Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the role of organizational commitment as a mediation of the influence of leadership on employee performance in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Food Security Service.  Approach this research is survey with design explanatory research.  Data collection is carried out in a cross-section with use instrument in the form of questionnaire. Population research this is all over Employee on Southeast Sulawesi Province Food Security Service as many as 70  people except leader (head service) and researcher alone . Equipment The analysis for testing hypothesis is Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment was positive and significant influence on employee performance, leadership had a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment served as a mediation of the influence of leadership on employee performance.Keywords: leadership, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of the work environment and work behavior on employee performance at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat Office. The data used in the study were interview data and analyzed using SEM analysis using 109 respondents.The results of the study obtained several conclusions, among others: (1) The work environment and work behavior have a reciprocal influence, meaning that the work environment has an influence on work behavior and work behavior influences the work environment at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat office. (2) The work environment improves employee performance at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat because the work environment has a positive and significant influence. (3) Work behavior cannot affect employee performance at the Konawe Utara District Secretariat because employees have established work behavior with self-control, integrity, trust, professionalism, cooperation and attendance that supports employee performance so that work behavior does not affect performance employee. (4) The results of the description analysis show the work environment, work schedule and employee performance including being assessed by respondents.Keywords: work condition, work behaviour and clerk performance

Abstract

The research objective is to examine and examine the effect of capital structure on corporate value in consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis model used is the structural equation model. The number of companies studied was 26 companies with the 2013-2017 observation year. The method of determining the research sample using the purpose sampling method based on the criteria of consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation period from 2013-2014.The results of the study found that: 1). Capital structure has a significant effect on profitability 2). Profitability has a significant effect on firm value, 3). Capital structure has an effect on company value mediated by profitability.Keywords: capital structure, profitability and company value

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine the influence of leadership on employee performance, motivation on employee performance, organizational justice on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research approach is a survey. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) and Non-PNS as many as 98 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. The data analysis technique to answer the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that leadership had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, organizational justice had a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. To find out and analyze the effect of supervision and work motivation on work discipline, and see the mediating role of work discipline. This research was conducted at the Institute for Special Child Development Institution Class II Kendari. The population in this study amounted to 46 staff employees, sampling using census techniques with a total sample of 46 people. Research data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the higher level of supervision conducted will be able to improve work discipline and employee performance. Likewise, the higher work motivation of employees will lead to increased work discipline and employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1). the influence of the non-physical work environment on work discipline, (2) the influence of the non-physical work environment on organizational commitment, (3) the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance, (4) the influence of work discipline on employee performance, (5) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, (6). the role of work discipline as a mediation of the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance and (7). the role of organizational commitment as mediating the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performanceThe study population was 57 people and the entire population was sampled. Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate governance and ownership structure on the performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The study population of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange collected 43 companies. The selection sample uses purposive sampling thus the study sample won 14 companies. Data in the study were analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 2 software.The results of the study: 1) corporate governance proxied by the size of the board of commissioners and independent commissioners has a positive and significant effect on company performance which is proxied by ROA and ROE. 2) The ownership structure that is proxied by foreign ownership has positive and significant of company performance which is proxied by ROA and ROE.Keywords: corporate governance, ownership structure and company performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kompetensi,integritas dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian explanatory yang bertujuan menjelaskan Hubungan kausal antar variabel dengan  menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah seluruh penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe 130 orang responden. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode PLS (Partial Least Square)yang mengukur intensitas 3 variabel, yaitu variabel independen, variabel mediasi dan variabel dependen.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, integritas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe sedangkan integritas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten Konawe. Untuk Variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi full antara kompetensi dan integritas terhadap kinerja penyuluh pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura dan perkebunan (TPHP) Kabupaten KonaweKata Kunci:     Kompetensi, integritas, kepuasan kerja Dan Kinerja Penyuluh

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence on organizational commitment of the personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra. Leader member exchange on organizational commitment. Competence on performance. Leader member exchange on performance. Organizational commitment to performance. Competence on performance through organizational commitment mediated commitment and leader member exchange on performance mediated organizational commitment. The population in this study were 56 personnel. Data analysis in this study is SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra personnel. This means that the better the competence, the higher the organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the leader member exchange, the higher the organizational commitment. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. This means that the better the competence , the better the performance of the personnel . Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This means that the better the competence, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This means that the better the organizational commitment, the better the performance of personnel. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by organizational commitment. This means that competence will improve personnel performance through organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the effect of macroeconomic on investment decision of SMEs, (2) examine the effect of behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs, (3) examine the effect of macroeconomic on the risk perception of SMEs, (4) examine the effect of behavioral bias on the risk perception of SMEs, (5) examine the effect of risk perception on investment decision of SMEs, (6) examine the risk perception as a mediator of macroeconomic influence on investment decision of SMEs, (7) examine risk perception as a mediator of the influence of behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs.This study use a quantitative approach, with the analytical method is SEM-PLS (Structure Equation Model-Partial Least Square). The result shows that macroeconomic does not significantly affect the investment decision of SMEs, but significantly influences the risk perception of SMEs. The behavioral bias significantly affect the investment decision of SMEs, but does not significantly affect the risk perception of SMEs. The risk perception does not significantly affect investment decision of SMEs. The risk perception was proven unable to act as a mediator in the influence of macroeconomic and behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs
