Previous research data shows that drug users who have undergone rehabilitation can still experience relapse, so research that identifies factors that cause relapse is essential. This study aims to examine the relationship between craving and family support with the tendency to relapse. The research participants were 97 drug addicts undergoing rehabilitation at several rehabilitation institutions in Surabaya and Gresik. The research scale was compiled by the researcher himself, consisting of a relapse scale (α = 0.935), which refers to the theory of Gorski and Miller, a craving scale (α = 0.899), which refers to Drummond's theory, and a family support scale (α = 0.949) which refers to Friedman's theory. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression tests. The results of the partial test showed that the higher the craving in people with an addiction who had undergone rehabilitation, the higher their tendency to relapse. However, the results of the partial test also proved that solid family support made the tendency to relapse lower. The results of the study simultaneously also showed that craving and family support were predictors of the tendency to relapse in drug addicts after rehabilitation. These findings are expected to broaden understanding of clinical psychology and provide practical guidelines for former addicts to prevent relapse through efforts to reduce cravings and increase family support.

Previous studies have emphasized the influence of the school environment on students' prosocial behavior. However, few studies still concentrate on alternative mechanisms that contribute to developing students' prosocial behavior. This study aimed to investigate how moral identity plays a role as a mediator in the relationship between school climate and students' prosocial behavior in inclusive schools. A cluster random sampling technique was used to select participants. This study included 872 children attending inclusive schools in Surabaya City. The research instrument used a scale of moral identity (α=0.918), prosocial behavior (0.740), and school climate (0.889). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The study's findings indicate a positive relationship between the overall school climate and the tendency of regular students in inclusive schools to engage in prosocial activities. This relationship is influenced by the role of moral identity as a mediator. These findings enhance our understanding of the importance of moral identity and have practical implications for intervention programs aimed at improving prosocial behavior among regular students in inclusive schools.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made changes to various sectors, including ways of working that are now more widely adopting a hybrid model, which has an impact on the quality of an individual's work life. A supervisor's personality and leadership style play an important role in this. The purpose of this study is to empirically measure the role of empowering leadership as a mediator between the dark triad personality and the supervisor's leadership style. as a mediator between the personality of the dark triad and the quality of work life of hybrid employees. employees who work in a hybrid manner. Data were collected online from 217 employees from various agencies and positions, using a purposive sampling method. The data collection method uses three types of scales, namely the quality of work-life scale (α=0.861), the short dark triad personality scale (α=0.849), and the empowering leadership scale (α = 0.91). Data were analyzed using mediation analysis using JASP 0.16.2.0 software. The results of data analysis show that empowering leadership can significantly mediate the relationship between narcissistic personality and psychopath personality on the quality of work life. Empowering leadership does not have a mediating effect on the Machiavellian personality and the quality of work life. This research in organizations implies that the perception of the quality of work life of employees with narcissistic and psychopathic personalities can be changed through the role of leaders who have an empowering leadership style.

The low critical thinking skills of students in Indonesia are a serious problem, characterized by minimal active participation in discussions, lack of analytical skills, and low learning motivation. This study aimed to analyze self-efficacy's role in shaping students' critical thinking skills through self-regulation and academic motivation as mediators. This study involved 384 randomly recruited from 63,556 students at one of the universities in Madura. The research instruments used were the critical thinking scale (α = 0.85), self-regulation scale (α = 0.82), academic motivation scale (α = 0.86), and self-efficacy scale (α = 0.88). All scales have met psychometric requirements and have been validated using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that self-regulation and academic motivation positively affect self-efficacy, which then becomes a mediator in improving students' critical thinking skills. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in Higher Education to develop critical thinking skills by strengthening students' internal factors. Implications for further research will be discussed.

Social competence is a life skill that prospective teacher students must possess. Unfortunately, many prospective teacher students have low social competence. This study aims to test the social competence model of prospective teacher students in terms of authoritative parenting patterns and internal locus of control mediated by emotional regulation. The research participants were students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education recruited using purposive sampling techniques (n = 350). The research instruments consisted of the Social Competence in High Education Questionnaire (α=0.906), Parenting Style Dimension Questionnaire (α=0.884), Internal Locus of Control scale (α=0.933), and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (α=0.874). All research instruments have been validated using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study results showed that empirical data supported the proposed research model. The implications of this study require Universities to provide students with certain strategies to develop social competence, especially in the Faculty of Education.

This research aimed to examine the role of parental support, as an important construct in collectivist culture, in the relationships between career goal discrepancy and career goal revision among Indonesian young adults. We surveyed 357 first year private university students (Mage=18,70 years, SD=0,92; 67% female) who were hired by using the accidental sampling technique. We collected participants’ data by using The Negative Career Goal Discrepancies Scale (α=0,91), The Influence of Others on Academic and Career Decisions Scale (α = 0,85), and The Downward Goal Revision Scale (α=0,88). The moderation analysis showed that parental support was a statistically significant moderator of the relationship between negative career goal discrepancy and downward goal revision. The interaction effect between negative career goal discrepancies and parental support was significant in decreasing levels of career goals in young adults, both in the group who felt they had parents who were very supportive in achieving their career goals and those who were less supportive. It highlights the important role of parental support in career planning.

According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) 2023, teacher salaries in Indonesia are quite low. The problem of low compensation for honorary teachers has an impact on job satisfaction and reduces the psychological well-being of honorary teachers. This study aims to examine the psychological well-being model of honorary teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. The instruments used are the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale, Social Support Scale, Gratitude Scale, and Short Grit Scale. This study involved 334 honorary teachers who were taken using the convenience sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques with the help of the SEM-PLS program. The results of the study showed that social support has an indirect effect on the psychological well-being of honorary teachers through gratitude and resilience. This study concludes that the availability of social support is not enough to make honorary teachers achieve psychological well-being. Honorary teachers need an attitude of gratitude and resilience in order to be psychologically prosperous. This study implies that it is necessary to develop a training program to increase gratitude and resilience so that teachers achieve psychological well-being.

College students face challenges in developing social media competencies that support their participation in digital citizenship. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between digital citizenship and social media competency mediated by collective self-esteem among college students (N = 736). The web-based study was used to collect data by convenience sampling and three measurement instruments, the digital citizenship scale (α= 0.90) to measure digital citizenship, the social media competence scale for college students (α= 0.92) to measure social media competence, and the collective self-esteem scale (α= 0.94) to measure collective self-esteem. The data were analyzed using Hayes mediation analysis with 5,000 percentile bootstrap samples and a 95% confidence interval. The results of the mediation test through jamovi (Version 2.3.2) showed that collective self-esteem played a role in mediating the relationship between digital citizenship and social media competence. However, the role of collective self-esteem as a mediator is not perfect because of its small effect. The findings prove that evaluating the student's national identity is indirectly a form of attitude toward maintaining a positive group (state) to control relational activities and citizenship by adopting social media. The findings emphasize the importance of strengthening college students' collective identity to support more positive and responsible use of social media within the context of digital citizenship.

In the upcoming era of sustainability, energy companies face various environmental issues, necessitating innovation from their employees to tackle these challenges. This study aims to identify whether intrinsic motivation moderates the indirect effect of Person Job Fit mediating the relationship between Business Acumen and Innovative Work Behaviour. This study was conducted at a publicly listed energy sector company, involving 271 permanent employees who have worked for at least one year. Convenience sampling was used to select the participants. The measurement tools included Business Acumen (α = 0.95), Person-Job Fit (α = 0.79), intrinsic motivation (α = 0.80), and innovative work behavior (α = 0.80). Data analysis using Process Macro Model 14 showed that Business Acumen (BA) has a significant direct effect on both Person-Job Fit (P-J Fit) and Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). However, intrinsic motivation does not significantly moderate the indirect effect of P-J Fit. Nevertheless, P-J Fit is proven to mediate the relationship between BA and IWB at certain levels of intrinsic motivation. This study significantly contributes to the literature and practical implications for companies in enhancing employees' innovative behavior.

Retaining employee loyalty is a major challenge in the business world, particularly in the competitive property development industry, as faced by PT. XYZ. Employee loyalty significantly impacts productivity and the company's image. Job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are crucial factors influencing employee loyalty, especially in addressing high turnover rates and variations in employee performance. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and employee loyalty at PT XYZ. The research employs a quantitative method with a saturated sample approach involving 145 employees. Data were collected using structured questionnaires based on a job satisfaction scale (α= 0.855), an Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale (α= 0.834), and an employee loyalty scale (α= 0.897). Data analysis was conducted using mediation analysis through IBM SPSS v.25 (PROCESS Hayes-model 4). The findings indicate that job satisfaction, directly and indirectly, affects employee loyalty, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior serving as a significant mediation. These results highlight the importance of enhancing job satisfaction and fostering Organizational Citizenship Behavior as strategies to strengthen employee loyalty within organizations.
