The population in this research is all Shopee users in South Tangerang. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 120 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using statistical tests using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using PLS 3.0 software.Finding: The research results show that perceived usefulness, Perceived Ease, and perceived risk have a significant effect on trust. Trust has a significant effect on Purchase Intention. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived Ease does not have a significant effect on Purchase Intention. Risk Perceived has a significant effect on Purchase Intention. Trust has not been able to mediate the influence between Perceived Usefulness on Purchase Intentions. Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the role of gender as a moderator of employee performance improvement factors.Methodology: This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire survey method. The data obtained were 125 employees. The data obtained were tested using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model to obtain significant results.Finding: The results show that of the four factors studied, namely Knowledge Sharing Behavior, Organizational Learning, Transformational Leadership, and Workplace Spirituality, all factors can directly improve employee performance, but only Knowledge Sharing Behavior can be moderated by gender. The finding that Knowledge Sharing Behavior can be moderated by gender suggests that the way employees share knowledge in the workplace may differ based on gender, affecting performance outcomes. This could be due to several factors, such as differing communication styles, leadership dynamics, and societal expectations. Conclusion: The results show that only Knowledge Sharing Behavior can be moderated by gender, so this is a new finding to expand the research literature.

Abstract

Objectives: To create a solid and well-liked brand in the minds of consumers, businesspeople use Social Media Marketing to convey their messages. However, few studies have examined the impact of social media marketing and brands on purchase decisions. Prior studies use brand trust as a mediator in the relationship between social media marketing and purchase decisions. Meanwhile, Brand Equity as a way to express brand image and brand awareness has not received much attention as a determining factor in the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of social media marketing activities in influencing purchase decisions of the food industry (fried chicken) and the role of brand equity as a mediator in the relationship.  Methodology: This study adopted descriptive quantitative research methods. The population comprises customers who frequently buy fried chicken in Indonesia and are selected using nonprobability and purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using an online survey of 301 respondents. The partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypotheses.Findings: The findings indicate that social media marketing activities (entertainment, interaction, customization, trendiness, and e-WOM) have a positive and significant effect on brand equity. Brand equity, consisting of brand image and awareness, also positively and significantly affects purchase decisions. Moreover, the results suggest that brand equity positively and significantly mediates the effect of social media marketing activities on purchase decisions.  Conclusion: This study contributes to the marketing literature by using social media marketing activity variables to examine their effects on brand equity and purchase decisions in the fried chicken context. According to the study's findings, brands that engage in social media marketing activities can improve consumer purchasing decisions in Indonesia’s food industry. The results of this study imply that fried chicken business owners increase the intensity of their content on social media to provide product information, tips and tricks, games or quizzes, and interactions with consumers to increase traffic, brand image, and brand awareness. Fried chicken business owners can also use social media to ask for feedback and reviews from customers who have purchased their branded products. Reviews and testimonials from previous customers influence the purchasing decisions of potential customers who buy the brand's products.

Abstract

Objectives: The development of technology and information is increasing, as evidenced by the substantial sales of smartphones with various designs and features. Consumers perceive that upon the launch of a new smartphone, the older model becomes obsolete, leading to high levels of electronic waste. This study aims to explore the role of environmental awareness, eco-friendly products, green trust, and consumer attitudes in environmentally friendly smartphone purchases and examines how consumer attitudes mediate these relationships.Methodology: The research adopts the theory of planned behavior and integrates it with the Javanese philosophy of ono rego ono rupo. Questionnaires were distributed to 250 respondents in several cities in Indonesia through an online platform. Structural equation modeling, using Smart-PLS software, was then employed to analyze the data. The study reveals that consumers with high environmental awareness believe that purchasing environmentally friendly smartphones can mitigate various negative aspectsFinding: The study also uncovers a positive relationship between green products, green trust, and green purchase intention, as consumers associate them with good quality, convenience, and features. Practical insights and marketing theories for smartphones are provided based on these findings.

Abstract

Objectives: As the world shifts towards green energy solutions, PT Pertamina (Persero), Indonesia's state-owned energy company, is in a unique position to lead by integrating Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems into its extensive network of gasoline stations. As per now, Pertamina has built Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV) in 358 gasoline stations not only in Indonesia but also in East Timor. This research paper explores the benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of Solar PV. The study highlights key benefits in energy transition, sustainability & green investment. However, several challenges arise.Methodology: Descriptive and qualitative methods were used. The study focuses on Solar PV in gasoline station in Pertamina area. In-depth interviews and participant observations were used to collect data.Finding:  reveal a significant green energy production, reduction in carbon footprint, making it a sustainable energy business for Pertamina. Nonetheless, the challenges of high upfront costs, space limitations, and potential maintenance and operation challenges are also identified. Conclusion: Solar PV systems offer significant potential benefits for Pertamina’s gasoline stations, including green energy production, environmental sustainability, cost reduction, and enhanced energy security. Despite challenges related to high upfront costs, space limitations, and regulatory barriers, Pertamina’s leadership in renewable energy positions the company to overcome these obstacles and drive the adoption of solar PV technology across its gasoline station network. By investing in solar PV systems, Pertamina can play a critical role in advancing Indonesia’s renewable energy goals, reducing carbon emissions, and demonstrating its commitment to sustainability. Through strategic partnerships, policy advocacy, and scalable deployment models, Pertamina has the potential to become a leader in solar PV adoption at gasoline stations, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable energy future for Indonesia.
