Abstract

Abstract: The development of digital thematic teaching materials aims to produce a product that is feasible, practical to use, effective for improving the quality of learning, and interesting for students to learn. The results of the development showed a positive impact from the use of the product with an increase in learning activities of 92.14% with the criteria of "very good". Positive results were also shown from the effectiveness of student learning, the pretest value of 60.54 increased significantly in the posttest value of 84.79. In the feasibility analysis obtained a percentage of 86.04% with the criteria "very feasible", practicality 91.07% with the criteria "very practical", and attractiveness get a percentage of 91.89% with the criteria "very interesting". So this digital thematic teaching material can be used in learning.Abstrak: Pengembangan bahan ajar tematik digital ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang layak, praktis untuk digunakan, efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, serta menarik untuk dipelajari siswa. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan adanya dampak positif dari penggunaan produk dengan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar sebesar 92,14% dengan kriteria “sangat baik”. Hasil positif juga ditunjukkan dari efektivitas belajar siswa, nilai pretest sebesar 60,54 meningkat signifikan pada nilai postest sebesar 84,79. Pada analisis kelayakan diperoleh persentase sebesar 86,04% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, kepraktisan 91,07% dengan kriteria “sangat praktis”, dan kemenarikan mendapat persentase sebesar 91,89% dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar tematik digital ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This qualitative study with the ethnographic design of communication aims to clarify the manifestations of phatic language in social interaction in Pesantren. Ethnographic communication research emphasizes the existence of culture, language and other factors in the community. The data of this study is a speech containing a vivid language of social interaction in an Islamic boarding school. Speech data containing fat language were then transcribed using written text with contextual explanations. The data of this study were taken from July 12, 2019 to December 20, 2019. The source of this research was 16 female students, 3 religious teachers and 2 religious teachers at Al Irtiqo Islamic boarding school in Malang. The results of the study found forty-nine data related to the three unity language focus, namely (1) form, (2) function, and (3) form and function strategy.Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain etnografi komunikasi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud bahasa fatis dalam interaksi sosial di pondok pesantren. Penelitian etnografi komunikasi menekankan pada adanya keterkaitan budaya, bahasa, dan faktor lain dalam lingkungan sekitar masyarakat. Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan yang mengandung bahasa fatis dalam interaksi sosial di pondok pesantren. Data tuturan yang mengandung bahasa fatis kemudian ditranskrip ke dalam teks tulis beserta penjelasan konteksnya. Data penelitian ini diambil dari 12 Juli 2019 sampai 20 Desember 2019. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 16 santri putri, 3 ustaz dan 2 ustazah di pondok pesantren putri Al Irtiqo’ Malang. Hasil penelitian ditemukan tiga fokus bahasa fatis yang memiliki sembilan puluh empat data secara unity, yaitu (1) wujud, (2) fungsi, dan  (3) strategi bahasa fatis.

Abstract

Abstract: Difficulties and errors in the pronunciation of Arabic phonology still often occur in the process of learning Arabic by non-Arab students it is due to lack of attention in teaching Arabic phonology by teachers and non-Arab students. But in previous studies, no one has researched the use of methods in the learning. Thus in this study, researchers have explored, analyzed, and described a method to give an overview of a method for learning Arabic phonology for foreign students. This research uses the Library research method in the collection of relevant data. Data is obtained from articles, books, Internet and past research by the discussion. The result is that the mimicry-memorization method has a lot to influence the results of foreign language learning and can be used as an innovation in Arabic phonology learning for foreign students, which is the most key thing to do before learning Arabic language skills. Thus the results of This research can provide innovations for teachers of Arabic with a method of mimicry-memorization in teaching Arabic phonology to foreign students so that they can pronounce the letters, vocabulary and sentences of Arabic language well and correctly. Thus, non-Arab students can communicate with Arabic in communicative, eloquent, and fluent.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a 5RC waste management module based on problem based learning. The module was developed using the ADDIE. Module assessments are carried out by instructional media experts, material experts, field practitioners and students who use the module. The results showed that the 5RC waste management module based on problem based learning had fulfilled validity and practicality as teaching material.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pengelolaan sampah 5RC berbasis Problem Based Learning. Modul dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penilaian modul dilakukanoleh ahli media pembelajaran, ahli materi, praktisi lapangan, dan siswa pengguna modul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul pengelolaan sampah 5RC berbasis problem based learning telah memenuhi kevalidan dan kepraktisan sebagai bahan ajar.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce a bibliocounseling guide product containing Dayak Kenyah cultural values to fulfill the meaning of life for high school students. This research and development procedure uses the Borg & Gall model. Based on the results of the assessment of experts and potential users, it has met the criteria of usability, feasibility, accuracy and attractiveness. The bibliocounseling guide product containing Dayak Kenyah cultural values for fulfilling the meaning of life for high school students can be declared as a product that is suitable for use in bibliocounseling activities. The results showed that students had a low category of pretest results, after being given treatment, there were posttest results that students had achieved a high meaning of life value.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk panduan bibliokonseling bermuatan nilai budaya Dayak Kenyah untuk pemenuhan meaning of life siswa SMA. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model Borg & Gall. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian para ahli dan calon pengguna telah memenuhi kriteria kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kemenarikan. Produk panduan bibliokonseling bermuatan nilai budaya Dayak Kenyah untuk pemenuhan meaning of life siswa SMA dapat dinyatakan sebagai produk yang layak untuk digunakan kegiatan bibliokonseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki kategori rendah dari hasil pretest, setelah diberikan perlakuan terdapat hasil posttest siswa telah mencapai nilai meaning of life yang tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: This research has been conducted to develop a Bioecology e-book based on research of the dragonfly community structure around the springs in Malang Raya. The type of research is research and development.The research used ADDIE development model includes stagesof analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. Research data collection used the validation sheet of material expert, the validation sheet of learning expert and the practicality sheet. Product trials were conducted in the Deaprtment of Biology, State University of Malang with 28 students. The results of evaluation by material expert validator showed that the e-book was quite valid (76%), results by learning expert validator was very valid (98,5%) and field trials by students that e-book was very practical and could be used with e few revisions (88%).Abstrak: Penelitian ini telah dilakukan untuk  mengembangkan e-book Bioekologi capung berbasis penelitian struktur komunitas capung di area sumber mata air Malang Raya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahap menganalisis, merancang, mengembangkan, mengimplementasi dan mengevaluasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli pembelajaran, dan lembar kepraktisan. Uji coba produk dilakukan di jurusan Biologi FMIPA Universitas Negeri Malang dengan 28 mahasiswa. Hasil penilaian oleh validator ahli pembelajaran menunjukkan e-book dinyatakan valid (98,5%), penilaian oleh ahli materi cukup valid (76%) dan uji coba di lapangan oleh mahasiswa menyatakan e-book sangat praktisdan dapat digunakan dengan sedikit revisi (88%).

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of the research is to determine: 1) the differences in learning outcomes of body electricity between groups using safety-based circuit racks (RRBS) and conventional circuit racks (RRK), 2) the differences in learning outcomes in body electrical between groups of students who have low, medium and high self-confidence. Data analysis used Two Ways ANOVA. The sample of this research is class XI TKR 1 & 4. The results of this study are 1) there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of body electricity between the groups using RRBS and RRK. 2) there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of body electricity between groups of students who have low, medium and high self confidence.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kelistrikan bodi antara kelompok yang menggunakan rak rangkaian berbasis safety (RRBS) dengan rak rangkaian konvensional (RRK); (2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kelistrikan bodi antara kelompok siswa yang mempunyai low, medium and high self confidence. Analisis data menggunakan Anova 2 jalur. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI TKR 1 dan 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) ada perbedaan yang  signifikan hasil belajar kelistrikan bodi antara kelompok yang menggunakan RRBS dengan RRK. (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kelistrikan bodi antara kelompok siswa yang mempunyai low, medium and high self confidence.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to improve students' speaking ability and self-confidence by implementing the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. Participants in this study were students of class X.TP 1 at SMK Negeri 4 Pati in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. In this study, there was an increase in the average score of students' speaking ability from 80.15, in the first cycle to 82.59 in the second cycle, accompanied by a boost in self-confidence.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris dan percaya diri siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Jigsaw. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.TP 1 SMK Negeri 4 Pati semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Dalam penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata kemampuan berbicara siswa dari 80.15, pada siklus I menjadi 82.59 pada siklus II, disertai dengan peningkatan percaya diri.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of a preliminary study conducted at Children Center Brawijaya Smart School UB Malang shows the character of independence is one of the things that is highlighted in daily habituation. The school carries out programmed activities that are carried out at any time to develop children's independence. This type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Research results obtained from the method of habituation and behavior of children in school through 3 activities, namely routine activities, spontaneous activities, and programmed activities. Programmed activities carried out through the class picket program which is carried out 5 minutes after learning is finished. Through this habituation can encourage the habit of independence in children.Abstrak: Hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Children Center Brawijaya Smart School UB Kota Malang menunjukkan bahwa karakter kemandirian merupakan salah satu hal yang ditonjolkan dalam pembiasaan sehari-hari. Sekolah tersebut menerapkan kegiatan terprogram yang dilakukan setiap harinya untuk mengembangkan kemandirian anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa metode pembiasaan dan perilaku kemandirian anak di sekolah melalui tiga kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, dan kegiatan terprogram. Kegiatan terprogram yang dilakukan yaitu melalui program piket kelas yang dilakukan lima menit setelah pembelajaran selesai. Melalui pembiasaan tersebut dapat mendorong perilaku kemandirian dalam diri anak.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe students' mental models in phenomenon-based Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) learning with formative assessment. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches with mixed methods of embedded experimental model design. The subject was taken from X IPA-1 with 26 students at Pademawu 1 Public High School. The instrument was developed in the form of 6 essay questions. Research data were analyzed using t-paired test, N-gain, and effect size. The results are categorized as surface, matching, and deep type of mental models. It is found that the phenomenon-based ADI accompanied formative assessment affect significantly on the mental models of students with an effect size of 1.86. It is also reveald that the improvement of students' mental models is low category with an N-gain of 0.2.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah mendiskripsikan model mental siswa dalam pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) berbasis fenomena disertai penilaian formatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan mixed method desain embedded experimental model. Subjek penelitian X IPA-1 dengan 26 siswa di SMAN 1 Pademawu. Instrumen penelitian berupa enam soal uraian. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan t-paired test, N-gain, dan effect size. Hasil penelitian dikategorikan dalam tiga tipe model mental surface, matching, dan deep. Hasil penilitian didapatkan bahwa ADI berbasis fenomena disertai penilaian formatif berpengaruh kuat terhadap model mental siswa dengan nilai effect size 1.86. Selain itu diperoleh informasi bahwa peningkatan model mental siswa dalam kategori rendah dengan nilai N-gain 0.2.
