Abstract

Rahn and murabahah are one of the financing products at KSPPS BMT NU which aims to increase financial inclusion and community economic empowerment. This research explores the implementation of Rahn and murabahah in BMT NU with a focus on the process and its impact on community economic development. The research method used is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with BMT managers and analysis of related documentation. The research results show that of the several contracts in KSPPS BMT NU, two of them are the community's favorite products, namely rahn and murabahah, which have been successfully implemented by prioritizing the principles of justice, transparency and active member participation. This financing has had a positive impact in increasing financial access, helping the development of usaha mikro, kecil, menengah (UMKM), and strengthening the community's economy. The implications of this research provide an important contribution in understanding the role of KSPPS BMT NU in advancing an inclusive and sustainable economy at the local level.

Abstract

Digitalization is a process of moving a business model that was originally used manually toward digital. While digital marketing or digital marketing is a form of business promoting and marketing a brand or brands using digital media such as the internet. The purpose of this study was to find out the use of digital marketing in post-pandemic Pamekasan Regency SMEs. This research method uses descriptive quantitative analysis with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were Pamekasan Regency MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector with a total sample of 45 MSMEs. The data analysis process uses editing, coding, tabulation, and data analysis.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: 1. Peran KSPPS Nuri cabang Batumarmar dalam membantu perekonomian usaha mikro dimasa pandemi covid 19. 2. Prosedur dalam membantu perekonomian usaha mikro di KSPPS Nuri cabang Batumarmar dimasa pandemi covid 19.3. Kendala yang menjadi resiko pada saat membantu perekonomian usaha mikro dimasa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, adapun yang dimaksud dengan penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara holistik, dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagi metode ilmiah untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Peran yang dilakukan oleh KSPPS Nuri cabang Batumarmar dalam membantu perekonomian usaha mikro dimasa pandemi covid 19 berjalan dengan lancar sehingga pelaku usaha mikro yang kesulitan modal untuk mengembangkan usahanya dimasa pandemi covid 19 ini, sudah berjalan dan sudah mulai berkembang dengan adanya peran KSPPS Nuri cabang Batumarmar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah terhadap profitabilitas. Populasi yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan yang telah di laporkan saat Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Sibisa Al-khairat. Sampelnya adalah neraca dan laporan laba rugi sejak tahun 2018 s/d 2021. Secara teori pembaiayaan murabahah berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Semakin tinggi pendapatan pembiayaan murabahah maka semakin tinggi pula return yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian teknik asosiatif kausal dengan teknik kuantitatif. analisis statistic yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi sederhana yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variable kemudian peneliti melakukan analisis Koefisien determinasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable independen (pembiayaan murabahah) terhadap variable dependen (profitabilitas). Instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pembiayan murabahahterhadap profitabilitas, Pada hasil perhitungan korelasi antara frequensi menghasilkan angka 0,674 yang menunjukan kedua variable tersebut sangat kuat dan pada perhitungan R square menunjukan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,454 atau pembiayaan murabahah mempengaruhi profitabilitas sebesar 45,43% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan lain.

Abstract

This study discusses the dynamics of risk perception in investment decision-making by the millennial generation, particularly in the context of digital investments. In general, risk perception plays a significant role in increasing investors' awareness of potential losses, especially for those with a good understanding of risk and financial literacy. However, the findings indicate inconsistencies when investment decisions are made through digital platforms. Overconfidence in technology, the influence of social media, app gamification, and expectations of quick profits lead some millennials to overlook real risks. Risk perception is also influenced by factors such as personal experience, educational and economic background, as well as information disseminated through social media algorithms. The phenomenon of herding behavior further reinforces impulsive decision-making without thorough risk analysis. Therefore, an integrative approach is needed that includes digital literacy, risk understanding, and financial ethics. The roles of regulators, educational institutions, and digital platforms become important in shaping a safe and sustainable investment ecosystem. This study emphasizes the importance of critical and inclusive education to shape a young generation of investors who are not only technologically literate but also wise, rational, and responsible in facing the ever-evolving complexities of the digital economy.

Abstract

In a company, human resources are the main asset or the greatest investment a company owns. High-quality human resources are those who possess high competence and skills that can advance the company. A company will not run smoothly if it does not have quality human resources capable of carrying out the tasks assigned to them effectively. Research results show that Conflict Management affects employee performance in the company. When conflicts are managed properly, employees will feel more comfortable and motivated to work, which ultimately can improve their performance quality. In addition, Compensation affects employee performance. Providing fair and adequate compensation gives employees additional motivation to work better and improve their performance in performing administrative tasks within the company. Furthermore, choosing the right leadership style is very important for enhancing employee performance and creating a positive work culture. Leaders who can adjust their approach according to the situation and the team's needs will be more successful in achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

The digital revolution has fundamentally transformed the capital market paradigm, offering new opportunities and challenges in boosting investment interest. The capital market in the digital era provides ease of access, transaction efficiency, and financial inclusion, but also faces challenges such as low financial literacy, cybersecurity risks, and regulations that are not sufficiently adaptive to technological advancements. This article aims to explore the dynamics of the capital market in the digital era, analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by market participants, and suggest strategies to overcome existing barriers. It is expected that this article will provide insights for stakeholders in enhancing the attractiveness of Indonesia’s capital market and supporting sustainable national economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Brand Image, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction. These three factors are considered crucial in shaping consumer perception and influencing their purchasing decisions. The findings show that a strong Brand Image can enhance the positive perception of product quality, while competitive pricing plays an important role in creating the value desired by consumers. The interaction between these three factors significantly contributes to customer satisfaction, which in turn can increase loyalty and product recommendations. These findings provide practical insights for companies in formulating effective marketing and branding strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Indonesian batik industry faces significant challenges in attracting Generation Z, who tend to prefer modern, digital-based fashion products. To overcome this challenge, an innovative marketing strategy is needed by leveraging digital technologies such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and product personalization through digital platforms. This study analyzes how the application of digital technology can enhance the engagement of young consumers in shopping for batik. The results show that the use of AR and VR can create a more immersive and interactive shopping experience, while product personalization through digital platforms increases consumer satisfaction. By integrating these elements into marketing strategies, batik can be positioned as a fashion product relevant to Generation Z's lifestyle and have global appeal.

Abstract

Digital transformation in human resource management (HRM) plays a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity, which ultimately contributes to the effectiveness of employee performance management. This study aims to examine the impact of digital transformation on the effectiveness of employee performance management. The analysis results show that digital transformation has a significant impact on employee performance effectiveness by strengthening five key work principles: accuracy, speed, efficiency, safety, and problem-solving ability. With the right implementation strategy and adaptive human resource support, digitalization not only increases productivity but also creates a safer, more efficient, and sustainable work environment.
