Abstract

Modern education increasingly recognizes student leadership as an important channel for developing a sense of responsibility, resilience, and cooperation. Yet, despite its increasing significance, there is a lack of an overall analysis of research on student leadership. This study presents a bibliometric review of research published from 2003 through 2024 on main trends, publication patterns, and emergent themes. Using the PRISMA framework, relevant articles were retrieved from Scopus, targeting English research articles and reviews. Of the 548 identified documents, 348 were analyzed. The results highlight the growing significance of student leadership, especially in healthcare, social sciences, and engineering, with U.S.-based research dominating the field, indicating global research imbalances. Based on the co-occurrence analysis, the common themes identified are Leadership within healthcare education, Curriculum development, Gender dynamics, and the student-centered approach. These themes reflect the key areas of focus in current research on student leadership. These findings assist educators, policymakers, and researchers in guiding the enhancement of development in student leadership.Keywords: bibliometrics, education, leadership character, student.

Abstract

Ketidakdisiplinan siswa SD terlihat bahwa masih terdapat siswa yang tidak menaati tata tertib dan tidak peka terhadap kebersihan lingkungan. BR3T merupakan salah satu program yang dapat menumbuhkan kedisiplinan siswa. Dengan itu, penelitian ini ingin mengungkap bagaimana upaya guru dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan siswa melalui program BR3T. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru, siswa, dan orangtua dengan total subjek wawancara 25 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BR3T merupakan budaya khas yang sudah melekat pada setiap warga sekolah di SD Daarut Tauhiid, sehingga dari awal pembelajaran sampai akhir pembelajaran, guru selalu membiasakan setiap siswa untuk melaksanakan BR3T. Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam menumbuhkan karakter disiplin siswa diantaranya menyiapkan dokumen, membuat aturan, memberi motivasi atau teladan, memberi reward dan punishment, serta melaksanakan evaluasi bersama siswa maupun bersama guru lainnya. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan guru tersebut berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan karakter disiplin siswa, dimana tergambar bahwa siswa telah disiplin dalam tempat, waktu, dan aturan. Kata Kunci: Profil Karakter Disiplin, Upaya Guru, Program BR3T   Abstract The indiscipline of elementary school students can be seen that there are still students who do not obey the rules and are not sensitive to environmental cleanliness. BR3T is one of the programs that can foster student discipline. With that, this study wants to reveal how teachers' efforts in fostering student discipline through the BR3T program. This research is qualitative with a case study design. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects in this study are teachers, students, and parents with a total of 25 interview subjects. The results of the study show that BR3T is a distinctive culture that has been attached to every school resident at SD Daarut Tauhiid, so that from the beginning of learning to the end of learning, teachers always familiarize each student to carry out BR3T. Efforts made by teachers in fostering the character of student discipline include preparing documents, making rules, motivating or setting an example, giving rewards and punishments, and carrying out evaluations with students and with other teachers. Some of the efforts made by the teacher have a positive impact on the growth of students' discipline character, where it is illustrated that students have been disciplined in place, time, and rules. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengidentifikasi tantangan serta potensi yang terkait dengan pengembangan model pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berorientasi pada pendidikan karakter di Universitas Mbojo Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pada level kampus di Universitas Mbojo Bima. Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya seleksi staf pengajar dan karyawan yang memiliki komitmen terhadap pendidikan karakter, pengembangan program pendidikan yang mencakup aspek karakter dan nilai-nilai moral, integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam kurikulum, pengembangan kebijakan dan prosedur yang mendukung pembentukan karakter mahasiswa, serta evaluasi dan peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam menjaga kualitas dan relevansi program pendidikan karakter. Dari temuan penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia dan memperkuat karakter serta moralitas generasi muda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari atas permasalahan kurangnya media pembelajaran sebagai sumber belajar dalam menguatkan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Lukisan wayang kamasan sebagai salah satu kearifan lokal di Provinsi Bali khususnya di Kabupaten Klungkung belum banyak digunakan sebagai salah satu media dalam pembelajaran terkait dengan penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila yang sedang gencar-gencarnya diupayakan terkait dengan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mendeskripsikan rancang bangun inovasi pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal lukisan wayang Kamasan untuk menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar, 2) untuk mengetahui validitas inovasi pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal lukisan wayang Kamasan untuk menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar, 3) untuk mengetahui efektivitas inovasi pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal lukisan wayang Kamasan untuk menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation dan evaluate). Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan subjek penelitian teknik quota random sampling dengan jumlah sekolah sebanyak 24 sekolah dasar di Kota Denpasar. Hasil penilaian ahli isi pembelajaran sebesar 92,19% (sangat baik), hasil penilaian ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 90% (sangat baik), hasil penilaian ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 96% (sangat baik). Hasil uji coba perorangan sebesar 89,88% (baik), hasil uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 93,85% (sangat baik), hasil uji coba lapangan sebesar 92,19% (sangat baik). Hasil uji efektivitas memperoleh nilai thitung = 43,352 sedangkan ttabel = 2,069. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berupa lukisan wayang kamasan efektif diterapkan dalam menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perkembangan pendidikan secara historis dan pemikiran tokoh pendidikan dalam konteks ontologi, epistemologi, aksiologi, serta implikasinya bagi pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis konten. Dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis sumber-sumber tertulis yang relevan tentang perkembangan pendidikan dunia dari masa ke masa, serta pemikiran tokoh-tokoh pendidikan dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang topik tersebut. Pendidikan merupakan bagian integral dari perjalanan sejarah manusia yang telah mengalami perkembangan pesat sejak zaman kuno hingga modern. Di masa peradaban kuno, pendidikan lebih menekankan pada pembentukan manusia ideal dengan nilai-nilai seperti keberanian dan kebaikan, serta visi masyarakat yang diwariskan melalui cerita lisan. Pada era Islam, pendidikan diarahkan pada pemahaman psikologis subjek didik, usia yang tepat untuk pembelajaran, pemahaman tentang subjek didik, penekanan pada keadilan dalam perlakuan, dan sanksi edukatif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang garis waktu historis pendidikan dunia dan pemikiran tokoh pendidikan, serta implikasinya bagi pendidikan di Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Tokoh pendidikan dunia, pemikiran, ontologi, epistemologi, aksiologi.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is something that violates the norms and rules that apply in the local area. Usually, the delinquency is caused by peers and lack of parental attention. This study aims to review students' knowledge and the influence of peers in committing juvenile delinquency. Then, this study also aims to find out the strategies and school programs in overcoming juvenile delinquency. Through a mix method explanatory approach, this research is expected to develop a comprehensive strategy in overcoming juvenile delinquency. In the first phase, this research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 85 students as respondents which are then analyzed using SMART-PLS with structural equation model-partial least square (SEM-PLS) techniques. The second, qualitative phase conducted interviews with school principals, representatives of class teachers and counseling guidance teachers to get answers about school strategies in overcoming adolescent delinquency. Qualitative data was then analyzed thematically by compiling into program sections, sub-programs and descriptions. As a result, in direct testing, there are 2 accepted hypotheses: character-building competency against peer delinquency and delinquency behavior. However, peer delinquency does not have a positive and significant relationship with delinquency behavior. Indirect testing provided the finding that peer delinquency failed to mediate the relationship between character-building competency and delinquency behavior. Furthermore, based on the interviews conducted, a school program aims to overcome adolescent delinquency. The program involves internal and collaborates with external institutions such as KPAI, bhabinkamtibmas, and alumni who have achieved success. Then, the school also provides counseling on parenting by involving parents as participants. Thus, it can be seen that the school has taken a holistic and collaborative approach in dealing with juvenile delinquency. However, strong peer influence and lack of individual commitment may reduce its effectiveness.

Abstract

Sejarah pendidikan karakter dan budaya bangsa di Indonesia bermula sejak masa sebelum kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia. Pendidikan karakter dimulai dari sistem pendidikan tradisional dengan menitikberatkan kepada nilai-nilai kehidupan, etika, dan moralitas baik di pendididikan formal maupun di pendidikan nonformal. Selain itu, pengaruh agama juga memegang peranan utama dalam membentuk karakter dan budaya bangsa. Pasca kemerdekaan, pendidikan karakter dan budaya bangsa mendapatkan perhatian serius melalui integrasi dalam pembelajaran dipersekolahan. Pencapaian dan perkembangan pendidikan karakter dan budaya bangsa mengalami dinamika dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti perubahan nilai sosial, pengaruh media massa. Keterbatasab sumber daya, kurangnya kesadaran urgensi pendidikan karakter, dan juga perbedaan agama dan budaya sebagai bangsa yang multikulturalisme. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review dari sumber ilmiah. Hasil analisis review menghasilkan perkembangan teori pendidikan karakter dan budaya bangsa telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam upaya membangun generasi muda yang memiliki nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan kecintaan terhadap budaya bangsa. Beberapa upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk menanamkan dan mengembangkan pendidikan karakter di pendidikan formal seperti meningkatkan pelatihan guru, mengembangkan kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai karakter bangsa, mendorong partisipasi orang tua, menjalin kerjasama dengan komunitas keagamaan, sosial, maupun kelompok seni, menyediakan sumber daya pendidikan yang memadai.

Abstract

Character education is an essential element in building a dignified and cultured nation. Amidst the crisis of role models encompassing the nation, the implementation of character education becomes increasingly urgent. This research investigates the implementation of character education and its relation to the crisis of role models in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data is collected from various sources, such as scientific journals and related resources. This study aims to analyze the factors causing the crisis of role models, identify effective strategies for implementing character education, and formulate comprehensive solutions to address the crisis of role models in our nation, including: forming a national character role model movement, strengthening the role of families in character formation, enhancing the role of schools, and strengthening the role of society especially in not becoming permissive and being concerned with character education when students are not at home and not in school

Abstract

Education abroad has become a choice for Indonesian students to get the best education. Malaysia is one of the most popular international education destinations among Indonesians. Thousands of Indonesian students have chosen Malaysia to gain academic experience. This study aims to reveal how the experience of studying abroad, especially in Malaysia, affects the nationalist views of Indonesian students. This research method uses a case study focusing on Indonesian students studying at the International Islamic University Malaysia. The data collection method uses a questionnaire to measure Nationalism and contribution to the country. Students studying abroad face challenges and opportunities that can affect their perspective as Indonesian citizens. Some things that can affect their perspective include the quality of education, employment opportunities with high wages, and excellent public facilities. The results of the data analysis show that Indonesian students in Malaysia have an increased sense of Nationalism even though they have good opportunities to stay in Malaysia. This research provides insights into how Nationalism grows even when living abroad. The results of this study can be the basis for the Indonesian government to design programs that can support education and employment opportunities for Indonesian students studying abroad. Researchers can conduct further research to comprehend the long-term impact of international education on the nationalistic views of Indonesian students.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of discipline character education in forming a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also has strong moral values, especially in the era of globalization and technological advancement. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation and challenges in discipline character education in Indonesia schools. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, which collects and analyzes data from various academic sources to understand the practice of discipline education. The results show that discipline serves as an educational tool to shape student behavior and includes various strategies, such as advice from teachers, role models, parental involvement, and the application of rules and habituation programs. However, challenges in the implementation of discipline character education arise from the lack of family support, the negative influence of friends, and unsupportive community environmental conditions. In conclusion, discipline character education is very important and requires cooperation between teachers, parents, and the community to create an environment that supports the development of students' character. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more effective disciplinary character education model.
