Abstract

Although the Islamic banks is still limited, its value has grown by 5.29%. But the value is relatively cheap. The health factor of bank is the most essential, involve: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital and Company Size, so the purpose of this study is to test the effect of NPF, foreign exchange to equity, gross income exposure, self-assessment GCG, ROA, CAR and firm size on firm value as proxied by Tobin's q.The research sample includes 10 banks in IDX, consisting of 3 Islamic Commercial Banks and 7 Commercial Banks that have Sharia Business Units, in order to obtain 30 units of analysis. Multiple regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results showed that: 1) NPF had negative but insignificant effect on firm value, 2) foreign exchange to equity had positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 3) gross income exposure had positive but insignificant effect on firm value. , 4) self-assessment GCG has significant negative effect on firm value, 5) ROA has positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 6) CAR has positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 7) firm size has significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of remuneration and teamwork on performance mediated by job satisfaction for members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were 64 members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. The analytical method used for testing the hypothesis of this study is Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that remuneration and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and police performance. Then job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on police performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation on the effect of remuneration and teamwork on police performance. This means that the increase in job satisfaction is significantly influenced by remuneration and teamwork. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant contribution to improving police performance. Thus, good remuneration and teamwork contribute significantly to improving police performance directly or indirectly through mediating job satisfaction

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing and explaining the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The population in the study were all employees of the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital, totaling 60 employees, not including the leadership. the sampling technique was carried out randomly based on strata (stratified proportional random sampling, meaning that the object of research was all employees of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. Analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS version 3.2 program packageThe results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better job satisfaction, the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees will also be better.

Abstract

This study is to determine and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan on Profitability, the effect of Loan to Debt Ratio on Profitability, the effect of Non Performing Loan on Profitability moderated by Capital Adequacy Ratio and the effect of Loan to Debt Ratio on Profitability moderated by Capital Adequacy Ratio of BPR in Southeast Sulawesi. The population of this study is all rural banks in Southeast Sulawesi Province. a total of 17 BPR. Sample selection is carried out by purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study uses the Path Analysis method using PLS software. The results showed that NPL has a negative and significant effect on profitability, LDR has a positive and significant effect on profitability, CAR plays a role in strengthening the influence of NPL on profitability although not significant and CAR plays a role in strengthening the influence of LDR on profitability (ROA, ROE and NIM) although not significant on BPR in Southeast Sulawesi Province. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) terhadap keberhasilan usaha Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Di Kota Kendari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Di Kota Kendari yang berjumlah 81 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara simultan variabel bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang berada di Kota Kendari. (2) Variabel produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang berada di Kota Kendari. (3) Variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang berada di Kota Kendari. (4) Variabel promosi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang berada di Kota Kendari. (5) Variabel tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang berada di Kota Kendari. (6) Variabel people berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang berada di Kota Kendari. (7) Variabel proses berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang yang berada di Kota Kendari. Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the development of employee competencies at Tiara Photo Digital in utilizing digital marketing. Data collection methods were conducted through in-depth interviews with management, digital marketing staff, and customers, as well as observations of employees' work processes in using digital marketing tools. The research findings indicate that Tiara Photo Digital has successfully enhanced employee competencies in utilizing digital marketing through a series of structured training sessions, self-learning, and project-based learning. This includes strengthening technical and strategic skills in the use of social media, SEO, content marketing, and data analysis. This competency improvement has positively impacted the company's performance, as evidenced by an increase in visitor numbers and customer satisfaction levels. This study provides insights for other companies in similar industries on the importance of investing in the development of employees' digital competencies as part of their digital marketing strategy to achieve competitive advantage.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) To find out what the village government does in managing village funds;(2) Tofind out the factors that influence the management of village funds. The population in this study was thevillage government of Lohia District. This research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The research results show that; Village fund management in Lohia District, Muna Regency is effective and in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Fund Management.

Abstract

Investors invest to maximize returns by taking into account the investment risk factors they will face. Return is the main factor that motivates investors to invest and as a reward for the courage of investors to take the investment risks that have been taken. This study was conducted to examine the effect of market ratios on stock returns on Manufacturing stocks that have positive dividends during the period 2017 to 2021. The number of samples studied was fifty-four (54) companies selected through the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used in this research is the Documentation method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis found that market ratios proxied by PBV, PER, and EPS have a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns and DPR has a negative and significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the performance allowance system at PD. BPR Bahteramas Konawe in improving employee performance. The research explores the roles of transparency, fairness, and flexibility within the system and assesses its impact on employee motivation and productivity. The main issue addressed is identifying the key factors that influence the relationship between the allowance system and the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to provide management with recommendations to refine the performance allowance system, enabling the company to achieve its strategic objectives and enhance its competitiveness in the financial sector. The study uses descriptive qualitative analysis with interviews as the primary data collection tool. The analysis focuses on important themes gathered from insights provided by the Chief Executive Officer, Operations Manager, and staff from various divisions. The findings reveal that the performance allowance system significantly enhances employee performance by offering both financial and non-financial incentives that recognize individual contributions. Success depends on setting clear targets, maintaining transparent evaluations, and utilizing technology for accurate assessments

Abstract

Background:Health policies in Indonesia facilitate public access to healthcare information in efforts to improve public health. These policies rely on the support of electronic healthcare information systems to provide health data and information. However, the usage of these systems faces various challenges that affect their sustainability. Objective:To determine the effect of healthcare information technology assets on the sustainability of healthcare management information systems and the role of healthcare information technology strategies as a moderating variable. Methods:This is a quantitative and explanatory research study. The sample consisted of 350 respondents, with a significance level of 0.05. Latent variables included the sustainability of healthcare management information system usage, healthcare information technology assets, and information system strategies, which also served as an intervening variable. Results:The direct effect test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. Thus, healthcare information technology assets and healthcare information technology strategies have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of healthcare management information system usage. The indirect effect test yielded a p-value of 0.003 (<0.05), also leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. These results indicate that the healthcare information technology strategies variable moderates the effect of healthcare information technology assets on the sustainability of healthcare management information system usage. Conclusion:Healthcare information technology strategies strengthen the effect of healthcare information technology assets on the sustainability of healthcare management information system usage.
