Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a measure that determines how well a company's product or service meets customer expectations. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction MSEs in the context of a global study on Indonesian Batik Shoraya. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 Shoraya Batik customers, 5 domestic and 5 international. The results showed that customer satisfaction with Shoaraya Batik Indonesia products was influenced by service quality, product quality, price, emotional factors, cost and convenience. Customers expect fast and responsive service, quality and reliable products, affordable prices, and positive emotional experiences with the Shoaraya Batik Indonesia brand. Cost and ease of transaction are also important factors influencing customer satisfaction. In a global context, Shoaraya Batik Indonesia's customers have high expectations for products that can compete with international brands. Customers expect Shoraya Batik Indonesia to maintain consistent product and service quality, as well as develop innovative products that are in line with global trends. Even though Shoaraya Batik Indonesia already has a loyal customer base in Indonesia, the challenge it faces in entering the global market is competition from established international brands. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that Shoraya Batik Indonesia continue to improve service and product quality and maintain affordable and competitive prices

Abstract

Buying and selling financing is a form of financing made by banks or other financial institutions to their customers to buy certain goods or assets. Profit-sharing financing is a form of financing carried out by banks or other financial institutions to their customers by sharing profits or business results obtained from projects or business activities funded by said bank or financial institution. This study aims to analyze the effect of buying and selling financing and profit sharing financing on the financial performance of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Research design in this writing is library research (library research), namely by looking for research data or information through reading scientific journals, reference books, published financial reports and publication materials available as support in this writing. In the nature of this research using quantitative research, the quantitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism used to examine certain populations or samples. Data were obtained from the financial statements of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar for the last four years from 2017 to 2020. Regression analysis was used to evaluate the effect of the two factors on financial performance, which was measured using financial ratios such as ROA. The results of the analysis show that buying and selling financing and profit sharing financing have a significant influence on financial performance at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. In this case, profit sharing financing has a greater influence than buying and selling financing. These findings provide important implications for the management of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in managing the financing portfolio and improving financial performance

Abstract

Digitalization is a process of moving a business model that was originally used manually toward digital. While digital marketing or digital marketing is a form of business promoting and marketing a brand or brands using digital media such as the internet. The purpose of this study was to find out the use of digital marketing in post-pandemic Pamekasan Regency SMEs. This research method uses descriptive quantitative analysis with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were Pamekasan Regency MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector with a total sample of 45 MSMEs. The data analysis process uses editing, coding, tabulation, and data analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios (NPL, CAR, LDR, BOPO) simultaneously on the performance of Muamalat Indonesia Bank from 2008-2018. In this study, the researchers used a type of quantitative research with a descriptive and verification research approach because of the variables to be examined for their relationship and the purpose of presenting a structured picture. This research is a quantitative study with time series data. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of data for all variables, namely Return on Assets (ROA), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operating Cost Income Operational (BOPO). This secondary data was obtained by the method of observing financial ratios registered during the observation from 2008 to 2018. Corporate financial data for that period is available at www.idx.co.id. Data collection techniques used are observation and recording and linear regression models are used to determine whether there is a significant influence of one variable with another variable. For testing the hypothesis, it used the t-test and F-test.

Abstract

Global competition is a fact in economic life that occurs not only in the goods market but also in the services market. Microfinance must have a marketing strategy to achieve optimal profits. Marketing strategy is a complex company activity in which there are interconnected marketing variables. This research aims to explore and describe how microfinance increases the number of customers based on jamaah-involved marketing maneuvers. This was conducted at KSPPS. BMT NU Bondowoso City Branch aims to find out the marketing manuveres used and the efforts made by KSPPS. BMT NU Bondowoso City Branch in increasing public interest in these savings products. This research was carried out using a data collection process utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing is carried out through Editing, Organizing, and Analyzing, analysis is carried out with a case study. Marketing manuveres used by KSPPS. BMT NU Bondowoso City Branch is a marketing mix strategy that can increase public interest. This research shows that marketing manuveres were implemented in all 4P’s and extended the marketing mix widely.

Abstract

In the Indonesian capital market, the Indonesian Stock Exchange provides facilities so that investors can invest in national companies in the form of shares. Shares of companies listed on the Stock Exchange are generally weighed and monitored in an index, namely the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The IHSG has not grouped shares in more detail, and has not included certain principles so that it is called conventional. As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, investment based on Islamic principles is developing very rapidly in Indonesia. For investors who adhere to strong sharia principles, it is more suitable to invest their capital in sharia investment instruments, including shares. In this IHSG, there are also shares that meet sharia criteria. Let's look at the differences between sharia and conventional. Keywords: Investment, Sharia, Conventional. Abstrak: Dalam pasar modal Indonesia, Bursa Efek Indonesia menyediakan fasilitas agar para investor dapat menanam modal di perusahaan-perusahaan nasional dalam bentuk saham. Saham-saham perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa secara umum ditimbang dan dipantau dalam sebuah indeks, yaitu Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). IHSG ini belum mengelompokkan saham-saham secara lebih rinci, dan belum memasukkan prinsip-prinsip tertentu sehingga disebut konvensional.Sebagai negara dengan jumlah penduduk muslim terbanyak di dunia, investasi yang berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islami berkembang dengan sangat pesat di Indonesia. Abstract

Marketing strategy is one way in which companies that produce goods and services can gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Another reason why marketing strategies are important is the increasingly fierce competition between companies in general. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and to determine the extent to which the implementation of marketing strategies has been effective. The research was conducted at PG Krebet Bululawang Malang. Data collection methods through documents, interviews and observations, descriptive research type. The results of this research show that there is an increase in competitiveness from year to year and will be used as a reference for the effectiveness of marketing strategies in competition between sugar companies. Keywords: Strategy, Marketing and Competition Abstrak : Strategi pemasaran adalah salah satu cara di mana perusahaan yang memproduksi barang dan jasa dapat memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan akad mudharabah terhadap keputusan anggota untuk menabung dan seberapa besar penagaruh pengetahuan akad mudharabah terhadap keputusan anggota untuk menabung di BMT Mawaddah Cabang Pakong Pamekasan. Penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasi dan koefisien diterninasi. Korelasi untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel yang satu dengan variabel yang lain, Sedangkan koefisien diterminasi mencari seberapa besar pengaruh antara variabel yang satu dengan variabel yang lainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data product moment.
