Abstract

Education is an effort that we do consciously to realize cultural heritage from one generation to another in the future. This education is realized by studying all the learning processes and seeing the learning atmosphere so that students can actively increase their potential to have intelligence, personality, religious spiritual strength, noble character, self-control and skills needed for themselves and others. Secondary education itself is a continuation of basic education which consists of junior secondary education and senior secondary education. In learning, secondary education in the digital era certainly requires strategies to facilitate students in the learning process. The learning strategy is a learning model that presents teaching materials covering all aspects before and after learning by educators as well as all facilities related to the teaching and learning process such as technology in the digital era. Education in the digital era must integrate all communication and information technologies into all student subjects to facilitate the teaching and learning process both offline and online. The purpose of writing this article is generally focused on how the strategy for implementing secondary education in the digital era is.

Abstract

Educational innovation itself is a new change that is sought to improve learning in order to achieve goals in education, educational innovation is sought as a reference for a better education movement. With educational innovation, it is hoped that it will be able to solve educational problems and realize quality education in the future. This paper aims to describe educational innovation as a solution to education problems and Indonesia's readiness to solve educational problems. In Indonesia, readiness to face educational challenges is carried out by increasing the knowledge and skills of human resources through educational innovation. Education management policies in Indonesia currently encourage all levels of education, especially higher education, to take advantage of advances in digital technology in the modern era. In today's digital era, technology can be used as a driving factor for the success of educational innovation with the presence of sophisticated technology that can encourage the achievement of educational reform goals. In addition to the use of technology in the modern era, it is necessary to innovate learning methods that can make it easier for students to understand learning materials, so as to improve the quality of education in Indonesia!

Abstract

Learners are an input component of the education system and are processed in the educational process so that they can produce quality human resources in accordance with educational goals. Social interaction is a relationship that occurs in the daily life of an individual with many people around him. Social ensures that each student feels included in the group, helps students communicate and learn to get along with others, and respects students with other students and adults. The educational environment is a place where educational activities take place in accordance with socio-cultural conditions and situations. A person cannot be separated from his environment. Meanwhile, education is also very much needed. This means that education cannot be separated from environmental conditions. Therefore education is always related to the environment. The educational environment includes all external conditions and influences on educational activities. Humans have various skills that can be developed through experience. In general, the function of the educational environment is to support students in interacting with different environments (physical, social, and cultural), and in particular with the various educational resources available, to achieve optimal educational goals.

Abstract

Information technology brings significant changes in the technology era. This development is very useful to support various human activities. Almost all activities have used technology. Changes in technology make activities faster and more efficient. In the world of education, almost all have used technology. Educational technology in general can be regarded as the application of technology in educational activities. Technological changes make changes, especially to children's mentality. This change certainly has its own impact on the mentality of children. The mental readiness of children for technological development must be considered properly. Technological developments can change attitudes in children, which results in less good for the child's future. Children's mental development can be known through the nature and character of each in a different development process. This study aims to provide information about the positive and negative impacts of technological developments, especially on children's mental health. This research was carried out using the literature study method. The conclusion of this study is that the role of the community in monitoring child development is very necessary, so that mental development in children can run well, so that prevention can be done that is helpful for the child's development process.

Abstract

Abstract

The main health problem in Sumberjambe is stunting. It is known from the prevalence of toddlers who experience stunting of 80.8% which is caused by one of the stunting factors, namely early marriage. Sumberjambe Village has a fairly high number of early marriages. As many as 40% of couples of childbearing age are too young with marriages that are too early and have the potential to increase the incidence of LBW (Low Birth Weight) so that health programs are needed such as P2GBS (Prevention and Eradication of a Stunting Free Generation) which includes educational activities regarding early marriage and giving blood tablet. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of early marriage education activities and giving blood tablets. The activity was carried out using the socialization and discussion method with the target students of MTs Al-Wafa Sumberjambe using poster media, educational videos, early marriage modules and blood-adding tablets, power points, early marriage tote bags, and pre-test and post-test sheets. The results of this study from the activities carried out showed that there was an increase in target understanding in early marriage education by 9.42% with a pre-test result of 32.83% and a post-test of 42.25% where the activity had an effectiveness result of >1 so that the activity was effectively carried out to help reduce the prevalence of stunting in Sumberjambe Village.

Abstract

Argumentasi ilmiah merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang sangat dibutuhkan peserta didik untuk abad ini. Pembelajaran IPA dengan melibatkan keterampilan argumentasi akan memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk membangun pengetahuan dan pemahaman dengan segala informasi yang tepat, mengaitkan antara stigma, dan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir. Realita di lapangan siswa masih kesulitan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan argumentasinya. Dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah, diperlukan beberapa inovasi pembelajaran yang dapat berjalan beriringan dengan indikator keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah dalam membangun keakraban siswa dengan keterampilan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Problem-Based Learning berbasis controversial issues terhadap keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 siswa kelas VII SMP N 7 Jember dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dimana kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dipilih secara acak. Keterampilan argumentasi siswa diukur menggunakan post-test setelah dilakukan beberapa pertemuan pembelajaran IPA dengan menerapkan model problem-based learning disertai dengan controversial issues pada kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah pada kelas eksperimen dengan memakai pembelajaran PBL berbasis controversial issues. Dibuktikan dengan adanya pengaruh signifikan PBL berbasis controversial issues terhadap keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah siswa berdasarkan akumulasi data rata-rata nilai mean pada kelompok kelas eksperimen (79.94) serta pada kelas kontrol (62.82), data peningkatan keterampilan argumentasi ilmiah diperkuat dengan nilai independent t-test. Dalam uji t-test sig.(2-tailed) berada di angka 0.000 dimana < 0.05 hal tersebut menandakan adanya perbedaan antarkelas kontrol maupun kelas eksperimen.

Abstract

Globalization has now penetrated various fields, one of which influences the formation of the character of each student. Each student has had their own potential since they were born, but this potential needs to be explored and honed to the maximum so that the character of students can be formed and developed properly, because later this will help students achieve their future. In the following years, there will be competition due to the influence of globalization as well as advances in science and technology. Currently, digital media is very easy for anyone, including students, to access and contains content that is not always appropriate for students to absorb, especially given their age and developmental stage. He is still unable to distinguish between good and bad things at the age of development. In this case, students need guidance in the form of character education, which they should have gotten while they were studying.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kultural atau kebudayaan. Hal itu dikarenakan kultural dapat berpengaruh terhadap proses pelaksanaan pendidikan. Pendidikan yang tidak didasari oleh kultural atau kebudayan akan menyebabkan peserta didik kehilangan budaya atau ciri khasnya. Di zaman yang serba digital seperti sekarang ini hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan remaja dapat terbawa oleh arus dari budaya luar yang dapat menyebabkan budaya asli Indonesia sendiri menjadi terkikis atau bahkan hilang. Maka dari itu peran landasan kultural sangat penting di dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan adalah menjadikan peserta didik yang memiliki pemahaman yang luas akan budaya atau ciri khas bangsanya. Remaja merupakan suatu masa kehidupan manusia yaitu peralihan dari anak anak menuju dewasa. Perubahan tersebut dapat berupa perubahan fisik ataupun perubahan mental yang dialami oleh remaja yang bersangkutan. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah memberikan wawasan yang cukup dan luas bagi penulis tentang pentingnya peran landasan kultural terhadap proses pelaksanaan pendidikan bagi remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah metode penelitian literatur. Semakin tinggi suatu pendidikan maka semakin tinggi pula nilai kebudayaannya dan sebaliknya semakin tinggi budaya semakin tinggi pula pendidikannya.
