Abstract

Objectives: The performance of a company can be seen from the quality of the workforce in carrying out company activities. In Indonesia there are still many work accidents. In 2020, the Fertilizer Bagging Unit experienced a decrease in the number of accidents, but in 2022 there were fatal work accidents. Even though Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 has been stipulated, there are still gaps in the field, such as work accidents caused by workers carrying out their work in an unsafe manner, not following the SOPs that have been set, and not using personal protective equipment so that the work culture does not run well. So this research is important to reduce the number of work accidents, and can identify the main factors that cause accidents that occur in the work environment of the Semarang city fertilizer bagging unit.Methodology: This research design uses cross sectional with a quantitative approach. The research location was carried out in the work area of the Fertilizer Bagging Unit of Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The research time was conducted in June - July. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling, so that the number of samples used was 150. Data processing uses editing, coding, data entry and cleaning. Data analysis using Univariate, bivariate and Multivariate. The test used used Chi Square Test and Logistic Regression.Finding: The research results show that the most significant factor in the work safety culture of fertilizer bagging workers is safety performance with an OR value of 2.210.Conclusion: Factors associated with the implementation of work safety culture are skills, communication, worker participation and safety performance. Company recommendations are expected to implement a reward and punishment system for workers who work not in accordance with regulations and it is hoped that the company will implement an internal and external audit system to evaluate the effectiveness of safety policies.

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied using SmartPLS to analyze the correlations between the variables.Findings:         The study reveals that WLB significantly enhances both employee performance (0.648) and job satisfaction (0.794). Moreover, WLB is negatively correlated with work-related stress (-0.221). Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between WLB and employee performance (0.11), while WLB indirectly boosts performance by reducing work stress (0.68).Conclusion:     Work-life adjust features a considerable positive affect on representative execution by cultivating work fulfillment and diminishing work-related push. Abstract

Objectives: The cosmetic industry has experienced significant growth, intensifying competition among beauty and personal care brands. As sustainability becomes a crucial business consideration, companies are increasingly adopting green marketing strategies to enhance their brand image and foster customer loyalty. This study examines the influence of green marketing strategies—specifically eco-labeling, sustainable packaging, green advertising, and corporate social responsibility (CSR)—on customer loyalty, with brand image serving as a mediating factor.Methodology: This study employs a quantitative approach, using survey data from 120 consumers of The Body Shop Indonesia in Jabodetabek areas. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the relationships between green marketing strategies, brand image, and customer loyalty.Finding: The results indicate that green marketing strategies positively influence customer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through brand image. Brand trust and perceived value play a significant role in mediating this relationship. Furthermore, authentic green marketing efforts contribute to stronger customer retention, whereas skepticism toward greenwashing diminishes brand credibility and loyalty.Practical implications of the findings provide actionable insights for brands aiming to enhance their sustainability-driven marketing efforts. Companies should focus on transparency, consistency, and consumer education to strengthen brand image and maintain long-term customer loyalty. Distinguishing authentic sustainability initiatives from greenwashing is critical in fostering trust and positive brand associations. This study contributes to the literature by providing an industry-specific analysis of the mediating role of brand image in green marketing, addressing research gaps in differentiating genuine sustainability efforts from misleading practices. Conclusion: Theoretical and practical implications underscore the importance of authenticity and transparency in green marketing communications to foster long-term customer relationships for sustainable brands.

Abstract

Objectives: This study investigates the effects of crisis management, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, on expertise outsourcing and production efficiency at PLTU Suralaya. It explores how the pandemic reshaped employee regrouping and outsourcing practices to maintain operational continuity. While outsourcing specialized expertise is increasingly common, limited empirical evidence exists on its effectiveness during crises. Poorly managed outsourcing can lead to inefficiencies, increased costs, and reduced productivity. The study assesses optimal integration between in-house teams and outsourcing partners, evaluating selection criteria, collaboration effectiveness, and crisis resilience strategies.Methodology: This study's use of the entire population of PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya’s Generation Division ensures data accuracy, eliminates sampling bias, and enhances the reliability of findings. This method enables a thorough examination of internal dynamics, ensuring that the findings are more relevant and tailored to the organization's unique context.Findings: Statistical analysis revealed significant positive effects of the pandemic on employee productivity (path coefficient: 0.320), employee regrouping (0.500), and expertise outsourcing (0.448). Both regrouping and outsourcing positively influenced productivity, highlighting their crucial role in crisis management. Conclusion: To enhance productivity, companies should adopt strategic regrouping and outsourcing processes, ensuring Human Resources professionals are equipped with the right skills, resources, and technology. These findings offer actionable insights for navigating crises and ensuring operational resilience. This research contributes to the understanding of crisis management, outsourcing, and employee productivity, emphasizing their strategic role in sustaining business continuity and efficiency during disruptions.
