Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research) dan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan subjek penelitian berjumlah 75 orang yang merupakan seluruh elemen populasi karyawan non manajerial PT. Ijen View Hotel Resort Bondowoso. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa perbedaan konflik intrapersonal dan kinerja berdasarkan tipe kepribadian lima besar, hubungan antara konflik intrapersonal dengan kinerja berdasarkan tipe kepribadian lima besar, dan pengaruh konflik intrapersonal terhadap kinerja dengan tipe kepribadian lima besar sebagai variabel pemoderasi, dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara sebagai alat pengumpulan data.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji anova didapat bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada konflik intrapersonal dan kinerja berdasarkan tipe kepribadian lima besar.  Pada uji lanjut LSD (Least Square Differences) diketahui bahwa hasil interaksi antar dua tipe kepribadian pada konflik intrapersonal dan kinerja menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan , kecuali interaksi antara tipe kepribadian agreeableness dengan openness to experience. Begitupula pada hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment didapat bahwa ada hubungan antara konflik intrapersonal dengan kinerja berdasarkan tipe kepribadian lima besar. Sedangkan pada hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), didapat hanya tipe kepribadian emotional stability dan extraversion yang terbukti sebagai variabel pemoderasi pengaruh konflik intrapersonal terhadap kinerja.Kata kunci: Konflik Intrapersonal,  Kinerja, Tipe Kepribadian Lima besar   ABSTRACT This research is an explanatory and descriptive research by using research subject amount to 75 persons who represent entire non managerial employees population element of PT. Ijen View Hotel Resort Bondowoso. The intention of this research is to know and analyze: differences of intrapersonal conflict and performance pursuant to the big five personality type, relation between intrapersonal conflict with performance pursuant to the Big Five Personality Type, and influence of intrapersonal conflict to performance with the Big Five Personality Type as moderation variable, by using questionnaire and interview method  as a means of data collecting. The result of analysis by using Anova test indicates that there are differences which is significant to intrapersonal conflict and performance, pursuant to the Big Five Personality Type. At further test by using LSD ( Least Square Differences) known that result of interaction between two personality type in intrapersonal conflict and performance show difference which is significant , except for the interaction between agreeableness with openness to experience personality type. The result of analysis by using correlation test of product moment also indicate that there is correlation between intrapersonal conflict with performance, pursuant to the Big Five Personality Type. While the result of analysis by using Moderated Regression Analysis ( MRA), indicates emotional stability and extraversion personality type proven as moderation variable of influence intrapersonal conflict to performance.Keyword: Intrapersonal Conflict, Performance, The Big Five Personality Type

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kepemimpinan transformasional serta stereotip gender terhadap kinerja kepala desa perempuan di wilayah Wringin Kabupaten Bondowoso. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa observasi, wawancara serta kuesioner kepada 38 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik sensus yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pandangan responden terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t) serta koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi berganda diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional serta stereotip gender memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja (performance) kepala desa perempuan. Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa hasil kepemimpinan transformasional serta stereotip gender memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja (performance) kepala desa perempuan.

Abstract

BUMDes merupakan lembaga ekonomi yang modal dan pengelolaannya oleh Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat dimana keberadaannya ditujukan untuk menggerakkan potensi desa dan dapat membantu upaya pengentasan kemiskinan serta meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, umur, kompensasi (gaji), lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasiterhadap kinerja karyawanBUMDes di Kabupaten Jember. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karawan BUMDes di Kabupaten Jember dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 75 orang. Variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Variabel independen adalah pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, umur, kompensasi (gaji), lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi. Analisis data diolah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BUMDes di Kabupaten Jember. Sedangkan faktor umur dan kompensasi (gaji), tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BUMDes di Kabupaten Jember. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Jember dalam kaitannya dengan evaluasi dan penilaian kinerja karyawan BUMDes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the relevance of brand image, store atmosphere, and product quality to consumer loyalty. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the brand image variable (x1) on the consumer loyalty variable (y) has a significance level (α) of the brand image variable (x1) is 0.000 <0.05. The store atmosphere variable (x2) on the consumer loyalty variable (y) has a significance level (α) of the store atmosphere variable (x2) is 0.244 > 0.05. The results of the heteroscedasticity test using a scatterplot, the Product Quality variable (X3) on the Consumer Loyalty variable (Y) has a significance level (α) of the product quality variable (X3) is 0.006 < 0.05. In conclusion, store atmosphere has no significant effect on consumer loyalty, while brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, and simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menilai pengaruh pengembangan karir, gaji, dan budaya perusahaan terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Hotel Ijen View Bondowoso. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tanggapan terhadap item kuesioner yang diberikan oleh responden. Karyawan Hotel Ijen View Bondowoso berjumlah 87 peserta yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga jumlah sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 87 orang. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis dalam penelitian ini. Pengembangan karir memiliki efek menguntungkan yang cukup besar terhadap loyalitas karyawan, menurut hasil pengujian regresi berganda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa di Hotel Ijen View Bondowoso, pengembangan karir yang kuat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif yang substansial dalam pengujian regresi berganda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa di Hotel Ijen View Bondowoso, remunerasi yang berkualitas akan meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. Pengaruh budaya perusahaan terhadap loyalitas karyawan ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif yang substansial dalam pengujian regresi berganda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa di Hotel Ijen View Bondowoso, budaya organisasi yang kuat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets for the company. The role of human resources for companies is not only seen in the results of work productivity but also seen in the quality of work produced. Employee performance is something that deserves important attention for the company. Employee performance is the main measure of organizational success, organizational goals are always trying to improve employee performance so that the company can achieve its vision and mission. One of the qualities of work that can improve employee performance is from improving self-efficacy and employee engagement. That way the performance of employees at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali can increase. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of self-efficacy and employee engagement on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. This research technique uses causal analysis techniques with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees working at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. The sample used was PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali employees were taken as many as 85 employees using the cluster random sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics, instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t test), and coefficient of determination test ( R2) using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.047 <0.05. And employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.015 <0.05. These two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali.

Abstract

In a very rapid business development like today, there are many banks, both conventional and non-conventional, making competition in the banking world very tight. To be able to survive and compete, banks must be able to develop various resources they have, one of the resources that must be developed is human resources or employees. Of course, every company wants to improve its performance, this increase can be achieved by one of the ways if employee performance also increases because employee performance is very sustainable with improving the performance of banking companies and is the spearhead who interacts directly with customers. However, increasing employee performance will not come by itself, several factors are needed to improve it, one way is by providing service excellent training (excellent service) because service can be one of the main elements of a company's success to win the competition and can make customers more loyal. Not only training can improve employee performance, there is another important factor, namely employee engagement because employees who still don't feel comfortable in the work environment, cannot work together with co-workers, and employees who feel unappreciated with their work will make the performance of employees worse. decreased, therefore the company must make employees feel engaged or feel belonging and valuable to be in the company it can make the performance of employees increase. One company that must improve the performance of its employees is BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service excellent training and employee engagement on improving employee performance at BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit). This type of research is quantitative research using interview and questionnaire methods. The population in this study were employees of BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit). The sample used was 31 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that service excellent training and employee engagement have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance at BRI Jember (Gajah Mada Unit and Ajung Unit).

Abstract

Brand image and product attributes are elements that reflect the overall product and service. Brand has an influence on consumer psychology, which means an image can influence consumers in buying products. Consumers tend to be attracted to products with a good image and product attributes that meet consumer expectations. This shows that Brand Image and Product Attributes affect purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Product Attributes on Purchase Decisions at Honda Sekawan Motor Jember. The type of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 90 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that there is a significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.007 (p <0.05) and for the second hypothesis (H2) shows that there is a significant influence between product attributes on purchasing decisions. with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the variable brand image (X1) and product attributes (X2) together have an effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Sekawan Motor Jember.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and communication through social media such as digital marketing is the pillar of information. Basically productive economic businesses still need the right marketing media to promote their products. Many businessmen use existing social media as a tool to promote their products to the public. One of them such as UMKM Salad Alvi which started selling their products via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. This proves the ability of UMKM Salad Alvi to adapt along with technological developments. This UMKM has used various social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram which can introduce brands and make it easier for consumers to choose a variety of products and quality. the use of social media can make it easier for the customer to know the existence of the UMKM. UMKM Salad Alvi, to encourage purchases and increase brand awareness or brand awareness of UMKM Salad Alvi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram on strengthening brand awareness in MSME Salad Alvi. Quantitative method used in this research. This research involves UMKM Alvi Salad consumers who follow or transact with UMKM Alvi Salad through social media WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Regarding sampling by purposive sampling as many as 90 respondents. The results showed that the use of WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram social media had a significant influence on strengthening brand awareness in MSME Salad Alvi.
