Abstract

Managing an educational institution is necessary so that the implementation of education can be run well and is structured. The curriculum is used as a reference in the learning process for more directed practice. Cirebon City An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that uses the "Kitab Kuning" as their source of knowledge. One of the activities besides the reviewing is the media officer relating to the use of technology. The purpose of this research is to describe how the management of curriculum development in Cirebon City An-Nidzom Islamic Boarding School media officer activities. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data are obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative through data reduction, data presentation, and taking a conclusion The results of this study will indicate that the management of the curriculum in media officer activities at the Cirebon City An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School hasn't been structured and organized due to a lack of human resources, resulting in neglect of various media officer programs. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future, the management will be able to manage it properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan tentang peran teknologi informasi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada tantangan yang dihadapi serta peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Teknologi informasi telah menjadi faktor penting dalam pengembangan sistem pendidikan modern, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Namun, penerapan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan Islam tidaklah tanpa hambatan. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan infrastruktur, terutama di daerah pedesaan yang mungkin memiliki akses terbatas terhadap teknologi. Selain itu, perbedaan kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna juga menjadi tantangan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi yang sesuai dengan konteks pendidikan Islam. Namun, di tengah tantangan tersebut, terdapat berbagai peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, seperti pengelolaan data siswa, kurikulum berbasis teknologi, serta pemberian akses pendidikan jarak jauh melalui platform digital. Selain itu, teknologi informasi juga dapat menjadi alat untuk meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua dalam pendidikan anak-anak mereka. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan teknologi informasi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, sekaligus mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, teknologi informasi dapat menjadi alat yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam dan memberikan akses yang lebih luas bagi para pelajar.

Abstract

Beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi ketertarikan masyarakat untuk mendaftar ke sekolah, seperti sarana, faktor sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan faktor keunggulan sekolah, perlu diketahui oleh masyarakat. Salah satu langkah yang bisa ditempuh adalah melaui kegiatan promosi. Pasca Pandemi Covid 19, pemasaran melalui media digital menjadi hal yang banyak dilakukan oleh sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia, salah satunya sekolah yang berada di bawah naungan Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Multazam. Penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana manajemen marketing di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Multazam dan bagaimana implementasi digital marketing di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Multazam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.  Data-data yang didapatkan dari observasi dan wawancara direduksi, serta dideskripsikan secara objektif, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan secara benar dan logis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Multazam sudah mengenal manajemen pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Humas dan Dakwah, sekarang dikelola oleh Tim Media yang berada dibawah kesekretariatan Yayasan dan kepada Tim Panitia Rekrutmen Santri. Sedangkan implementasi digital marketing pada layanan jasa pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Multazam berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini berjalan cukup baik yang diindikasikan dengan implementasi semua sarana digital marketing kecuali pada sarana Affliate Marketing dan Email Marketing yang belum diterapkan.

Abstract

This research is aimed at: (1) describe the quality management of certified lecturers to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education in UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto; and (2) describe the new concept of quality management of certified lecturers in UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. This research is qualitative research with ethnographic methods. Data in this study were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While data analysis techniques are carried out simultaneously when the data collection process is carried out. The results showed that the steps taken to improve the quality of prospective lecturers who will take the certification test include:: (1) Carry out higher education training activities for lecturers; (2) Conducting religious moderation seminars; (3) Conducting workshops on reporting Lecturer Workload (LBKD); (4) Collaborate with Research and Community Service Institutes to organize research methods workshops; (5) Collaborating with the Institute for Research and Community Service to organize community service workshops. (6) Carry out guidance and assessment of Qur'an literacy and practice of worship for lecturers. These six steps have implications for improving the quality of certified lecturers in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era.

Abstract

Education financing is a very important component in the process of providing education. Funding is funding issued either by individual students or members of the public, as well as the government for the smooth running of education and the use and use of financing effectively and efficiently. This study aims to describe the financing of education in junior high schoolsAn Naja Boarding School which includes educational funding sources as well utilization and use of the financing. As for approach and the method in this study uses descriptive qualitative data from interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the data validity technique, researchers used data and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the financing system for SMP An Naja Boarding School is centralized, centered on the foundation. schools offer educational fees that are affordable to education customers, and are lower when compared to private educational institutions in the area. Educational resources and use include: students, BOS funds, regular regional donors, incidental grants, waqf and grants, and activity proposals. Sources of education costs are allocated to all the needs of schools and also Islamic boarding schools. The analysis of educational costs produces investment costs, operational costs, and educational personal costs.Keywords: Education Financing, Effectiveness Cost Analysis

Abstract

Abstract A leader rarely applies a servant leadership style, but in fact there are principals who apply this leadership style but it has not been measured how far the implementation has been applied. The many changes and advances in the field of education so that careful preparation and adaptation are needed for employees; because these two things are one of the factors causing the decline in employee motivation at MI Hidayatus Shibyan Talun Cirebon. This study aims to determine how closely the principal's servant leadership style is related to employee motivation which refers to servant leadership indicators, namely: Love, Empowerment, Vision, Humility, and Trust. Then that refers to employee motivation indicators, namely: Responsible, Challenging Tasks, Encouraging Criticism and Suggestions, Optimistic Spirit, Meticulous and Tenacious, and Innovation and Creative. This study used quantitative methods with 20 respondents who were employees of MI Hidayatus Shibyan Talun Cirebon Regency. Based on the results of the study, a significant relationship was found between the principal's servant leadership style and employee work motivation of 0.001. With a strong degree of correlation (0.60-0.799) and a positive relationship form with a value of 0.672.Keywords: Relationship, Leadership Style, Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, Principal, Employee Seorang pemimpin jarang sekali yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership, namun pada kenyataannya terdapat kepala sekolah yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan tersebut tetapi belum terukur seberapa jauh implementasi yang sudah diterapkan. Banyaknya perubahan dan kemajuan pada bidang pendidikan sehingga diperlukannya persiapan yang matang dan adaptasi bagi para pegawai; karena kedua hal ini menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab menurunnya motivasi kerja pegawai di MI Hidayatus Shibyan Talun Cirebon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa erat hubungan gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership kepala sekolah dengan motivasi kerja pegawai yang merujuk pada indicator servant leadership yaitu: Love, Empowerment, Vision, Humility, dan Trust. Kemudian yang merujuk pada indicator motivasi kerja pegawai yaitu: Bertanggung jawab, Tugas Menantang, Kritik dan saran yang mendorong, Semangat optimis, Teliti dan Ulet, serta Inovasi dan kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 20 responden yang merupakan pegawai MI Hidayatus Shibyan Talun Kabupaten Cirebon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukannya hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership kepala sekolah dengan motivasi kerja pegawai sebesar 0,001. Dengan derajat hubungan korelasi kuat (0,60-0,799) dan bentuk hubungannya yang positif dengan nilai 0,672.Kata Kunci: Hubungan, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Servant Leadership, Motivasi Kerja, Kepala Sekolah, Pegawai

Abstract

Berdasarkan data statistik nasional pada rekap progress pendataan EMIS periode 2022-2023 di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Quran (LPQ) menduduki presentase terendah pada lembaga yang belum melakukan update EMIS. Ada beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi di Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Quran (LPQ) salah satunya adalah LPQ di Kecamatan Tirtamulya Kabupaten Karawang yakni TPQ Barkatul Huda yang memiliki persentase sebesar 14, 36%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa TPQ Barkatul Huda belum optimal dalam pemutakhiran data pada EMIS periode 2022-2023. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk membuktikan bahwa penggunaan EMIS dapat dioptimalisasikan dalam proses pendataan lembaga pendidikan Al-Quran supaya menghasilkan mutu pendidikan yang efektif. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi library research kemudian dikaji menggunakan pendekatan teoritis dan filosofis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Implementasi pengelolaan data lembaga di TPQ Barkatul Huda Tirtamulya Karawang dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi EMIS berbasis online. Pengelolaan data EMIS yang dilakukan tergolong baik, 2) Proses pengolahan data EMIS melalui pengumpulan data yang diperlukan, penginputan, penyimpanan, dan pengecekkan ulang. 3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan EMIS meliputi faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukung dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala madrasah yang sangat baik dan tingkat pemahaman operator TPQ Barkatul Huda. Faktor penghambat dipengaruhi oleh minimnya anggaran yang dikeluarkan oleh sekolah serta standar kualifikasi operator yang tidak sesuai.

Abstract

Abstract: “This research is entitled "Implementation of Character Education in Forming Responsible Character at SMP IT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan Ilir". The reason the researcher took this title is because the researcher sees that there is still responsibility character education that is not yet running in accordance with the goals of character education in the school environment, where there are still students who are not used to responsibility in the school environment. The main problem in this research is how to implement character education in forming responsible character and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing character education in forming responsible character at SMP IT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan Ilir.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The main informant in this research is the principal of SMP IT Raudhatul Ulum, while the supporting informants are the Head of Student Affairs who doubles as a teacher, as well as class IX students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed descriptively using interactive analysis techniques which included data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data validity.From the research results obtained as follows: First, the implementation of character education in forming responsible character can run with the existence of policies made by schools to form responsible character in students, not only through regulations but through activities that motivate them to have a sense of responsibility. Second, the environment also has an important role in implementing responsible character education. Third, supporting and inhibiting factors that are the reasons for implementing or not implementing responsible character education”.

Abstract

  Sumber daya manusia di dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan meliputi kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, karyawan dan peserta didik. Untuk itu dibutuhkan adanya sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang profesional yang mampu melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya dengan baik sesuai bidangnya. Dengan adanya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas kinerja tenaga pendidik yang ada di dalamnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitan kualitatif  deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi kepala sekolah, sumber daya manusia dan upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di TK An-Nida Kota Cirebon. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: 1) Kepala sekolah melaksanakan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kepada tenaga pendidik sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia 2) Kualitas sumber daya manusia menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tenaga pendidik di sekolah tersebut memiliki profesionalisme kerja yang baik dalam mengajar, namun masih terdapat tenaga pendidik yang kurang menguasai IT dan kurang kesadaran akan kedisiplinan. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah yaitu dengan mengikutsertakan Kelompok Kerja Guru, pelatihan komputer, pembinaan tentang materi pembelajaran, workshop dan evaluasi setiap semester. Kata Kunci: Upaya, Kepala Sekolah, Sumber Daya ManusiaHuman resources in an educational institution include principals, educators, education staff, employees and students. For this reason, it is necessary to have a professional human resource management system that is able to carry out its main tasks and functions properly according to their fields. With good human resource management, it is expected to be able to improve the quality of the performance of the educators in it. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This study aims to determine the description of the principal, human resources and the principal's efforts in improving the quality of human resources in An-Nida Kindergarten, Cirebon City. The results of the study can be explained as follows: 1) The principal carries out planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the teaching staff as an effort to improve the quality of human resources 2) The quality of human resources shows that the quality of the educators in the school has good work professionalism in teaching, but there are still educators who do not master IT and lack awareness of discipline. 3) Efforts made by school principals are by involving Teacher Working Groups, computer training, coaching on learning materials, workshops and evaluations every semester.Keywords: Efforts, The Head of The School, Human Resources

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan tradisional, khususnya di bidang keagamaan yang mana unsur utamanya adalah perseorangan seperti kyai dan ustadz yang di dalamnya terdapat karakter tersendiri dan merupakan fenomena khas Indonesia yang sudah terbukti eksistensi dan perannya di masyarakat sejak jaman penjajahan sampai sekarang. Pendidikan di pesantren bertujuan untuk mencetak generasi bangsa agar berkepribadian muslim sesuai dengan ajaran-ajaran agama Islam dan mengaplikasikannya pada aspek kehidupan serta menjadikan manusia yang berguna untuk agama, bangsa dan negara. Penelitian ini memiliki rumusan masalah yaitu: (1) Sarana prasarana pembelajaran belum sesuai standar, (2) Padatnya pembelajaran yang ada di Kurikulum Pesantren Modern Darussalam Gontor, (3) Banyaknya mata pelajaran yang diterima oleh santri. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen kurikulum pondok Pesantren Al-Madani Cikalong Kabupaten Majalengka. Adapun teori dalam penelitian ini dikutip dari beberapa sumber, salah satunya buku yang ditulis oleh Rusman (2009). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti melakukan analisis data menggunakan beberapa tahapan, yaitu:   reduksi data, penyajian data dan selanjutnya penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Perencanaan, yaitu menyiapkan tujuan, kalender program satu tahun mendatang, dan proses pembelajaran, (2) Pelaksanaan, meliputi kegiatan intra dan ekstra santri yang sangat bergantung pada pimpinan dan ustadz/ustadzah, (3) Evaluasi, yang dilaksanakan seminggu sekali dan objek dari evaluasi tersebut adalah santri dan para pengajar, (4) Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat, yang mana terdapat pada setiap elemen.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Kurikulum, Pondok Pesantren, Santri, Pimpinan Pondok/Assatidz Pesantren is a traditional educational institution, especially in the religious field where the main element is individuals such as kyai and ustadz in which there is a separate character and is unique Indonesian phenomena that has proven its existence role in society since the colonial era until now. This research has a problem formulation, namely: (1) learning infrastructure is not up to standard, (2) The density of learning in the curriculum of the modern Islamic boarding school Darussalam Gontor, (3) The number of subjects received by students. This study also aims to determine how the curriculum management of Al-Madani Islamic boarding school Cikalong, Majalengka Regency. As for the theory in this study, it was quoted from several sources, one of which was a book written by Rusman (2009). This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Researchers conducted data analysis using several stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions/verification. As for the results of this study, namely: (1) Planning, namely preparing goals, program calender for next year, and learning process, (2) Implementation, including intra and extra student activities that are very dependent on the leadership and ustadz/ustadzah, (3) Evaluation, which is held once a week and the objects of the evaluation are students and teachers, (4) Supporting and inhibiting factors, which are found in each element.Keywords: Curriculum Manajement, Islamic Boarding Schools, Students, Leader of Islamic boarding schools/assatidz
