Abstract

The article is observation to implementation of learning in grade IV SD Islam Al Hikmah Gadang still uses textbooks, and simple book summaries that are not yet in the form of learning modules, so there is a need for a thematic learning module to support learning that is adapted to the theme of my hero. In developing this My Hero Theme learning module, the researcher developed a thematic learning module through a guided inquiry approach. Where this study aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of the guided inquiry based heroku theme learning module. The module was developed with the learning design of the Four-D Model device development model suggested by Thiagarajan et al. (1974). This model consists of 4 stages of development, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate or be adapted into a 4-D model, namely defining, designing, developing, and distributing. Validation test with material, language and media experts. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative data and qualitative data. The results showed that the module was feasible to use. The results of the validity assessment were carried out to 3 experts, namely teaching materials, language, and multimedia experts with a score of 95.5% for material experts who were categorized as "Very Good", linguists got a score of 88.4% which means "Good", media/graphics expert of 88.3% which means "Good". Thus, the guided inquiry-based thematic learning module on the theme of my hero is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the teacher's professional skills and the learning environment on student learning outcomes. The study used a survey method with 286 high-class students at SDN Gugus Bumi Nickel, Bahodopi, Morowali as subjects. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire which was validated by the Cronbach Alpha test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and t test. Analysis prerequisite tests include tests: normality, linearity, homogeneity, and autocorrelation. The results of the regression analysis obtained the value of F = 2609,473, sig = 0.000 (<0.05), the value of determination (R square) = 0.949, indicating that the professional skills of teachers and the learning environment simultaneously affect student learning outcomes by 94.9%, the remaining 5, 1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The first t test obtained a value of t = 3.691 with Sig = 0.000 (<0.05) meaning that partially there is an influence of the teacher's professional skills on student learning outcomes. The second t test obtained a value of t = 63,545, sig = 0.000 (<0.05), meaning that partially there is an influence of the learning environment on learning outcomes. Conclusion: (1) Simultaneously there is an influence of the teacher's professional skills and the learning environment on student learning outcomes. (2) Partially, there is an influence of the teacher's professional skills on student learning outcomes. (3) Partially there is the influence of the learning environment on student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of teacher pedagogic competence on learning achievement, the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement, and the influence together of the influence of teacher pedagogic competence and learning motivation on the learning achievement of social studies subjects of SDN Cluster 1 Walea Besar District, Tojo Una-una Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive design. The population in this study was all students of SDN Cluster 1, Walea Besar District, Tojo Una-una Regency, as many as 362 students. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling technique with a total of 80 students in grades IV, V, and VI of SDN 1 Supply. The data collection method uses questionnaires and documents, while the questionnaires are tested simultaneously with research samples with validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, this study found that there is an influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning achievement. This is evidenced by the value for the teacher's pedagogical competence variable (X1) in the Sig column. is 0.000 less than alpha 0.05 and the calculated value is greater than the ttable at the 5% significance level of 12.932 > 1.664. There is an influence of learning motivation on student learning achievement. This is evidenced by the value for the variable pedagogical competence of the learning teacher (X2) in the Sig column. is 0.000 less than alpha 0.05 or the calculated value greater than ttable i.e. 10.258 > 1.664. There is no influence of teacher pedagogic competence and motivation to learn together on student learning achievement. This is evidenced by the sig column. is 0.816 more than alpha 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using project-based learning methods and students' learning interests on the effectiveness and attractiveness of learning. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method. The experimental design used was the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The experimental group was taught using the PjBL method, while the control group was taught using the conventional method. The test subjects were grade 5 students, SDN Laantulajaya1 Morowali as the experimental group and grade 5 students at SDN Laantulajaya 2 as the control group. Treatment was given as many as 8 face-to-face lessons. Data analysis used the Manova test. The results of data processing with Manova obtained the following results: (1) In the Method line, the sig value of the dependent variable student learning attractiveness was 0.000 (<0.05). The sig value < 0.05 means that the application of the learning method affects the attractiveness of student learning. Whereas in the method line with the dependent variable social studies learning outcomes, the value is sig. = 0.000. sig. value 0.000 <0.05, means that the use of learning methods affects the social studies learning outcomes of students. In the interest in learning line with the dependent variable learning attractiveness, the value of F = 4,860 is obtained with Sig = 0.031, while in the interest in learning line with the dependent variable, social studies learning outcomes are obtained with a value of F = 4,838 with sig. = 0.031. Significance value of 0.031 <0.05 means that students' learning interest influences learning attractiveness or it can be stated that students' learning interest influences learning attractiveness and learning outcomes (learning effectiveness). Conclusion: The use of learning methods and students' learning interests jointly affect attractiveness learning and learning effectiveness.

Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead in achieving national education goals. Teacher competence is needed in improving school-based quality. Schools can be qualified if the teachers are qualified. However, not all teachers are qualified, it still takes hard work to improve the quality of teachers. In addition to teacher competence, teacher motivation also influences school-based quality improvement. The research objectives are to analyze the simultaneous influence of competence, motivation, and work environment on the implementation of school-based quality improvement, the effect of competence on the implementation of school-based quality improvement, the influence of motivation on the implementation of School-Based Quality Improvement, and the influence of the work environment on the implementation of school-based quality improvement. school. The research method for the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment uses a questionnaire. As for the learning achievement variable, it uses the documentation of the value of the report card. The questionnaire was tested on 39 teachers using validity and reliability testing techniques. Hypothesis test using t-test for partial effect, and F-test for simultaneous effect. Data analysis used multiple linear regression formula with classical assumption test preceded. The results showed that: learning achievement was influenced by the variables of competence, motivation, and the work environment of elementary school teachers together significantly, competence could make a significant contribution to learning achievement, motivation could make a significant contribution to achievement, and the teacher's work environment SD can make a significant contribution to PMBS.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Application of Online Learning Media to Students' Learning Interests during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Online Learning Media to Student Learning Interests during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period of Economic Education Study Program, Indraprasta University, PGRI. The method to be used is a Completely Randomized Design experiment that does not use control and comparative classes. Researchers will use two classes, class A as experimental class 1 with zoom learning media and class B as experiment class 2 with Google Classroom learning media, from the two methods used by researchers will see and compare student learning outcomes and how student interest in learning with both media the learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of zoom learning media on student learning interest. There is an effect of GC learning media on student interest in learning. There is no difference in interest in learning through zoom and GC learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine correlation online learning environment with study burnout of Social Studies Education students, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population used in this study was the Social Studies Education students of the 2019-2021 class as many as 254 students and the total sample was 155 respondents. Based on the analysis of the product moment value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 is less than 0.05 and Rcount (-0.416). The results of this study can be concluded that there is a negative correlation the online learning environment with student study burnout of Social Studies Education. The result reflect contrary of online learning environment to get down study burnout so it had the online learning environment better.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about online sociology learning during the COVID-19pandemic at SMA N 1 Taebenu. This research was qualitative research that was intended todeeply understand the effectiveness of online sociology learning during the COVID-19pandemic. The subjects of this study were students, teachers, and the headmaster. The datacollection used observation, interviews, and documentation. Interactive analysis techniquesinclude data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of research thatimplementing online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic was not effective because inthe learning process students and teachers experienced obstacles by teachers experiencinglimitations in the use of learning platform (technology). Then the obstacles experienced bystudents were their limitations in facilities such as not having a cellphone, laptop, also nothaving an internet package, and being constrained by the internet connection

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes using the Kahoot application in class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR) with a sample size of 35. The data collection method used tests to obtain learning outcomes in the pre-cycle with an average grade of 65.4, then cycle I with an average grade of 73.5 , and cycle II with an average value of 85.6 which experienced an increase. It can be concluded that the application of the Kahoot application can improve the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 3 Palembang.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations in class IX.6 for the 2022/2023 academic year, it was found that students' less activity was indicated by not paying attention to the teacher in learning, a lack of interest in learning which caused teaching and learning activities in the class’s feel quiet. This study aims to increase the active learning of students in class. This type of research is classroom action research with 3 cycles. The subjects were 30 students consist of 16 male students and 14 female students. Learning activities by applying crossword puzzle learning media. The results showed that the application of TGT type cooperative learning with crossword puzzle learning media had been carried out very well. The active learning of students obtained from the results of observations is in the high category with a percentage of 80.34% and has reached the research target. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that crossword puzzle learning media has proven effective in increasing student learning activity in class
