Abstract

Abstack: This study aims to determine the effect of cost advantage and differentiation strategy in order to increase sales volumes in the optical business in the city pekanbaru.Populasi in this study is a business venture or optical totaling 59 optics in Pekanbaru 2015, respondents in this study is the owner or employee optics. Samples were obtained using the formula slovin total of 37 optical, samples were taken by using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire or a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. It is based on the analysis results, in which the calculation results show F count> F table (12.260> 3.276), followed by t-test to determine whether each independent variable (Strategies cost advantage and differentiation) effect on the dependent variable (Volume Sales). The results of this study partially shows cost advantage and a significant positive effect on sales volume this is evidenced by tcount> t table (2.646> 1.691) .Next differentiation strategy is positive and significant impact on sales volume this is evidenced by the value of t> t table ( 4.066> 1.691). The predictive ability of these two variables on sales volume in this study amounted to 41.9%, while the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: strategies excellence, differentiation and volume sales

Abstract

Abstract: Use of the Internet and Emotional Conditions to Students in SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. This study covers about the increasingly rapid use of the Internet. The high number of internet users is dominated by teenagers. And now students can not be separated from the internet. The existence of a visible stimulus in the internet this makes students generate a response. Before the response arises, the brain first processes the stimulus. One form of response that arises is the emotion. So, the purpose of this research is to know the general picture of internet usage of students in general and to know the picture of emotional condition using internet student in SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The method used is descriptive method. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The population in this study is class IX. Class IX consists of 9 classes. The collection of random sampling is the class, which is 50% of the total population. So, there are 4 classes that are so sample in this research. The results of research that has been done, then the picture of the use of the internet in general in SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru is in the category of being. And in line with the use of this internet, researchers also see a picture of the emotional state of students who use the internet is in the category of being. The conclusion obtained is the dominant use of internet in the medium category for the three aspects of information interests (information utility), fun activities (fun activities) and email. Students who use the internet have happy emotions, and are sad at high categories, fearful and angry in the medium category. In happy emotions experienced are happy, happy, and carefree. In the sad emotions experienced are grief, longing and sadness. In the emotions of fear experienced are fear, worry, anxiety and restlessness. And the angry emotions experienced are anger, growl and disgust.Keyword: Emotional Condition, Internet Usage

Abstract

Abstract : The study is aims to improve student’s motivation at VIII grace SMP Negeri 1 Atap Tambang by applying Starter Experiment Apporoach on Newton’s Law. The form of the research is pre- experiments with One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. The subject of the research were the student’s of grace VIII SMP Negeri 1 Atap Tambang 2017/2018 which around 33 students, consis of 18 female and 15 male student’s. The instrument used to collect the data is the ARCS motivation questionnaire and the research data is analyzed by descriptive analysis technique using n-gain. Student motivation IPA Physics increased with application of Starter Experiment Apporoach, improvement of student learning motivation seen on each indicator with indicator of satisfaction followed by indicator of attention and also indicator of confidence and relevance. Thus the application of Starter Experiment Apporoach on Newton's Law can improve students' learning motivation.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Apporoach Starter Experiment

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the result of lower-grade students learn math IVA SDN 55 Kesumbo Ampai, seen from the average value of the class 66.23. Therefore, the researchers provide an alternative to the implementation of cooperative learning model learning NHT in the class IVA SD Negeri 55 Kesumbo Ampai. This research aims to improve learning outcomes Mathematics IVA grade students of SD Negeri 55 Kesumbo Ampai Saber with cooperative learning model Application NHT. This research is a form of classroom action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Based on the analysis of research data after applying cooperative learning model NHT, the average percentage of the activity of teachers in the first cycle increased by 66.66% to 85.4% in the second cycle. The average percentage of student activity also increased, namely 56.25% in the first cycle increased to 87.49% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes in basic score with an average value of 66.23 with 46.15% and the percentage of completion in the first cycle increased with an average value of 72.11 by the percentage increase in class learning outcomes by 8.87% and the percentage of students who 73 , 07% complete. Then the average value silus class II increased to 77.60 with the percentage increase learning outcomes by 17.16% and the percentage of students who completed was 84.61%, after the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT. These results indicate that the application of cooperative learning model NHT could improve student learning outcomes Math class IVA SDN 55 Kesumbo Ampai.Keywords: Learning Model NHT, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is a step in understanding dignity. Dignity is oftenlinked with power, rank and position, position, blood ancestry and theenvironment, and property titles. Dignity is also often correlated with agood name, dignity, honor and self-esteem a person, group, or specificcommunity groups. Dignity or self-esteem can be grouped in three areas,namely 1. Dignity is based, namely the individual views of the abilities,status, and role. 2. Social prestige or dignity according to others, theindividual's sense of how others perceive or judge him. 3. Dignity of theideal individual expectations about him or what her future will be. Dignityof character in search based data analysis techniques. The method used isdescriptive method. To obtain information and research data, the authorsuse the technique of documentation or literature. The data were found tobe described by categories dignity. The results of data analysis is based onthe dignity of self-esteem of a character with a level of independence, inthe order of association with the presence of other figures.Keywords: Dignity grouped in three areas, namely the dignity that is based,social dignity and the dignity of the ideal.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations in kindergarten An Namiroh 4 Pekanbaru, researchers found obstacles in children aged 4-5 years related to the ability to know the number. Therefore, to improve the ability to know the number of children in kindergarten approach is to use the media to draw concrete with the game wheel. Game wheel is used as a medium to facilitate learning in children recognize numbers 1-10. The purpose of this study was to determine how to implement the game wheel so as to improve the ability to know the number of children aged 4-5 years and the increase in the ability to know the number of games with a wheel in children aged 4-5 years. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two (2) cycles. Data collection tools were used in this study is in the form of observation. The number of samples in the study sample was 15 children ranging from 8 samples-sex male and 7 were female. Based showed increased ability to know the number of children aged 4-5 years through the game wheel. Improvement of pre-cycle to the first cycle of 16.11% with undeveloped category (B), an increase from the first cycle to the second cycle of 69.88% with a category Growing Perfect Hope (BSH), and an increase of up to pre-cycle second cycle of 97.24% Growing in accordance with the category of Good Hope (BSH). This indicates that the application of the game wheel in improving the ability to know the number of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten An Namiroh 4 Pekanbaru significantly.Keywords : Symbol Number, Learning Media, Game Wheel Play

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Problems in this study is whether there is a relationship with the arm muscle power repulsion results in a high school student shot put IT YP Mutiara District of Uptown. The method used is the correlation method is a method used to determine the level of correlation between the different variables. The population in this study were high school students YP IT Mutiara District of Uptown, which amounts to 25 people. The sample selection using total sampling technique thus the sample in this study are the male and female of high school students YP IT Mutiara District of Uptown ie 25 people. Analysis of data using correlation and regression analysis. Before testing the hypothesis to test hypotheses and analysis requirements for linearity test regression line by F test using significance level of 5%. Obtained Fhitung = 27.37> F table = 4:24, and the regression equation is Y = 3.47 + 0.26X. Furthermore, to examine the mean correlation between variables X and Y then tested the significance of significance by using the formula t test. From the results of the calculation are known tcount = 5.23, while table = 1,714. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "the presence of a significant correlation between muscle power arm with repulsion results in a high school shot-put style orthodox Uptown District of YP IT Mutiaras" is received, the count r value of 0.737.Keywords : arm and shoulder muscles power, Shot Put

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a class action research that aims to improve the learning process and increase learning result of mathematics in grade VII4 SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru by applying the contextual approuch. The subject of this research were the students in the class VII4 SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru that consist of 14 boys and 11 girls at the first semester of academic year 2017/2018. Implementation of the learning process before action to be held, there is a problem of learning that is still focused on the teacher so that students can not find the learning concept and construct their knowledge by themselves. To solve this problem requires a learning approuch where students can actively discover learning concepts so that they can construct their knowledge. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and students mathematic tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in desciptive narative, while the students’ mathematic tests were analyzed in statistic desciptive. The descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycles. The percentage of students who achieve minimum mastery before the action is 28%, at first cycles is 48% and at second cycles is 72%. The result of the research showed that implementation of contextual approuch can improve the learning process and increased the student’s achievement of learning mathematic in grade VII4 SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru in the first semester academic years 2017/2018.Keywords : Student’s Math Achievement, Contextual approuch, Clasroom Action Research.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the low learning outcomes of fourth grade science students in SDS Pembangunan Bagan Batu academic year 2016/2017. Initial data received by the researcher, from 25 students who reached the value of KKM only 7 students (28%) with an average of 56.8. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively and participatively in collaboration with science teacher of class IV in SDS Pembangunan Bagan Batu. The instrument of this research consists of learning device used in this research based on Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). Learning tools consist of syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets and observation sheets. The result of research got the activity of teacher at first cycle of meeting I that is 58,33% with enough category, second cycle meeting to I that is 70,83% with good category. At siklu II meeting 1 that is 79,167% with good category and second meeting second cycle that is 91,67% with very good category. Then the percentage of first cycle activity of the first student is 54,167% with enough category, at the second meeting of cycle I that is 70,83% with good category. In the second cycle of meeting I is 83.33% with very good category, and the second meeting is 87.5% with very good category. As for the result of student learning that complete before held action only 7 student (28%) with average value 56,8. In the daily test I cycle I the number of completed students increased to 14 students or (56%) with an average score of 68.6. Furthermore, in II repetition cycle II increased again with the total number of students who complete as many as 23 students or (92%) with an average value of 84.2. The increase that occurred on student learning outcomes between the basic score of one cycle with the percentage of 20.77% and between the basic score of the second cycle with the percentage of 48.23%. Abstract

Abstrak : One of the factors that influence the student's IPS learning process is motivation. The purpose of this study to determine what factors that affect student learning motivation on learning IPS class V Se-Cluster 7 Tampan Disctrict Pekanbaru City and to determine which factors affect the greatest motivation of student learning on learning IPS class V Se-cluster 7 Tampan Disctrict Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The result showed that the factors that influence student's learning motivation on IPS learning are 17,9% influenced by student aspiration/aspiration, 17,5% influenced by dynamic elements, 16,9% influenced by student's behavior, 16 , 3% influenced by teacher's effort in to learn student, 16,1% influenced by condition of student environment, 15,3% influenced by ability of student. So the bigger factor influence student's learning motivation on learning IPS class V Elementary School of Class of 7 Tampan Disctrict Pekanbaru City that is internal factor aspiration/aspiration of student that influence equal to 17,9%.Keyword : Motivation in Social Studies
