Jurnal Nalar Pendidikan merupakan wadah publikasi hasil karya penelitian yang bersifat kependidikan yang diterbitkan oleh LPM Penalaran UNM. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali setahun, terdiri atas 10 karya yang berasal dari dosen, guru, dan mahasiswa. Karya tulis yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ini belum pernah diterbitkan dimedia cetak. Format penulisan artikel yang diterima sesuai dengan draft pedoman penulisan dan gaya selingkung jurnal nalar pendidikan LPM Penalaran UNM.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-module based on android as a learning media for information and communication technology guidance in junior high schools that is valid, practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes. The development model used is 4D which includes: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research subjects were students of class VII with details: 5 students for one to one test at UPT SMPN 1 Duampanua, 10 students for small group testing at UPT SMPN 1 Duampanua, and 22 students for large group testing at UPT SMPN 5 Duampanua. The results showed that (1) The valid e-module was used based on the value of the media expert of 88.46 in the very valid category and the material expert of 90.05 in the very valid category; (2) The practical e-module is used with a score from the teacher of 87.53 in the very practical category, students of 86.66 in the very practical category, and observers of 87.46 in the very practical category, and (3) N- Gain score from the pre-test and post-test results was 0.71 with the high category, so it can be said that e-module based android is effective in improving learning outcomes of information and communication technology guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze the validity of the developed e-module. This research is a type of educational design research using the Plomp model. At the validation stage, the feasibility of the e-module was assessed by three lecturers from the chemistry department, FMIPA UNP and two teachers from SMA Negeri 1 Lintau Buo. The validation results were obtained from experts consisting of three chemistry lecturers from FMIPA UNP and two chemistry teachers at SMA N 1 Lintau Buo. The research instrument used in this study was a validity questionnaire which was analyzed using the Aikens'V formula. The validation results were obtained from experts. The validation stage was carried out in two stages. The first stage obtained an average V value of 0.82 with an average content component validity with a V value of 0.75 (invalid), the linguistic component with a V value of 0. 88 (valid), the presentation component with a V value of 0.78 (invalid), the graphic component with a V value of 0.85 (valid) and the programming aspect with a V value of 0.84 (valid). The average validity obtained in the second validation stage is 0.86 (valid) with an average content component validity with a V value of 0.85 (valid), the linguistic component with a V value of 0.88 (valid), the presentation component with a V value of 0.88 (valid). V 0.83(valid), component with V value 0.85(valid) and programming aspect with V value 0.87(valid). After validation, the next step is a one to one evaluation test with a one to evaluation questionnaire instrument to three class XI students with different abilities. The conclusion from the research results is that the hydrocarbon e-module based on guided discovery learning for class XI SMA/MA which was developed is valid and can be continued for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in knowledge of historical figures through the introduction of biographies in class VIII students of SMPN Satap 7 Maiwa Enrekang Regency by using the Tiktok application. This type of research is classroom action research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 18 students who were in class VIII.The research was conducted using a test instrument in the form of multiple choice as many as 20 items given to students at the pretest and posttest, the results of which were used to determine the increase in students' knowledge about historical figures. The results obtained that the average pretest score of 18 students was 51% who were in the poor category (K) while the posttest average value was 76.6% which was in the good category (B). So descriptively there was an increase of 25.6% of students' knowledge about historical figures. The results of the statistical test also show that the t value is -7,405 < 0.000 or the significance value is greater than the t value, so that there is a significant effect on the introduction of biographies using the Tiktok application as a media.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the profile of the scientific literacy ability of state high school students in Pinrang Regency. This study is a descriptive study with a survey method conducted on students of class X MIA SMAN in Pinrang Regency in 2020 on the subject of Biodiversity. The population in this study were 584 class X MIA students spread across SMAN 1 Pinrang, SMAN 4 Pinrang, SMAN 5 Pinrang and SMAN 9 Pinrang.The sample used in this study amounted to 272 students who were scattered from various high school study groups in selected by ramdom sampling. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the highest students' science literacy skills were in the medium category at 34.9%. Furthermore, 32.7% were in a low category, 24.3% were in the high category, 6.3% were in the very high category, and the remaining 1.8% were in the very low category. Although the science literacy skills of SMAN students in Pinrang Regency are in the moderate category. From the results of this study, it is suggested for biology teachers to be able to maximize the application of learning strategies that can train students' scientific literacy skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of online learning on students' cognitive aspects during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 3 Anggeraja, Kabupaten Enrekang. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory survey method to determine students' perceptions and experiences during online learning. The research sample was 114 students of SMP Negeri 3 Anggeraja, Kabupaten Enrekang. who were selected using the Probability Sampling Method with the slovin formula, then this sample was taken using the proportional stratified sampling method. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire with a modified Likert scale model interval measurement. The data that has been collected was then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 25 program for Windows 10. The results found that there was a significant influence between Online Learning on the cognitive aspects of students at SMP Negeri 3 Anggeraja, Kabupaten Enrekang. From the research results to the teacher aspect pay special attention to the cognitive development of students in online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of local wisdom contained in various folklores that developed in West Sulawesi. In addition, based on the value of local wisdom obtained from folklore, it is hoped that it can strengthen the student's personality. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach using data analysis techniques adapted from the flow analysis model. Overall, the total data obtained were 30 (thirty) data containing the content of the Malaqbiq trilogy, including Malaqbiq Pau (malaqbiq in speech) (Honest (jujur)), Malaqbiq Kedo (malaqbiqin attitude) (Toughness (randasa), Perseverance (mattonga-tongan), Lying for the good (alosongan macoa), Courageous (barani), Not prejudiced (pikkiran macoa), Firm (tegas), Compassion (si asayangngi), and Responsibility (peduli)), and Malaqbiq Gauq (malaqbiq in social behavior) (Generous (andang makikkir), Friendly (marawa), Reciprocating (maqbalas jasa), Wise (bijassana), Caring (attention), Right on promise (right on promise), and Helper (pattolong). Based on the classification of moral values in the Malaqbiq Trilogy, overall the moral values contained in the three folklores are selected so that the types of folklore and the values contained can be used as teaching materials for Nusantara Literature in shaping and strengthening the character of students.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the pedagogical, andragogical and heutagogy approaches together in the lecture/learning process. This approach has novelty because there is no empirical evidence regarding the use of the three together in the classroom. This research was conducted in order to investigate the implementation of the three in the classroom using a descriptive quantitative approach by first checking the measurement model of the three. The sample in this study was 316 students voluntarily filling out electronic questionnaires. The collected data will be analyzed using a measurement model to investigate the validity and reliability of the model. Its constructs and indicators. The results of the research using the measurement model show that the three constructs are valid and reliable constructs. The indicators that make up the construct are also valid and reliable indicators. Descriptive statistics show that the lecture process in the midst of a pandemic is dominated by the andragogical approach. The heutagogical approach as the ideal approach used in higher education shows the lowest average response. Further research can be conducted by analyzing the relationship between the approaches as a continuum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan suatu media pembelajaran dalam membentuk pembelajaran yang interaktif selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK ABA Kenaji dengan metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah guru dan Wali Murid TK ABA Kenaji. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan di TK ABA Kenaji dalam menunjang pembelajaran selama pandemi adalah Google meets, Zoom meeting, WhatsApp group, Video Youtobe, dan media peraga edukatif lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berjalan dengan efektif dan dapat membentuk pembelajaran yang interaktif walaupun dimasa pandemi. Pembelajaran di TK ABA Kenaji dapat menciptakan suasana yang interaktif hal ini dibuktikan dengan keaktifan siswa didalam kelas kemudian siswa tetap kreatif dalam menciptakan karyanya. Kelebihan dari media yang digunakan adalah secara tidak langsung dapat mengenalkan kepada siswa mengenai perkembangan tekhnologi, bahwa dalam keadaan pandemi kita masih bisa melakukan pembelajaran dengan efektif dan efisien. Pembelajaran melalui zoom meeting, google meets, dll dilakukan 2 kali dalam seminggu, sedangkan pembelajaran yang menggunakan media peraga  edukatif dilaksanakan 1 kali dalam seminggu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh kebiasaan belajar, kemandirian belajar, dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XII SMAN 11 Pinrang penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran kebiasaan belajar, kemandirian belajar, dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XII SMAN 11 Pinrang serta pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua kelas XII sebanyak 96 orang dengan sampel 50 orang yang dipilih secara proporsional sample. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah angket kebiasaan belajar, angket kemandirian belajar, serta tes hasil belajar matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kategori kebiasaan belajar dan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XII SMAN 11 Pinrang adalah baik dengan hasil belajar matematika berada pada kriteria sedang; (2) secara bersama-sama kebiasaan belajar dan kemandirian belajar mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa dimana koefisien determinasinya R2 = 0,397 yang berarti bahwa hasil belajar matematika dapat dijelaskan secara bersama oleh kebiasaan belajar dan kemadirian belajar sekitar 39,7 %; (3) kebiasaan belajar memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 7,43%; (4) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 32,24%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stages of developing sensor and transducer trainers and aims to produce practical, valid and effective trainers in the Mechatronics Vocational Education Study Program.  The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the development model of Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI): (1) Needs Assessment, (2) Design, (3) Development and Implementation  (development and implementation), (4) Evaluation and revision (evaluation and revision).  The results of this study obtained that trainer sensors and transducers developed in the media aspect obtained a total rating of 93.28% for the first category (very valid) to be used then the material (module) 87.63% for the second category (valid).  At the trainer implementation stage, the average overall student response was 82.88%, which was in the second category (practical) to use.  While the results of student test scores before the use of trainer sensors and transducers the percentage obtained was 54.97% and after the use of trainer sensors and transducers 78.62% experienced an increase in understanding, with an N-Gain of 0.52 in the second category (medium).  This study concludes that the sensor and transducer trainers developed are valid, practical and effective for use in the Mechatronics Vocational Education Study Program.
