Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, perceived organizational support, and self-determination on knowledge-sharing behavior, with individual personality as a moderating factor, among creative economy actors. Recognizing the importance of knowledge sharing in fostering innovation and collaboration within the creative economy, this research aimed to explore how leadership styles and organizational support influence individuals’ willingness to share knowledge. This study employed a quantitative research design and was conducted at X, focusing on a population of creative economy actors within the organization. To gather data, a purposive sampling technique was utilized, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents who were selected based on specific criteria relevant to the study. This approach ensured that the participants had the necessary experience and insights related to the constructs being examined. The data analysis technique employed in this study was Partial Least Squares (PLS), a statistical method suitable for modeling complex relationships among variables. PLS allows for the assessment of both measurement and structural models, providing a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between transformational leadership, perceived organizational support, self-determination, and knowledge-sharing behavior. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the existing literature on leadership and knowledge management within the creative economy, offering valuable insights for practitioners aiming to enhance knowledge-sharing practices. By highlighting the role of individual personality as a moderating factor, this research may also inform strategies for fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge exchange among creative economy actors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the educational values in the Palabe of the Bungo community and its relevance as an Indonesian teaching material in PAUD. The method used is qualitative descriptive with content analysis. The research data is in the form of words, sentences, and expressions in Palabe that contain educational value. The source of data was obtained from informants who understood and could speak Palabe well. Hermeneutic techniques are used in data collection and analysis. The results of the study found 23 Palabe of the Bungo community, including the Origin of Siri Sekapur Hamlet, Bujang Datun, Karaketu Bird, Ingenious Chicken Mother, Grandma Ale, Golden Horned Deer, Tampang Eggplant, and Tuanku Sri Titled Imam Sakti. Of the 23 Palabes, four categories of educational values were found, namely religious (74 data), moral (92 data), social (75 data), and cultural (70 data). Religious values include belief, worship, and practice; moral values include patience, tawakal, and a helping attitude; social values involve caring, togetherness, and friendship; While cultural values reflect beliefs, art, customs, and habits. From these values, 14 dominant values were found that are relevant for Indonesian teaching materials in PAUD, including faith, practice, patience, diligence, caring, brotherhood, togetherness, and customs. These values support children's language development, such as understanding commands, appreciating reading, answering questions, composing simple sentences, and enriching vocabulary. Based on the PAUD curriculum, Palabe can be used as a teaching material that supports aspects of early childhood language development, both in understanding and language expression.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ambidextrous leadership on innovative work behavior by considering the mediating role of innovative self-efficacy as well as the moderating effect of psychological resilience and perceived organizational support. This study was conducted in the manufacturing and service sectors in the West Java region involving 480 respondents working in 134 companies. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that ambidextrous leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Innovative self-efficacy was shown to play a mediating role in the relationship, which means that an individual's belief in his or her ability to innovate strengthens the impact of ambidextrous leadership style on innovative behavior. In addition, psychological resilience moderated the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and innovative self-efficacy, while perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between innovative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior. Both moderator variables strengthen the relationship between variables when they are at high levels. The findings provide theoretical and practical implications, especially for organizations that want to build an innovative culture through strengthening leadership capacity and psychological factors and support perceived by employees. By creating a work environment that supports idea exploration and self-development, organizations can sustainably increase innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of AR-based traditional Balinese games  as instructional tools for enhancing learning motivation and biomotor skills among elementary school students. Utilizing a pretest-posttest control group experimental design, 60 fifth-grade students were randomly allocated into experimental and control cohorts. The experimental group engaged in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) sessions incorporating AR-based traditional Balinese games, while the control group received conventional PJOK instruction. Data were collected via validated learning motivation questionnaires and standardized biomotor skill assessments, with multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) employed for statistical analysis. Results demonstrated that the experimental group achieved a 25.3% increase in learning motivation and a 22.4% improvement in biomotor skills, both of which were statistically significant (p < 0.01) compared to the control group. These outcomes indicate that AR-based traditional Balinese games outperform conventional pedagogical methods in simultaneously enhancing cognitive engagement and physical competency. The study confirms the transformative potential of AR technology in primary education, particularly when aligned with culturally rooted content, to optimize holistic student development.
