Abstract

Pemilihan artikel untuk dikaji menggunakan panduan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA).

Abstract

This paper investigates the role of monetary and fiscal policy in ensuring macroeconomic stability, specifically in the context of economic growth and inflation within developing countries. Using a qualitative approach, the study extensively reviews existing literature and employs library research to explore how these policies impact the economic dynamics of developing nations. The research identifies key theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence that explain the interactions between monetary and fiscal policy and their collective influence on inflation rates and economic growth. It highlights that while monetary policy, primarily through interest rates and money supply management, can influence inflation, fiscal policy via government spending and taxation—plays a crucial role in sustaining long-term economic growth. The study further explores the challenges faced by developing countries in balancing these policies, particularly in the face of external shocks and structural vulnerabilities. Through the synthesis of various studies, the paper concludes that a well-coordinated monetary and fiscal policy framework is essential for achieving macroeconomic stability. Effective coordination between these policies can mitigate inflationary pressures, promote sustainable economic growth, and enhance resilience against global economic uncertainties. The paper provides recommendations for policymakers in developing countries on optimizing these policy tools to foster economic stability and growth.

Abstract

The research aims to describe how to design social studies teaching materials based on local wisdom with a Culturally Responsive Teaching approach. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The procedure starts with determining the subject, namely the teacher; data collection from questionnaires and interviews on the use of teaching materials; reduction of the results of filling out questionnaires and interviews; classification, how to make, and understanding the importance of local wisdom as content of teaching materials; followed by the presentation of data and the drawing of conclusions. The research instrument used an analysis questionnaire of teaching materials and interview guidelines. Previous research shows that social studies teaching materials are still textual and have not yet contained local wisdom of the community as social and cultural capital. The study results explain how to design social studies teaching materials based on local wisdom with the CRT approach. The design of teaching materials with the CRT approach contains the values of local wisdom from the immediate environment of students. Developing teaching materials is carried out by analyzing Learning Outcomes, selecting social skills elements, determining social studies topics, and selecting local wisdom in the form of students' regions' social and cultural capital. Furthermore, the steps in designing teaching materials based on local wisdom with the CRT approach start from recognizing student culture, integrating cultural content, using varied methods, presenting diverse materials, and facilitating student involvement. The use of local wisdom with the CRT approach makes it easier for students to understand the broad concept of social studies.

Abstract

The lack of understanding of how the synergy between classroom management and school climate affects student learning outcomes, especially in PJOK, is the main reason for conducting this study. This study aims to understand how effective classroom management strategies and a positive school climate can affect student engagement, motivation, and achievement in the classroom. This study fills a gap in previous research that has not discussed much about the interaction between the two in depth. Using a systematic literature review, article selection uses a prism flow chart by analyzing studies from journals in the last 10 years from nationally accredited journals and reputable international journals searched on Google Scholar, Mendeley, Science direct.com. The results showed that good classroom management increased student focus, while a supportive school climate encouraged motivation and a sense of belonging. The novelty of this research lies in its approach that highlights the synergy of these two factors in Physical Education. However, this study is limited to the scope of the literature and analysis methods that can affect the generalization of the results. These findings provide insights for educators in creating a more effective learning environment.

Abstract

Psychosocial risks in hospitals affect health workers mental and emotional well-being. These risks include violence, conflict, harassment, bullying from staff, patients, or visitors, and stress caused by shift work, excessive workload, monotony, and high job demands. Such risks can negatively impact health, productivity, and work efficiency. This study aims to analyze the most influential variables between interpersonal communication, working time and workload on the perception of psychosocial risk among health workers at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital, Semarang City. This research method is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling with a total sample of 82 health workers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability.  The variables studied in this study include level of education, age, length of service, interpersonal communication, personal experience, working time, and workload. The data was processed and analyzed descriptively, as well as hypothesis testing using the chi-square test to see what variables were related to health workers psychosocial risk perceptions and logistic regression analysis to see which variables had the most influence on health workers psychosocial risk perceptions. The research results showed that the majority of respondents had a DIII education, most were adults, namely 22-44 years and most of the respondents had worked for more than 10 years. Variables that are related (p-value < 0.05) to the perception of psychosocial risk among health workers at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital, Semarang City are interpersonal communication, personal experience, workload and working time. The variable that has the greatest influence on the perception of psychosocial risk among health workers at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital, Semarang City is the interpersonal communication variable which has an odds ratio (OR) of 17.883, which means that health workers who have good interpersonal communication are 17.883 times more likely to perceive positive psychosocial risk than respondents who have poor interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling (BK) services in schools often face issues such as lack of coordination, limited resources, and low student participation. These challenges stem from the suboptimal implementation of the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management functions by school counselors. This study aims to analyze the influence of each POAC function on the quality of BK services in junior high schools (SMP) in South Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through surveys of 52 BK teachers. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all POAC variables significantly influence the quality of BK services (p-value < 0.01). Planning has the strongest influence (β = 0.01), followed by organizing (β = 0.00), actuating (β = 0.00), and controlling (β = 0.00). Collectively, the POAC functions explain 72% of the variation in the quality of BK services. In conclusion, the optimal implementation of POAC functions can enhance the quality of BK services. This study recommends management training for BK teachers and the development of operational guidelines for effective POAC implementation. The findings provide practical contributions to improving BK services in schools and enrich empirical evidence on the importance of POAC management in the context of Indonesian education.
