, strengthen self-continuity, and foster social connectedness, which in turn elevate brand attachment, trust, and purchase intention. Strategically, firms deploy retro branding and heritage cues to evoke autobiographical and historical nostalgia, leveraging design, storytelling, and multisensory triggers to differentiate and create emotional resonance. However, effects are contingent on cohort relevance, authenticity, cultural context, and ethical practice, requiring careful measurement and design to avoid manipulation or exclusion. This review synthesizes foundational theories, mechanisms, executions, boundary conditions, methods, and future directions to guide evidence-based application of nostalgia in branding.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in history education as an effort to improve motivation, learning outcomes, and strengthen the character traits of the Pancasila Student Profile, which include collaboration, mutual cooperation, and critical thinking. In response to the challenges of 21st-century education and the development of digital technology, teachers are required to create innovative, interactive, and relevant history learning experiences that are enjoyable and connected to students’ real-life contexts. The theoretical foundations of constructivism, experiential learning, and social-collaborative theory indicate that PjBL is effective in encouraging students to build knowledge through research, discussion, and independent exploration of historical sources. Findings from various empirical studies show that PjBL increases students’ motivation, participation, and conceptual understanding, while also strengthening historical literacy skills through source analysis, field observation, and the creation of historical products. PjBL has also been proven to develop 21st-century skills such as creativity, communication, critical thinking, and group collaboration that reflect the value of mutual cooperation. On the other hand, this study identifies several implementation challenges, including limited time, insufficient technological facilities, low initial student motivation, and minimal parental support. Nevertheless, integrating PjBL with the values of the Pancasila Student Profile within local history projects has been shown to shape students’ social-intellectual character while improving the quality of history learning. Therefore, PjBL is deemed appropriate as a primary approach for developing history education in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of Islam in Southeast Asia, which has undergone significant dynamics since the 13th century through trade routes, proselytizing, and political power. The main issue in this study is how the process of Islamization took place in various regions such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, as well as the factors that influenced the acceptance of Islam amid local cultural diversity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the patterns of dissemination, the roles of scholars and traders, and the socio-political impact of the development of Islam on Southeast Asian societies. The method used is a literature study with a historical-comparative approach, utilizing primary and secondary sources in the form of classical manuscripts, travelogues, and modern academic research. The results of the study show that the development of Islam in this region is not uniform, but is influenced by different local contexts, resulting in a moderate form of Islam that is adaptive to local cultures and plays a major role in the formation of social and political identities in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi komponen strategis yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari agenda transformasi digital perusahaan. Karyawan dituntut untuk menguasai kompetensi digital, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, serta kecakapan adaptasi terhadap lingkungan kerja berbasis teknologi. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang mampu meningkatkan kapabilitas digital karyawannya cenderung memiliki daya saing yang lebih kuat, produktivitas yang lebih tinggi, serta kemampuan inovasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan organisasi yang lambat beradaptasi. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kepustakaan atau tinjauan pustaka ialah suatu metode penelitian yang menganalisis kembali penelitian terdahulu yang relevan untuk memeperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam ataupun menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Pendekatan ini juga lebih mengarah ke interpretasi kualitatif dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan strategi meninjau literatur. Seluruh temuan ini berpadu membentuk kesimpulan solid bahwa pembinaan sumber daya manusia merupakan strategi inti, bukan sekadar fungsi pendukung. Institusi yang ingin bertahan dan bersaing harus menempatkan sumber daya manusia sebagai pusat strategi jangka panjang mereka, karena sumber daya manusia-lah yang menjadi penggerak utama inovasi, adaptasi, dan kesinambungan institusi.

Abstract

This study investigates the pragmatic strategies of impoliteness within Instagram comment sections, focusing on the discourse surrounding Prabowo Subianto’s speeches during the 2024 political cycle. As digital interaction reshapes communication, this research moves beyond simple categorisations of hostility to explore the "cyberpragmatics" of political interaction. Analysing interactions on official posts and foreign media reportages, specifically The Straits Times, this research identifies a divergence in linguistic behaviour rooted in "cultural blindness" and "ambient affiliation." At the same time, domestic discourse utilises sarcasm and meme-based humour; interactions with international media trigger distinct impoliteness strategies to enforce national face-saving mechanisms. Utilising Culpeper’s impoliteness framework and supporting studies on online animosity, the study reveals that Indonesian netizens employ bald-on-record impoliteness and weaponised irony to insulate political figures from external critique. The findings suggest that digital impoliteness is not merely a lack of etiquette but a structured identity-building strategy, or "homophily," in which aggression serves to bond the in-group against perceived out-groups.

Abstract

The phenomenon ofspiritual marriage often sparks debate because it is considered valid spirituallybut does not comply with the pillars and requirements of marriage according to Islam.This study aims to examine the meaning of spiritual marriage, the traditional backgroundthat influences it, the views of scholars who consider it an innovation,and its social impact. The method used is aqualitative approach with a literature study through analysis of scholars' fatwas, scientific journals, and related Islamic legal literature. The results of the study indicate thatnikah batin without a valid contract has no basis in sharia law, has the potential tocause legal confusion, and is detrimental to the rights of women and children. This studysuggests the need for education on Islamic family law, the role of religious leaders, andimproved access to marriage registration to prevent the practice of nikah batin, whichcontradicts sharia law.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of industrial relations dispute resolution at PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara through out-of-court arbitration. Arbitration is considered effective in resolving disputes due to its faster process and lower costs compared to court proceedings. However, the success of arbitration is also influenced by the willingness of both parties to accept the decision. This study used qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and document analysis to understand the dynamics of dispute resolution at this company.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Jawa Timur berperan menjamin mutu ekspor komoditas udang vaname sebagai komoditas unggulan ke Amerika Serikat tahun 2023. Dengan kontribusi mencapai 38% dari total ekspor hasil perikanan nasional yang bernilai USD 2,2 miliar pada tahun 2023, keberhasilan ini tidak terlepas dari berbagai program yang dimiliki oleh DKP untuk meningkatkan kualitas serta peluang pasar, yang dalam tulisan ini mengerucut dalam program Pembinaan untuk menjamin mutu ekspor komoditas udang vaname. Melalui konsep Peran oleh Holsti, artikel ini berupaya menganalisis bagaimana peran dari DKP Jawa Timur sebagai salah satu institusi negara. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam kajian ini, dengan pendekatan analisis data oleh Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, paparan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pelaku usaha dan pegawai DKP, sementara data sekunder didukung oleh dokumen resmi dan publikasi terkait. Validitas data diperiksa melalui triangulasi serta mengonfirmasi temuan kepada pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DKP Jawa Timur melalui kegiatan Pembinaan GMP&SSOP, memiliki peran strategis sebagai Example yakni instansi pemerintah daerah yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjamin mutu ekspor komoditas udang vaname ke pasar AS pada tahun 2023, dan peran Internal Development yakni negara fokus untuk pengembangan dalam negeri dengan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi di wilayah domestik.
