Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan model teoretis penguatan soft skills dengan tujuan khusus untuk mendapatkan gambaran profil aktual soft skills, mendapatkan gambaran pembekalan soft skills, dan merumuskan model teoretis penguatan soft skills calon guru kejuruan profesional berkarakter. Penelitian ini dipecahkan melalui desain RD. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, terdapat 68 dimensi soft skills yang diklasifikasi ke dalam lima dimensi utama, yakni jujur dan dapat dipercaya, tanggung jawab, disiplin, keteladanan, serta ketaatan terhadap etika; kedua, keunggulan calon guru adalah percaya diri, materi pembelajaran mutakhir, pemanfaatan IT, dan ketrampilan mengajar, sedangkan kelemahannya tampak dalam komunikasi interaktif dengan siswa, kurangnya disiplin, tanggung jawab, serta komunikasi dan inovasi; ketiga, pola penanaman soft skills dilakukan terhadap enam unsur, yakni kurikulum, pembelajaran, iklim akademik, kegiatan kemahasiswaan, kepemimpinan dan manajemen, serta hubungan sinergis dengan pemangku kepentingan, khususnya dunia usaha/industri

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model penguatan soft skills dalam mewujudkan calon guru kejuruan profesional berkarakter. Penelitian  dirancang dengan menggunakan  pendekatan  Researchand  Development selama dua tahun. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala SMK, guru, mahasiswa, dan ahli pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian meliputi hal-hal berikut ini. Pertama, rumusan model penguatan soft skills calon guru difokuskan kepada dua mata kuliah utama, yakni pengajaran mikro dan PPL dengan model integratif. Kedua, urgensi aspek hard skills dan soft skills berada dalam kategori baik/penting dengan pencapaian rerata di atas  rerata kriteria, dan pencapaian skor masing-masing 88,2%, dan 87,11%. Ketiga, kemampuan aspek hard skills dan soft skills berada dalam kategori baik/penting dengan pencapaian rerata atas rerata kriteria,dan pencapaian skor masing-masing 72,81%, dan 74,11% dalam kategori cukup tinggi

Abstract

Cooperative learning adalah metode pembelajaran dengan prinsip belajar untuk sukses bersama. Cooperative Learning biasa disebut dengan tutorial teman sebaya, artinya metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa untuk saling membantu siswa yang lainnya. Cooperative learning sebagai salah satu alternatif metode pembelajaran dapat dijadikan pilihan bagi para pendidik mulai  jenjang pendidikan dasar sampai pendidikan tinggi. Dengan cooperative learning diharapkan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajarnya dan interaksi sosial dengan sesamanya dapat terjalin dengan baik. Implementasi cooperative learning pada kelas akan merubah paradigma cara belajar dengan suasana tradisional yang berfokus pada kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berpusat pada dosen menjadi kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berpusat pada mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, diharapkan penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik selain  juga mengembangkan tanggung jawab, pemahanan pengetahuan, empati, dan interaksi sosial dengan sesama siswa lainnya, sehingga pendidikan berbasis mutu tidak hanya sebagai konsep tetapi juga perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan menuju ke arah lebih baik. Tujuan Pendidikan Agama Islam lebih merupakan suatu upaya untuk membangkitkan intuisi agama dan kesiapan rohani dalam mencapai pengalaman transendental. Dengan demikian tujuan utamanya bukanlah sekedar mengalihkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan (sebagai isi pendidikan), melainkan lebih merupakan suatu ikhtiar untuk menggugah fitrah insaniyah (to stir up certain innate powers), sehingga mahasiswa bisa menjadi penganut atau pemeluk agama yang taat dan baik (Muslim paripurna). Sedangkan pendidikan pada umumnya, bertujuan lebih menitikberatkan pada pemberian pengetahuan dan ketrampilan khusus dan secara ketat berhubungan dengan pertumbuhan serta pemilahan areal kerja yang diperlukan dalam masyarakat. Dalam hal ini hubungan interaksi lebih bersifat kognitif-psikomotorik, dan kurang banyak menyentuh kealaman rohani serta sifat-sifat watak kepribadian manusia.

Abstract

This research discussed on how the tolerance between societies can be created through the pattern and process of the internalization of multiculturalism value to society in Potorono, Banguntapan, Bantul. The values appeared through such a long processes of society dynamic where they lived. In descriptive qualitative method, the portrait of that society can be revealed to analyze deeper the practices or processes of the internalization of multiculturalism value that can unite the society with their differences. This research aimed at revealing casuistically the process of the internalization of multiculturalism value and its correlation with tolerance between societies, as well as the factors which influence the societies to maintain their multiculturalism value. The objective of this research is to know the processes of internalization of multiculturalism value and to understand its correlation with tolerance in society, thus it can be an interactive room for each people in society to find the solution and alternative answer for any possible conflict that may be happened. This research applied qualitative research which aimed at gaining deeper understanding on the phenomenon recorded on the field of the research. To understand deeply and holistically, the analysis of meanings, values and deeper   understanding   on   the   character   of   society   of   Potorono, Banguntapan, Bantul is needed.  The approach applied in this research is exploratory   descriptive   and   explanatory   study   case.   It   is   through exploratory the data found in the research, then explaining the data found and final process is improving the explanations comparatively to certain similar phenomenon and proving that this kind of explanation can be applied to another situation. The research findings are: 1) the awareness of society of Potorono to maintain the values of tolerance has been there for long time ago and has been practiced hereditarily 2) the social interaction with a new community happened with adaptive process and step by step through religious and social activities, 3) the majority of native people have kinship relation, thus it caused the process of internalization of value easier, 4) the values appeared are tolerance, togetherness, care and respectfulness.

Abstract

This is a qualitative research which is aimed at obtaining the deeper comprehension on phenomenon of nikah siri. Although religiously legal, nikah siri , in fact, raises many problems which cause losses to the women party. Nikah siri is usually taken as a shortcut of man-woman relationship legalization, which basically is a breaking on The Law of Marriage, no 1, 1974, particularly on its record. By using SWOT gender analysis, the result shows that the background motives of wedding contract were relatively various. Nevertheless in general, they did it for a reason of religious legality. With deep interviews, the researchers succeeded to reveal the respondents’ problems within their marriage. The main problems suffered by woman respondents were psychological. They got stressed as the result of the uncertainty of their marriage law status. Witnessing the disadvantages, it is important to reconsider the legality of contract wedding which is commonly used as a legalization of man-women relationship

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the roles of the academic supervisors in the students’ characters development, and (2) to analysethe factors affecting the academic supervisors’ roles in the students’ characters development at the Department of Automotive Engineering Education. This study employed the survey research method. It was conducted at the Department of Automotive Engineering Education, the Faculty of Engineering, State University ofYogyakarta. The data was analysed using descriptive analysis. The results showed the academic supervisors have positive impact on the students characters development in the aspects of education and teaching, research, and community services, (2) the factors affecting the academic supervisors’ roles in the students’ characters development are (a) the different levels of the students’ maturity, it can be solved by  improving the students’ mind set, (b) psychological, socioemotional,and cultural differences. The solutions are continuing guidance through classes, workshops and private consultations, (3) The students perceivethat the role of the academic supervisors in their characters developmenthave positive impacts on the learning process, examinations, and academic services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) to determine the concept of character education pattern in SMK Syubbanul Wathon, and 2) to determine factors affecting Character Education Pattern of SMK Syubbanul Wathon students. The research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research was carried out in SMK Syubbanul Wathon Pondok Pesantren API Tegalrejo in the Magelang district. Data were collected using participative observations, thorough interviews, and documentation. Data validation were ensured by maintaining credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability. Result shows that the school's character education pattern is based on akhlakul karimah which main traits are autonomy and modesty. It becomes the character and soul of students (santri) in their social life. The boarding school integrates Salafi teaching, with a more modernized facility and management.  Factors affecting the education pattern are students' social background and their behavior outside the boarding school.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui gambaran pola pendidikan karakter siswa SMK Syubbanul Wathon dan, 2) mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Pola Pendidikan Karakter siswa SMK Syubbanul Wathon. Penelilitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Syubbanul Wathon  Pondok Pesantren API Tegalrejo Kab.Magelang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, pengumpulan dokumen. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara menjaga kredibilitas, transferabilitas, depandebilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pembinaan karakter siswa SMK Subbanul Wathon berbasis pada akhlakul karimah yang berciri pada kemandirian dan kesederhanaan.  Hal tersebut menjadi watak, jiwa siswa (santri) SMK Subbanul Wathon,  dalam mengarungi kehidupan masyarakat. Integrasi pendidikan ala pondok pesantren Salaf, fasilitas dan manajemen yang cukup moderen. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola pembinaan siswa SMK Subbanul Wathon diantaranya: latar belakang sosial siswa dan kebiasaan-kebiasaan siswa saat berada di luar lingkungan pondok

Abstract

This study aims to measure the multiplier effect coefficient of investment in Hajj funds held by the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) starting in 2017-2021 on the country’s economy. Data was collected from BPKH and Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publications. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative analysis of the economic balance equation, namely Y= C I+G, with the multiplier effect coefficient analysis tool. The results showed that BPKH Investment had a positive effect on economic growth. Still, the Multiplier Value of Hajj fund investment by BPKH showed that the allocation had not demonstrated awareness of the multiplier number in channelling investment instruments. BPKH focused on studying investment instruments that provide returns in increasing the funds of prospective pilgrims so that the results are significant in driving economic growth. Reviewing the mechanisms in channelling investments, such as embracing MSMEs as financing recipients and allocating investment budgets for labour-intensive projects, is necessary.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and the Indonesian Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), which is based on the inconsistencies of previous studies regarding inflation results, interest rate results, exchange rate results, as well as the results of the ISHG against the ISSI. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data source uses secondary data in the first quarter of 2012 – fourth quarter of 2022 in the form of the closing price of the ISSI from https://www.ojk.go.id/ then the closing price for inflation, interest rates, exchange rates from https://www. ojk.go.id/ www.bi.go.id/, and the closing price of the Indonesian composite index from https://finance.yahoo.com/, which were processed using SPSS 26 software with multiple linear analysis. The results showed that inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates partially had no significant effect on the ISSI. Meanwhile, the IHSG had a significant effect on the ISSI. The variables of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and the IHSG simultaneously affect the ISSI. These results have implications for policymakers regarding the Islamic capital market.
