Abstract

Abstrak: Luas hutan Indonesia semakin berkurang setiap tahunnya dan tingginya tekanan dari masyarakat menyebabkan akses masyarakat terhadap hutan semakin masif, sehingga perlu adanya solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tenurial dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu kebijakan yang ditawarkan sebagai solusi adalah perhutanan sosial dengan sistem multiusaha kehutanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan pemanfaatan HHBK dengan multiusaha. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode SWOT dan AHP untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, strategi terbaik untuk mengembangkan multiusaha pemanfaatan HHBK adalah strategi yang berorientasi pada pertumbuhan yang berfokus pada strategi SO, yaitu: meningkatkan jumlah kombinasi jenis, diversifikasi usaha, memanfaatkan peran KPH dan pemerintah daerah untuk mendukung diversifikasi pemanfaatan HHBK, terlibat aktif dalam berbagi informasi yang dilakukan baik kepada sesama anggota maupun kepada pihak luar, melakukan promosi produk atau komoditi untuk memperluas pasar dan menarik minat investor, serta pemberdayaan melalui kelembagaan masyarakat dengan pendampingan dan pelatihan. Strategi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sehingga fungsi utama hutan tetap terjaga namun tetap memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Microplastics in the Central Citarum River, Karawang, West Java, originate from anthropogenic activities of people living around the watershed, which is an industrial, agricultural, and densely populated residential area. Microplastics are degraded plastics < 5 mm in size. This study aims to determine the abundance and size of microplastics in the Middle Citarum River, through observation with a microscope. Sampling was conducted at three locations with three observations: February, March, and April 2022. The types of microplastics found were pellets, films, fibers, and fragments. Microplastic particle size < 0.3 mm was the most common size found. The abundance of microplastics in the water of the Middle section of the Citarum River is different at each sampling location. The total number of microplastic particles in all research locations was 4,413 particles. The highest abundance of microplastics in all sampling locations was in densely populated residential areas at 239.7 ± 326.7 particles/m3 , followed by agricultural areas with an abundance of 72.5 ± 63.8 particles/m3 , then the lowest abundance was in industrial areas at 55.6 ± 57.8 particles/m3. The average abundance of microplastics in the middle Citarum River water was 122.6 ± 209.7 particles/m3. Statistical analysis using Kruskall Wallis with a df value of 2 > 0.05 showed no significant difference in microplastic abundance at each research location. All stations had the same potential for microplastic pollution. This study shows that high anthropogenic activities lead to high microplastic pollution in water. Therefore, proper mitigation and management of waste and plastic waste are needed.

Abstract

Banyak penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial masyarakat mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan modal sosial dengan pengelolaan sumberdaya alam secara kolektif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali dengan menggunakan metode survai. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat di 8 (delapan) desa berada pada satu kawasan “Den Bukit” dan melakukan aksi kolektif “Atas Nama Air”. Aksi kolektif tersebut terjadi satu tahun terakhir setelah dilakukan penguatan modal sosial. Penguatan modal sosial dilakukan oleh tokoh-tokoh masyarakat dan didukung oleh intervensi pemerintah melalui program Perhutanan Sosial. Berdasarkan temuan dari penelitian ini, direkomendasikan penguatan modal sosial masyarakat dan kapasitas tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, serta dukungan pemerintah untuk mendorong terus menerus pengelolaan sumberdaya alam yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia dan berdampak pada lingkungan dari limbah konstruksi yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis jenis dan jumlah limbah konstruksi terbanyak yang dihasilkan, mengevaluasi nilai ekonomi, nilai jual limbah dan biaya pembuangan limbah konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis limbah konstruksi yang dihasilkan berdasarkan jenisnya, sebagian besar terdiri dari beberapa jenis kabel berbahan dasar tembaga, pipa baja dan plastik, serta saluran polyurethane (PU). Limbah konstruksi terbanyak berasal dari proyek perkantoran yaitu kabel NYA 2×1,5 mm2 (216.515 m). Nilai waste level tertinggi berasal dari proyek perkantoran, kondotel, dan pabrik yang berasal dari beberapa jenis kabel dengan nilai > 94%. Nilai waste cost tertinggi berasal dari proyek kondotel saluran PU (Rp 5.727.267.000,00). Limbah logam yang dihasilkan dijual oleh kontraktor kepada pengepul untuk didaur ulang. Limbah bukan logam dibuang dengan membayar kontraktor sipil yang mengangkut limbah tersebut. Kebijakan pengelolaan limbah konstruksi perlu diterapkan untuk mengurangi jumlah dan dampak limbah konstruksi yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Agroindustry is one of industrial sector that considered important to adopt the Circular Economy (CE) principles, considering its close relation with agriculture and food system, and its significant contribution to the transition of low-carbon economy. In principle, the CE adoption on agroindustry, mostly focus on resource efficiency, waste management, energy efficiency and their collaborative cooperation with stakeholders. Business sector in general, are facing many challenges and obstacles to overcome the complexity for integrating business processes, supply chains and collaboration between stakeholders align with corporate’s business strategy for implementing CE. The purpose of this study is to analyse the CE adoption at micro level at agroindustrybusiness refer to their own business character. This article using the two indicator reference, firstly EMF Circulytics 2.0 (TheEllen MacArthur Foundation) that explores corporate circularity and secondly the 10R CE principles that are often being used as general CE framework. The expected outcome from this article is to open wider insights regarding CE adoption in agroindustry corporate strategy as the transformative business model innovation towards sustainable development.

Abstract

From 2010 to 2020, the Kedungsepur Metropolitan Corridor experienced spatial transformations, converting agricultural areas into built-up areas. This study seeks to identify new insights by examining the correlation between socioeconomic facilities and built-up areas, typically analyzed separately. Satellite imagery interpretation was used to determine the proportion of built-up areas, apply the K-Means Cluster method for the urban level, and conduct statistical analysis using the chisquare test. The findings reveal that the Semarang—Ungaran—Salatiga Corridor has the greatest built-up areas. The average change in built-up area within the Kedungsepur Metropolitan Corridor from 2010 to 2020 was 3.25%. Additionally, the Central Semarang Subdistrict had the highest level of socioeconomic facilities. However, the Chi-Square test results indicated differences between the observed and expected frequencies of built-up area percentages in each subdistrict for both 2010 and 2020. Surprisingly, no correlation was found between urban-level changes related to built-up areas and socioeconomic facilities. These results suggest that urban changes in the primary city are relatively stagnant, while more intensive development occurs in secondary cities withinKedungsepur. The dominant driving factor for urban transformation is the change in built-up areas,which indicates the intensified growth of secondary cities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the food security movement using a qualitative descriptive research method assisted by NVivo 12 Plus software from the Twitter account data source of the Ministry of Agriculture Republic of Indonesia, supported by previous research. Data coding was obtained from Twitter, social media, and news data, which supported the findings using a crosstab query feature. The analysis found that the government's strategy for maintaining food security was to increase production capacity, diversify local food, strengthen food reserves and logistics systems, and develop modern agriculture. They increased food production by intensifying 85,456 hectares of swamp land and maximizing 85,456 hectares of land. Diversifying local food by massively utilizing local food as an alternative food supply and strengthening food reserves and logistics systems by supporting food reserves that can be used to help other areas affected by disasters as a form of social care, and developing modern agriculture with Smart Farming Developing technology-based clever farming methods, including Agri Drone Sprayer liquid, Surveillance Drones (drones for land mapping), Soil and Weather Sensors, as well as the development of food safety applied to households. Scale with vertical hydroponic growing system training.

Abstract

Bio-enzim dapat dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi libah buah. Bio-enzim tersebut dapat bekerja sebagai aktivator pengkomposan bahan organic. Dalam penelitian ini, activator pengkomposan asal limbah buah, limbah buah yang ditambah dengan rumen ayam dan Effective Microorganism-4 (EM-4) dibandingkan dan dievaluasi keefektivannya untuk produksi kompos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa puncak suhu dari ketiga activator tersebut terjadi pada hari ke 3 dan bervariasi antara 55-57oC. Suhu menurun pada hari ke 14 dengan suhu yang sama 33oC, yang menunjukkan bahwa kompos telah mencapai tingkat kematangannya pada waktu yang sama.. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistic, perbedaan penggunaan ketiga activator pengkomposan dijumpai pada C-organik dan kadar air kompos. Walaupun demikian, kompos yang dihasilkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia No. 261/KPTS/SR.310/6.M/4/ 2019 dan SNI 19-7030-2004 kompos yang dihasilkan sama baiknya dan memenuhi standar yang ditentukan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa activator pengkomposan terbuat dari limbah buah, baik yang tanpa maupun yang ditambahkan dengan rumen ayam sama efektifnya dengan aktivator pengkomposan EM-4.

Abstract

Tourist visits to Bodogol Resort, Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park (GGPNP), have experienced a downward trend from to 1998–2021. In addition, the Bodogol Resort is directly adjacent to the Lido Special Economic Zone (SEZ) with its main activity of tourism. The level of interest and influence of stakeholders involved in ecotourism development at Bodogol Resort and their role determine progress in ecotourism development. This study aims to assess the stakeholders and their role in ecotourism development at Bodogol Resort. Data collection was performed through observations, interviews, and document deepening. The analyses were performed both quantitatively and qualitatively. Stakeholder analysis was carried out to identify stakeholders, classify and map stakeholders, and analyze the relationships between stakeholders. Sixteen stakeholders related to ecotourism development in the Bodogol Resort were identified. The stakeholder mapping results are three key players, five subjects, and eight crowds. This shows that the stakeholders involved have not played as optimal roles as they should, the division of roles of who does what. Bodogol Resort is one of the key players with the highest level of influence and interest. The results of thematrix analysis of the relationships between stakeholders show that communication, coordination, and cooperation are low.

Abstract

Some of the Lebak Lebung and river public water areas in South Sumatra are governed by an auction system that has been carried out for a long time by the local community based on clans, namely "Lelang Lebak Lebung dan Sungai" (L3S). After 1982, the authorities implemented an auction system that transferred the implementation of the auction system to the management regime of the district government to apply regional autonomy. This transition provided governance changes, especially for the increasingly complex actors involved and competing in the L3S battle arena. This article aimed to analyze actor battles in the L3S arena by analyzing specifics about the regime transition change before and after the management of L3S applied, the institutionalization of patronage that was formed, and the social conflicts that occurred. This study used a constructivist paradigm and qualitative research methods. We identified 39 informants as research subjects who were chosen deliberately and analyzed the data using three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that changes in L3S management are dominated by changes in rules and authority holders, which encourage access domination by entrepreneurs/non-fishermen. New working relations are formed by placing local fishermen as laborers and new non-fishermen actors as buyers. As a result, conflicts have occurred between actors.
