Abstract

This community service program aims to provide assistance and training in PAUD administrative management to all educational staff/treasurers in the PAUD Education Unit in the South Gresik region in Menganti District, Driyorejo District, Kedamean District and Wringinanom District. The focus on the PAUD administrative management mentoring and training program includes 1) sources of funds owned by PAUD units, 2) administrative management, 3) PAUD unit administration, 4) PAUD unit management reports, 5) obstacles to managing PAUD unit administration, 6) use of administration PAUD unit. Collection methods include interviews, observation, documentation, and direct observation in PAUD units. The implementation of mentoring activities and training on PAUD administrative management was carried out in 2 meetings and continued with consistent online mentoring. From the evaluation results, it was found that the use of administrative management of the PAUD units has been running well and in accordance with the procedures that have been jointly established at the annual meeting of each unit, however it is necessary to add additional educational staff or a treasurer if the principal of the PAUD education unit is also an operator, teachers, principals and also treasurers. Apart from that, educational staff belonging to the PAUD unit are given the opportunity to take part in seminars or training on improving the competency of financial managers to become more competent and professional treasurers.

Abstract

The PAUD teacher mentoring activity program in the Gresik Regency area in each sub-district has its own characteristics and uniqueness, there are 2 - 5 units in each sub-district in Gresik Regency which have almost the same problems as other units, namely in terms of lack of enthusiasm for competitiveness between units. one unit with another, lack of order in administration, as well as PAUD teachers' lack of understanding of the development of Early Childhood learning media. The aim of the PAUD teacher mentoring activities in each sub-district is to; 1) Strengthening and empowering, 2) Carrying out integrated unit promotions, 3) Providing workshops and training in the form of making educational game tools (APE) that are adapted to Curriculum 13 and early Asian education learning models. The target of this PAUD teacher mentoring activity is to manage PAUD units located in each sub-district. This service uses a descriptive method regarding the real picture in the educational unit in the form of delivering material, assignments, questions and answers and discussions, workshops dividing into small groups, training in making educational game tools (APE) with the main focus for Early Childhood (AUD). The expected results are the implementation of the Unit Based Management (MBS) program from empowerment activities, promotion programs integrated with units and increased understanding of teachers regarding the creation of Educational Game Tools (APE) for Early Childhood Children. It is hoped that this PAUD teacher mentoring activity will receive good appreciation from the units in Gresik Regency and all educators and teaching staff as having a strategic meaning related to improving the quality of PAUD in Gresik Regency.

Abstract

The motivation behind this assistance is to illustrate assistance in making wall magazines in various forms owned by MI Darul Ulum Tinggar Buntut Bangsal Mojokerto students. Wall magazines are the easiest type of mass correspondence media and are displayed on walls through well-arranged compositions and pictures so that they look interesting to look at and read. The making of this magazine is expected to build student excellence and imagination in skills. so that students are persuaded by their imaginative abilities to communicate life concerns that are reflected in life both in relation to the general habitat and everything that happens both real and imagined. The results obtained were that students were very enthusiastic about recording their imagination in hard copy form through a wall magazine by filling in every available rubric, both composition and images.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge about learning to read and write cursive hijaiyyah letters for late childhood children in the wustho class at TPQ Al Mu'min Jombang and to describe the results of learning to read and write cursive hijaiyyah letters for late childhood children in the wustho class. TPQ Al Mu'min Jombang. The result is that in learning activities, these methods are often combined into one so that learning is not monotonous and can attract students' attention to the material being presented. The material being taught is reading and writing continuous hijaiyyah letters and material on the Islamic religion such as fiqh, moral creed, tajwid,. Meanwhile, the media used in the learning process includes the Iqro' book volumes 1-6, whiteboard, markers, erasers, and a guide book for reading & writing Arabic letters. From the results of tests on reading and writing cursive hijaiyyah letters for children in the Wustho class TPQ Al Mu'min, it can be seen that the students' ability to read cursive hijaiyyah letters is classified as good with an average score of 74. Meanwhile, the ability to write cursive hijaiyyah letters for students is also relatively good with an average score -average 73.

Abstract

Training on making animated videos using the Animaker application. This activity is to provide insight into making learning media videos for MI Miftakhul Ulum Sidowungu Menganti Gresik teachers with a total of 20 teachers participating. This training aims to enable teachers to develop teaching materials using a variety of media, facilitating the teaching and learning process so that students easily receive material from the teacher. Direct practical training in one of these classrooms produces animated video works using the Animaker application. The results from respondents participating in the animation video making training activity showed that on average they got a score of 90%, strongly agree and from the activity criteria of the training participants making animation videos using the Animaker application, they got a score of 90.80%. From the results of respondents and the results of participant activities, this training is very useful in increasing insight and improving teachers' abilities in using the Animaker application. By creating animated video media, students can be enthusiastic about participating in learning and studying

Abstract

Community service based on Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), Institut Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan 2023 held in Bluri Village, Solokuro, Lamongan. Training on making ice cream from corn was held by the KKN group for Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) cadres. This activity aims to optimize the potential of corn, as an abundant agricultural product in Bluri village, so that it has higher economic value, and provide entrepreneurial insight. The service method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of this activity are the delivery of material on processing corn into ice cream and entrepreneurial insight regarding processed corn products that have economic value to improve the community's economy. The impact is the growing interest of PKK cadres in using corn to make ice cream and increasing insight into entrepreneurship by optimizing the potential of agricultural products in Bluri village.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to provide understanding and capacity building of Micro and Small Enterprises in recording and bookkeeping transactions in their business. The use of accounting can be a very valuable tool for MSMEs in managing their business more effectively. Seeing the benefits generated by accounting, MSME actors should be aware that accounting is important for their companies. The use of accounting can support the progress of MSMEs, especially in financial terms. The facts in the field found that MSME actors in Domas village do not really understand the importance of recording transactions and financial reporting in the business activities carried out. Realizing this, the PKM Team assisted with the Accounting training method The training method was chosen with the consideration that this method was the most effective in realizing the objectives of PKM activities. The results of the mentoring stated that there was an increase in understanding and an increase in the ability to record business transactions carried out by showing the response of trainees which showed 85% of training participants stated that the mentoring activities were useful. The results of this assistance reinforce the importance of active participation in the campus world in developing and increasing the capacity of the business community through a series of PKM activities carried out as in other PKM results.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of bullying, the factors that cause bullying, and the Al Azhar Institute's assistance efforts in dealing with bullying among students. The method used is qualitative, namely observation and lecture methods. The results of the research showed that the form of bullying that occurred was physical bullying in the form of punches, teasing between friends, apart from that, verbal bullying in the form of cheering and calling other students special names. The causal factors are family factors, peers and the social environment. And the efforts of the assistance of the Al Azhar Institute and MI Darussalam in dealing with bullying among students is to implement social control in the form of prevention, by holding student self-development activities, socializing bullying and discipline.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that has a variety of abundant natural resources which are used to meet daily needs, especially abundant mineral resources. With the presence of minerals, mining activities are increasingly massive and intensive. Therefore, it can cause environmental damage and disrupt human health, so little by little the environment will begin to experience damage due to mining activities. Apparently this can be overcome by carrying out tree planting activities to limit environmental damage. A tree that can be planted and thrives anywhere is mahogany whose Latin name is (Switemnia Marchpollya) which is able to survive in any soil conditions ranging from 88% to 99% with a large tree diameter. For the method, the author uses the ABCD method, which includes exploring and formulating possible strengths that can be used as potential. namely looking for past dreams that need to be used as motivation in achieving success in common goals. Dream is determining the flow of goals together with the community in achieving success, and the last one is carrying out the goals that have been set in order to succeed in achieving them. And finally, for the results and discussion, before planting the tree, first select the tabamab seeds, make a hole to plant them and carry out.

Abstract

his community service activity is carried out divided into two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. The preparatory stage is carried out with the aim of making preparations such as preparing the necessary needs and asking for approval from the Principal of the Citra Bakti Integrated PAUD School by meeting in person and asking for permission verbally. At the implementation stage, the activities carried out are in the form of providing material about children's language development and parenting patterns through outreach to parents. The aim of the first two materials is to provide an understanding of the forms of language development in children, including how language acquisition is influenced by parental parenting. Language development in children occurs from the activities of hearing, seeing, and imitating the adults around them. Language is used to teach children about something. In the preparation stage, what is carried out is to see the parents' understanding of the language mastery process through socialization activities. The location of the activity is at the PAUD Terpadu Citra Bakti. The method used in this service is the lecture method, namely the method used by the team in providing material as resource persons to the accompanying participants, namely parents. Furthermore, the steps used in this community service go through two stage processes including: 1). Preparation phase; and 2). Implementation Stage. The result of this socialization activity is that the child's parents understand parenting patterns and the role of parental communication in the acquisition or development of language in children. Parents understand their role in communicating with children, because communication between parents and children can stimulate children's development, especially language development.
