Abstract

Employee performance is one of the main factors that determine an organization's effectiveness in achieving goals, especially in the public sector, such as the BAPPEDA Jember Regency. However, challenges such as weak motivation, suboptimal implementation of organizational culture, and non-integrated leadership styles often become obstacles to achieving maximum performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of Spiritual Leadership Style, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at BAPPEDA Jember Regency. The research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to all BAPPEDA Jember Regency employees using a total sampling technique with 53 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that, partially, spiritual leadership style and motivation have a significant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture does not have a significant influence. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 79.9% (R² = 0.799). This research concludes that strengthening motivation and implementing leadership based on spiritual values ​​is very important to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, the development of a more adaptive organizational culture needs to be strengthened to support sustainable organizational performance.

Abstract

Employee retention is one of the main challenges in human resource management, especially in the retail sector which has a high turnover rate. This research aims to analyze the influence of Rewards, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, and Employee Engagement on employee retention levels at Karunia Damai Sejati (KDS) Department Store Genteng. This research uses quantitative methods with a causal approach. The research population was all 65 KDS employees, using a total sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that Rewards and Job Satisfaction have a significant influence on employee retention, with ttt values of 2,764 (p=0.008) and 3,834 (p=0.000), respectively. However, Organizational Culture (t=0.539, p=0.592) and Employee Engagement (t=1.442, p=0.155) did not have a partially significant effect. Simultaneously, these four independent variables have a significant effect on employee retention (F=30.527, p=0.000), with an R2 value of 0.671, indicating that 67.1% of the variation in employee retention can be explained by these variables. This research emphasizes the importance of Rewards and Job Satisfaction as priorities in strategies to increase employee retention.

Abstract

Company really needs efforts that can improve employee performance to achieve or even exceed the targets set by the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 54 respondents and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained indicate that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test with a contribution level of influence of 0.927 or 93%.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems that occur at PT Kayu Selasihan Indah, namely the lack of work discipline that can have a negative impact on employee productivity in the company which can cause work to be slow, company goals not to be achieved, then it is difficult to achieve optimal results. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline, skills and teamwork on work productivity of employees of PT Kayu Selasihan Indah in Bondowoso Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Along with increasing global competition, companies are required to continue to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their production. A deep understanding of the factors that influence work productivity is very important to achieve these goals. This research has a high urgency because it can contribute to the company in identifying areas that need to be improved to achieve higher productivity targets. In addition, the results of this study can also be a reference for other companies in the manufacturing sector, especially those who want to improve the performance of their employees. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews and secondary data through documentation. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT Kayu Selasihan Indah in Bondowoso Regency, totaling 110 employees. Bondowoso, totaling 110 employees. For data analysis, the author uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be stated that attitude does not have a significant effect on employee work creativity, ability has a significant effect on employee work creativity, teamwork does not have a significant impact on employee work creativity.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu unsur yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi, baik itu pada instansi pemerintah, dunia usaha, maupun perusahaan sosial. Oleh karena itu, setiap organisasi harus mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang handal dan berkualitas untuk menjalankan kegiatan operasional organisasi dengan berbagai faktor pendukungnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari knowledge management, employee engagement dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah para pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Jember sebanyak 57 responden. Adapun pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management, employee engagement dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the formulation of strategies used in increasing sales of shrimp paste products in Mayangan Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City and to find out the implementation of strategies used in increasing sales of shrimp paste products in Mayangan Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City. The method used in this study is qualitative research method. In a qualitative approach to obtain information by in-depth interviews with informants as well as document review and observation to assess the target market (targeting) and product positioning (positioning). The results showed that with a directed marketing strategy can help a business activity or company in delivering its products to consumers in accordance with the wants and needs of each consumer. One strategy that is often used by business activists is the segmentation, targeting, and positioning method. Where this strategy itself has also been applied in the sale of rebon paste which is the starting point before doing the marketing mix.

Abstract

Menganyam merupakan kerajinan tangan yang masih banyak dilakukan masyarakat. Berbagai motif anyaman menjadi bukti adanya kekayaan tradisi dan budaya Indonesia. Bahan yang di gunakan dalam kerajinan anyaman adalah tumbuhan bambu, karena hasil kerajinan anyaman bambu memiliki fungsi praktis, dan juga fungsi estetis. Kecamatan Sumberjambe Kabupaten Jember merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Jember yang secara geografis merupakan dataran tinggi yang memiliki sumber daya alam tanaman bambu yang melimpah dan terkenal sebagai centra buah durian. 2 komoditas yang dimiliki oleh Kecamatan Sumberjambe inilah yang pada akhirnya memunculkan ide usaha kerajinan anyaman bambu berupa keranjang durian yang dibangun dengan melibatkan kerja sama dari berbagai pihak yang memiliki kesamaan visi dan misi. Ide usaha ini sudah melalui banyak pertimbangan dari berbagai aspek, diantaranya yaitu bahan baku yang mudah didapatkan, harga-harganya relatif murah dan menjadi kerajinan yang memiliki kualitas yang baik dan mudah didapatkan oleh seluruh masyarakat. Maka dari itu perlu adanya manajemen usaha kerajinan anyaman bambu berupa pembinaan dan pelatihan agar nilai ekonomis bambu bisa meningkat serta menjadi sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Sumberjambe.

Abstract

Perusahaan dapat dikatakan berhasil apabila kinerja sumber daya manusia berhasil meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan. Banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di antaranya adalah komunikasi, Employee engagement, dan karakteristik individu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian yang mendalam terkait kinerja karyawan pada Swalayan Virgin Purwoharjo Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Swalayan Virgin Purwoharjo Banyuwangi. (2) Pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Swalayan Virgin Purwoharjo Banyuwangi. (3) Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Swalayan Virgin Purwoharjo Banyuwangi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 35 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.338. Dengan tingkat signifikansi =0.05, diperoleh nilai t sebesar 2.775 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.009 (p-value<0.05), karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel komunikasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.513. Dengan tingkat signifikansi =0.05, diperoleh nilai t sebesar 2.800 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.009 (p-value<0.05), karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Employee engagement berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.521. Dengan tingkat signifikansi =0.05, diperoleh nilai t sebesar 2.142 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.040 (p-value<0.05), karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel karakteristik individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dari itu, artinya komunikasi, Employee engagement, dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Swalayan Virgin Purwoharjo Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini persaingan bisnis sangat berkembang tajam baik itu mencakup pasar domestik maupun mancanegara.  Perusahaan membutuhkan strategi yang jitu untuk memenangkan persaingan dengan kompetitornya.  Salah satu dari strategi tersebut perusahaan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan baik itu dari pembenahan kualitas produk, perbaikan layanan kepada pelanggan hingga pemberian harga yang sesuai dengan pelanggan. Dengan begitu loyalitas pelanggan kepada perusahaan dapat terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan service pada Café Mom Akar Pesanggaran Banyuwangi dan menentukan kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan pelayanan dengan menggunakan metode Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Dengan menggunakan metode Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dapat diketahui prioritas pelayanan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai index CSI 86,09%, yang menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar konsumen telah merasa sangat puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, namun perusahaan harus lebih meningkatkan pelayanan.
